HORADAM POLYNOMIALS FOR A NEW SUBCLASS OF SAKAGUCHI-TYPE BI-UNIVALENT FUNCTIONS DEFINED BY (p, q)-DERIVATIVE OPERATOR

  • In this paper, a new subclass, 𝒮𝒞𝜇,p,q𝜎 (r, s; x), of Sakaguchitype analytic bi-univalent functions defined by (p, q)-derivative operator using Horadam polynomials is constructed and investigated. The initial coefficient bounds for |a2| and |a3| are obtained. Fekete-Szegö inequalities for the class are found. Finally, we give some corollaries.

  • Phase equilibria and reaction paths of the superconducting phases and other compatible phases at $850^{\circ}C$ in the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system were studied. $Bi_2O_3$ was added to $Sr_2CaCu_2O_x$ by 5% up to 40 mole% Bi in the pseudo-binary $Bi_2O_3-(Sr_2CaCu_2O_x)$ system and the heat treated samples were analysed using XRD. SEM, EDS. and DT A. When Bi contents were greater than 35 mole% Bi, liquid phase was formed which was compatible with $Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_8$ phase. The m.p. of $Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_8$ phase decreased as the content of (Sr+Ca)decreased. $Bi_{2+x}Sr_2CaCu_2O_8$ phase first segregated out of liquid phase around $Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_8$ phase during cooling of liquid phase.

  • 경제적 효율의 발전을 원칙으로 하는 종래의 틀을 넘어서서 환경공생형의 새로운 에너지 시스템의 개발에 대한 요구가 증대되어 지고 있다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 부응하는 여러 가지 신재료의 개발에 관한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그 중에서 전기를 열로 열을 전기로 변환 시킬 수 있어서 폐열의 이용 및 전자냉각기술 등에 이용 가능한 열전변환재료가 커다란 기대를 모으고 있다. 열전재료는 사용온도 영역에 따라 여러 가지 재료가 개발되어 지고 있으며, 현재 상온부근 및 저온영역에서 응용 가능한 재료로써 Bi$_2$Te$_3$계 고용체에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 예를 들어, Bi$_2$Te$_3$ 고용체에서 Bi를 Sb으로 치환한 p-type의 (Bi,Sb)$_2$Te$_3$ 고용체와 Te을 Se으로 치환한 n-type의 Bi$_2$(Te,Se)$_3$ 고용체에 관한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 최근 들어 Kutasov등은 종래에 P-type의 열전재료로써 높은 특성을 나타내는 것으로 알려진(Bi,Sb)$_2$Te$_3$ 고용체가 Sb의 치환량과 Te의 도핑량을 잘 조절하면 n-type의 높은 열전 특성을 나타낸다고 보고하였다. 본 연구에서는 과잉으로 첨가된 Te이 n-type (Bi,Sb)$_2$Te$_3$ 고용체에 미치는 영향을 보다 체계적으로 조사하기 위한 기초단계의 연구로써 Te을 0-0.9at.%로 과잉 첨가하여 제조한 고용체 및 소결체의 미세구조에 관하여 조사하였다.

$({\eta}^5-C_5Me_5)_2BiCl$, The First Organobismuth Compound with $\pi$-bonded Cyclopentadienyl Ring Analysized by X-ray Diffractometry (X-선 회절 분석법에 의한 고리화펜타디에닐 고리가 $\pi$-결합된 최초의 유기비스무트화합물의 구조결정)

  • The reaction of $({\eta}^5-C_5Me_5)_2K$ with $BiCl_3$ yielded $({\eta}^5-C_5Me_5)_2BiCl$[I], the first organobismuth compound with ${\pi}$-bonded cyclopentadienyl ring. The compound I which was the violet crystal (yield, 30%) was decomposed to $PCpBiCl_2$. The Structure of $({\eta}^5-C_5Me_5)_2BiCl$ was identified as single crystal by X-ray diffraction method. The eliminated product $C_{20}H_{30}$, triclinic crystal of space group p1(Z=2) which was attached with C-C ${\sigma}$-bond of two cyclopentadienyl was defined by the structural analysis.

Characterization of Blue Organic Light Emitting Diodes using TPM-BiP (TPM-BiP 청색 형광 재료의 전계발광특성)

  • For the fabrication of blue color organic light emitting diodes(OLED) with a high performance, 2-TNATA [4,4',4"-tris (2-naphthylphenyl-phenylamino)-triphenylamine] as hole injection material and NPB [N,N'-bis (1-naphthyl) -N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine] as hole transport material were deposited on the ITO (indium tin oxide)/glass substrate by the vacuum thermal evaporation. After then, blue color emission layer was deposited using TPM-BiP[(4'-Benzoylferphenyl-4-yl)phenyl-methanone-Diethyl(biphenyl-4-ymethyl)phosphonate] and GDI602 as a light emitting organic material. Finally, the two kinds of OLEDs with the structure of $ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/TPM-BiP/Alq_3/LiF/Al and ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/GDI602/Alq_3/LiF/Al$ were prepared by in-situ deposition. The maximum current density and luminance were found to be about $588\;mA/cm^2\;and\;5239\;cd/m^2$ at 12V for the OLED sample with the structure of $ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/TPM-BiP/Alq_3/LiF/Al$. Color coordinate of blue OLED was x=0.18, y=0.18 (at llV) and the maximum current efficiency was 2.82 cd/A (at 6V) with the peak emission wavelength of 440 nm.

  • The blue emitting OLEDs using TMP-BiP[(4'-Benzoylferphenyl-4-yl)phenyl-methanone-Diethyl(biphenyl-4-ymethyl) phosphonate] host and DJNBD-1 dopant have been fabricated and characterized. In the device fabrication, 2-TNATA [4,4',4"-tris(2-naphthylphenyl-phenylamino)-triphenylamine] as a hole injection material and NPB [N,N'-bis(1-naphthyl)N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine] as a hole transport material were deposited on the ITO(indium tin oxide)/glass substrate by vacuum thermal evaporation method. Followed by the deposition, blue color emission layer was deposited using TMP-BiP as a host material and DJNBD-1 as a dopant. Finally, small molecule OLEDs with structure of $ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/TMP-BiP:DJNBD-l/Alq_3/LiF/Al$ were obtained by in-situ deposition of $Alq_3$, LiF and Al as the electron transport material, electron injection material and cathode, respectively. The effect of dopant into host material of the blue OLEDs was studied. The blue OLEDs with DJNBD-1 dopant showed that the maximum current and luminance were found to be about 34 mA and $8110\;cd/m^2$ at 11 V, respectively. In addition, the color coordinate was x=0.17, y=0.17 in CIE color chart, and the peak emission wavelength was 440 nm. The maximum current efficiency of 2.15 cd/A at 7 V was obtained in this experiment.

  • 순간증착법으로 p형(Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3)과 n형(Bi2Te24Se0.6)열전박막을 제조하여 상온에서 Seebeck 계 수, 전기전도도 및 열전성능지수를 측정하였다. 또한 금속재 mask를 이용하여 다중접점 박막형 열전소 자를 제작하고 그 작동특성을 조사하였다. 이때 소자의 고온부와 저온부의 온도를 직접측정하기 위하여 copper/constantan 박막을 접점부에 증착하여 열전쌍이 되게 하였다. p/n 접점이 5쌍이 소자의 경우 Peltier 효과에 의해 생성된 최대온도차는 22K이었다.

  • Dephosphorylation of p-nitrophenyldiphenylphosphate(p-NPDPP) mediated by anions of sodium 2-alkylbenzimidazole-5-sulfonate(R-BI-SO$_3$Na) in CTABr micellar solutions are obviously slower than that by anion of sodium benzimidazole-5-sulfonate(BI-SO$_3$Na), and the reation rates were decreased with increase of lengths of alkyl groups. This presents a striking contrast to the reactions in aqueous solutions without added CTABr, of which the reaction rates are on approximately same levels. It seems due to steric effect of alkyl groups of R-BI$^-$SO$_3$Na in the Stern layer of micelle, and it is supported by measured activation parameters(△H$^\neq$/TEX>, △G$^\neq$/TEX> and △S$^\neq$/TEX>) of the reactions in aqueous and micellar solutions. In addition to nucleophilic ability of benzimidazole moiety of R-BI$^-$SO$_3$Na on the reactions, these compounds with long alkyl groups(nonyl to pentadecyl) are micellized for themseleves, and increase the reaction rates due to their micellar catalyses in aqueous solutions, not including CTABr.

Reconstruction Change of Si(5 5 12) Induced by Selective Bi Adsorption (Bi의 선택적 흡착으로 유도된 Si(5 5 12) 표면의 재구조변화)

  • In order to test the capacity of Si(5 5 12) as a potential template for nanowire fabrication, Bi/Si(5 5 12) system has been studied by STM. With Bi deposition, Si(5 5 12) has been transformed to Si(3 3 7) terrace. Initially Bi atoms selectively replace Si-dimers and Si-adatoms with Bi-dimers and Bi-adatoms, respectively. With extended Bi adsorption, Bi-dimers adsorb on the pre-adsorbed Bi-dimers and Bi-atoms. These dimers in the second layer form Bi-dimer pairs having relatively stable $p^3$ bonding, Finally, the Bi-dimer adsorbs on the Bi-dimers in the second layer and saturates. It can be deduced that both surface transformation to (3 3 7) and site-selective Bi adsorption are possible due to substrate-strain relaxation through inserting Bi atoms into subsurface of Si substrate.

Characterization of (Bi,La)$Ti_3O_{12}$ Ferroelectric Thin Films ((Bi,La)$Ti_3O_{12}$ 강유전체 박막의 특성 연구)

  • 졸-겔법(Sol-Gel Method)으로 강유전체 Bi/sub 3.3/La/sub 0.7/Ti/sub 3/O/sub 12/(BLT) 박막을 Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si 기판위에 스핀 코팅하여 Metal-Ferroelectric-Metal(MFM 구조를 형성하였다. As-coated BLT 박막은 650℃ 이상에서 결정화되었으며, 전형적인 Bi층상의 페롭스카이트 결정구조를 나타내었다. 또한 열처리 온도를 증가시킴에 따라 결정성이 향상되었다. 3V 전압에서 650℃로 열처리된 박막의 경우 누설전류가 약 2.25×10/sup -8/A/㎠ 정도를 보였다. 650℃에서 열처리된 BLT박막은 5V의 인가 전압에서 잔류분극 2Pr(±(P/sup */-P/sup A/)) 값은 약 29.5μC/㎠을 나타내었으며, 1.5×10/sup 10/ 스위칭 cycles까지 분극 스위칭을 반복한 후에도 거의 잔류 분극의 변화가 없었다.
