This paper is designed to search the new alternatives to supplement the inconvenience of the traditional written ballot method which is executed every early semester to select the class board at the school. It is prepared on the based the results of the design and implement of the wired/wireless inter-working mobile electronic voting system where the students can participate in the real-time class board selection and the decision-making utilizing the mobile phones, PDA and PC they commonly have. It is time when we should consider introducing the electronic voting system, to minimize the students' inconvenience and the subsequent missing class, having to wait in the long line in the designated place to select the class board at every election season. This system enables the students to participate wherever they are other than the common place as well. Further, this research will provide the opportunity to think over the new school election culture in line with the age of Ubiquitous, as well as the useful means in the field to promote the active participation of the parents and students in the students' self-administration, decision-making necessary at the schools.

This paper presents a modified filtered-x least mean square (FxLMS) algorithm to improve the stability of active noise control (ANC) system in realistic environment. A real-time ANC system employing modified FxLMS is designed and implemented on digital signal processor (DSP) board. The ANC system is evaluated for cancelling various tonal frequency noises in the range from 100 to 500 Hz and the performance is measured in terms of sound pressure level (SPL) attenuation. Experiment results show that a quiet zone with maximum 20 dB SPL attenuation can be generated around the location of error microphone.

In this paper, the system is proposed and implemented to share the part number, the part name, and the vehicle type through the improvement sharing bulletin board for automobile repair and maintenance. And when photos of damage parts are uploaded to the system, the system analyzes it using a deep learning model to analyze whether it is damaged and automatically classify the type of damage. By providing repair and maintenance quotes for a significant part, the system provides economically repaired by providing comparative adjustment information on repair costs to drivers who are particularly concerned about the market prices of parts and maintenance services. Through the existing bulletin board, you can exchange and share information about parts by sharing various information on repair and maintenance. This paper provides in detail the average market price per type of damage during automobile repair and maintenance, helping drivers who do not know the details of parts and maintenance services to receive reasonable quotes by providing price information.

In this paper, a learning method of Pansori using voice bulletin board system is introduced. Also, the influence of the proposed approach on learners is analyzed by qualitative methods such as participatory observation, interview and video recording. The results of the qualitative analysis shows that the proposed approach can be effectively applied to Pansori learning. Futhermore, it can be seen that learners have a great interest in Korean traditional folk music.

The purpose of the study was to identify the characteristics of classroom inquiry features exhibited on a web-based discussion board, which is called the Message Board. Approximately 4,000 students from 80 schools with 60 on-line scientists were participated in the study. During the study, a total of 639 messages in the selected cluster and several patterns were identified and analyzed. Three main features of the classroom inquiry were analyzed in terms of: 1) learner gives priority to evidence in responding to questions; 2) learner formulates explanations from evidence; 3) learner communicates and justifies explanations. The results are as follow. First, once learners identified and understood the questions posed by the curriculum, they needed to collect evidence or information in responding to the questions. Depending on the question that students were given, types of evidence/data students needed to collect and how to collect the data could vary. Second, students' formulated descriptions, explanations, and predictions after summarizing evidence were observed on the Message Board. However, the extent to which students summarized evidence for descriptions, explanations, and predictions varied. In addition, students were able to make a better use of evidence over time when they formulate descriptions and explanations. Third, the Message Board was designed to allow the great amount of learner self-direction. Classroom teachers and on-line scientists played an important role in providing guidance in developing inquiry. At the same time, development of content understanding also contributed to inquiry development.

This paper describes the development of Behind-Tape-Reader (BTR) type DNC system using CYBER 180-830 as a central computer and IBM PC-AT cell control computer and NC lathe with FANUC 5T NC controller. In this system, the connection between central computer and cell control computer is done via RS-232C serial interface board, and that between cell control computer and FANUC 5T controller is done via parallel interface board. The software consists of two module, central computer communication module for NC program downloading and status uploading, NC machine running module for NC operating.

In this study, we applied a web-based education system to the teaching-demonstrations of the pre-service teachers and identified the usefulness of the system as a method supporting constructive education for pre-service teachers. The pre-service teachers performed the web-based activities for the teaching-demonstrations, and we interviewed them after the teaching-demonstrations. On the basis of the results, we found three situations showing the usefulness of the web-based education system. First, the pre-service teachers examined the materials on the constructive teaching-learning theories and constructed the related theoretical knowledge. At this point the web-based discussion board supported the environment where they thought deeply and investigated the theories carefully. Second, they experienced interaction with others and the academic adviser in the processes of preparing the teaching-demonstrations. This interaction was supported by web-based discussion board, and they were able to form the practical knowledge related to the planning and building constructive teaching. Third, they reflected on their own teaching after the teaching-demonstrations. At this point, the web-based discussion board was able to facilitate the interaction for the reflective thinking processes. In this study, we identified that the web-based education system could provide an effective environment where the pre-service teachers could learn constructive teaching-learning methods.

In this study, we proposed the learning activities using open community systems to increase critical thinking and cooperative work. We designed and implemented the Wiki system that is an opened community and general Web-Board system that is a closed community. Then, elementary students had the critical essays activities using these systems. The results of the study are as follows. First, the critical thinking activities were happened more actively at the Wiki system than at the Web-Board system. And we found that the critical thinking dispositions were improved at the Wiki system after students performed the critical writing activities. The critical thinking activities also occurred more actively in cooperative groups than in studying individual groups. In conclusion, when the students learn with the open community like the Wiki system than closed community, it is hoped that they would participate actively and their critical thinking would be improved better.

Unity, understanding our pharmacist pharmacy education and training and their ecosystems rather then overwrite the system will get you ready to integrate and balance searching for contacts. Since 2015 we started the 6-year pharmacy education in the North were already carried out (the current 5.5 years). This chemist (or pharmacist) educate university education and vocational school and health officials made in the training school in jimyeo. Duration of each is to the University of 5.5 years, college three years, health officer training school two years and various types of training methods (weekly, communication, special) is applied is positive. License test system is also in favor of the state graduation test graduation test committee of professors in the university college diploma than the national notification system, and pharmacists 'qualifications' - are licensed is granted. The North Korean education system pharmacists and pharmacist review and analysis test system for the future reunification of Korea oriented education system pharmacists and pharmacists in health care personnel office systems through correct understanding and awareness-will be a useful resource integration plan designed to pharmacists.

In this study, we investigated how satisfaction with on-board training had an effect on career motivation of the trainees. For this purpose, satisfaction for on-board training and career motivation were used as variables. Satisfaction for on-board training were classified into education, environment and operation, and then measurement items were composed. Career motivation consisted of career identity, career insight and career resilience. To establish and test nine hypotheses, a questionnaire survey was conducted by 57 trainees who participated in the Gyeongsang National University on-board sailing training in 2021. To analyze the questionnaire responses, frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and paired sample t-test were used. As a result of factor analysis, six factors for satisfaction for on-board training were derived. Among the factors, it was analyzed that satisfaction with assignments, the satisfaction with accommodation, and the satisfaction with the adequate condition of facilities and equipment had a significant effect on career motivation. In addition, it was found that career motivation significantly increased through on-board training as a result of comparing the difference between the averages of career motivation before and after on-board training.
