비결합 다관절 평면기구의 컴퓨터원용 운동해석을 위한 컴포넌트 모듈기법 (Component Modular Approach to Computer-Aided Kinematic Analysis for General Planar Uncoupled-Connected Multiloop Mechanisms)

  • Interactive computer-aided analysis of mechanical systems has recently been undergoing an evolution due to highly efficient computer graphics. The industrial implementation of state-of-the-art analytical developments in mechanisms has been facilitated by computer-aided design packages because these rigid-body mechanism analysis programs dramatically reduce the time required for linkage design. This paper proposes a component modular approach to computeraided kinematic motion analysis for general planar multiloop mechanisms. Most multiloop mechanisms can be decomposed into serveral components. The kinematic properties (position, velocity, and acceleration) of every node can then be determined from the kinematic analysis of the corresponding component modules by a closed-form solution procedure. In this paper, 8 types of modules are defined and formulations for kinematic analysis of the component modules are derived. Then a computer-aided kinematic analysis program is developed using the proposed approach and the solution procedure of an example shows the effectiveness and accuracy on the approach.

체색 패턴이 다른 개볼락(Sebastes pachycephalus) 피부 전사체 프로파일링 (Skin Transcriptome Profiling of the Blass Bloched Rockfish (Sebastes pachycephalus) with Different Body Color Patterns)

  • 생물의 종 구분에 이용하는 지표 중 체색은 특징이 뚜렷한 형태 지표로서, 어류의 종 동정에 유용한 형태형질이다. 개볼락은 한국 중부와 남부, 일본 홋카이도 남쪽 등지에 분포하는 상업적으로 중요한 어종으로, 피부에 반점의 유무 및 마킹이 있는 위치에 따라 4개의 아종으로 구분하는 복잡한 체색 특성을 갖는다. 그러나 개볼락의 다양한 체색 패턴과 관련된 유전자 탐색 및 유전자 변이 발굴 등 체색 형성에 관여하는 유전자 규명에 관한 연구는 없다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 개볼락의 체색 패턴 관련 유전자 발굴 및 유전자 발현 특성을 규명하기 위한 기초 연구로 체색 타입별 피부 전사체를 프로파일링하였다. 개볼락을 Wild type (반점과 marking 없음)과 Color type (반점과 마킹 모두 있음)으로 구분하였고, 피부 전사체를 RNA-seq 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 개볼락 피부 전사체의 발현량을 비교하여 체색 타입별 차등발현유전자 164개를 확보하였다. 이들 차등발현유전자의 기능을 Gene ontology(GO) 분석으로 확인한 결과, 2개는 molecular function, 46개는 biological process, 6개는 cellular component 기능그룹에 속하였다. 차등발현유전자 중 CTL (Galactose-specific lectin nattectin), CUL1 (Cullin-1), CMAS (N-acylneuraminate cytidylyltransferase), NMRK2 (Nicotinamide riboside kinase 2), ALOXE3 (Hydroperoxide isomerase ALOXE3), SLC4A7 (Sodium bicarbonate cotransporter 3) 등은 특정 체색 타입 특이적인 발현양상을 나타냈다. 이번 연구는 개볼락의 체색 패턴 형성에 관여하는 전사체를 탐색한 첫 번째 연구로, 체색 형성 관련 기능유전자 발굴을 위한 후보유전자로 개볼락의 체색 타입별 차등발현유전자를 확보한 것에 의의가 있다. 향후에는 이들 후보유전자의 발현양상 및 기능을 분석하여 개볼락의 복잡한 체색 패턴과 관련된 기능유전자의 특성을 밝히고자 한다.

젖소의 자동 체온 측정 시스템 개발 (Development of an Automatic Body Temperature Measuring System for Dairy Cattle)

  • In this paper the development of an automatic body temperature measuring system which can be attached to the milking machine has been studied. Since the disease is highly related to the body temperature of the cattle, early detection of the abnormal temperature would prevent the severe problems which may occur in dairy farms. The electronic component AD590 is used as a temperature sensor for the system. The device is highly robust against the noise since the output signal is the current. So it can be applied to the long distance sensing. The resolution of the signal is $0.1{\circ}C$ and the current is 10 mV. Also the A/D converter is designed for interfacing the sensor with a computer. A temperature measuring experiment using the developed system has been done for measuring the temperature of human beings and the system was proven to be useful for measuring the body temperature of the dairy cattle properly.

성인 여성의 정면 체형에 대한 형태적 분류 (Shape Classification of Bodytype of Adult Women - At Sight of Front line of the Body -)

  • To classify the bodytype at sight of front line of the body, 20 to 59 year-old 484 females were examined. 73 photographic and 16 anthropometric measurements were taken to each subject. The indices were used to obtain the shape factor of the bodytype. The principal component analysis was performed to obtain the shape factor of the front line of body and 6 factors were abstracted. The factor score was better than the measurements as the independent variable in applying the cluster analysis to classify the shape. As the result of the cluster analysis, the shape of the body at sight of the front line was classified in 4 types. It was named X, Y, A, H type. Considering the sizes, Y type was obese and H type was lean characteristically.

성인 여성의 연령대별 신체 형태 구성 인자의 고찰 (A Study on Bodyshape Factor according to Age Group of Adult Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to consider the bodyshape factor of adult women according to their age groups. Age groups were 20's, the first half of 30's, the last half of 30's, 40's, 50's. Factor analysis was performed and bodyshape factors were abstracted at sight of front and side line of the body. Results indicate that the bodyshape factors were different to each age groups, so, age is very important component to the change of body shape of adult women. A suggestion is when they make standard sizes of women's ready-made clothes, it is important to reflect thier characteristics of body shape according to each age groups and age can be a standard to classify the body types of adult women.

  • This paper discusses about modeling method to simulate a nonlinear behavior like sliding or rocking of two stacked body system under earthquake condition. A double body system design can be an option to reduce seismic response of a component in comparison to a single body system for free standing structures. Therefore, according to the priority of components, the structure is to be designed by proper ratio of partition in their height for improvement of seismic capability and structural integrity. Nonlinear modeling and analysis using simple rigid body and dynamic system has been performed to check the trend in such cases. As a result, one of the two bodies can be chosen to reduce the seismic response from energy absorption of the other one by appropriate application of friction ratios not only in slip-slip condition but in slip-rock condition.

  • In this study, a rigid multi-body dynamic model has been developed for mechatronic analysis to evaluate dynamic behavior of a machine tool. The development environment was the commercialized analysis tool, ADAMS, for rigid multi-body dynamic analysis. A simplified servo control logic was implemented in the tool using its functions in order to negate any external tool of control definition. The advantage of the internal implementation includes convenience of the analysis process by saving time and efforts. Application of this development to a machine tool helps to evaluate its dynamic behavior against feeding its component, to calculate the motor torque, and to optimize parameters of the control logic.

  • Research interest on flexible body dynamics, has been increased recently. The major application areas are the auto-mobile, train, and heavy machinery. This paper attempted the dynamic analysis for the variable-gauge wheelset with a flexible body, to better understand the dynamic characteristics of the variable-gauge wheelset. In order to achieve this goal, a 3D-Virtual Mock-up model was built. The tendency of the stress and deformation for the flexible lever was investigated through component mode synthesis, contact mechanics and flexible body dynamics. This study is a pioneering work for the development of Korean type variable-gauge wheelset.

  • The interior vehicle noise due to the exterior aerodynamic field is an important topic in the acoustic design of a car. The air flow detached from the A-pillar and impacting the side windows are of particular interest as they are located close to the driver / passenger and provides a lower insulation index than the trimmed car body parts. This paper presents a numerical analysis method for a simplified vehicle model. The internal air cavity including trim component are included in the simulation. The car body includes the windshield and two side windows. The body is made of aluminum and trimmed with porous layers. The methodology proposed in this paper relies on two steps: the first step involves the computation of the exterior flow and turbulence induced non-linear acoustic field using CFD Code. The second step consists in the computation of the vibro-acoustic transmission through the window using the finite element vibro-acoustic solver Actran.

국산 공정석함유 혈암의 요업적 개발에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Utilization of Domestic Shale contained Chiastolite for Ceramics)

  • The usefulness of the domestic shale contained chiastolite as additive were investigated. Crude mixed minerals were separated into shale and chiastolite. Refractory body added simple component or multiple components as additives was obtained when firing at 125$0^{\circ}C$ for each body. Compressive strength, refractories, apparent sp. gr., water absorption, corrosion test by slag, hot linear expansion were measured and X-ray diffraction analysis was observed. As the result of study, refractory body contained separated minerals as additives showed slightly increasing in refractoriness, lowering in sintering effect, the excellent effect for corrosion resistance by acidic slag. With more containing separated minerals, hot linear expansion for the body can be decreased.
