근로자의 학업욕구 열망이 대학교육 참여에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Workers' Aspiration for Academic Needs on Participation in University Education)

  • 본 연구는 근로자의 학업 열망이 대학교육 참여에 미치는 연구를 통해 대학교 관계자들에게 신입생유치 및 맞춤 교육을 위한 전략과 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 선행자료들을 분석하여 변수들을 도출하였고, 변수들 간의 인과관계 설정과 질문지를 개발하였다. 조사 대상은 대학교육 참여에 관심 있는 근로자 331명을 대상으로 대인면접법으로 자료 수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 데이터화를 하였고, 신뢰성 및 타당성 검증과 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 구조 방정식 모형의 적합도와 각 개념에 대한 인과관계를 검증하였다. 따라서 검증결과 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 관계자들은 대학교육을 통해 적성에 맞는 직업군으로 전환한 경험자와의 멘토·멘티 제도를 통해 동기부여를 해야 할 것이다. 또한 미래를 위해 지속적인 자기계발을 할 수 있도록 프로그램을 개발하고 보급해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 전문가와의 상담을 통해 본인의 적성과 장점을 파악할 수 있도록 지원해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 대학 관계자들은 추천을 통해 입학을 한 근로자들이 직업전환을 이룬 사례와 정보를 입학 예정자가 알 수 있도록 홍보를 강화해야 할 것이다. 또한 자기 계발을 할 수 있는 대학교육 프로그램을 개발하고 '공모전' 등을 통해 다양한 아이디어를 수용하고 재가공을 통해 근로자에게 대학교육에 대한 정확한 정보를 제공해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 대학 관계자들은 대학교육을 통해 직업전환과 자기계발이라는 두 마리의 토끼를 잡을 수 있다는 프로그램을 근로자에게 제공해야 한다. 즉, 대학 입학시 해외 선진 기업 견학, 다양한 자격증 취득, 블루칼라·화이트칼라의 부서 간 이동, 이직 기회 획득 등 다양한 정보제공과 졸업 선배들의 성공 사례들을 제공함으로써 근로자들의 학습 동기 유발을 자극시켜야 할 것이다. 넷째, 대학 관계자들은 직업전환을 위해서는 대학교육에 참여하여 체계적인 교육과 사회 환경의 흐름 등을 교육받음으로써 한층 더 발전할 수 있는 곳이 대학이라는 것과 이와 관련된 대학교육 프로그램을 적극적으로 홍보해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 대학 관계자들은 근로자가 대학교육 참여시 자기계발을 할 수 있다는 인식이 발생하도록 근로자와의 상담 및 홍보를 실시해야 할 것이고, 근로자들의 수요조사 및 분석을 통해 자기계발을 위해 필요한 사항들이 무엇인지 파악하여 이에 대한 대응방안들을 마련해야 할 것이다.

도시에서 혼자 사는 것의 의미: 1인가구 현황 및 도시정책 수요 (Single Person Household and Urban Policy in Seoul)

  • 한국사회 4가구 중 한 가구가 혼자 사는 가구이다. 전체가구 중 1인가구는 23.9%를 차지하고 있으며, 대도시 서울 역시 혼자 사는 사람들이 24.4%에 달한다. 1인가구라 불리는 이들의 비율은 20년 전에는 9%에 지나지 않았으며, 30년 전에는 단지 4.5% 사람들만 혼자 살았다. 지금까지 우리사회 가구의 전형적인 모습으로 여겨진 부모와 2명의 자녀로 구성된 4인 가구는 23.5%로 줄었다. 대도시 서울에서 혼자 사는 사람과 2인가구를 합한 소규모 가구가 전체 가구의 절반에 이르는 47%에 달하고 있다. 지난 시간동안 발생한 1인가구의 급속한 증가 원인은 무엇일까? 이 글은 이 질문에 답하기 위한 현황 분석과 정책으로 구성되어 있다. 우리 사회의 1인가구 증가는 한 가지 이유만으로는 설명하기는 어려운 복합적인 이유가 자리 잡고 있다. 여성의 경제활동 증가, 젊은 세대의 결혼관 변화에 따른 비(非)혼과 만혼의 증가, 한국의 교육환경에 기인한 기러기 가족 증가, 이혼·별거 등 경제적 빈곤함에 기인한 가족 해체 등에 기인한 비(非)자발전 독신층 증가, 그리고 고령화 진전에 따른 노인 독신가구의 증가 등 여러 요인들과 함께 맞물려 있기 때문이다. 따라서 서로 다른 유형의 1인가구가 존재하기 때문에 이들이 야기할 사회문제도 상이하다. 자발적 1인가구로서의 골드족을 제외한 산업예비군으로서의 젊은 1인가구, 중장년 1인가구, 고령1인가구의 '빈곤'과 '사회적 고립'이다.

기산 김준근 풍속화에 나타난 19세기말 일반복식과 놀이문화에 관한 연구 - 「한국의 놀이」 삽화를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Late 19th Century Basic Costumes and Games based on Genre Paintings by Kisan Junkeun Kim - Referred from the book 「Korean Games」 -)

  • The 13 genre paintings by Junkeun Kim in the book "Korean Games(by Stewart Culin 1858~1929)" were used to study the late $19^{th}$ century's basic costumes and Games style in Korea. The people who appear in the paintings are 26 adult males, 2 minor males, 2 adult females and 3 kisaengs. Typical men wore 'Jeogori' which had various colors and white linings with a reached hip line, and knotted with a 'go-rum' on the right side. They also wore, white colored 'Baji' with colorful sash that were knot below knee or ankle together with 'Hang-jun' or 'Daenim'. They wore 'Beoseon'. Some men wore 'Po' whose colors were blue, green, indigo, white. The general women wore 'Jeogori' in deep green and light pink, indigo, green, red, and they matched with colors for 'Kit' and, 'Go-rum', 'Kut-dong' and its 'Go-rum' was short and narrow. It was so fit and short with narrow sleeve. It had 'Dunggun-kit'(round head collar) with white 'Dong-jung' and so it fit at neck. They wore 'Chi-ma' whose color was red, light green, or light indigo. It contrasted with 'Jeogori'. The width of 'Chi-ma' was big enough. Then white inner slacks came out under the skirt. Traditional Korean games can be classified according to age and gender. Then the games can be further classified into three categories : men's games, women's games, and games for all. The games for adult are an archery practice, hunting, shovel work with a karae, making a bow, drawing Jongkung-chart, Korean chess, playing paduk, and the Korean card game. A swing is a game for women. Games for both men and women are dice play, and domino game. Games for both adult and minor males are sledge, and tightrope walking. Through genre paintings in the $19^{th}$ century, I reached a conclusion that basic costumes are similar to 'Hanbok' at the present time and the method of wearing them has not changed much. It appears that the originality of traditional costumes has been maintained.

Moyamoya 질환에서 1차 통과기법을 이용한 자기공명관류영상의 이해 (Understanding on MR Perfusion Imaging Using First Pass Technique in Moyamoya Diseases)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigated the usefulness of MR perfusion image comparing with SPECT image. A total of pediatric 30 patients(average age : 7.8) with Moyamoya disease were performed MR Perfusion with 32 channel body coil at 3T from March 01, 2010 to June 10, 2010. The MRI sequences and parameters were as followed : gradient Echo-planar imaging(EPI), TR/TE : 2000ms/50ms, FA : $90^{\circ}$, FOV : $240{\times}240$, Matrix : $128{\times}128$, Thickness : 5mm, Gap : 1.5mm. Images were obtained contrast agent administrated at a rate of 1mL/sec after scan start 10s with a total of slice 1000 images(50 phase/1 slice). It was measured with visual color image and digitize data using MRDx software(IDL version 6.2) and also, it was compared of measurement with values of normal and abnormal ratio to analyze hemodynamic change, and a comparison between perfusion MR with technique using Warm Color at SPECT examination. On MR perfusion examination, the color images from abnormal region to the red collar with rCBV(relative cerebral blood volume) and rCBF(relative cerebral blood flow) caused by increase cerebral blood flow with brain vascular occlusion in surrounding collateral circulation advancement, the blood speed relatively was depicted slowly with blue in MTT(Mean Transit Time) and TTP(Time to Peak) images. The region which was visible abnormally from MR perfusion examination visually were detected as comparison with the same SPECT examination region, would be able to confirm the identical results in MMD(Moyamoya disease)judgments. Hymo-dynamic change in MR perfusion examination produced by increase and delay cerebral blood flow. This change with digitize data and being color imaging makes enable to distinguish between normal and abnormal area. Relatively, MR perfusion examination compared with SPECT examination could bring an excellent image with spatial resolution without radiation expose.

남성 근로자의 재흡연에 관련된 요인 (Factors Affecting Re-smoking in Male Workers)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to examine the factors affecting re-smoking in male workers. Methods: A self-administrated questionnaire survey was conducted during April 2003 to examine the smoking state of 1,154 employees of a company that launched a smoking cessation campaign in1998. Five hundred and eighty seven persons, who had stopped smoking for at least one week, were selected as the final study subjects. This study collected data on smoking cessation success or failure for 6 months, and looked at the factors having an effect on re-smoking within this period. This study employed the Health Belief Model as its theoretical basis. Results: The re-smoking rate of the 587 study subjects who had stopped smoking for at least one week was 44.8% within the 6 month period. In a simple analysis, the re-smoking rates were higher in workers with a low age, on day and night shifts, blue collar, of a low rank, where this was their second attempt at smoking cessation and for those with a shorter job duration (p<0.05). Of the cues to action variables in the Heath Belief Model, re-smoking was significantly related with the perceived susceptibility factor, economic advantages of smoking cessation among the perceived benefits factor, the degree of cessation trial's barrier of the perceived barriers factor, smoking symptom experience, recognition of the degree of harmfulness of environmental tobacco smoke and the existence of chronic disease due to smoking (p<0.05). In the multiple logistic regression analysis for re-smoking, the significant variables were age, perceived susceptibility for disease, economic advantages due to smoking cessation, the perceived barrier for smoking cessation, recognition on the degree of harmfulness of environmental tobacco smoke, the existence of chronic disease due to smoking and the number of attempts at smoking cessation (p<0.05). Conclusion: From the result of this study, for an effective smoking ban policy within the work place, health education that improves the knowledge of the adverse health effects of smoking and the harmfulness of environmental tobacco smoke will be required, as well as counter plans to reduce the barriers for smoking cessation.

연작업자들에서 골중 연량이 신경행동학적 검사성적에 미치는 영향 (Association of Bone Lead with Neurobehavioral Test Scores in Lead Workers)

  • To evaluate the effect of lead biomarkers including bone lead on neurobehavioral test in lead workers, 652 lead workers without any occupational exposure to organic solvent, mercury and arsenic were agreed to participate this study. For the control subjects 102 non-occupationally lead exposed blue collar workers in general manufacturing industries were also joined this study. All study subjects joined this study with written informed consent. The study variables of lead exposure were blood and patella lead. For the general characteristics of study subjects, standardized questionnaire regarding age, sex, past disease history, job duration, body mass index (BMI), drinking and smoking habit were provided. For the past history of neurotoxicity related diseases, all study subjects were interviewed by qualified occupational health physician. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Compared with controls without occupational lead exposure, lead exposed subjects had worse performance on all tests(p<0.05). 2. After adjustment for covariates (age, sex, job duration, education level, BMI, smoking and drinking status), the signs of the regression coefficients for blood lead were negative for 13 of the 14 tests. Blood lead was a significant predictor of poorer scores on 8 tests (simple reaction time(ms & root MSD), Trail-Making Test B, Digit Symbol Substitution, Purdue Pegboard assembly, Digit Span Test, Benton Visual Retention, and Purdue pegboard both hand). 3. After adjustment for covariates (age, sex, job duration, education level, BMI, smoking and drinking status), the signs of the regression coefficients for patella lead were negative for 12 of the 14 tests. Patella lead was a significant predictor of poorer scores on 8 tests (simple reaction time(ms). Purdue Pegboard assembly, Digit Span Test, Benton Visual Retention. Pursuit Aiming rest (no. of correct & no. of incorrect), Purdue pegboard non-dominant hand and both hand). With above results, blood lead and patella lead were associated with poorer performance of neurobehavioral tests. In addition, patella lead was confirmed to be better predictor of manual dexterity test in neurobehavioral test battery in lead workers

서울 . 경기 일부지역의 전체급식소에 대한 실태조사 (A Survey on the Actual Conditions of Group Feeding in Seoul City and Kyongki Province.)

  • Recently this writer has conducted a comprehensive survey of 38 private businesses where group feeding is practiced, with a view to determining the condition of nutrition intake by the blue collar workers of these businesses firms as well as gaining an indication of their facilities management along with their sanitary precautions. The survey has revealed, among others, a number of interesting data such as shown below. 1. There are a total of 1,054 workers being fed in groups daily at each of the above business companies, with only one nutrition specialist regardless of the number of workers to be fed or the number of times they are fed daily. The average number of cooks comes to 2.7 persons per 100 workers, while 42.2% of the companies provide four meals a day including mid-night supper, with the result that the workers are fed 3.13 times a day on an average. 2. The average feeding cost amounts to 151 won per meal per person, of which 86 won is payed by the workers themselves and 115 won by the companies involved. 3. The average fbod intake has been found to be 490 grams which can be further broken down into 44grams of animal food and 446grams of vegetable food. These figures are higher than those revealed by the 1975 investigation of the nation's average nutrition intake. 4. The survey also shows the daily calorie consumption per person to be as high as 896 calories including 37 grams of protein which is further broken down into 11 grams of animal protein and 26grams of vegetable protein. With respect to other types of nutrients excepting Vitamin-A, the companies concerned are believed to prorids more than what the survey of the nation's nutrition has revealed or the amount recommended by Korea FAO assoc!ation as desirable. 5. As for facilities management, there is still much room for future improvement. Some 97.4% of the companies surveyed are not equipped with the steam table, which indicates lack of concern along this line as well as a very how degree of equipment utilizations. Distribution of the food in the dining room is generally depedent on self-service method. 6. Speaking of sanitary precautions taken by those businesses involved, some 76.3% are found to have their compounds haunted by rats and other insects. Some 73.7% of them are dependent on boiling method for disinfection of kitchen utensils, which is conducted by 50% of those industries only two or three times a week. It seems hardly feasible to conduct disinfection everyday.

남성적-여성적 의복이 직장여성의 직업특성과 직업적합성 지각에 미치는 영향(I) -Suit을 중심으로- (The Effect of Masculine-Feminine Clothing Image on the Perception of Occupational Characteristics and Occupational Suitability(I) -Suit-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate(Ⅰ) the effect of a masculine-feminine image in women's suit on the perception of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the clothing for certain occupations, and (2) the effect of perceiver's sex, sex-role attitudes, and occupation on the perception formed by the function of clothing cues. The research design of the study consisted of 2(pink and navy blue colors) × 4(masculine and feminine forms) factorial design of a suit. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stiuli and 2 response scales. The stimuli consisted of 8 drawings of woman's clothing made by systematic manipulations of 2 independent variables(color and form) in drawings of suit. The dependent variables were the perceptions of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the masculine or feminine clothing for certain occupations. Occupational characteristics were measured with a 7-point semantic differential scale composed of 21 bipolar adjectives. Perception of ccupational suitability was assessed with 12 items of 5-point Likert type questions. In addition, the Bem Sex-role Inventory was used to assess perceiver's sex-role attitudes. The subjects consisted of 393 men and 389 women, whose occupations were classified as professionals, secondary school teachers, and white-collar workers. They were randomly assigned to one of 8 suit. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, MANOVA, ANOVA, Mean and S.D. Three factors emerged to account for the perception of occupational characteristics. These factors were given the titles of (1) activity, (2) potency, and (3) evaluation factors. The activity factor was the largest, including 9 adjectives. Differences in the form of the suit had effects on potency and evaluation for both sexes, while it also had some effect on activity for women. The color of the suit had some effect on evaluation for both sexes. Strong effects of color and form on the suit were seen in perception of occupational suitability for the occupations of attorney(masculine) and secretary(feminine). On suitability for secondary school teaching occupation, the effects of color and form of suit differed by sex of the subjects. Perceiver's sex-role attitudes and occupation paritally influenced the perception of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the clothing for certain occupations. In summary, a masculine-feminine image of clothing had a significant effect on the perception of occupational characteristics as well as on suitability of the clothing for certain occupations. Thus, the results of the study support the implicit personality theory on person perception and also the stereotypes of sex-roles on the perception of occupational suitability.

컨설팅 실행기업의 조직특성이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향 -제조기업 M사 생산직 종사자를 중심으로- (Effects of Consulting-recipient Company's Organizational Characteristic on Consulting Performance)

  • 본 연구는 HR 컨설팅을 받은 제조기업 M사의 생산직 종사자를 대상으로 컨설팅을 받은 기업의 조직특성이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 컨설팅 성과는 해당 기업이 HR 컨설팅을 수행하였다는 점을 착안하여 인사제도 개선여부와 조직구성원 인식변화를 중점적으로 확인하기 위해서 HR효과성과 조직몰입의 두 가지 차원의 변수로써 확인 하였다. 분석결과, 조직특성을 나타내는 친밀성, 권한위임, 윤리경영, 의사소통, 공유가치의 모든 하위 변수들이 유의수준 P<.05에서 HR 효과성에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이러한 HR 효과성이 높아지면 높아질수록 조직몰입도 긍정적으로 개선된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 조직특성의 모든 하위 변수들이 전체 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 생산직 종사자들에 대한 컨설팅 성과 즉, HR 효과성과 조직몰입을 제고하기 위해서는 기업이 가족과 같은 분위기의 친밀한 조직을 만들어주고, 적절한 권한위임이 되도록 규정과 제도의 정비가 필요하며, 기업이 윤리경영활동을 적극적으로 실천하고, 마지막으로 원활한 의사소통이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 전략적 활동이 필요함을 제언하였다.

A Study on the Costume of The Korean-Chinese Women in Yanbian, China - Focusing on 1990′s -

  • This study is to analyze Korean-Chinese women's Costume in Yabian with factors such as reform opening-up, economic growth, change of social values, development of technology, more education opportunities and influence of mass media. It divides the 1990's into two halves. Photos, interview, observation and relevant literature were used for this study. Even though economy grew rapidly, they needed to purchase daily goods other than clothes. In a way that they preferred practicality, it showed somewhat it was still developing. The trend in the first half of the 1990's was characterized : first, Synthetic or artificial fibers and ready-made suits were popular ; second, there still remained the men's style ; third, they wore Tanrikoo(彈力袴), Tisingkoo(體型袴), Jiaotakoo(脚袴) because of its properties of activeness and comfort ; fourth, shoulders looked ore prominent with pads as they were used in Chungsanfoo(中山服) ; fifth, clothes in grey and dark blue was in fashion ; sixth, they wore hand-made knit vests and sweaters and often mountain-climbing gears for its light and warm quality ; seventh, along with opening-up, various materials and colorful clothes were in style, which satisfied women's desire for beauty. They decorated Hanbok(韓服), using sleeves with colors, golden ornaments, flower patterns embroidery, materials of different color in collar and tie and dyes of sleeves and skirts. In the first half of the 1990's when the opening-up was beginning, there were diverse styles and colors in fashion, yet not close to good quality. As the economy grew, the second half of the 1990's was characterized by good palate, individuality, favouritism on foreign goods, rapid change of fashion. For instance, fur coat and woolen fabric were favored. Economic growth led to abundance of cloth, dyes and decorative materials. In addition, people possessed more clothing and it was possible for them to wear both Hanbok and wedding dress in wedding ceremony. People placed their standards on competency and financial ability rather than ideology. Worship disappeared and individuality arose. Therefore, apparel functioned not only as protection but as suits with aesthetic purpose. This resulted in introduction of bold style, imitation of western countries and extension of use of Hanbok. With the help of mass media, transportation, telecommunication, contact with Korean company and civilians, Korean and western cultures, through Korea, were accepted. Change in structure of economic status caused excessive spending and more educational opportunities that enabled people to accept foreign culture quickly. Values moved onto new, beautiful and better characteristics. it was possible to have suits ready-made due to improvement of mass production and cotten, wool, linen, silk became popular owing to technology. New technology, the bases of mass consumption, increased possession of clothing and accelerated change of fashion. In summary, women's Costume in Yanbian were affected by the factors in economy, politics, culture contact as well as change of society and technology.
