소비자 체험마케팅의 핵심적 특성들과 기여에 대한 고찰 (A Study of the Core Characteristics and Contribution of Consumer Experiential Marketing)

  • This study deals with classification of various approaches regarding consumer experience, core characteristics, and contribution of experiential marketing. This study classifies seven approaches regarding consumer experience into 4 broad views (1)experience as experiential brand concept, 2)experience as a behavior, 3)experience as a behavior focusing on an affect, 4)experience as a holistic experience. Each of these 4 views of experience as well as the seven approaches is further explained in details. Five core characteristics of experiential marketing are suggested: l)forming a deep relationship between a customer and a brand, 2)being related to personal final values, 3)holistic experience with a brand, 4)fun, pleasure, and immersion, and 5)keeping customers through customer satisfaction and giving impression to a customer. Five propositions based on these core characteristics are suggested. The contribution of experiential marketing is suggested.

오픈코스웨어의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Influencing on Continuous Usage Intention of Open Course Ware)

  • Recently, Open Course Ware service area which offers free lecture materials has been steadily growing. This change comes from a paradigm shift of education service caused by the progress of ICT and a role change of consumers. Knowledge creation from higher educational institutions is slow compared to change of society. Therefore, consumers escape from one-sided education, and perform a new role of knowledge generation. Nevertheless, there is not much of academic research of Open Course Ware. Consequently, the paper is dedicated to empirical study on effect of perceived value, information system quality and brand trust on intention to continuous use. As implications for the research, as a practical point of view, the results-an economic side that offers contents for free of charge, a contents side that is fresh, various and substantial, a systematic side that makes customers to use the system easily, a service side which takes charge of customers support and brand trust affect satisfaction and intention to continuous use - can be used for establishment of executive strategies.

남녀대학생의 자아정체감, 의복추구혜택 및 의복속성평가 간의 관계 연구 (The Relationships of Clothing Benefit and Clothing Attributes Evaluation to Ego Identity of College Students)

  • The objectives of this study were to find relationships between ego identity and clothing benefits, and to examine the influence of ego identity, clothing attributes evaluation, and demographic variables on clothing benefits. The subjects were 405 college students(male : 164, female : 241) in Seoul. Six factors of clothing benefit derived by factor analysis : fashion, comfort, social recognition, self-expression, recognized brand, and economy. Males with higher goal-directedness of ego identity had less interest in the benefits of social recognition and recognized brand. The higher the uniqueness of ego identity females had, the higher the social recognition and the lower the comfort. Social recognition of males was influenced by self-acceptance(-), style, and fastener(R²=17.7%). and recognized brand influenced by parents\` education, goal-directedness(-), and allowance(R²=27.5%). Fashion of females was influenced by style, allowance(-), and goal-directedness(-)(R²=18.7%), comfort unfluenced by uniqueness(-), size, and allowance(-)(R²=14.6%), and self-expression influenced by style, allowance, fastener, and interpersonal relation(R²=28.0%). The present findings mean that allowance and ego identity such as goal-directedness, self-acceptance, interpersonal relation were meaningful variables that affect clothing benefits.

패션 브랜드의 SNS 마케팅에 관한 연구 - 기술 수용 모델을 중심으로 - (A study on fashion brand's SNS marketing - Based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that lead to continuous use intention of SNS marketing. The research model was designed to investigate the SNS factors that affect use intention based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) suggested by Davis (1986). The survey focused on age twenties to thirties male and female who had experience in receiving fashion brands message through Facebook. 329 questionnaires were used to analyze the results of study, and SPSS 12.0 was used to conduct factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are as follows. First, interaction/playfulness, information, reliability, and convenience of access were extracted as the characteristics of fashion brands SNS marketing. Second, all SNS factors had significant relation on perceived usefulness. But only interaction/playfulness and convenience of access showed significant relation on perceived ease of use. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affected continuous use intention. Forth, continuous use intention had significant relation on brand attitude and showed direct and indirect significant relation to purchase intention.

  • 최근 제품리뷰 형태의 SNS 광고가 늘어나고 있다. 이들 광고는 효과와 영향력에 비해 관리와 규제를 덜 받고 있어 소비자 불만 역시 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 정보성, 오락성, 신뢰성, 친근성 등 제품리뷰 SNS 광고 속성이 소비자의 구매의도 및 브랜드 태도에 끼치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이 때 높아진 소비자 불만들로 인해 개개인이 구축한 설득지식은 광고효과에 영향을 끼칠 수 있을 것으로 예상되어 이를 조절효과로 살펴보았다. 240명의 제품리뷰 SNS 광고 이용자를 대상으로 설문한 결과, 광고 속성이 구매의도에 끼치는 영향 관계에서 설득지식의 조절효과는 오락성, 정보성이 채택되었고 광고 속성이 브랜드 태도에 끼치는 영향 관계에서는 오락성, 정보성, 친근성이 채택되었다.

메타버스 체험과 아바타 패션아이템 추구혜택 및 구매행동과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationships Among Metaverse Experience, the Benefit Sought, and Purchase Behavior of Avatar Fashion Items)

  • This study investigated effects of metaverse experience on avatar fashion item benefit sought and the impact of fashion item benefit sought on fashion item purchase behavior. An online survey was carried out in the last year targeting male and female consumers aged 15 to 39 years who had purchased avatar fashion items from 'Zepeto'. A total of 363 responses were analyzed in this study. Results are as follows. First, four factors of metaverse experience were derived: 'entertainment experience', 'escape experience', 'adventure experience', and 'relationship experience'. Four factors of avatar fashion item benefit sought were derived: 'trend/brand sought', 'situation suitability sought', 'individuality sought', and 'ideal appearance sought'. Second, all four factors of metaverse experience were found to significantly affect the benefit of trend/brand sought. It was found that entertainment, adventure, and relationship experiences, excluding escape experiences, had significant effects on situational suitability sought. In addition, it was confirmed that entertainment and adventure experiences had significant effects on individuality sought and ideal appearance, respectively. Third, it was found that the trend/brand sought had a significant effect on metaverse usage time and purchase amount and that the situational suitability sought influenced the number of avatar fashion items purchased.

패션브랜드 판매원의 판매 중심 업무가 판매서비스에 미치는 영향 -조직구성원 관계의 매개 효과를 중심으로- (The Influence of Core Sales Task on the Sales Service of Fashion Brand Salesperson -Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Organizational Member Relationship-)

  • This study confirmed the relationship between variables developed by qualitative ground theory through quantitative research. The purpose of the study is to explain the effect of core sales tasks on sales services and the mediating effect of organizational member relationships on sales services. The data were collected through a survey of fashion brand salespeople in Gwangju from September to October 2020 with data from 235 responses analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 26.0. The validity of the research model verified the confirmatory factor analysis and the research hypothesis was verified through path analysis and multi-mediated analysis of the structural model. The research results were as follows. First, sales management did not directly affect sales services, and customer management affected sales services. Second, a meaningful causal relationship was shown to exist between organizational member relationships and sales management, but organizational member relationships and customer management did not have a significant relationship. Third, the total and individual indirect effects of headquarters relations, colleague relations, and customer management were all statistically significant.

기업내.외부 환경요인과 수출지원정책 활용도가 수출성과에 미치는 영향 - 중소수출기업을 중심으로 - (The Influence of Internal or Exterior Factors and Utilization of Export Assistance Programs on Export Performance - with reference to Korean Small-Medium Exporters -)

  • The purpose of this empirical study is an index to usage of export assistance programs for korean small-medium exporters. Build around the index make an analysis of SMEs internal or exterior factors have an effect on export at present or in future export performance and the relative importance. Based on 128 surveys form korean SMEs experienced export assistance programs, 8 hypotheses, which are set up each factor, were verified through the practical analysis. The main result of hypothesis drawn by empirical study are as follows : The more SMEs use the programs, the more high export performance at present and in future. Export competitive factor reject at present export performance, but it will affect future export performance. A size of the firm in the characteristics of SEMs will affect export performance. Export rate of own brand will not affect performance. Another factors show adoption partly concerned hypothesis. Classified exterior factors of SMEs, a intensity of market competition shows adoption partly concerned hypothesis. Market growth rate will affect export performance at present and future strongly. Finally the usage of assistance programs will affect between a consumption goods and an industrial goods differently. From this study we found if we want to develop the export assistance programs that can actually in phases help the SEMs.

화장품 재구매 의도와 추천 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 20대 여성을 중심으로 (Antecedents of Repurchasing Intention and Recommendation Intention in a Cosmetic Product Context: Focused on Females in their Twenties)

  • 국내 화장품 시장은 브랜드 간 경쟁이 치열하여 각 제조업체들은 품질 향상과 마케팅 활동을 통해 매출 향상을 꾀하고 있다. 이런 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 화장품 구매 고객의 구매 후 행동 매커니즘을 살펴보고자 한다. 구매 후 행동을 재구매 의도와 추천 의도로 구분하였고, 고객 만족과 브랜드 이미지를 구매 후 행동을 야기하는 핵심 요인으로 고려하였다. 또한 화장품 품질, 가격 공정성, 이벤트 활동이 고객 만족과 브랜드 이미지에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 제안한 연구 모형은 화장품 고객 생애 주기의 핵심 고객인 20대 여성을 바탕으로 검증하였다. PLS를 활용하였으며, 본 연구 분석 결과 고객 만족과 브랜드 이미지는 구매 후 행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 브랜드 이미지가 고객 만족보다 구매 후 행동에 더 크게 영향을 미쳤다. 화장품 품질과 가격 공정성은 고객 만족과 브랜드 이미지 모두에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 이벤트 활동은 고객 만족에만 유의한 영향을 미쳤을 뿐 브랜드 이미지에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 화장품 제조업체는 고객들의 구매 후 행동을 유도하기 위한 효과적인 서비스 및 마케팅 활동을 전개할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

광고디자인에 있어서 브랜드명에 의해 유발된 심상정보처리의 설득효과에 관한 연구 (Persuasion Effects of Imagery Information Processing caused by Brand in Advertisement Design)

  • 본 연구는 광고디자인에 있어서 광고에 포함되어 있는 정보의 양의 광고수용자의 광고평가에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 기존 연구는 주로 자원-부합이론(Resoruce-matching theory)의 관점에서 광고에 포함되어 있는 외부정보의 효과만을 주로 검증하였다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 이와는 달리 광고에 제시된 브랜드명 의해 유발된 심상정보처리와 같은 내부정보의 정보량이 어떻게 광고수용자의 광고평가효과를 조절하는지를 두가지의 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 실험결과에 따르면 광고에서 제시된 브랜드명은 광고수용자가 인지적 잉여자원이 있는 경우 심상정보처리를 유발시키고 이러한 심상정보처리과정이 명성브랜드일 경우에는 광고에 대한 평가를 긍정적으로 유도하는 반면 비명성브랜드의 경우에는 부정적으로 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 광고디자인프로세스에서 명성브랜드라면 광고효과를 증대시키기 위해 제품관련정보를 많이 내포해야 할 필요는 없다는 점을 시사하고 있다 오히려, 이미 소비자의 인식속에 구축되어 있는 브랜드자산을 통해 심상정보처리와 같은 내부정보탐색을 할 수 있는 여지를 마련하도록 광고디자인을 설계하는 것이 바람직하다고 할 수 있다. 반대로 비명성브랜드의 경우에는 광고효과를 극대화하기 위하여 제품관련정보를 다양화해야 할 필요가 있다. 이러한 결과가 향후 광고디자이너들이 광고디자인을 수행하는 프로세스상에서 광고수용자들에게 광고효과를 극대화하기 위해 어떻게 광고디자인을 수행해야 할 것인지에 도움을 되기를 바란다.
