공리적 설계를 통한 조선 산업에서의 블록 물류 운영 시스템 설계 (Design of a Block Logistics Operating System in Shipbuilding Industry Based on Axiomatic Design)

  • 본 연구에서는 공리적 설계 방법론을 기반으로 조선소의 블록 물류 운영 시스템을 효과적으로 설계하는 방법을 다룬다. 체계적인 설계를 위하여 블록 물류 운영 시스템의 독립적인 기능 요구를 정의하고 이를 만족시키는 설계 파라미터를 정의한다. 그리고 기능 요구들과 설계 파라미터들 사이의 상관관계를 고려하여 구현 순서를 결정한다. 설계 결과는 IDEF0 모델링을 이용하여 제시하였다. 설계된 시스템은 국내 한 조선소에서 구현되었으며, 현장에 적용되고 있는 사례를 분석하여 함의를 도출한다.

Smart Device Based Localization for Ship Block Logistics

  • In a ship block logistics application, acquisition of locations is required in order to identify location of the ship blocks. A Smart device equipped with a GPS sensor can be used as a mobile client for a ship block logistics application. However the precision of GPS components on a commercial smart device is not high enough. Therefore, using the GPS for localization may produce significant positioning errors in a ship block logistics system. This paper proposes a method to reduce errors in measuring locations using a smart device. Based on the knowledge of how the location information is used in a ship block logistics application, and the predictability of the client's moving line based on geographical layout of a shipyard area, our proposed technique enables a better prediction of the ship blocks location. Performance evaluation shows that the proposed technique can significantly reduce the positional error.

  • These days, geographic information system has released in everyday life and industries. However, the shipyard only uses it to manage the layout of the yard. In this study, we apply the Geographic Information System to shipbuilding block logistics simulation to analyse the behavior of bogies and forklifts carrying blocks and materials in the shipyard. The shipyard manages daily block logistics plans at the execution planning stage. However, since it is a daily plan, it is difficult to respond to an unexpected situation immediately, and application to judge a certain value or higher value is insufficient. Therefore, a simulation model was created using the shape and attribute information inherent in the geographic information system to verify and improve the block logistics of the mid-and long-term yards. Through this simulation model, we will analyse loads on the workplace, stockyard, and road, and contribute to overall logistics improvement from the point of view of resource planning. In addition, the results of the simulation are reflected in the planning, to help support various decisions.

물류산업의 블록체인 적용효과와 법적 과제에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Block Chain Application and Legal Issue in Logistics Industry)

  • 물류산업은 블록체인의 적용가능성과 효과성이 매우 높은 산업으로 거론된다. 본 연구는 블록체인이 물류산업에 적용될 경우 발생하는 긍정적인 효과가 무엇인지 살펴보고 물류산업에 블록체인이 적용되기 위해 우선적으로 해결되어야할 법적 문제점은 어떠한 것이 있는지를 파악하기 위한 논문이다. 선행연구의 부족으로 국내외의 다양한 보고서를 참고하였으며 블록체인을 통해 서류업무 간소화, 가시성 증대, 거래신뢰성 향상, 사물인터넷 활성화, 자율거래의 확대라는 긍정적 효과를 창출 할 수 있는 것을 확인했다. 하지만 물류산업에 블록체인이 적용되기 위해서는 전자거래의 범위, 전자선하증권의 국제유통, 전사서명, 개인정보보호에 등에 관한 법률적 보완이 필요하다는 것도 알 수 있었다. 블록체인에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지는 현 시점에서 물류산업의 적용가능성과 효과 및 법률적 문제점을 확인했다는 의미가 있지만 보다 광범위한 법적 문제와 실무 차원의 연구가 향후 수행되어야 할 것이다.

  • 대부분의 물류시스템은 물류정보와 물류흐름의 불일치로 인한 실세계 문제로 운송물류 추적성에 어려움을 경험한다. 이의 해결 방안으로 쇼핑몰을 이용한 주문 상품의 운송에 참여하는 공급체인 기업에 대한 사례연구를 통해서 물류와 정보 흐름의 일치를 통한 주문 상품의 추적성을 확보할 수 있는 운송 물류 추적 모델을 도출하였다. 문헌연구를 통해서 운송 물류 추적 모델에 가장 적합한 참조 모델로 허가형 퍼블릭 블록체인 모델을 선정하였고 운송 물류 추적 모델의 실용성 검증을 위한 비교 분석과 평가를 위해서 중앙집중형 모델과 블록체인 모델을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하고 있는 운송 물류 추적 모델은 실세계의 물류시스템과 통합되어 운송 물류의 추적을 통해서 운송 정보와의 불일치를 탐지하는데 사용될 수 있고 기업 이미지 제고를 위한 마케팅 도구로 활용될 수 있다.

대형 조선소의 블록 물류 시뮬레이션 (Simulation of Block Logistics at a Big Shipyard)

  • To meet the soaring demand recently, South Korea big shipbuilders are examining two things. One is new investment in plant and equipment. The other is replacement of production resources. Considering plant & equipment investment and replacement of production resources, even if actual production ability would be enough, the real output could be affected by limitation of logistics with lack of analysis. As we set up big shipyard in virtual space, we could perform actual production by using confirm production plan in virtual space. We've analyzed the load of block stock, load of road and load of transporter for logistics effects are followed by production increase. This research is to determine the possible problems of those analyzed results and to present the resolution using the current layout. And then modified yard layout, we reanalyzed previous three logistics effects. This simulation model could help administrator to make rational decision for changing yard layout.

블록 물류 관리를 위한 트랜스포터와 작업 블록 자동 매칭 알고리즘 연구 (A Study on the Automatic Matching Algorithm of Transporter and Working Block for Block Logistics Management)

  • During the shipbuilding process, many blocks are moved between shipyard workshops by block carrying vehicles called a transporter. Because block logistics management is one of the essential factors in enhancing productivity, it is necessary to manage block information with the transporter that moves it. Currently, because a large amount of data per day are collected from sensors attached to blocks and transporters via IoT infrastructure installed in shipyards, automated methods are needed to analyze them. Therefore, in this study, we developed an algorithm that can automatically match the transporter and the working block based on the GPS sensor data. By comparing the distance between the transporter and the blocks calculated from the Haversine formula, the block is found which is moved by the transporter. In this process, since the time of the measured data of moving objects is different, the time standard for calculating the distance must be determined. The developed algorithm was verified using actual data provided by the shipyard, and the correct result was confirmed with the distance based on the moving time of the transporter.

  • Informatization and digital transformation across industries are big trends in the world. However, although a few food groups are investing in informatization on a pilot basis, informatization is still delayed in related industries, such as distribution, logistics, etc. Therefore, consumers often are not able to have easy access to detailed information about products. In this paper, to improve these problems, we propose a fresh food logistics solution that adopts Proof of Nonce (PoN) consensus algorithm with Internet of Thing (IoT) technology. The recently developed PoN algorithm dramatically reduces a time for generating a block and is suitable for a platform that collects and services real-time information. We expect to improve their trust in the platform by preventing forgery/falsification of information recorded in real time through this paper.
