섹스탄트를 이용한 개선된 선박 측위 알고리즘의 구현 (Implementation of Improved Ship Positioning Algorithm using Sextant)

  • 선박이 대양 항해 시 선박의 위치를 구하는 것은 안전 항해를 위해 매우 중요하다. 1990년대 이후 GPS(Global Positioning System) 항법의 발전으로 대부분의 선박들이 GPS를 이용하고 있다. 천문 항법은 대양항해 시 항법 수단으로 활용되었으나 계산과정이 복잡하고 시간이 많이 걸리며 해도에 작도를 해야 하는 어려움이 있었다. 그 결과, 활용성이 급격히 저하되었다. 본 논문에서는 기존 천문항법의 문제점을 개선하여 편리성과 활용성을 도모한 개선된 선박 측위 알고리즘을 제시하고 천문항법의 계산과정을 수식으로 정리하여 알고리즘을 소프트웨어로 구현하였다. 선박이 항해 시 태양의 고도, GHA, dec를 컴퓨터에 입력하면 선위가 경 위도 좌표로 화면에 전시된다. 본 논문의 결과, 개선된 방법으로 천문항법의 유용성을 확인할 수 있었으며 조난 시 훌륭한 항법 수단이 될 것이다.

윤길영(尹吉榮)의 변증론(辨證論) 변천(變遷) 연구(硏究)에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Historical Changes in the Theory of 'Syndrome Differentiation' from the Viewpoint of Yoon Gilyeong)

  • Objectives Syndrome differentiation and treatment (辨證論治) is one of the core theories in Korean medicine and syndrome differentiation (辨證) constitutes a branch of disease diagnosis in Korean medicine. Yoon Gil-Young, one of the modern outstanding scholar of basic medical science in Korean medicine, wrote on basic theories of Korean medicine such as physiology, pathology, formula science, etc. Hereby we will analyze and discuss his works to understand his recognition of historical changes in the syndrome differentiation. Methods We conducted researches into the two works of Yoon Gil-Young's, which are "The Clinical Formula Science of Eastern Medicine (東醫臨床方劑學)" and "The theory of Four-Constitution Medicine (四象體質醫學論)". From Yoon's academic standpoint which connects the basic medical science with the clinical medicine, we analyzed his opinion about syndrome differentiation and its historical changes. Results According to Yoon's research work on syndrome differentiation and its historical changes, the development of syndrome differentiation, which goes in harmony with the history of Korean medicine, has its deep root in " Huangdi's Internal Classic (黃帝內經)" and "Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases (傷寒雜病論)". And through "Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach (脾胃論)" and the articles of warm disease (溫病論), the theory of syndrome differentiation became extended to the whole clinical diagnostic field in Korean medicine, finally including the achievements in "Treasured Mirror of Eastern Medicine (東醫寶鑑)", "Longevity and Life Preservation in Eastern Medicine (東醫壽世保元)". Conclusions Yoon Gil-Young recognized that the system of syndrome differentiation was developed in accordance with the theories from the "Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases", then the "Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach" and the articles of warm disease. The four-constitution medicine in Korea and Koho school in Japan which lays emphasis on abdominal signs also contributed to its development. Syndrome differentiation can be categorized basically into three states of intrinsic cold (本寒), intrinsic deficiency (本虛), intrinsic heat (本熱) according to the deficiency and excess in human body metabolism.

간호원의 스트레스 관리교육 효과에 관한 실험연구 (An Experimental Study on the Effects of the Stress Management, Education Program for Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the Stress Management Education Program (SMEP) on the nurses stress and stress management ability, and to identify the main factors affecting them. The subjects were 72 nurses who participated in the In-Service education program of the Jin-Ju District, Kyeong-Nam Branch of the Korean Nurses Association during the period from Oct. 1 to Nov. 30, 1985. The book of“The stress management education program”was developed by the investigators. With this book, we executed the 1st education through the lecture & showing an example, After 15 days from the 1st education, we mailed a reminding booklet to the individuals. (2nd education). Then, we mailed a questionnaire on 15th day from the 2nd education. Before and after the SMEP We measured the stress management ability & stress, and identified the affecting factors. Findings of this study are as follows ; 1. The 1st hypothesis that“the SMP will increase the. knowledge about the nurses' stress management”was supported (t= -6.60, p <.001) 2. The 2nd hypothesis that“the SMEP will increase the nurses' practice about the stress management”was rejected. 3. The 3rd hypothesis that“the SEMP will decrease the nurses' stress”was rejected. 4. The 4th hypothesis that“the higher the know-ledge about the stress management, the lower the nurses' stress”was rejected. 5. The 5th hypothesis that“the higher the degree of the practice about the stress management, the lower the nurses' stress”was supported. (r= - .2859, p<.05). 6. There were significant correlations between the knowledge about stress management and age (r= -.3717, p<.01), between the knowledge about stress management and the period of her work. (r= -.2897, p<0.5). There was significant difference in the knowledge about stress management between those who had married and those who had not. (t=2.82, p<.01) 7. There was significant difference in the practice about the stress management between those who had religion and those who had not. (t=2.7, p< .01) 8. There was significant difference in the stress according to the type or work. (t=6. 127, P <.05) There was significant correlation between the stress and supportive system. (r=-.2647, p<.05).

Growth Characteristics and Seed Yield of Medicinal Soybeans Collected in Korea

  • Seeds of medicinal soybean [Glycine max(L.) Merill] are characterized by a black seed coat, white stripe at hilum border, yellow cotyledon, and very small seed weight. Production of this medicinal soybean has recently increased as a consumption increased. The objective of this study was to evaluate the growth characteristics and seed yield of collected medicinal soybeans and to obtain basic information on production practices and breeding materials. The collected medicinal soybean lines were cultivated at three locations for two years. Twenty-seven lines were planted at the Research Farm, Korea University, Namyangju city, on May 23, and at the Research Farm, Kyungpook National University, Taegu, on May 20, 1995. In 1996 field experiments, forty-four lines were planted on May 25, at Research Farm, Korea University, and twenty-seven lines among those were planted on June 7 at the Research Farm of National Yeongnam Agricultural Experiment Station, Milyang city. The investigated lines had purple or white flower. Flowering and maturing dates were similar or later than those of the control cultivars. Branch number was greater for the investigated lines. One hundred-seed weight of the lines ranged from 8.5 to 15.0 g. Mean seed yields ranged from 1.54 to 2.89 MT/ha. Nine lines of the investigated medicinal soybeans showed higher yield capacity than the control cultivars. Further research should be done on the improvement of the production system and breeding program of medicinal soybeans.

피부색에 따른 병변치료를 위한 광조사펄스모델링에 대한 설계 및 구현 (Design and embodiment about pulse modeling of light investigation for disease treatment by skin color)

  • 피부를 통한 최적의 광투과 치료방식은 국소병변에 직접적으로 광을 조사할 수 있는 장점을 가지나 피부의 가장 바깥 부분인 각질부의 다양한 피부색상으로 인해 광전달 능력에 차이가 있고 다양한 환자에 따라 치료가 부적절 할 수가 있다. 본 연구에서는 피부 임피이던스에 따른 광조사 방식에 따른 일정한 측정을 하기 위해 피부 임피이던스 방식과 피부영역 추출을 통해 색상정보와 차영상을 이용한 방법 즉, 색상정보를 이용한 HIS와 YIQ의 성분이 가장 보편적인데 실험에서는 피부색상에 해당하는 각 색상성분을 탐색한 다음, 색상정보를 이용한 결과로 환자의 피부모델 영역검출에 따라 결과를 영상정보를 통해 개개인의 피부모델을 자동적으로 생성, 측정하여 피부색깔, 에너지, 파장, 폭, 조사시간, 펄스지연 등을 추출하여 원하는 최적의 모델과 특성을 조사하며, 피부 임피이던스에 따른 병변치료 펄스모델링의 기준을 구하였고, 피부부하에 따른 최적의 광조사 펄스모델링 시스템을 설계하여 제작하여, 피부칼라에 따른 적절한 치료펄스 데이터베이스를 구축하였다.

  • The Hyoscyamus niger hyoscyamine $6{\beta}-hydroxylase$ (H6H, EC 1.14.11.11) gene was introduced into the genome of a Scopolia parviflora by the binary vector system using the disarmed Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain KCTC 2703. Expression of H6H enzyme which are involved in alkaloids pathway by western blot analysis using proteins extracted from leaf, stem flower, branch root and main root were examined The enzyme expression was found only in the roots, with no expression in leaf, stem and flower. The alkaloids contents were the most higher in root and then leaf and stem has very small amount of alkaloid contents were analyzed by HPLC. The expression level of H6H in transgenic plants were two or more times than wild type plants. In transgenic plant which constitutively expresses H6H enzyme, high concentration of scopolamine was accumulated.

신령버섯의 기형으로부터 배양불능세균의 PCR 검정 (PCR-based identification of uncultural bacterium from malformed Agaricus blazei)

  • 신령버섯은 항암작용과 더불어 면역강화작용 등 약용으로서 이용되고 있습니다. 최근에는 신령버섯 재배농가에서 새로운 병징 현상이 보고되어 내생세균에 대한 분자생물학적 방법으로 조사하였다. 병징을 나타내는 수집된 기형버섯을 eubacterial 16S rDNA 영역을 이용하여 PCR한 결과 기형버섯만 증폭되었다. 이 영역을 부분적으로 염기서열을 결정한 결과 CFB bacterium과 유사성이 가장 높았고, 이 염기서열을 이용하여 프라이머를 디자인한 후 nested PCR를 부위별로 확인한 결과 기형을 일으킨 갓의 주름살 부위에서 가장 강하게 증폭되었고 포자수확도 되지 않았으며 배양불능세균 group인 CFB bacterium임을 확인하였다.

연성하중해석을 이용한 위성체 구조부재의 최적화 (Optimization of Spacecraft Structure by Using Coupled Load Analysis)

  • 인공위성에서 위성 구조체의 임무는 위성체의 모든 부품을 제반 환경조건 하에서 안전하게 지지하는 것이다. 위성 구조체의 안전성은 위성체 및 발사체 모델의 결합 및 하중함수로 표현되는 발사하중을 부가한 연성하중해석을 통해 최종적으로 검증된다. 본 연구에서는 구조체 무게의 감소를 위해, 발사하중상태 하에의 위성구조에 대해 직접 최적화알고리듬을 적용하였다. 위성 구조부재의 손상여부의 판단을 위한 가속도 반응은 연성하중해석의 결과를 바탕으로 얻었다. 최적화 결과, 구조부재 중량은 약 12%의 감소를 보였으며, 하니콤 심재의 두께가 성능에 크게 기여함을 알 수 있었다.

한국 해양경찰복제 디자인 연구 (A Study on a Design for the Korean Coast Guard Uniform)

  • As a follow-up of a study on design strategies to improve Korea's Korean coast guarduniforms, this study set out to propose Korean coast guard uniforms of a new concept that would meet the changing needs of the times and match the advanced technology and work environments. Three concepts of classical, nautical and techno chic were identified from the design strategies of the previous study. Using the results from a prototype show and preference survey, the investigator divided items into design, color, material, and detail and reflects demands for each of them. As a result, design was examined in four aspects of identity, acknowledgement, unity, and practicality and focused its improvement factors on design differentiated from other organizations' uniforms including ground police, segmentation of size system, adjustment of the length of upper garment to consider activity, and changes to the lines and silhouette to give out a modern image. As for color, the focus was placed on differentiated colors from other organizations' uniforms including ground police through dark blue and ocean color, change toward colors that reflect environmental characteristics, and unity in colors between the summer and winter uniform. As for material, the focus of improvement was put on elasticity, resistance against contamination, warmth retention, texture, wearing sensation, and functionality by taking into account convenience for field workers on coast guard vessels and branch offices who have much time in contact with ocean environments in order to make the materials high-grade. As for detail, structural details were added to give out a modern image such as changing the detail lines, efficiency of storage space, buttons, sleeve hems, ironing lines, and neck collars by taking into account environmental characteristics. The significance of the study lies in that it proposed a development model for large-scale uniform copy design by establishing copy design that secures functionality and is proper for an organization's social and cultural environment.

한국지역난방공사의 겨울철 열수요 예측을 위한 선형회귀모형 개발 (Forecasting of Heat Demand in Winter Using Linear Regresson Models for Korea District Heating Corporation)

  • 본 연구에서는 선형회귀모형(linear regression model)을 이용하여 겨울철 일일 온수 수요 총량을 예측하는 알고리즘을 개발한다. 한국지역난방공사에서는 온수 공급 계약을 맺고 있는 아파트, 상가 및 사무용 빌딩 등에 난방 및 급탕 온수를 공급한다. 일반적으로 온수는 보일러 및 열병합 발전기를 가동하여 생산하며, 경제적인 온수 생산계획을 수립하기 위해서는 온수 수요를 정확히 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 난방을 위한 온수 수요가 급증하는 겨울철 온수 수요의 특성을 분석하고, 선형회귀모형을 이용한 온수 수요 예측 알고리즘을 개발한다. 겨울철 일일 온수 수요는 외기온도의 영향을 많이 받는 것으로 알려져 있으나, 본 연구에서는 외기온도와 예측일 하루 전날 온수 공급 실적값을 동시에 고려할 때 예측 정확도를 크게 높일 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 개발하는 예측 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 한국지역난방공사 서울 강남지사의 2006 ~ 2009년도 온수 수요 공급 실적과 기상청의 기상정보를 이용하여 겨울철 일일 온수 수요 총량을 예측한 결과, 평균 오차율(mean absolute percentage error)이 3.87%을 넘지 않는 수준임을 확인하였다.
