단입도 골재에 따른 투수콘크리트의 투수성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Permeable Concrete Performance by aggregate)

  • 본 연구는 근래에 도시가 발전함에 따라 콘크리트의 재료인 시멘트를 활용한 도시의 포장비율이 증가하는 추세이며, 이들 대부분의 포장재료는 아스팔트 콘크리트나 시멘트 콘크리트 등의 불수투수성 재료로 구성되어 있어 이에 따른 문제점과 피해가 발생되고 있다. 1970년 이후 선진 외국에서는 투수성 아스콘의 개발이 활발히 진행되어 보도, 주차장, 광장 및 자전거로 등 여러 지역에서 사용되고 있다. 투수콘크리트는 보통콘크리트의 사용재료를 이용하여 투수성이 우수한 복합재료의 제조를 목적으로 하고 있으므로 제조공정상의 순서, 방법 및 배합 조건에 의한 변수가 많은 재료이며, 이에 대한 배합설계 방법의 연구가 중요하다. 투수콘크리트의 제조는 콘크리트 내부에 연속공극율의 확보, 균일한 구조에 의한 강도가 중요하며, 이에 투수콘크리트 공극형태의 변화에 따라 투수에 영향을 끼치게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구는 연속공극과 균일한 구조를 가지고 있는 단입도 골재를 이용하여 투수콘크리트의 투수성능을 효과적으로 이용하는데 연구의 목적이 있다.

아파트단지 설계기준 평가를 통한 설계규제에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design Control Through the Evaluation of Design Guidance for Apartment Complexes)

  • Today, the control and criteria of design for apartment site are heavily dependent on laws and ordinance in Korea. But they are indefinite and some part which are deficient in laws and ordinance, are dependent on professional judgement. So trey are not consistent and there are many problems in their applications. The purpose of this study is to suggest fundamental date for the future establishment of better control and criteria, by way of evaluation method about existing control and criteria of design in apartment site in the country. The method of this study is reviewing the present laws and ordinance, carrying out the questionaire survey and making a comparative analysis by doing various statistical analyses. The results of this are as follows; 1) More definite criteria of site density are necessary. 2) Stricter criteria and control about the orientation are indispensible for more efficient use of site. 3) More diverse facilities must be provided. 4) The laws and ordinance must be strengthened for the purpose of increasing the landscape area. 5) It is desirable to provide the criteria of bicycle road to save energy. 6) The facilities criteria for the physically handicapped must be strengthened. 7) The mechanism for the reflection of habitant's attitudes and beliefs should be established. 8) It's necessary to simplify the permission procedure to save tilde and money.

공공자전거 경제적 효과 분석 - 고양시 및 창원시를 대상으로 - (Economic Effect Analysis for Bike-Sharing in KOREA - Focus on Goyang and Changwon City -)

  • PURPOSES : The aim of this study is to analyze economic effect of bike-sharing after its introduction in Korea. METHODS : This study reviews current bike-sharing situations in Korea and other nations. We conduct surveys on bike-sharing system's bike usage patterns and economic benefits in Changwon and Goyang cities where public bikes are the most popular in the nation. Economic benefits are itemized after reviewing relevant previous studies. Then, the survey is implemented using the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). Then estimated benefit is compared to the cost which is necessary for bike-sharing introduction and operation. RESULTS : Using the average WTP per household, the total economic benefit of bike-sharing is estimated as much as 1.75 billion KRW to 3.75 billion KRW in Goyang and Changwon city. Using estimated benefit, economic effect of bike-sharing are calculated as 0.69 and 1.00, respectively. CONCLUSIONS : The result of this study shows bike-sharing could be useful economic policy in Korea. However, economic effect of bike-sharing differs by city.

유공압 회로를 이용한 자전거 포크용 가변댐퍼-공압스프링 서스펜션의 해석 (Analysis of a Variable Damper and Pneumatic Spring Suspension for Bicycle Forks using Hydraulic-Pneumatic Circuit Model)

  • The objective of this study was to present a damped pneumatic suspension, a bike fork suspension, which can adapt itself to incoming road excitations is presented in this paper. It consists of a hydraulic damper and a pneumatic spring in parallel with a linear spring. The study also proposed a variable and switchable orifice, in the hydraulic damper, to select appropriate damping property. Hydraulic-pneumatic circuit model for the bike fork suspension was established based on AMESim, in order to predict its performance. In addition, elastic-damping characteristics of the fork such as spring constant and viscous damping coefficient were computed and compared, for validation, with those evaluated by experiment using the universal test machine. Through simulation analysis and test, it was established that the hydraulic-pneumatic circuit model is effective and practical for development of future MTB suspensions.

A Study on Predicting the demand for Public Shared Bikes using linear Regression

  • As the need for eco-friendly transportation increases due to the deepening climate crisis, many local governments in Korea are introducing shared bicycles. Due to anxiety about public transportation after COVID-19, bicycles have firmly established themselves as the axis of daily transportation. The use of shared bicycles is spread, and the demand for bicycles is increasing by rental offices, but there are operational and management difficulties because the demand is managed under a limited budget. And unfortunately, user behavior results in a spatial imbalance of the bike inventory over time. So, in order to easily operate the maintenance of shared bicycles in Seoul, bicycles should be prepared in large quantities at a time of high demand and withdrawn at a low time. Therefore, in this study, by using machine learning, the linear regression algorithm and MS Azure ML are used to predict and analyze when demand is high. As a result of the analysis, the demand for bicycles in 2018 is on the rise compared to 2017, and the demand is lower in winter than in spring, summer, and fall. It can be judged that this linear regression-based prediction can reduce maintenance and management costs in a shared society and increase user convenience. In a further study, we will focus on shared bike routes by using GPS tracking systems. Through the data found, the route used by most people will be analyzed to derive the optimal route when installing a bicycle-only road.

녹색도로 구현을 위한 기술 우선순위 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Technology Priorities for Green Highway)

  • 기후 변화로 인하여 발생하는 자연재해에 대한 뉴스는 더 이상 놀라운 일이 아니다. 우리나라 정부는 온실가스 특히 이산화탄소 저감에 대한 녹색기술 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 본 연구는 탄소 저감 및 에너지 효율화를 실현하고, 미래지향적인 녹색도로를 구현하기 위하여, 녹색도로기술을 정의하고, 기술의 우선순위를 결정하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 국내 도로와 교통 전문가 29인에게 AHP기법을 통하여 설문조사를 수행한 후에, Expert Choice 프로그램을 활용하여 선택의 가중치를 분석하였다. 생애주기 변화와 도로 건설 특성을 고려한 1계층 분야와 녹색도로기술을 통하여 달성하고자 하는 목표인 2계층 분야를 구분하여 전문가들의 선택을 분석한 결과, 탄소저감과 에너지 절감을 위해서는 1계층에서는 교통운영 인프라개선, 도로교통정책, 녹색교통 순으로 우선순위 가중치가 높으며, 2계층에서는 녹색도로 관련 기술 R&D투자 및 정책 지원, 녹색교통시설 설계 및 운영, 친환경 도로계획 순으로 우선순위 가중치가 높았다. 추가적으로 전문가들의 기술 우선순위와 국가 재정투자를 비교하기 위하여 2011년까지 5년간의 국토해양부 도로투자를 살펴보았다. 우리나라는 최근 도로건설에 대한 투자보다는 도로의 효율성을 강조하고 이용자의 편의를 도모하는 도로 관리로 전환하고 있는 추세다. 하지만 전문가들이 응답한 기술 목표를 달성하고 최종적으로 녹색도로 구현을 위한 핵심 및 요소기술 개발과 중소기업 기반 도로 산업 육성을 위한 투자는 아직 미진하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 녹색도로 건설 구현을 위하여 녹색도로기술 개발 R&D투자를 도모하고 상업화를 지원하는 풍토가 조성되는 것이 필요하다고 판단된다.

생태하천으로 조성된 반석천의 물새류 출현특성 (Appearance Characteristic of Waterbirds in Banseok Ecological Stream)

  • This study was conducted as a basic research to create a sound and vital ecological environment in the city compared to the appearance characteristics of Gap stream(G-stream), which are the main stream of Banseok stream(B-stream), by analyzing the characteristics of waterbirds, including Wild Spot-billed Duck (S-Duck), that live in B-stream built as ecological stream. The waterbird survey was conducted by the line census for 3.2km, Jukdong-bridge to Jamiseon-bridge, from January to August 2018. The analysis of the survey was conducted with Relative species density(RD) of the emerging waterbird species, the Species diversity and Density Per Unit area for 100㎡(DPU). The waterbird survey results of B-stream was conducted 65 times. The five types of water birds that appeared during the survey were Spot-billed Duck(Anas poecilorhyncha), Teal(Anas crecca), Little Egret(Egretta garzetta), Great Egret(Egretta alba), and Grey Heron(Ardea cinerea). As a result, for S-Duck at B-stream, RD was 89.9%, monthly species diversity was simple as 0.3801 in January, 0.5943 in February and 0.3501 in August. The DPU of the S-Duck was 0.165/100㎡ in the B-Stream survey section which was 4.9 times higher than the main stream section, G-stream. The non-freezing zone of the city's small stream is expected to play an important role as a winter stop for wild birds such as S-Duck during the freezing period of the huge stream. For this reason, considering the ecological characteristics of wild waterbirds such as S-Duck when creating ecological stream, a: space and linear selection of waterways which can minimize the impact of natural enemy and increasing the number of walkers, b: management water-friendly plants in the low flow channel, c: arrangement walking-bicycle road will be necessary.

서울시 가로수 생육환경분석 및 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of the Physiological Growth Condition and Improvement of Street Trees in Seoul)

  • 서울시의 가로수 식재유형은 1열, 2열, 3열 식재유형, 가로수 - 중앙분리대 유형, 가로수 - 관목식재유형, 자전거도로 설치유형의 6가지로 분리되었다. 가로시설물 설치 현황은 대부분 가로수와 상충되어있고 가로수 보호시설물은 규격이 작아 가로수 생육에 부적합하였으며, 그 구조상 제 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 서울지역의 가로수 생장률은 최근에 점차 감소하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 환경요인에서 토양 pH는 알칼리성 토양이었고, 토양경도는 보호판이 설치되어 있는 식재지가 보호판이 설치되어있지 않은 식재지보다 낮았으며 보호판 설치지역의 토양경도는 가로수생장에 적당하였고, 보호판 미설치지역의 토양경도는 매우 높았다. 가로수 생육환경 요소간의 상관관계 분석에서는 서울도심으로부터 거리가 멀어질수록 가로수의 활력이 좋아졌다. 생육환경개선을 위해서는 가로시설물의 설치방법개선, 생육환경개선에 적합한 보호시설물 설치, 지속적.체계적인 관리방안이 요구되었으며 가로수 식재수량 증대방안으로는 가로수 식재방법 개선과 가로수 보식이 제안되었다.

대구, 경북지역 학령전기 아동의 사고 발생 현황 (Non-Fatal Injuries among Preschool Children in Daegu and Kyungpook)

  • Objectives : This study was performed to investigate the injury rates and risk factors for preschool children in Daegu city and Kyungpook province. Method : A questionnaire survey about medically attended injuries during the preschool period was performed in nine primary schools located in Daegu city, Pohang city and Goryung County. The overall injury rate was estimated using person-year. The causes and patterns of the injuries, and their risk factors were examined. Result : A total of 469 medically attended injuries were reported in 330 of the 959 study subjects during the preschool period. The overall annual injury rate was 7.5 per 100 children. The injury rate increased sharply during the period from infant (2.4) to 1 year of age (7.5), and the peak injury rate (9.2) was reported for 5 year olds. The most common causes of injuries were falling (36.0%), followed by being struck by an object (23.7%), and traffic accidents (14.1%). Among the traffic accidents, 72.8% occurred while playing on the road, riding a bicycle or roller-skating. A proportional hazard model showed that males (hazard ratio=1.49, p<0.001 compared with female) and the mother's higher education level (hazard ratio of college or higher= 1.51, p=0.013; high school=1.32, p=0.085 compared with those of middle school or lower) were significant risk factors of childhood injury. Conclusion : The results of this study suggested that efforts for children's safety should be made, especially from the toddler stage, and in male children. To develop a more specific childhood injury prevention program, a surveillance system for injuries should be established. Further study of the relationship between mother's occupation and injury rates is also needed.

친환경 소프트 포장재의 공학적 특성에 관한 연구 (Charateristics of Soft Paving Materials used Eco-friendly)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구에서는 친환경 소재인 알톱밥과 EPDM칩을 사용하여 친환경 포장재의 개발을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 친환경 재료로 환경적으로 문제가 없고, EPDM칩을 사용함으로써 보행감을 높이며, 알톱밥에 소금물 혼합 우드스테인과 우레탄바인더를 혼합하여 내구성을 향상시킨다. 연구결과: 배합설계 시험을 통하여 최적 배합비를 산출하였고, 배합비를 바탕으로 세립의 알톱밥과 EPDM칩을 사용하여 보도의 표층재, 단입도의 알톱밥만을 사용하여 투수성과 반탄력을 갖춘 보도의 기층재 및 자전거도로의 표층재로 구성하였고 시험시공을 통해 적용공법을 제시하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 기존의 탄성포장재와 달리 휨강도를 제시하고 우수한 투수계수를 나타냄으로 보도포장재로서 경제적인 시공이 바로 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
