  • 本研究的目的是对咖啡店的 "重要性"(顾客在光顾咖啡店以前的感知)和积极或消极的 "满意度"(顾客在光顾咖啡店以后的感受)之间的差距进行分类, 并分析这些差距对对购买行为的影响. 为此, 我使用重要性和满意度之间的差距作为选择咖啡店的解释变量, 并通过使用有序Probit模型(OPM)来实证分析差距对购买行为(整体满意度和愿意到再次光顾)的影响方向和大小. 先前使用IPA的研究评估了差距影响的方向和大小的象限, 但是在分析差距对顾客的影响方面却失败了. 在本研究中, 我评估了积极和消极的差距对顾客满意度和愿意去再光顾的影响. 通过使用OPM,我量化了积极和消极的差距对顾客整体满意度和愿意去再光顾的影响. 每个人的支出, 光顾的频率和购买咖啡的地方对顾客整体满意度有最积极的影响. 光顾的频率, 在每人的支出之后, 然后是购买咖啡的地方对顾客整体满意度有最积极的影响. 因此每个人的支出和光顾的频率对顾客整体满意度有最积极的影响. 这一发现意味着一个在咖啡店每次或每周花费5000韩元的顾客的实际的满意度越高(差距), 其整体满意度和愿意去再光顾就越高. 虽然经济效益对总体满意度和愿意去再光顾有显著影响, 但是大专和大学的学生仍然愿意去咖啡馆并愿意消费5000韩元, 因为他们不只是购买咖啡本身而且将咖啡店作为其他活动的场所, 例如工作, 和朋友见面或是放松的地方. 学院和大学的学生还可以在咖啡店通过个人电脑上网, 看电影, 学习, 因此, 咖啡馆应对顾客提供适当的设施和服务. 咖啡店品牌的积极差距对愿意去再光顾有积极的影响表明顾客满意度越高, 顾客越愿意去再光顾. 另一方面, 这一因素的消极差距意味着顾客满意度越低, 顾客再光顾的意愿也越低. 因此, 在本研究中, 与其他评估的因素相比, 品牌因素对满意度有较大的影响. 鉴于国内咖啡文化变得越来越高级, 大专院校的学生对这一趋势也很敏感, 所以学生有很多可选择的品牌. 在韩国最高级的咖啡店, 外墙是玻璃建造的并可以打开, 内部是充满异国情调的开放式厨房. 这些高级咖啡店作为标志的功能复合大专院校学生的品味. 韩国咖啡店已成为一个文化品牌. 从品牌因素来看, 为了让顾客觉得这些咖啡店是高级的, 高质量的设备和提供更好服务的措施应当建立起来. 韩国咖啡馆作为蓬勃发展的行业品牌竞争加剧的结果表明, 提供与竞争对手不同的额外服务是有必要的. 顾客可以免费使用扫描仪. 另一个可以用来提高品牌的战略是提供和经营为集体学习而准备的讨论会议室. 如果咖啡馆采取这些类型的策略, 学院/大学的学生将更有可能认为他们承担的费用是值得的, 随后, 他们将可能更满足这些咖啡馆的品牌, 并更愿意再次光顾. 性别和学习年数对总体满意度和再光顾的意愿有最消极的营销. 女学生比男学生更容易满足和再光顾. 三, 四年级的学生比一, 二年级的学生更容易满足和再光顾. 喝咖啡的学生, 单独在咖啡店看书, 用笔记本电脑是很容易被注意到的. 高年级学生为了有效地利用时间用于自我发展和寻找工作往往独自光顾咖啡店. 从积极的差距来看, 经济效率这一因素对总体满意度和愿意再光顾有最大的影响. 与咖啡价格一起, 学生实际满意度(差距)越高, 总体满意度和再光顾的意愿也越高. 有消极差距的经济效率队再光顾有消极营销的结果表明较小的消极差距可以让再光顾的意愿更高. 在持续恶化的市场环境中, 坐落在大专院校附近的咖啡店采取诸如积分或会员卡, 和信用卡 公司的战略联盟, 发展套餐菜单或季节菜单和免费咖啡服务这些战略来提高竞争力. 就消极差距而言产品功率也有消极的影响, 这表明较高的负差距会导致较低的再光顾的意愿. 因为还有更多的客户比前几十年, 在这十年里更喜欢咖啡, 新一代的客户, 即学院/大学的学生, 希望除了咖啡还有更重菜单项目. 因此, 咖啡店应当增加配菜项目, 如华夫饼, 糕, 蛋糕, 三明治和沙拉. 例如, 星巴克韩国正在努力加强卖草莓糕, 艾草香味, 南瓜产品, 并提供免费的咖啡或奶油. 总而言之, 咖啡馆应注重提高其经济效率, 品牌和产品功率, 以加强大专院校学生的满意度. 由于店铺毗邻学大专院校可享受地缘优势, 就经济效率, 品牌和产品功率而言提供不同的服务, 很可能会提高客户满意度和回访. 咖啡厅的品牌, 因此, 应不断创新和变化, 以满足顾客的愿望. 由于这项研究只是针对在首尔的大专院校的学生, 需要针对不同地区和年龄组的比较研究来概括本研究的结果和建议.

Korean consumers' attitudes towards organic labels and country-of-origin of organic foods

  • Although the South Korean organic food market is in the infancy compared to other industrialized countries, Korean consumers'interest in organic food and retail stores devoting space to organic products have been rapidly increasing. Despite the fact of organic food popularity, the term "organic" is interpreted differently by individuals. As opposed to the US, Japan and the EU where have operated an integrated organic food labelling system, Korea has adopted complex organic labelling systems regulated by several different government bodies. As a result, complicated food labelling standards make consumers confused when purchasing organic foods. Furthermore, in terms of country of origin (COO), it is argued by a lot of researchers that COO effects vary from product to product and from country to country; moreover, other informational cues such as brand and price can influence COO effects. In modern society, COO labelling has been complicated, due to the sourcing, manufacturing and market locations of merchandise spread over the world. Accordingly, the evaluation of COO effects has become complex. In order to examine these issues, a quantitative research was selected to classify the commonfeatures of organic food consumers and construct statistics such as the extent to which people are aware of organic food and COO labellingvia a questionnaire which took place in two cities in Korea with a cluster sample of 161 organic food purchasers. As for the data analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), T-tests, bivariate crosstatulations with Cramer's V were conducted,depending on the characteristics of variables and the assumptions the research data need to fit. It has been concluded that in general, Korean organic consumers comprehend the term "organic"in a closer way to the general concept rather than technical term, thus people do not appreciate environmentally labels which include organic food labels, although marital status influence the degree of label awareness, regardless of gender, age, education level and so on. Regarding COO effects on organic food, home organic products were Korean consumers'first choice over those from industrialized countries and developing nations. Specifically, in processed organic product category, domestically cultivated and processed organic products were absolutely preferred to leading national brands produced with imported ingredients and international brands. However, due to a lack of checks of ingredients' COO, consumers tend to purchase a leading national organic food brand, believing that it is a pure organic food sourced domestically. As a consequence, this research has suggested some important managerial implications and future research directions. In order to prevent consumer confusion when buying organic foods, it should be noted that consumers do not comprehend the organic food certifications, due to complicated labelling systems for organic produce and processed organic foods. Therefore, government bodies related to organic food distribution have to know consumers' perception of organic food labels and the significance of customer-oriented labels and reestablish labelling standards. Similarly, public advertising should be followed to raise public awareness of the labelling to enable customers to have the correct information. In addition, not only international marketers but also domestic marketers need to understand COO images and also the influence COO of ingredients has on the image of an organic product.

우리나라 성인여성(成人女性)의 브래지어 구매실태(購買實態)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Purchashing Condition of Brassiere for Korean Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide for the basic data useful to the effective production and marketing of the brassiere befitting adult women's body shapes and preferences, and thereby, help them improve their apparel life. For this purpose, 563 Korean adult women aged between 20-59 were sampled to survey their practices of purchasing the brassieres and positively identify the factors affecting the practices and thereupon, determine the correlations among them by age group. Data is processed by a computer(SAS) and analyzed by using frequency, percentage, $\chi^2$-test, ANOVA, Duncan-test. The main results of this study are as follows; 1. The adult women tend to use such mass media as TV, magazines, catalogues and DM to decide for themselves which brassiere befits them most, and to check the brand-name(78.8%) or the sizes(93.4%), but more than 90% of them purchase their brassieres without trying on them. 2. The places of purchasing on which adult women rely most for their brassiere are department stores(32.6%), agencies(26.1%) and discount or pension shops(25.4%), while more than 90% of the sample women often visit bargain sale shops. The average number of brassieres possessed by our adult women is 5.7, and an adult women buys 2.6 brassiere costing 10-30 thousand wons a year on average and consumes a brassiere for the period from 6 months to 2 years. 3. It had been disclosed that the brand favored most by adult women is Venus(56.2%), followed by Vivien (17.6%), Wacoal(6.8%), Amie(2.5%) and Body Guard(2.3%). The most influential factors for the popularity of brands are fitting condition(40.3%) and design(23.8%), which suggests that consumers appreciate functionality and aesthetics. The most important reference affecting our women's choice of brassiere is size(64.4%), followed by design and functionality. The brassiere style favored most by adult women is a wire-type 3/4 cup brassiere made of thin material with sewing lines, while the most favorite color is white. In all, it has been found through this study that adult women's practices of buying their brassieres differ by age group, which may well suggest that brassiere production need to take such age-wise practices into consideration in setting up their brassiere production and marketing strategies.

치약선택기준에 따른 구매만족, 재구매 의도 및 권유 의사 분석 (An Analysis on the Purchase Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention and Recommendation according Toothpaste Choice Standard)

  • 본 연구는 치과대학병원 구강관리용품 전시실에서 치약을 재구매한 고객을 대상으로 조사하여 치약에 대한 고객의 선택기준이 구매 만족도와 재구매 의사 및 권유 의사에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 시행하였다. 조사대상자는 248명이었으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 치약 선택기준 '맛', '가격', '브랜드', '기능', '디자인' 과 만족도는 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 구매 만족도와 재구매 의도 및 권유 의사는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 고객이 치약을 구매할 때 선택하는 기준에서 '맛', '가격', '브랜드', '기능' 요인이 구매 후 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 중 '기능' 요인이 만족도에 가장 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, '브랜드', '맛', '가격' 순으로 영향력이 있었다. 고객의 만족도는 재구매 의도 및 권유 의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 치약 제품에 대해 만족한 경우 재구매를 하겠다는 의도를 보였으며, 타인에게 본 제품을 추천할 의사가 있다는 의견이 나타났다. 본 연구의 종합적인 결과 치약을 구매하는 선택 기준으로는 치약의 기능 및 효능이 가장 큰 영향력을 보였으며, 치약 제품의 브랜드, 맛이나 느낌, 가격에 따라 구매 만족감을 보였다. 또한 치약의 포장 및 디자인은 치약 선택 시 큰 기준점으로 작용하지 않았다. 선택한 치약에 만족한 경우 재구매 의사가 높았으며, 타인에게 권유하려는 의사 또한 높았다. 따라서 치과계와 치약 제조회사는 치약에 대한 많은 정보들을 고객과 함께 공유할 수 있는 시스템을 개발을 할 필요가 있으며, 치약뿐만 아니라 구강관리용품에 대한 제품 정보나 기능, 맛에 대해 지속적으로 연구하고 개발하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.

A study on the growth mechanism of Burger King based on dynamic models of success and failure of businesses

  • Purpose - This study is to propose a creative idea for constant business growth and development by examining characteristics of business outcomes by phase, which are "growth" and "erosion and stagnation," respectively. Research design, data, methodology - It is necessary to identify an occurrence of crisis and its diffusion with a dynamic model in order to identify a success and failure of businesses in an organic way, not on a binary structure. The static perspective is to understand a crisis as a simply one-time event or as a linear causation. Thus, it has a limited understanding of the overall situation and has limits to investigating a foundational cause and developing long-term countermeasures. On the contrary, the dynamic perspective is to understand the crisis as circulation process of the overall system. Thus, it divides elements of the crisis as external and internal ones to understand it as the causal relationship of each element. Results - During the growth period of Burger King, the company promoted its brand very successfully with aggressive and creative marketing activities. However, due to the founder's disposal of management rights and the following changes in the management, the company had no choice but to lose focus on its business philosophy and brand management, and eventually it had to face the big crisis (resonance) which was delisting from the stock market because of the external threat; well-being trend. However, Burger King resumed lifting on the stock exchange by making great efforts to clearly identify the current issues and seek solutions. Under the spirit of "perseverance" and its slogan "Have it your way" the company is now going head to head with McDonald's in the North American region and emerging countries. Conclusions - Then, what is the most crucial factor in the success and failure of businesses? Answers may vary, however, as learned from the case study of Burger King, corporations should inspect the present and focus on developing a long-term strategy for the future and actively fulfill the actions. McDonald's may not be able to innovate by itself in the future as it may become routinized to the growth. There will be chances of winning if we change conditions of individuals or organizations to an organic system in terms of being creative. There is a hopeful message here that an individual or small business may have more advantages in the era of the idea and innovation.

  • 기업 문화마케팅은 기업의 문화적 이미지를 제고하거나 문화를 통해 기업의 이미지를 전달하는 마케팅 수단이다. 문화소비자 가치 분석은 개인의 소비 행동에 담긴 삶의 가치 및 추구를 확인하고, 문화소비자의 선택 행동을 설명하는데 중요한 예측 데이터이며, 의사결정의 기준이 된다. 연구 방법은 빅데이터의 텍스트 마이닝과 오피니언 마이닝 기법으로 연관어, 긍정어, 부정어, 중립어를 추출했다. 분석 대상은 국내 소비자 대상인 현대카드 '슈퍼콘서트'와 해외 소비자 대상인 CJ ENM 'KCON'에서 콘서트를 참여하는 문화소비자들이다. 기업 문화마케팅의 문화소비자 가치 요소에서 '가치 일치성'은 기본 조건이며, '공감대 소통(감수성 표현)', '참여성 공유(VIP 소속감)', '사회적 변화 이슈', '서비스의 차별화', '가격 할인 혜택', '장소의 품격'으로 도출되었다. 앞으로 예술경영 기획, 문화 투자, 문화 유통, 복합문화공간 운영, 기업문화, CSR, Kpop 마케팅, 체험마케팅 등의 소비자 참여 분야에서 기업의 이익 추구와 브랜드 가치 제고를 할 수 있는 '문화기술마케터' 양성과 실무적인 적용 방법이 필요하겠다.

외식프랜차이즈 기업의 평판이 신뢰와 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Franchise Firm's Reputation on Trust and Loyalty)

  • Purpose - Recently, the food service franchise market is experiencing rapid growth and competition is intensifying. Therefore, consumer choice has expanded, and reputation management has become important as a strategy for survival of corporations. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among reputation, trust(cognitive trust, affective trust), and loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examined the structural relationship between reputation, trust, and loyalty from the customer's perspective. Based on comprehensive validation procedures across nine food service Franchise firm types, This study found support for a five-dimensional scale with the following dimensions: Customer Orientation, Employer Brand, Reliable and Financially Strong Company, Product and Service Quality, and Social and Environmental Responsibility. In order to verify the research purposes, research model and hypotheses were developed. The data were collected from 227 food service franchise consumers through online survey. The data was analyzed with SPSS 24.0 and Amos 23.0 statistical program. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, customer orientation, reliable·financially strong company and product·service quality have significant impact on corporate cognitive trust. And employer brand, product/service quality and social·environmental responsibility have significant impact on corporate affective trust. Second, cognitive trust and affective trust have significant impacts on consumer loyalty. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study considers trust as two dimensions such as cognitive and affective, not a single dimension, and identify what dimensions of franchise firms affect consumers' reputation perception and in turn lead cognitive and affective trust, and loyalty. This study also provides several managerial implications. In the franchise market where competition is intensifying, it is very important to analyze the attitudes of consumers in order to gain an advantage in competition with other competitors. In this study, it is meaningful that the study was conducted on consumers who have experience using a restaurant franchise company. Also, reputation is necessary to pay attention to the company because it is an important variable that strengthens with customer through confidence in food service franchise business, and leads loyalty and consumer consumption. Therefore, marketers should develop marketing strategies considering various reputation factors.

파운데이션 색상 이미지 분석 (Foundation Color Image Analysis)

  • 피부가 맑고 깨끗하기를 바라는 것은 남녀 모두가 원하는 바이며 여성들은 피부를 아름답고 투명한 피부를 위해 파운데이션의 도움을 받는다. 파운데이션은 백인이라 밝은 색을, 동양 인이라 중간색을, 흑인이라 어두운색을 사용하는 것이 아닌 인종의 피부와 상관없이 개인의 피부색과 피부톤에 따른 차이로 파운데이션 선택이 이루어진다고 판단된다. 따라서 인종차별에 따른 파운데이션 색상 사용의 고정관념을 뛰어넘어야 할 필요성이 요구된다. 이에 이 연구의 목적은 각각의 촬영과 환경 그리고 장비에 영향받은 한국, 중국, 일본, 미국, 프랑스, 영국의 화장품 브랜드를 임의로 선정하고 웹사이트에 등장하는 파운데이션 광고 모델 이미지에 따른 피부톤의 차이를 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 브랜드별 RGB로 파운데이션의 색상 값을 분석해 본 결과 한국의 경우 8.75R, 1.25YR, 2.5YR, 3.75YR, 5YR, 6.25YR로나타났으며 중국 브랜드는 2.5YR, 3.75YR, 5YR, 6.25YR, 10YR로 한국과 유사함을 알 수 있다. 일본의 브랜드는 7.5R, 8.75R, 10R, 5YR, 6.25YR, 7.5YR로 나타났으며, 미국의 브랜드는 6.25R, 8.75R, 10R, 2.5YR, 3.75YR, 5YR, 6.25YR, 7.5YR, 10YR로 나타났다. 프랑스 브랜드는 10R, 1.25YR, 3.75YR, 5YR로 나타 났으며, 영국 브랜드는 2.5YR, 3.75YR, 7.5YR로 YR색상 분포를 보이고 있다. 후속 연구로는 시대에 따른 파운데이션의 재형 및 색상변화에 관한 연구가 깊이 있게 이루어지길 바라며 이 연구가 화장품 회사의 마케팅에 필요한 기초자료 및 전략 수립에 활용되어 국내·외 색조 화장품 시장의 발전에 기여하길 기대해 본다.

이동전화기 속성이 이동전화기 및 통신사 선택에 미치는 영향 분석 (A Study on the Properties of Mobile Phone that Influence on the Choice of Handset and Telecommunication Company)

  • 지금까지 이동전화 관련 산업은 시장점유율 증대를 위한 신규고객 확보에 주력하였으나 관련 시장은 이미 포화상태에 도달하여 신규고객 확보보다 기존고객 유지를 위한 새로운 전략을 모색하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이동전화기와 관련된 고객의 특성을 살펴보고 이동전화기의 속성요인들에 대하여 분석한 후 고객만족도와 이동전화기 속성요인들과의 관계를 구조방정식을 이용하여 분석하였다. 사용기간이 2년 이상인 경우는 전체의 10% 정도로 나타났으며, 재구매시 현재 사용중인 제품과 다른 회사의 제품을 구입하겠다는 응답이 49% 정도로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다양한 제품의 출시와 번호이동 등의 치열한 제품경쟁으로 인한 이동전화기의 수명이 짧아졌기 때문이라는 사실과 더불어 최근에 세계적으로 인기를 끌고 있는 스마트폰의 영향이 있는 것으로 생각된다. 고객만족도와 관련된 이동전화기의 속성으로부터 4가지 요인(실용성, 기기 품질, 인지도, 복합기능)이 도출되었다. 실용성과 기기품질이 고객만족에 영향을 주는 주요요인으로 밝혀졌고, 인지도(브랜드, 유행 등)는 고객만족에 상대적으로 영향력이 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다.

마케팅 모형의 포지셔닝 관련 시사점에 대한 고찰: Hauser and Shugan 모형을 중심으로 (A Review on Marketing Models' Implications to Market Positioning: With a Focus on the Hauser and Shugan Model)

  • Purpose - Marketing scholars have developed various types of mathematical models for describing marketing phenomenon, because there is no single model comprehensive enough to incorporate all the relevant marketing phenomena. This study tries to summarize the behavioral foundations and the mathematical derivations of the most widely used marketing models and discusses their strategic implications. This study selected four representative marketing models: multinomial logit(MNL) model, elimination-by-aspects(EBA) model, Hauser and Shugan model and Bass diffusion model. Especially, this study focuses on Hauser and Shugan(1983)'s Defender model and discusses the model's behavioral foundation and its implications. Research design, data, and methodology - Of the four selected model, the multinomial logit model is selected as the basic normative model and the other three models are described as descriptive models in contrast. Starting the discussion from the multinomial logit model, this study explains what important strategic variables are incorporated in each of the four models. The IIA(independence of irrelevant alternatives) axiom and Luce choice model is also discussed in relation to the multinomial logit model. The concept of 'efficient frontier' is discussed in relation to Hauser and Shugan's model. Graphs and tables are used to represent the key implications. No empirical study is included. Results - The analyses of the mathematical marketing models are shown to be very useful in understanding the essence of positioning strategy. The multinomial logit model implies the importance of increasing utility or consumer preference level. The EBA model implies the importance of lowering the inter-brand similarity and dominating the competitors. Hauser and Shugan model implies the importance of considering customer heterogeneity distribution in selecting the target market. Conclusions - It is shown that the concepts of 'efficient frontier' is useful in understanding the effectiveness of positioning strategy. Market positioning can be understood as occupying some place on the efficient frontier. The important strategic implications can be summarized as follows: Always try to increase customer preference by providing what they value, and differentiate from competing alternatives as much as possible. The best positioning strategy is to dominate all the competitors and the worst is to be dominated by the competitors.
