중국 대도시 직장여성들의 의복구매행동 비교연구 -북경, 상해, 심천, 장춘의 $20\~30$대를 중심으로- (A Comparative Study on Clothing Purchase Behavior of Career Women in Big Cities of China - Focused on $20\~30's$ Women in Benjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Changchun -)

  • This study was intended to compare and analyze the clothing purchasing behavior of Chinese career women in Benjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Changchun, and to provide useful information for establishment of marketing strategies for China. The subjects were 662 career women in their 20's or 30's living in Benjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Changchun. Data was collected through the questionnaire based on the theoretical and previous studies from April 9, 2003 to April 31, 2003. A total of 662 questionnaires was analyzed by frequency, percentage, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, and ${\chi}^2-test$. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Demographic variables such as an age, marriage, academic back ground, residential city, monthly income, and monthly expenditure on clothing were significantly different among the career women in Benjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Changchun. 2. Clothing purchasing behavior variables such as clothing purchasing motive, using informants, clothing selection standards, store selection standards, and satisfaction after purchasing clothes were significantly different among the career women in Benjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Changchun.

일개 종합병원 간호사의 행위유형과 사회적 지지 및 직무스트레스 (Job stress and social support according to the types of behavior pattern;a study of staff nurses in a general hospital)

  • This study was attempted to provide the basic data concerning development of stress management program for hospital nurses, and to focused on the analysis of job stress and social support according to the types of behavior pattern. The subjects were 296 staff nurses at a general hospital in Seoul. Data were collected with self-reported questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS-PC+ 8.0 win for descriptive analysis and ANOVA analysis. The results of this study indicated that; 1) The perceived job stress was negatively correlated with social support and was positively correlated with TABP. 2) The score of the perceived job stress was higher in TABP nurses than TBBP. The TABP nurses usually perceived more support from peers than from supervisors These results showed that the staff nurses who supported from supervisor felt less stress, and the score of the perceived job stress was higher in TABP nurses than in TBBP. So the differences in social support and job stress according to the types of behavior pattern must be considered significantly in development of the staff nurses' stress management program. Also it was needed to develop the strategies that TABP nurses was effectively supported by the supervisor.

패밀리 레스토랑의 관계마케팅활동이 만족, 전환행동 및 점포 애호도에 미치는 영향관계 (A Study on the Relationship Marketing of Family Restaurant Toward Customers' Satisfaction, Switching Behavior and Store Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of relationship marketing which has been developed as an alternative way of handling marketing in family restaurants. This study focused on the consumers' behavior - mainly their switching behavior and loyalty toward relationship marketing activities exercised by from family restaurants. 269 usable questionnaires were collected from customers patronizing three family style restaurants in Seoul. Several statistical methods were used including descriptive analysis, reliability test, covariance analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance structural analysis. The result drawn from empirical test proved that relationship marketing activities actually are the significant determinants of relationship quality and thus to the customers' behaviors toward the restaurants they patronize. Managerial implications can be drawn from the result findings that restaurant companies can identify the activities of relationship marketing to continue the long-term relationship with their customers. Also restaurant companies can use the activities of relationship marketing as differentiating strategies, and allocate their resources into the activities of relationship marketing.

청소년 소비자의 소비가치와 소비행동과의 관계 - 이동전화 소비행동을 중심으로 - (A Relationship between Consumption Value and Consumption Behavior of Adolescent Consumers - Focused on the Consumption Behavior of Mobile Phones -)

  • This study aims to offer basic data for consumer education regarding the use of mobile phones by adolescent consumers in a correct way by researching and analyzing the consumption value and consumption behavior of adolescent consumers for mobile phones to see how they use mobile phone as consumers, which is a serious of user behaviors according to their plan, purchase, use, and disposal. Based on the research results, the study proposes the following in relation to the correct use of mobile phones by adolescent consumers. First, in the purchase or use of mobile phones, a more demonstrative consumption pattern was more likely for males than females and for those who are in higher grades than those who are not. Therefore, it is necessary to offer consumer education given the gender and school year rather than stereotyped consumer education. Second, it is necessary to offer objective information and give consumer education for checking the instant desire for something new in order to prevent an impulsive purchase based upon advertisements given the characteristics of adolescent consumers who prefer new designs or functions. Third, regarding the disposal of mobile phones, it is necessary to seek strategies for recycling mobile phones usefully at an administrative level to prevent mobile phones from being thrown away without being recycled.

'스크린 위의 글쓰기' 과정에 나타난 아동의 예상독자 고려 전략 및 댓글에 반영된 의사소통 특성 (Children's Writing on the Screen : Focused on the PAIR Strategies for the Audiences and the Feature of Communication Reflected in Comments)

  • 본 연구에서는 '스크린 위의 글쓰기' 과정에서 아동이 예상독자를 어떻게 고려하며, 글쓰기 공동체의 의사소통의 중심에 있는 댓글은 독자와의 관계에서 어떤 수행성을 나타내는지 조사하였다. 이를 위해 초등학교 4-6학년 아동의 게시 글에서 635개의 문장과 424개의 댓글을 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 아동의 예상독자를 고려한 글쓰기 전략은 끌어들이기 전략이 가장 많이 나타났고, 세부 전략으로는 감정에 호소하는 전략이 가장 많이 사용되었으며, 댓글의 수행행위는 표출 행위가 가장 많이 나타났다. 또한 아동의 PAIR 전략은 회기가 진행되면서 증가하였다가 다시 감소하는 양상을 보였으며, 아동은 게시 글을 작성할 때 다양한 방식으로 복합양식을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 댓글에 나타나는 의사소통의 특성 역시 감정적이고 정서적인 표현에 치우쳐져 있었으며, 아동의 댓글에는 저자 및 제 3의 독자들을 예상한 의사소통이 이루어졌고, 게시 글과 관련된 의견 교류뿐만 아니라, 아동의 일상적인 문화가 반영되어 나타났다.

  • 본 연구 목적은 한국과 일본의 문화적 특성이 자국민의 해외여행 행태 및 여행사의 기업전략에 끼친 영향을 밝히는데 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 한국과 일본 관광객의 해외여행 행태, 여행의 진행과정, 여행업의 구조변화, 관광분야 해외직접투자 등에 대해 조사하였다. 한국과 일본의 국제관광에 있어서 뚜렷이 구분되는 특징은 높은 패키지여행 비중, 강한 민족적 연계, 대형 도매여행사 중심의 여행업 구조개편, 해외 현지지사의 설립과 리조트 및 호텔에 대한 해외직접투자 둥으로 요약된다. 호주여행에 있어서 한국과 일본의 이러한 두드러진 특징은 강한 집단의식과 언어 및 음식과 같은 문화적 특성에 의해 영향 받은 것으로 판단된다.

  • 성과향상을 위해서는 현장 조직과 구성원에 대해서도 혁신을 도입해야 한다. 하지만, 일반적으로 건설업은 보수적이며, 현장관리자도 보수적인 특성이 있기 때문에 혁신에 대해 저항이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 건축공사 현장관리자의 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 셀프리더십, 피드백추구행동, 직무몰입 중에서 셀프리더십의 행동지향 전략, 직무몰입이 혁신행동과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 결혼여부, 경력, 직급, 고용형태에 따라서 혁신행동이 차이가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구결과는 현장조직의 직무수행관리 체제를 개선시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Since offline contact becomes a strong differentiator as online market expands, the shopping mall calls for more complex and diverse tenant combinations and deployment plan strategies. There is, however, few practical research and causal verification of Tenant Mix, i.e., the combination and placement of tenant and users' behavior, has been conducted which is a key factor in spatial configuration. In practice, Tenant Mix is limited in prediction of consumption behavior of customers by the MD planners's experience and depends only on qualitative arbitrary plan. The purpose of this study is to find out the interrelationship between the spatial configuration and the users' behavior of Tenant Mix in shopping mall, and to present an objective basis in MD planning. According to the analysis, it was possible to know that there are differences in the relationship between the spatial configuration and the users' behavior dependent on the Tenant Mix, which is the space planning of shopping mall. It was also possible to find out the characteristics and differences in the users' behavior which is dependent on the spatial configuration for each tenant. Through this study, it was possible to know the impact of space organization on the users' behavior and the interrelationship between the use's behavior and spatial configuration by tenant together with their characteristics. We prove that the current MD planning has limitation due to lack of objective research on the combination and arrangement of space in the commercial space and only done empirically. This analysis can show the practical plan of combination and placement of tenant which is emphasized in complex and larger shopping malls, and contribute to the revitalization of shopping mall by better use of tenant.

대구지역 주민들의 식행동과 일부 건강상태 지표와의 관련성(I) - 주부들의 식행동과 비만정도를 중심으로 - (Dietary Behavior in Relation to Health Indicators of Residents in Daegu(I) - Focused on Dietary Behaviors and Obesity of Housewives -)

  • This study was intended to collect the baseline information on dietary behavior of adults to develop nutrition education program in the context of health promotion at community level. Nutrients intake of 135 housewives were assessed by 24 hour recall methods. Also food habits, nutrition knowledge and attitude were investigated by self-administered questionnaires. Our results indicated dietary intake of calcium and vitamin $B_2$ were insufficient when they were compared to Korean recommended dietary allowances(RDA). Among five food groups, intakes of milk and dairy product was inadequate as compared to the recommended amount. When we compared the fatness indices to self-evaluated meal problems, overeating and speedy eating were significantly related to fatness indices. Fatness indices such as relative body weight(RBW) and body mass index(BMI) were significantly higher in the subjects who self-evaluated their unsound food behavior as overeating. However, there were no significant differences of food habit score and nutrition knowledge among groups classified by fatness or meal problem. Body fat ratio, frequencies of night snack and skipping meal significantly increased with age. Food habit score was positively related to health-concerned attitude and active attitude toward change. We concluded that nutrition education program for housewives should include detailed strategies to modify unsound food behaviors for healthy weight.

간호대학생의 동아리 활동이 의사소통 능력과 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Club Activities on Communication Skills and Self-leadership of Nursing Students)

  • 동아리 활동은 대학생들의 인간관계와 대학생활 적응에 중요한 역할을 한다. 이에 본 연구는 간호대학생의 동아리 활동이 의사소통능력과 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 시행하였다. 본 연구는 2019년 10월 15일부터 11월 30일까지 편의 표집한 일부 도시 간호학과 재학생 147명을 대상으로 하였으며, 그 중 동아리 활동 참여자는 119명이었다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 𝑥2검정, t-test, hierarchical multiple regression analysis를 시행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구대상자의 의사소통능력과 셀프리더십은 중간 이상이었으며, 동아리 활동 여부에 따라서는 학년(𝑥2=8.07, p=.045), 전공만족도(𝑥2=8.26, p=.010), 의사소통능력(t=8.19, p=.005), 셀프리더십 중 행동중심적 전략(t=4.48, p=.036)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 의사소통능력은 행동중심적 전략, 건설적 사고전략 및 동아리 활동수준 중 적극성이 유의한 영향요인이었다. 셀프리더십은 의사소통능력이 유의한 영향요인이었다. 따라서 대상자들의 다양한 동아리 경험은 의사소통능력을 향상시키고 그것은 셀프리더십 함양에 도움을 줄 것이다. 향후 간호대학생의 적극적인 동아리 활동을 장려하고 전문간호사의 핵심역량인 의사소통능력과 셀프리더십이 향상되는 교육적 전략을 모색해야 할 것이다.
