  • 본 논문에서는 CBP 가격을 기반으로, TWBP시장의 가격을 분석하였다. KPX가 발표한 SMP와 수요예측자료로 누적입찰자료를 추정하었으며, 이를 이용하여 계획예방정비에 따른 TWBP가격 변동을 시뮬레이션 하였다.

지문 정보를 이용한 공개키 기반의 전자입찰시스템 (Public Key Infrastructure of Electronic Bidding System using the Fingerprint Information)

  • 현재 전자입찰시스템에서 사용자 인증은 패스워드 기반의 PKI 기술을 사용하고 있다. 패스워드 기반 PKI 기술의 경우 개인키를 사용자가 기억하기 쉬운 패스워드를 이용하여 보호하고 있기 때문에 패스워드 노출에 대한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 또한 전자입찰시스템에서 타인의 공인인증서를 이용한 불법적인 사용이 증가하고 있다. 최근 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 바이오 인식을 이용한 PKI 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 바이오 인증을 위해 사용자가 입력한 바이오 정보를 템플릿으로 변환하게 되면 기존의 인증 기술보다 보안성이 강화된 사용자 인증 방식을 구축할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 바이오 인식에서 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 지문 정보를 이용하여, 지문보안토큰에 사용자 지문 정보와 인증서를 저장하여 사용자를 인증할 수 있는 전자입찰시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 지문 정보를 이용한 공개키 기반의 전자입찰시스템을 사용할 경우 사용자 인증 강화뿐만 아니라 전자입찰시스템에서 타인의 인증서를 이용한 대리인 입찰 문제를 해결할 수 있다.

Multi-factors Bidding method for Job Dispatching in Hybrid Shop Floor Control System

  • A shop floor can be considered as and importand level to develop a Computer Integrated Manufacturing system (CIMs). The shop foor is a dynamic environment where unexpected events contrinuously occur, and impose changes to planned activities. The shop floor should adopt an appropriate control system that is responsible for scheduling coordination and moving the manufacturing material and information flow. In this paper, the architecture of the hybrid control model identifies three levels; i.e., the shop floor controller (SFC), the cell controller(CC) and the equipment controller (EC). The methodology for developing these controller is employ an object-oriented approach for static models and IDEF0 for function models for dispatching a job. SFC and CC are coordinated by employing a multi-factors bidding and an adapted Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) prove applicability of the suggested method. Test experiment has been conducted by with the shopfloor, consisting of six manufacturing cells.

  • 건설시장에서 경쟁력을 강화하고 국제정책에 대응하기 위하여 설계업체와 시공업체의 협력을 장려하는 설계시공 일관입찰방식이 대두되었다. 설계시공일괄입찰방식은 공기단축, 사업비 절약, 품질 향상을 위한 전도 유망한 입찰방식이지만 국내 건설산업에서는 제도의 미비, 관계자들의 경험 및 인식부족 등으로 이러한 장점을 살리지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 국내 공공공사 설계시공일괄입찰방식에서의 문제점을 사업비, 품질, 사업기간의 측면에서 분석하여 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.

CRITICAL DRIVING FORCE FOR CONTRACTOR'S OPPORTUNISTIC BIDDING BEHAVIOR IN PUBLIC WORKS

  • Contractor's opportunistic bidding behavior refers to contractor's deliberate low-bid, which cannot accord with the cost, and expectation for beyond-contractual reward (BCR), the compensation earned through cutting corners or claims after undertaking the construction project. This research applies System Dynamics to develop a model of contractor's pricing with consideration for dimensions of "cost", "market competition", and "BCR". Iterative computer simulations were performed to analyze the effects of contractor's pricing on the market price. The results were then examined by statistical analysis on data collected from 44 highway projects in Taiwan. It is found that the critical force driving the contractors to bid opportunistically is their excessive expectations in BCR under the current environment. Within the price competition mechanism, if the problem of BCR exists, even if the bidding system is further improved, contractors would still prefer opportunistic bidding behavior, and eventually make the whole construction industry operate ineffectively. Therefore, it is crucial to remedy the aforementioned BCR problem by more effective management policy.

닷넷 환경기반의 시장 모델링 및 가격모의 프로그램 개발 (Development of Market Modeling and Price Simulator(MMPS) Under the .NET Framework)

  • At present, the Korean electricity industry is undergoing restructuring and the Cost Based-generation Pool(CBP) market is being operated preparing for Two Way Bidding Pool(TWBP) market open. As the circumstance of the traditional system is changed according to power system deregulation, the simulation tool which should reflect market code providing market operating mechanism is needed to analyze an electricity market. This paper presents the development of an unique market simulator, Market Modeling and Price Simulator(MMPS) that is designed to imitate the Korean electricity market considering uniform price. The MMPS is developed in VB.NET and is composed of two modules that consist of market modeling and price simulation interfacing access database program. To evidence the features and the performance of MMPS, a small two way bidding market with 12-bus system and one way bidding market for generator competition will be presented for the electricity market simulations using MMPS.

  • Mechanical facilities in modern buildings and industrial plants become more important in the view points of energy and environment issues. However, mechanical construction fields are still considered as to be subjected to buildings, even though design and construction of mechanical fields in the construction production process is independent of other fields. Recently, 'Framework Act on the Construction Industry' has been revised since 2007. According to the revision, the barrier of general construction and specialized construction is collapsed and the construction company can register any type of construction classification if they are able to carry out the construction mission. The mechanical construction fields are exempt until 2011 because of the protection of mechanical construction industry. In the present study, the bidding system has been prospected due to the revision of 'Basic Law on Construction Industry' after 2011. The trends for development of mechanical construction fields has been also discussed.

  • 본 논문에서는 에이전트를 이용하여 판매자와 구매자가 실시간으로 인터넷을 통하여 효율적인 입찰을 할 수 있는 희망구매가 근접 방식의 입찰 시스템을 구현하고 있다. 특히 판매자들이 제시하는 가격의 낙폭 제한선을 적절하게 조절해 줌으로써 구매자의 희망 구매가에 근접한 낙찰을 유도하고, 유찰율을 줄일 수 있는 퍼지-기반 낙폭 제한 추론 방안을 제안하고 있다.

Modeling of an Electricity Market Including Operating Reserve and Analysis of Supplier's Bidding Strategies

  • In an electricity market with imperfect competition, participants devise bidding plans and transaction strategies to maximize their own profits. The market price and the quantity are concerned with the operation reserve as well as the bidding system and demand curves in an electricity market. This paper presents a market model combined by an energy market and an operating reserve market. The competition of the generation producers in the combined market is formulated as a gaming of selecting bid parameters such as intersections and slopes in bid functions. The Nash Equilibrium (NE) is analyzed by using bi-level optimization; maximization of Social Welfare (SW) and maximization of the producers' profits.

파라메트릭 모델링을 활용한 BIM기반 VE제안 관리 방안 (BIM-Based VE Proposal Management Using Parametric Modeling)

  • The technical proposal bidding system emphasizes the evaluation of the construction company's technical capabilities, with the aim of improving the quality and cost-effectiveness of the construction. However, in the VE analysis and proposal process for technical proposal bidding, the ideas are often reused from similar past construction projects, and the application of new construction technologies/methods is often lacking. Therefore, this study proposes a methodology for managing VE proposal information by integrating it into a BIM model using parametric modeling. This research developed database based on the existing VE proposals and new construction technology/method information from the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology. And by using parametric modeling, the proposed method integrate the VE database with BIM model. The methodology proposed in this study is expected to improve the reliability and effectiveness of VE-related idea proposals in technical proposal bidding.
