하계 및 동계재배에서 저온과 GA3 처리가 스타티스의 개화와 절화수량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Low Temperature and GA3 Treatment on Flowering and Cut Flower Yield of Limonium spp. in Summer and Winter Cultivations)

  • 본 연구는 스타티스 'Ocean Blue'와 'Fantasia'의 하계 및 동계재배에서 저온 및 $GA_3$ 처리가 스타티스의 개화와 절화수량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 7주간 육묘한 스타티스를 하계 및 동계재배에서 4주간 저온처리($3^{\circ}C$), $400mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ $GA_3$ 처리, 그리고 2주일간의 저온처리와 $200mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ $GA_3$의 혼합처리는 동계재배에만 적용하였다. 하계재배에서는 'Ocean Blue'와 'Fantasia' 모두 저온처리에 의해 각각 16%, 53%의 절화수량이 증가하였고, 특히 'Ocean Blue'는 대조구와 비교했을 때 추대와 개화가 촉진되었다. 동계재배에서도 두 품종 모두 저온처리에서 무처리에 비해 생육량이 많았고, 'Fantasia'의 분지수와 엽수는 월등히 많았다. 'Fantasia'의 저온 처리에서 절화수확량이 대조구에 비해 약 35%가 증가하였고, 추대와 개화가 각각 20일과 10일정도 촉진되었다. 저온과 $GA_3$ 혼용처리 시 추대는 품종들 사이에 큰 차이가 없없지만, 'Fantasia'에서 개화가 촉진되고, 대조구와 비교했을 때 좋은 품질의 절화를 생산하였다.

  • It was described Several Tuneling method for applying petrolum oil storage. The most Important factor of Tunneling is not only reinforcing works such as pre-grouting and after grouting but also rock bolting and shotcrete. The efficent works should be done by professional skillman, and also the classification of rock should be decided by professional engineers.

  • This paper summarizes the results of full-scale cyclic seismic testing on four RBS (reduced beam section) steel moment connections. Key test variables were web bolting vs. welding and strong vs. medium PZ (panel zone) strength. The specimen with medium PZ strength was specially designed to mobilize energy dissipation from both the PZ and RBS region in a balanced way; the aim was to reduce the requirement of expensive doubler plates. Both strong and medium PZ specimens with web-welding were able to provide sufficient connection rotation capacity required of special moment frames, whereas specimens with web-bolting showed inferior performance due to the premature brittle fracture of the beam flange across the weld access hole. In contrast to the case of web-welded specimens, the web-bolted specimens could not transfer the actual plastic moment of the original (or unreduced) beam section to the column. If a quality welding for the beam-to-column joint is made as in this study, the fracture-prone area tends to move into the beam flange base metal within the weld access hole. Analytical study was also conducted to understand the observed base metal fracture from the engineering mechanics point of view.

배수체 작성에 따른 시호 작물 특성 (Colchicine-Induced Polyploidy and It's Agronomic Characters in Bupleurum falcatum)

  • The effect of colchicine treatment on the agronomic performance and polyploid formation of Bupleurum falcatum using flow cytometry technique was investigated. The roots of 4-leaf stage plants were treated with colchicine (0.5%) for 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours and then transplanted in the field. Agronomic characters (survival rate, plant height, chlorophyll content, bolting rate) were recorded at 4 weeks and 6 months after transplanting while flow cytometry technique was conducted for determination of polyploid formation. Flow cytometry technique revealed polyploid nuclear DNA formation in colchicine treated plants. The highest number of polyploids was obtained at the shortest colchicine treatment time indicating an inverse relationship between colchicine treatment time and polyploid formation. Results also showed that survival and bolting rates were inversely related with the treatment time while plant height and chlorophyll were not significantly affected by the treatment. This study showed a convenient method for determination of colchicine-induced polyploid in B. falcatum and its superior agronomic performance at shorter treatment time.
