Ru/$RuO_2$ 금속/산화물 이중전극 위에 증착한 PZT 박막의 전기적 특성 (Electrical Properties of PZT Thin Films Deposited on the Ru/$RuO_2$ Metal/Oxide Hybrid Electrodes)

  • PZT thin films (3500$\AA$) have been prepard on the Ru/Ru $O_2$ and Ru $O_2$ bottom electrodes with a RF magnetron sputtering system using P $b_{1.05}$(Z $r_{0.52}$, $Ti_{0.48}$) $O_3$ ceramic target. Ru/Ru $O_2$ bottom electrode was fabricated by in-situ processing controlled the $O_2$ partial pressure. The PZT thin films deposited on the Ru/Ru $O_2$ bottom electrode were preferred oriented (101) plane. The PZT thin films deposited on the Ru/Ru $O_2$ bottom electrodes showed better electrical properties than those with Ru $O_2$ bottom electrodes because Ru $O_2$ prevented oxygen vacancies and impurities from existing withing the interface and substrate.e.

계측관리를 통한 방조제 바닥보호공의 침투거동분석 (Analysis of Seepage Behavior of Bottom Protection Layer by Filed Monitoring)

  • In this research, mainly research about the structural and functional stability of sea dyke with variation of seepage condition after final closure. The piezometric head (water head in embankment) monitoring system was installed at two representative final closure section. The dredged fine sand filling condition was evaluated by in-situ test results. Also, the numerical analysis was performed to determine the permeability of bottom protection layer filled with dredged fine sand by monitoring results. According to numerical back analysis results, the coefficient of permeability of bottom protection section of is $7.6{\times}10^{-6}$ m/sec. These results are noted that the bottom protection layer of sea dyke was strong and intensively filled with dredged sand. Also, based on the seepage analysis, the seepage flux of this sea dyke was calculated about $2.42m^3$/day/m which is 29% decreased value compare with adjacent sea dyke.

족압 균등화 FFD(UFPFFD)를 이용한 라스트 설계 (A Last Design Utilizing an Uniform Foot Pressure FFD(UFPFFD))

  • This paper presents a 3D last design system utilizing an uniform foot pressure FFD method. The proposed uniform foot pressure FFD(UFPFFD) is operated on the rule of foot pressure unbalance analysis and FFD. The deformation factor of the UFPFFD is constructed on the FFD lattice with the foot pressure unbalance analysis on the measured 3D foot bottom shape. In addition, the control points of FFD lattice are decided on the anatomical point and the foot pressure distribution. The 3D last design result obtained from the proposed UFPFFD is saved as a 3D dxf data format. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed last design guarantees the balanced foot pressure distribution against on the conventional last design method.

  • 기존의 연구에서 이미 경량성토재료로서 적용된 바 있는 저회(Bottom Ash), 폐타이어-흙 혼합토의 성능을 토대로 하여, 전통적인 성토재료인 흙 대신 저회를 활용하는 새로운 경량성토재료를 제안한 바 있다. 이어서 이 연구에서는 저회-폐타이어 혼합토의 경량성토재료로서의 적용성을 평가하기 위해 현장다짐시험과 실대형 성토 모형실험을 수행하여 기존의 성토재료인 풍화토만으로 조성된 성토구조물과 저회-폐타이어 혼합토로 조성한 성토구조물에 대한 침하, 토압, 지지력, 진동저감효과 등을 평가하였다. 그 결과 토압 및 진동은 저감되는 효과를 보였으며, 정동적 하중에 따른 침하거동은 두 재료(풍화토 단면, 저회-폐타이어 혼합재료)에서 유사하게 평가되었다.

  • 압축하중 및 횡하중의 조합하중을 받는 연속 보강판넬의 좌굴강도 및 최종강도의 평가는 선체구조 안정성을 재고하는데 아주 중요한 요소이다. 예를들면, 선박의 공창 상태에서 선체외판은 수압하중에 의해서 파생되는 횡방향 면내 압축하중과 선체외판에 작용하는 횡하중은 대표적인 하중 성분이다. 지금까지의 대부분의 연구 결과들은 실험테스트 및 이론석인 접근 그리고 수치계산 방법에 의해서 수행되었으며, 단일 판 또는 보강판의 조합하중에 대한 많은 업적들이 있다. 그러나, 이들 중 대부분의 연구는 종방향 면내 압축하중과 횡하중에 의한 연구결과가 대부분이며, 횡방항 면내 압축하중과 횡하중에 대한 결과들은 상대적으로 많지가 않다. 게다가 이전의 연구들은 주고 네변 단순지지된 판부재를 고려하였으나, 실제의 구조를 고려해보면, 횡방향 프레임과 종방향 거더들이 교차되어 있는 보강 판넬 구조이다. 본 연구는, 3척의 실적선에서 얻은 이중저 판넬 모델을 적용하고, 횡하중의 크기를 변수로 한 탄소성대변형 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 이러한 여러 가지 수치 해석을 통하여, 횡하중의 크기 변화에 대한 영향과 횡방향 압축하중이 작용하는 붕괴 매커니즘에 대해서 고찰하였다.

An Experimental Study on Dryout Pattern of Two-Phase Flow in Helically Coiled Tubes

  • Experimental results are presented for the effects of coil diameter, system pressure and mass flux on dryout pattern of two-phase flow in helically coiled tubes. Two tubes with coil diameters of 215 and 485 mm are used in the present study, Inlet system pressures range from 0.3 to 0.7 MPa, mass flux from 300 to 500 kg/㎡s, and heat flux from 36 to 80 kw/㎡. A partial dryout region exists because of the geometrical characteristics of the helically coiled tube. The length of the partial dryout region increases with coil diameter and system pressure. On the other hand, it decreases with increasing mass flux. The critical quality at the tube top side increases with mass flux, but decreases with increasing system pressure. This tendency is more notable when the coil diameter is larger. When the centrifugal force effect becomes stronger, dryout starts at the top and bottom sides of the tube. However, when the gravity effect becomes stronger, dryout is delayed at the tube bottom side. In some cases when the mass flux is low, dryout occurs earlier at the outer side than at the inner side of the tube because of film inversion.

접합실 바닥형상이 컨덴서 튜브 직접압출 공정 및 금형탄성변형에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Chamber Bottom Shape on Die Elastic Deformation and Process in Condenser Tube Extrusion)

  • In case of hollow cylinder extrusion using porthole die, the effects of extrusion parameters-temperature, the speed of extrusion, the shape of the die and mandrel-on metal flow in porthole die extrusion of aluminum have been investigated. However, there have been few studies about condenser tube extruded by porthole die. Original metal flow of condenser tube by porthole die extrusion is similar to hollow cylinder extrusion but the estimation of metal flow for extrusion parameters is different. For example, variation of chamber length in hollow extrusion only affects the welding pressure, however, the welding chamber length in condenser tube extrusion influences to the welding pressure as well as the deflection of mandrel. This study was designed to evaluate metal flow, welding pressure, extrusion load, tendency of mandrel deflection according to angular variation in the bottom of chamber in porthole die. Estimation was carried out using finite element method in as non-steady state. Analytical results can provide useful information the optimal design of porthole die.
