큰느타리(새송이)버섯 스마트팜 재배를 통한 생육환경 분석 및 자실체 품질 특성 (Analysis of the growth environment and fruiting body quality of Pleurotus eryngii cultivated by Smart Farming)

  • 최근 ICT기반 스마트팜이 급속도로 증가추세이다. 버섯의 생육환경요인은 온도, 습도, CO2, 광이 주 요인이지만 그동안 온도 위주의 자동제어가 사용되어왔다. 큰느타리버섯의 생육환경 조절은 온도는 자동제어하지만 가습과 환기는 경험을 기준으로 한 타이머 사용을 하고 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온도, 습도, 환기까지 자동제어를 통해 큰느타리버섯의 1세대 스마트팜 모델을 설정하기 위한 시험을 진행하였다. 환경제어시스템 및 모니터링 장비를 설치 한 후 기존의 방법으로 재배하고 있는 상태에서 생육실의 조건과 자실체의 생육조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 소개하고자 한다. A농가의 경우 온도는 약 17℃에서 발이시키고 자실체 생육기에는 약 16도로 관리하였다. 습도는 초기 95%로 유지하다가 초발이 이후에는 가습을 하지 않는 경향이었다. CO2 관리는 센서도 없었으며 갓과 대의 모양을 보면서 관행적으로 환기하고 있었고 700 ppm에서 최고 2,500 ppm까지 유지하는 경향이었다. 이 농가의 자실체 품질은 평균 개체중 125 g, 대굵기 53 mm, 대길이/대굵기 비율은 1.8, 갓직경/대굵기 1.25 수준으로 A등급(특품)~B등급(상품) 사이에 해당하였다. B농가의 경우는 온도는 약 19~17℃에서 발이시키고 자실체 생육기에는 약 17℃로 관리하였고 생육후기에는 13~15℃였다. 습도는 83~95%로 육안관찰하면서 관행적으로 조절하는 경향이었다. CO2 관리는 센서는 있었으나 제어는 하지 않았고 갓과 대의 모양을 보면서 관행적으로 환기하고 있었고 640 ppm에서 최고 4,500 ppm까지 유지하는 경향이었다. 이 농가의 자실체 형태는 평균 개체중 102 g, 대굵기 48 mm, 대길이/대굵기 비율은 2.2, 갓직경/대굵기 1.2 수준이었다. 이러한 결과는 환경조건 특히 CO2 농도에 따라 큰느타리버섯의 품질이 결정됨을 알 수 있었으며 A농가의 환경조절 방법을 개선하면서 DB화하면 정밀한 스마트팜 모델로 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

꽃노랑총채벌레와 대만총채벌레의 내한성과 월동처 비교 연구 (Comparative Analysis of Cold Tolerance and Overwintering Site of Two Flower Thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis and F. intonsa)

  • 시설재배지 고추(Capsicum annuum)에 주요 총채벌레는 꽃노랑총채벌레(Frankliniella occidentalis)와 대만총채벌레(F. intonsa)이다. 본 연구는 이들 총채벌레의 월동 생리를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 두 총채벌레는 동결감수성 곤충으로 낮은 저온(-15~-25℃)에서 체내빙결점을 보였다. 그러나 이 체내빙결점은 두 종 사이에 그리고 발육태에 따라 상이하였다. 꽃노랑총채벌레의 경우 성충 -25.7±0.5℃, 번데기 -17.2±0.3℃, 약충 -15.0±0.4℃였고 대만총채벌레는 성충 -24.0±1.0℃, 번데기 -27.0±0.5℃, 약충 -17.2±0.8℃에서 체내빙결점을 기록하였다. 그러나 실제로 두 종의 저온 피해는 체내빙결점보다 높은 온도에서 일어났으며, 처리온도가 내려갈수록 그리고 노출시간이 증가할수록 증가하였다. 대만총채벌레에 비해 꽃노랑총채벌레가 저온에 대해서 높은 내한성을 보였으며 발육태에 따라 약충보다는 성충이 높은 내한성을 나타냈다. 그러나 두 종 모두는 치사 저온조건(-10℃, 2시간)에 노출되기 전에 0℃에서 2시간 미리 노출되면 저온 피해가 현저하게 줄어드는 급속내한성유기를 보였다. 또한 단계적으로 감소하는 저온에 노출되면서 저온순화를 발현하였다. 이들 총채벌레의 월동처를 알아보기 위해 시설재배지 안팎에서 동계모니터링이 진행되었다. 동계기간(11월~2월) 두 종 성충은 야외에서 채집되지 않았지만, 시설재배지 내부에서는 꽃노랑총채벌레가 황색점착트랩과 잡초에서 포획되었다. 동계기간 시설재배지 토양시료에서 꽃노랑총채벌레 성충이 지속적으로 우화되었으나, 대만 총채벌레는 11월과 12월 토양시료에서 나오지 않았지만, 1월 이후 채집된 시료에서 성충 우화가 관찰되었다. 휴면에 따른 우화율 차이인지를 분석하기 위해 상이한 일장을 이들 두 총채벌레 종에 처리하였다. 이 결과 꽃노랑총채벌레는 일장조건과 무관하게 우화한 반면 대만총채벌레는 단일조건에서는 우화하지 않았다. 한편 이들 총채벌레가 전파하는 Tomato spotted wilt virus도 동계기간 총채벌레가 채집된 잡초에서 검출되었다. 이상의 결과는 꽃노랑총채벌레가 겨울기간 시설재배지 내부에서 잡초를 먹이로 발육하는 반면, 대만총채벌레의 경우는 휴면상태로 토양 속에서 월동하는 것으로 추정되었다.

신장동맥 색전술을 실시한 실험적 수신증의 전산화 단층촬영 (Computed tomographic evaluation of experimental hydronephrosis treated with transarterial embolization of renal artery in Beagle dogs)

  • 개에서 실험적으로 편측성 신수종증을 유발한 후, 이오헥솔-에탄올 용액을 신장동맥내로 주입하여 신수종증이 유발된 신장으로의 혈류를 차단하는 신동맥 색전술을 실시하고, 선택적 동맥촬영술, 조영증강 전산화 단층촬영, 이용하여 색전술이 실시된 신수종증의 신장과 반대편 정상신장을 평가하고자 본 실험을 실시하였다. 실험적 수신증은 2두의 비글견의 편측 근위 요관을 이중결찰하여 유발하였으며 개에서 요관 결찰 17일째에 편측성 수신증이 유발되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 신장동맥 색전술은 2두의 신수종증이 유발된 신장측의 신장동맥에 대퇴동맥을 통하여 선택적으로 카테터를 삽입한 후 이오헥솔-에탄올 용액을 주입하였으며, 시술 중 심전도, 산소포화도, 체온, 맥박, 호흡수는 모두 정상범위에 있었다. 신장동맥 색전술 후 사망한 개체는 없었으며, 색전물질의 유출로 인한 부작용도 관찰할 수 없었다. 색전술 직후 그리고 14일째에 실시한 선택적 동맥촬영술을 통하여 색전술을 시행한 2두의 개의 신장동맥에서 재맥관화가 발생하지 않았음을 확인할 수 있었다. 실험군의 2두와 대조군의 1두에서 실시한 전산화단층촬영상에서는 색전술 실시 후 14일째에 실험군과 대조군의 신장의 신우부가 확장되고 확장된 신장에 의해 비장이 복측으로 변위된 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 색전술 실시 후 두 달째의 소견에서는 색전된 신장의 크기가 감소한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 조영제 증강 전산화단층촬영에서는 색전술을 실시하지 않은 신장피질의 신호강도가 증가하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었으나, 색전술을 실시한 신장피질의 신호강도는 증가하지 않았다. 따라서, 조영 증강 전산화 단층촬영은 개의 수신증에 실시한 신장동맥 색전술 후의 신장동맥의 재맥관화를 평가할 수 있는 유용한 검사법으로 사료된다.

신장동맥색전술을 실시한 개의 실험적 수신증의 혈동학 (Renal hemodynamics in dogs with experimental hydronephrosis treated with transarterial embolization of renal artery)

  • 개에서 실험적으로 편측성 신수종증을 유발한 후, 이오헥솔-에탄올 용액을 신장동맥내로 주입하여 신수종증이 유발된 신장으로서의 혈류를 차단하는 신동맥 색전술을 실시한 후, 컬러 도플러 초음파상을 이용하여 색전술이 실시된 신수종증의 신장과 반대편 정상신장을 평가하고자 본 실험을 실시하였다. 수뇨관 결찰 후, 유발 전에 비하여 혈관저항지수가 4일, 9일, 17일째에 유의적으로 증가하였으며, BUN, creatinine, ALT, calcium, phosphorus는 변화하지 않았다. 이를 통하여 12두의 개에서 요관 결찰 17일째에 편측성 수신증이 유발되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 신장동맥 색전술은 7두의 신수종증이 유발된 신장측의 신장동맥에 대퇴동맥을 통하여 선택적으로 카테터를 삽입한 후 이오헥솔-에탄올 용액을 주입하였으며, 시술 중 심전도, 산소포화도, 체온 맥박, 호흡수는 모두 정상범위에 있었다. 신장동맥 색전술 후 사망한 개체는 없었으며, 색전물질의 유출로 인한 부작용도 관찰할 수 없었다. 색전술 실시 후 시행한 칼라도플러 초음파 검사에서는 7두 모두에서 실험 전 기간에 걸쳐 색전된 신장에서 혈관신호를 관찰할 수 없었으나, 색전술을 실시하지 않은 5두에서는 신장내에서 혈관신호를 관찰할 수 있었다. 그리고 색전술을 실시한 7두의 정상신장의 평균 혈관저항지수는 정상견의 혈관저항지수와 유의적인 차이가 없음을 확인할 수 있었다. 칼러 도플러 초음파 검사법은 개의 수신증에 실시한 신장동맥 색전술 후의 신장동맥의 재맥관화를 평가할 수 있는 간편하며, 비침습적인 검사법으로 사료된다.

초저체온하 대동맥수술 환자에서 완전 순환차단의 안전한 체온 및 기간에 대한 연구 - 뇌파 Compressed Spectral Array의 임상적 응용 - (Clinical Application of Compressed Spectral Array During Deep Hypothermia)

  • 복합 심장질환이나 대동맥궁 수술시 뇌손상을 보호하기 위하여 오래전부터 초저체온하 완전순환정지법 을 이용하고 있다. 수술후 뇌손상을 예방하기 위하여 여러 방법들을 이용하여 왔으며, 1994년이후 저자들은 뇌대사를 감시하기 위한 방법으로 수술중 뇌파감시를 하고 있다. 저자들은 심장수술실에 사용이 편리한 뇌 파 압축 스펙트럼 정렬(compressed spectral array; CSA) 시스템을 개발하여 이를 대동맥수술시 초저체온 및 설 전순환차단하에 뇌파감시에 적용하여 이의 유용성을 검증하고, 초저체온하 뇌파를 연속감시하여 뇌파가 소 실되고 다시 나타나는 온도를 확인하여 순환정지의 안전한 온도와 시간을 연구하였다. 급성 대동맥박리증 3 례와 대동맥궁 대동맥류 3례(2례는 가성)의 대동맥질환 환자를 연구대상으로 하였다. 직장과 식도체온을 연 속 감시하였으며,마취후 뇌파를 연속감시하였다. 대상환자들중 3례는 초저체온하 완전순환차단하에 수술을 하였으며, 3례는 초저체온하 선택적 뇌관류하에(500 700Ml분) 수술을 하였다. 환자의 체온을 하강하여 뇌 파가 소실된 후 약 3분 후에 순환정지나 선택적 뇌관류를 하였다. 뇌파가 소실된 체온은 직장\ulcorner온이 $16.1^{\circ}C-22.1^{\circ}C(평균:$ $18.4\pm2.0),$ 식도체온이 $12.7^{\circ}C~16.4^{\circ}C(평균:$ $14.7\pm1.6)였다.$ 완전순환차단 환자의 경우 뇌 허혈 시간은 각각 30, 36, 및 56분이었으며, 뇌관류 환자의 경우 각각 41, 56, 92분이었다. 수술중 뇌파가 다시 나 타난 시간 및 체온은(증례 3~6) 5~23분후에 직장체온이 $14.1^{\circ}C~20.3^{\circ}C,$ 식도체온이 $11.7^{\circ}C~15.4^{\circ}C에서$ 나타났다. 수술후 뇌손상의 증상은 없었으며,수술과 관련된 사망은 없었다. 이상의 결과로 식도체온이 $16^{\circ}C이하에서도$ 뇌파가 23분이내에 다시 나타난 것으로 보아 식도체온이 $15^{\circ}C이하는$ 되어야 약 30분간의 완전순환 차단에 안전하리라 생각되었으며, 대동맥 수술시 CSA를 이용한 뇌파감시는 전기뇌활동을 감시하는데 유용 한 방법으로 생각되었다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. We propose a simple adaptive algorithm to increase capability of noise cancelation in QRS complex detection with two stage adaptive filter.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. Third, best-fit boundary is detected by the cost function which is based on the best-fit elliptic model. We use combination of MLP and fuzzy filter for pattern recognition to estimate the direction of a muscle and Hogan's method for the force estimation. EMG signals are acquired by using a amputation simulator and 2 dimensional joystick motion. The main unit includes a 12.1" TFT color LCD, a main CPU board, and peripherals such as a module controller, Ethernet LAN card, video card, rotate/push button controller, etc. The main unit can connect at maximum three module cases each of which can accommodate up to 7 parameter modules. They include the modules for electrocardiograph, respiration, invasive blood pressure, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and SpO2 with Plethysmograph.

스마트 모바일 환경에서 의료정보 동적접근 시스템 (Medical Information Dynamic Access System in Smart Mobile Environments)

  • 최근, 병원정보시스템의 환경은 다양한 스마트 기술을 접목하고 있는 추세이다. 따라서, 스마트 폰, 테블렛 PC와 같은 다양한 스마트 디바이스가 의료 정보 시스템에 활용된다. 또한, 이러한 환경은 이기종 센서, 디바이스, 시스템 및 네트워크에서 실행되는 다양한 응용 프로그램으로 구성된다. 이들 병원 정보 시스템 환경에서, 기존의 접근 제어 방식에 의한 보안 서비스를 적용하는 것은 문제가 된다. 기존 보안 방식의 대부분은 접근제어 리스트 구조를 사용한다. 이는 클라이언트 이름, 서비스 객체 메소드 이름으로 접근 제어 매트릭스에 의해 정의된 접근만을 허용한다. 가장 큰 문제점으로는 정적인 접근 방법은 변화되는 상황에 신속하게 적응하지 못한다. 따라서, 우리는 보다 유연하고, 매우 상이한 보안 요구와 다양한 환경에 적용 할 수 있는 새로운 보안 메커니즘을 필요로 한다. 또한, 환자중심의 의료 서비스 형태로 변화되고 있어, 이를 해결하기 위한 연구가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 모바일 환경에서 의료정보 동적접근 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 우리는 기존 병원정보 시스템의 환경을 기반으로 동적접근 제어 방법으로 의료정보 시스템에 접근하는 방법에 중점을 두었다. 물리적인 환경은 모바일 x-ray 영상 디바이스와 전용 모바일 스마트 디바이스, PACS, EMR 서버와 인증 서버로 구성하였다. 소프트웨어 환경은 모바일 X-ray영상기기는 Windows7 OS를 기반으로 동기화 및 모니터링 서비스를 위해 .Net Framework를 기반으로 개발하였다. 그리고 전용 스마트 디바이스는 Android OS를 기반으로 JSP와 Java SDK를 통한 동적접근 응용 서비스를 구현하였다. 병원의 의료영상정보 서버와 모바일 X-ray영상기기, 전용 스마트 디바이스간의 의료정보는 의료영상정보 표준인 DICOM을 기준으로 한다. 또한 EMR 정보는 H7을 기반으로 한다. 동적접근 제어 서비스를 제공하기 위해, 우리는 산소포화도, 심박수, 혈압과 체온과 같은 생체 정보의 값에 대한 조건에 의해 환자의 상황을 분류하고, 의료진의 의료정보 접속 인증 방법으로 동적인 접근 방법을 설계했다. 이는 일반 상태와 응급상태로 2부분으로 구분하여 이벤트 추적 다이어그램으로 보였다. 그리고, 인증 정보는 ID/PWD와 위치, 역할, 작업시간 그리고 응급 환자를 위한 응급 코드를 포함하였다. 동적접근 제어 방법의 일반적인 상황은 인증 정보의 값에 의해 의료정보에 접근 할 수 있다. 그러나 응급상황의 경우는 인증 정보 없이 응급 코드에 의해 의료정보에 접근하도록 하였다. 또한, 우리는 의료정보 표준에 따라 환자, 의료진 및 의료 영상 정보로 구성되는 의료정보 통합 데이터베이스 스키마를 구축했다. 끝으로, 우리는 제안 시스템의 수행 결과를 일반과 응급상황과 같은 환자의 상태에 따라 스마트 디바이스 기반으로 동적접근 응용 서비스의 유용성을 보였다. 특히, 제안 된 시스템은 동적 액세스 제어 방법에 의해 응급상황에서 스마트 디바이스기반의 효과적인 의료 정보 서비스를 제공한다. 이 결과, 제안한 시스템이 u-병원 정보 시스템과 서비스에 유용할 것으로 기대한다.
