터보 블로워 표준화 제품 개발 사례 (Development of Standard Series for Turbo Blowers)

  • This paper describes the development of standard series for turbo blowers. In mass production system, it is very required to standardize blowers to improve the productivity of ordering, estimating, manufacturing. To standardize blowers, we performed researches on the effects of $b_1$(impeller inlet width), $b_2$(impeller outlet width), ${\beta}_1$(blade inlet angle), ${\beta}_2$(blade outlet angle), Z(number of blades) of impellers and geometry of casing experimentally. Through this study, we chose the several best model of turbo blowers with high efficiency and low noise, which represent each specific speed series 63, 80, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315. After the development of such standardized blowers, the test results are used to prepare the fan geometry and performance database for a selection software.

생활폐기물 자동집하시설용 다단직렬연결 원심블로어 운전특성 (Operating Characteristics of Serially Connected Centrifugal Blowers Used for Automated Vacuum Waste Collection System)

  • This paper describes blower performance characteristics of a automated vacuum waste collection system. Blowers serially connected to six or seven centrifugal blowers are evaluated by experimental measurements to understand blower performances according to blower numbers operated. Two different blowers and duct diameters connected to the main blowers are considered. Data acquisition system is introduced to measure pressure and pressure difference at the main duct simultaneously, which is connected to several blowers serially. A auxiliary blower, which is installed between a filter room and an air deodorizing apparatus, is also added to simulate its performance effect on the main blower. Throughout the experimental measurements of the blower system, it is found that pressure and inlet velocity at the upstream of a blower increase 3.7 and 2.4 times separately by increasing the operating blower numbers from one to seven. It is noted that blower efficiency and pressure measured at the system vary according to the distance between a air intake and a blower system. Auxiliary blower is effective to increase blower inlet suction pressure, while total energy consumption is increased relatively.

  • High-efficiency turboblowers in the next generation have been successfully developed and commercialized first in the world, using the high-speed BLDC motors and the foil air bearings. About 20-35% savings in electricity consumption in the field are found in comparison with the conventional roots rotary blowers and the integral gear-driven turboblowers. Current TB75 and TB150 products are replacing the existing blowers in the worldwide market.

  • In the paper, the development of high-speed industrial turbo blowers with foil air bearings is presented as a first successful commercialization in the world. Their target market is various from wastewater treatment to cement factory processes which require compressed air ranging between 0.6 and 0.8 bar gauge. Employing the state-of·the-art technology of the high-speed BLDC motors, the bump-type foil air bearings and the high- efficient turbo impellers/diffusers, so much compact, efficient and silent blower machines of a single stage are now available in the market, aiming to replace the existing inefficient, bulky and noisy ones, such as roots blowers. The first production lines are established fur 25,75 and 150 hp class blowers. Rotational speeds from about 20,000 to 80,000 rpm are realized directly from the high-speed BLDC motors without any gear boxes, and no lubrication oil is required. A brief introduction of design, manufacture and test results is presented fur mechanical, electrical and aerodynamic performance.

  • An optimal soot blowing system has been developed for an optimal operation of power utility boilers by both minimization of the use of steam and the number of soot blowers worked during soot blowing. Traditionally, the soot blowing system has been operated manually by operators. However, it causes the reduction of power and thermal performance degradation because all soot blowers installed in the plant should be worked simultaneously even there are lots of tubes those are not contaminated by slagging or fouling. Heat transfer area is divided into four groups, furnace, convection area including superheater, reheater and economizer, and air preheater in the present study. The condition of cleanness of the tubes is calculated by several parameters obtained by sensors. Then, a part of soot blowers works automatically where boiler tubes are contaminated. This system has been applied in a practical power plant. Therefore, comparison has been done between this system and manual operation and the results are discussed.

  • This paper describes development procedure of the four types of fuel cell's blowers: pressurized fuel blower, selective oxidation air blower, cathode air blower, and burner air blower. Diaphragm blowers having two heads are selected to maintain force balance when the rotating arms are moving by the driving motor. Dimensions of a diaphragm cavity is designed according to the optimal design procedure using numerical simulation and experimental measurement. Experimental apparatus is designed by considering the bower characteristics having low flow rate and high pressure. Test blower is operated by a diaphragm, which has suction and discharge port on the top of the blower. For analyzing the internal flow of the blower, three-dimensional Navier-Stokes analysis is introduced in the present study. Throughout the optimal design of the blowers, blower performance is enhanced by reducing the unbalance motion of the rotating arm and loss region in the diaphragm cavity.

사회복지전공 대학생들의 시험부정 묵인자에 대한 평가가 사회복지조직의 비리 묵인자에 대한 평가에 미치는 영향 :내부고발 역기능에 대한 염려와 내부고발 보호장치 필요성의 이중매개효과검증을 중심으로 (Effect of Social Work Students' Evaluation toward Connivers of Exam-Cheating on their Evaluation toward Connivers of Corruptions in Social Welfare Organizations :Focusing on the Mediating effects of Both Perceptions of Their Concern of Dysfunction of Whistle-Blowing and of Necessity of Protection Arrangement for Whistle-Blowers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지를 전공하는 학생들이 시험부정행위를 묵인하는 학우에 대한 평가가, 사회복지조직의 비리 묵인자에 대한 평가에 미칠 수 있는 직접효과와, 내부고발의 역기능에 대한 염려와 내부고발자를 위한 보호장치 필요성에 대한 인식이 각각 미칠 수 있는 이중매개효과를 밝히는 것이다. 분석을 통해서 밝혀진 사실들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, '시험부정 묵인자'에 대한 평가는 사회복지 조직의 비리 묵인자에 대한 평가에 직접적으로 유의한 영향($.211^{***}$)을 미쳤다. 둘째, 시험부정 묵인자에 대한 호감도가 높을수록 내부고발 역기능에 대한 염려도 증가($.098^{***}$)하였고, 내부고발자를 위한 보호장치의 필요성($-.191^{^{\prime}***}$)은 감소하였다. 그리고 내부고발 역기능에 대해서 염려를 많이 할수록, 사회복지조직 비리 묵인자에 대한 호감도가 증가하였고($.245^{***}$), 내부고발자를 위한 보호장치의 필요성을 많이 인식할 수록, 내부고발자에 대한 호감도는 감소($-.122^{***}$)하는 것으로 드러났다. 셋째, 내부고발자를 위한 보호장치 필요성(.158; 하한값 .133, 상한값 .217)과 내부고발 역기능에 대한 염려(.074; 하한값 .0433, 상한값 .122)는 각각 유의한 매개효과를 미치는 것이 확인되어 이중매개(double mediators)의 효과가 입증되었다. 밝혀진 주요 내용들을 토대로, 사회복지 정책적, 실천적 함의를 모색하기 위해서 논의하고 제언하였다.
