  • For Web System composed of a variety of hardware, software and network system, there is a wide difference in price, function and capacity. In addition, it is important to select the most suitable system when web system is constructed as the claim of high-quality web service from user has increased. Data of bench-marking is usually employed when the system is selected. Evaluation with the result of bench-marking, however, is not easy at web situation composed of a variety of systems. In this paper, first integrated bench-marking of hardware, software and network system metric were determined, and the plan to effectively compare and evaluate the result of bench-marking by using fuzzy set were offered.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate production efficiency of Oceans and Fisheries Human Resources Development Programs Efficiency using Bootstrap-DEA. The study extracts 33 officials curriculum, 11 fisheries managers curriculum for its analytical. First, the study estimates technical, pure technical, and scale efficiency of each curriculums based on traditional DEA under the assumption of CRS and VRS. 8(official 7, managers 1) curriculums are identified as efficient DMUs under the CCR-model, and 13(official 10, managers 3) under the BCC-model. We provide inputs that allow inefficient curriculum to be efficient DMUs on a production frontier, and a reference set for their bench-marking. Second, rank test, Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test to find a statistical significance of heterogeneity existing in efficiences between Bootstrap-DEA tenical vs Bootstrap-DEA pure technical was no significant difference. We have identified that G10, 11, 12 13, 25, 31, 33, 39 curriculums are the most efficiently produced in the technical and pure technical efficiency. Also we managed to measure the inefficiency which exists in efficiently produced curriculums when estimating the bias corrected efficiency scores. In Technical efficiency, Operation and facility was significant at the 10%. In Pure technical efficiency, facility was significant at the 10%.

  • Unlike ordinary business. it prioritizes employment over profit. So it is important to Identify the know-how of prosperous social enterprises and apply it to other cases for social enterprises to survive and be competitive. Bench-marking is not just imitation but recreation process. So it is the best management tool for distribution of successful examples.

  • Non-parametric method such as technology efficiency, DEA/Window model and Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) are used to measure efficiency and productivity of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) manufacturing industry and service industry over the period 2007-2011. The results of this paper indicate following: (1) Technology efficiency of the ICT manufacturing industry were found as the range of 0.34 and 0.39 over the sample period. Technology efficiency of the ICT service industry were found as the range of 0.16 and 0.20 over the sample period. (2) The geometric average of the Malmquist TFP indexes on ICT manufacturing industry indicated the productivity improvement an average of 8.3 percent. The geometric average of the Malmquist TFP indexes on ICT service industry indicated the productivity improvement an average of 1.6 percent. (3) TIER analysis result on ICT manufacturing industry showed that optimal bench marking made by storage devices${\rightarrow}$wireless communication equipment${\rightarrow}$broadcasting equipment${\rightarrow}$radio, recording and playback devices${\rightarrow}$computers, printers, video and audio-visual equipment path. • Actively in progress in the field of general industrial KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) accreditation test the switch, router, network equipment, such as accreditation status in the field can not be found. Company's self-tsting or BMT (Bench Marking Test) through the evaluation process for network equipment, but the test reports issued by accredited laboratories with quality differences. Requested by public institutions or other providers of accredited test reports increasing demand for network equipment in Korea accredited testing laboratory shall be made as soon as possible. In this paper, as required by KOLAS in the field of network equipment testing laboratory accreditation program in the process acquired through the analysis of measurement uncertainty and, to propose effective direction.

  • This paper describes the analysis of flow field using a projection finite element method. The projection scheme with a pressure correction is presented for the analysis of an incompressible Navier-Stokes flow. The projection scheme is analyzed numerically and applied to the well-known bench marking problems such as lid driven cavity. Finally, the projection scheme is applied to a flow through the automobiles front. In the automobiles cooling system, the flow through its front is very important to a cooling performance. The results show that the flow quantity increases by locating the position of bumper to the further front position of a car. And, the improvement on the suction part below a bumper achieves the more passing flow quantity. The attachment of an air dam increases passing flow quantity causing the pressure rise to the front part and the pressure drop beneath a car.
