  • In this paper, by managing the biometric data is changed with the passage of time, a systematic and scientifically propose a framework to increase the bio-vector generation efficiency of the smart health care. Increasing the development of human life as a medicine and has emerged smart health care according to this. Organic and efficient health management becomes possible to generate a vector when the biological domain to the wireless communication infrastructure based on the measurement of the health status and to take action in accordance with the change of the physical condition. In this paper, we propose a framework to create a bio-vector that contains information about the current state of health of the person. In the proposed framework, Bio vectors may be generated by collecting the biometric data such as blood pressure, pulse, body weight. Biometric data is the raw data from the bio-vector. The scope of the primary data can be set to active. As the collecting biometric data from multiple items of the bio-recognition vectors may increase. The resulting bio-vector is used as a measure to determine the current health of the person. Bio-vector generating the proposed framework, it can aid in the efficiency and systemic health of healthcare for the individual.

  • We performed integration and standardization of the omics data related agriculture. To do this, we requires progressed computational methods and bioinformatics infrastructures for integration, standardization, mining, and analysis. It makes easier biological knowledge to find. we potentialize registration a row and processed data in NABIC (National Agricultural Biotechnology Information Center) and its processed analysis results were offered related researchers. And we also provided various analysis pipelines, NGS analysis (Reference assembly, RNA-seq), GWAS, Microbial community analysis. In addition, the our system was carried out based on the design and build the quality assurance in management omics information system and constructed the infrastructure for utilization of omics analyze system. We carried out major improvement quality of omics information system. First is Improvement quality of registration category for omics based information. Second is data processing and development platform for web UI about related omics data. Third is development of proprietary management information for omics registration database. • The determination of relatedness between individuals in a family is crucial in analysis of common complex diseases. We present a method to infer close inter-familial relationships based on SNP genotyping data and provide the relationship coefficient of kinship in Korean families. We obtained blood samples from 43 Korean individuals in two families. SNP data was obtained using the Affymetrix Genome-wide Human SNP array 6.0 and the Illumina Human 1M-Duo chip. To measure the kinship coefficient with the SNP genotyping data, we considered all possible pairs of individuals in each family. The genetic distance between two individuals in a pair was determined using the allele sharing distance method. The results show that genetic distance is proportional to the kinship coefficient and that a close degree of kinship can be confirmed with SNP genotyping data. This study represents the first attempt to identify the genetic distance between very closely related individuals.

본 논문에서는 공간정보 손실을 완화하고자 PSA(Polarized Self-attention)의 공간정보 강조 모듈을 HRNet(High-resolution Networks)의 합성곱 블록 사이에 추가한다.

이 기술에 딥러닝이 적용되어, 2014년에는 SRCNN(Super Resolution Convolutional Neural Network) 모델이 발표됐다. 이후에는 SRCAE(Super Resolution Convolutional Autoencoders)와 GAN(Generative Adversarial Networks)을 기반으로 한 SRGAN(Super Resolution Generative Adversarial Networks) 등, SRCNN의 성능을 능가하는 모델들이 발표됐다. ESRGAN(Enhanced Super Resolution Generative Adversarial Networks)은 SRGAN 모델의 성능을 개선했지만, 완벽한 성능을 내지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 판별자(Discriminator) 구조를 변경하여 ESRGAN의 성능을 개선한다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 모델이 ESRGAN보다 더 높은 성능을 보일 것으로 기대된다.

  • Repetitive sequences such as SINE, LINE, and LTR elements form a major part of eukaryotic genomes. A literature search tool that summarizes the information contained within repeat elements would provide biologists in the field of genomics with a useful tool for analyzing genomic sequence features. We developed a java program designed to make literature access easier by using two search engines simultaneously. RepWeb is a web-based search system that provides a user friendly interface for searching the reference data and journals for information related to repeat elements by using the search engines, Google Scholar and PubMed, simultaneously. It provides an interface that displays the repeat element- related biological information, and includes useful functions such as the production of a repeat tree, clickable links to PubMed and Google Scholar, exporting, and sorting a field into date, author, journal and title.

  • The oversea export of agricultural-product about item and quantity has not increased recently; especially the fresh-product has a tough issue because of period of production, price large fluctuations, customs clearance, quarantine, and uncertainty about actual locality, we need the information based construction to exchange information quickly about whole range of export and to focus capacity of participation subject for increasing the export. In this study we design the agricultural-product transaction information system based on crowdsourcing to transact the agricultural-product and the information of influencing benefit directly, and the information offering about export-procedure from participation of customs clearance, finance, distribution, buyer, and producer's guild, etc. We expect the producer's guild about agriculture that has not participate the trade to be able to export the agricultural-product and the stabilization of price to transact the product of collapsed or boomed through the agricultural-product information system based on crowdsourcing.

  • Offspring have been produced from somatic cells in a number of species. This biotechnology introduced a new phenomenon in reprogramming and differentiation of somatic cell, namely totipotency. However, birth of oversized calves and perinatal abnormalities such as increased gestation length, lack of spontaneous parturition, higher incidence of dystocia, and reduced perinatal viability of offspring are frequently observed in pregnancies of cloned bovine fetuses. Disturbance of feto-placenta has been proposed as likely causes for abnomal growth. However. Little is known the mechanism responsible for the perinatal problems. Therefore, we focused on gestation length in somatic cell nuclear recipient cows. To solve this issues, placental tissues of control and cloned bovine were obtained by a cesarean section (C-section) before 5 days of paturition. Total RNA from control and cloned bovine placenta was extractd by TRIzol reagent. GeneFishing DEG kits (Seegene) were used to identify differentially expression genes. Total RNA (3 ug) were synthesized by M-MLV reverse transcriptase (200 u/ul) with 10 uM dT-annealing control primer (ACP1) at 42C for 90 min. Then, first-strand cDNA (50 ng) was amplified using the 5 uM arbitary ACP (1-20) and 10 uM dT-ACP2 primers. Some specific expression genes were amplified, Now, we are cloning and sequencing. These finding strongly can be support to solve the problems for parturition delay in nuclear transfer cows, suggest that placenta specific proteins are key indicators for the aberration of gestation and placental function in cows.
