터널의 계측결과 종합분석에 의한 지반의 거동 및 터널 구조체의 역학적 특성 연구 (A Study on the Mechanical Characteristics of Tunnel Structures and Ground Behavior by Synthetic Analysis Method with Tunnel Monitoring Results used)

  • 본 연구에서는 공사중 계측 결과와 유지관리 계측 결과를 토대로 다양한 분석방법을 통하여 터널의 변위와 응력 등을 분석하였으며, 지반조건이 비교적 연약한 풍화대를 통과하는 지하철 터널의 거동을 분석하여 터널 라이닝의 역학적 특성을 분석하였다. 공사중 계측결과 상부 및 하부 반단면 굴착 완료시의 계측결과를 단순화하여 터널 굴착시 천단침하가 지표침하와 내공변위보다 크다는 것을 확인하였으며, 천단침하와 천단숏크리트 라이닝응력이 역해석 시에 가장 많이 사용되는 계측항목임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고, 간극수압 분석결과를 통해 배수형 터널에 설계시 적용되고 있는 잔류수압의 타당성을 분석하였다.

소비자의 자아조정 수준에 따른 상황별 의복행동 연구 (A Study on Situational Clothing Behavior by level of Self-Monitoring of Consumer)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the differences of clothing behavior by the level of self-monitoring under given social situations. The result of this study is drown from the analysis of the survey, gathered from the 522 female students of universities reside in Seoul, by using the method of convenience sampling. The statistical methods used to test the data were MANOVA and chi-square test. The results of this study can be summarized s follows; first, as a result of analyzing the differences of situational self-image pursuits among situations depending individual's self-monitoring levels, it was found that the pursuits changes among situations regardless of the self-monitoring levels. Thus, this hypothesis could not be verified. Second, as a result of analyzing the changes of priority of clothing selection factors among situations depending on individual's self-monitoring levels, it was found that the priority factors changed among situations regardless of the self-monitoring levels.

개인의 성별, 정보추구성향 및 불건강 행위 간 관계 연구 (The Relationships among Gender, Information Seeking Style and High Risk Behavior in Korean Adults)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships among gender, information-seeking styles, and high risk behavior in Korean adults. Methods: A survey utilizing a structured questionnaire was used to examine the relationships of the study variables. Eight hundred fifty six adults were recruited and this group consisted of 403 females and 453 males. Information seeking style and high risk behavior were measured by Miller Behavioral Style Scale revised by Zurren and Wolfs, and High Risk Behaviors checklist developed by Lee, respectively. Results: Differences between gender were significant in information-seeking styles and high risk behavior. Monitoring and blunting scores were both higher in female than male, and high risk behavior was higher in males than females. The blunting style was positively related to high-risk behavior and the monitoring style was negatively related to high risk behavior. Conclusion: To intervene with high risk behavior effectively, individual differences such as gender and information seeking style should be considered. In addition, the research about well-designed health information support is needed in the future.

HHT를 이용한 이상거동 시점 추정 기법 개발 (Development of Abnormal Behavior Monitoring of Structure using HHT)

  • 최근의 건축물은 복합적인 기능과 형태를 보이고 있으며, 크기가 거대해짐에 따라 구조물 건전성 감시 (Structural Health Monitoring)기술의 수요 또한 증가하고 있다. 구조물마다 고유한 동특성을 가지고 있으며, 다양한 외력의 영향을 받기 때문에 구조물의 건전성을 평가하는 다양한 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 이상거동 시점이란 구조물이 비정상적 (Abnormal)으로 진동하는 시점으로 손상을 명확히 검출하기 위해서는 이상거동의 시점을 기준으로 전과 후를 비교하여야 한다. 즉, 이상거동은 구조물 손상의 이상 징후이며, 정확한 이상거동 시점의 추정은 구조물의 안전과 직결될 수 있다. 이상 거동은 손상을 유발하고 이는 곧 막대한 경제적 피해 및 심각한 인명 피해로 이어지므로 본 연구에서는 시간-주파수 신호분석 기법인 힐버트-황 변환을 이용한 이상거동 시점 추정 기법을 제안하고 진동대를 이용한 모형실험을 통해 제안한 알고리즘의 검증을 수행하였다.

  • Recently, the prestressed concrete long-span bridegs are increasingly built at various locations in the world. The mechanical and structural behavior of prestressed concrete bridges is very complex because of nonlinear and time-dependent material behavior and sequential change of structural system due to stepwise construction. These factors may cause construction errors with respect to design value and monitoring system is needed to minimize or to protect construction errors. This study presents the basis development of monitoring system for precise construction of large scale prestressed concrete bridges.

  • There has been recent interest in intelligent vehicle technologies, such as advanced driver assistance systems (ADASs) or in-vehicle information systems (IVISs) that offer a significant enhancement of safety and convenience to drivers and passengers. However, unsuitable design of HMI (Human Machine Interface) must increase driver distraction and workload, which in turn increase the chance of traffic accidents. Distraction in particular often occurs under a heavy driving workload due to multitasking with various electronic devices like a cell phone or a navigation system while driving. According to the 2005 road traffic accidents in Korea report published by the ROad Traffic Authority (ROTA), more than 60% of the traffic accidents are related to driver error caused by distraction. This paper suggests the structure of vehicle environment for real-time driving behavior monitoring system while driving which is can be used the driver workload management systems (DWMS). On-road experiment results showed the feasibility of the suggested vehicle environment for driving behavior monitoring system.

Interface monitoring of steel-concrete-steel sandwich structures using piezoelectric transducers

  • Steel-concrete-steel (SCS) sandwich structures have important advantages over conventional concrete structures, however, bond-slip between the steel plate and concrete may lead to a loss of composite action, resulting in a reduction of stiffness and fatigue life of SCS sandwich structures. Due to the inaccessibility and invisibility of the interface, the interfacial performance monitoring and debonding detection using traditional measurement methods, such as relative displacement between the steel plate and core concrete, have proved challenging. In this work, two methods using piezoelectric transducers are proposed to detect the bond-slip between steel plate and core concrete during the test of the beam. The first one is acoustic emission (AE) method, which can detect the dynamic process of bond-slip. AE signals can be detected when initial micro cracks form and indicate the damage severity, types and locations. The second is electromechanical impedance (EMI) method, which can be used to evaluate the damage due to bond-slip through comparing with the reference data in static state, even if the bond-slip is invisible and suspends. In this work, the experiment is implemented to demonstrate the bond-slip monitoring using above methods. Experimental results and further analysis show the validity and unique advantage of the proposed methods.

무선 센서 네트워크에서 행위 기반 공격 탐지를 위한 감시 노드의 연결성과 일반 노드의 커버리지 분석 (Analysis of the Connectivity of Monitoring Nodes and the Coverage of Normal Nodes for Behavior-based Attack Detection in Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 무선 센서 네트워크에서 센서들은 획득한 정보를 관리 노드로 전달하기 위해 서로 통신을 해야 하므로 공격에 취약한데 쓰레기 패킷 주입 같은 공격은 기존의 암호화 같은 방식을 사용해서는 퇴치하기 어렵다. 그래서 행위 기반 탐지가 대두되었는데 특정 감시 노드들이 이웃한 일반 노드의 통신을 감청하여 불법적인 패킷을 탐지하게 된다. 감시 노드들은 일반 노드들에 비해 더 많은 에너지를 사용하기 때문에 최소의 감시 노드들로 전체 또는 최대한 넓은 범위의 네트워크를 커버하는 것이 필요하다. 감시 노드는 일반 노드 중에서 선택될 수도 있고 일반 노드와 서로 다른 종류일 수도 있다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 종류의 감시 노드와 일반 노드가 배치되었을 때 커버되는 일반 노드의 수가 최대가 되도록 주어진 수의 감시 노드를 선택하는 알고리즘을 개발하고, 감시 노드의 수와 전송 범위가 감시 노드의 연결 비율과 일반 노드의 커버리지에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지 실험을 통해 비교하였다.

A REVIEW OF STUDIES ON OPERATOR'S INFORMATION SEARCHING BEHAVIOR FOR HUMAN FACTORS STUDIES IN NPP MCRS

  • This paper reviews studies on information searching behavior in process control systems and discusses some implications learned from previous studies for use in human factors studies on nuclear power plants (NPPs) main control rooms (MCRs). Information searching behavior in NPPs depends on expectancy, value, salience, and effort. The first quantitative scanning model developed by Senders for instrument panel monitoring considered bandwidth (change rate) of instruments as a determining factor in scanning behavior. Senders' model was subsequently elaborated by other researchers to account for value in addition to bandwidth. There is also another type of model based on the operator's situation awareness (SA) which has been developed for NPP application. In these SA-based models, situation-event relations or rules on system dynamics are considered the most significant factor forming expectancy. From the review of previous studies it is recommended that, for NPP application, (1) a set of symptomatic information sources including both changed and unchanged symptoms should be considered along with bandwidth as determining factors governing information searching (or visual sampling) behavior; (2) both data-driven monitoring and knowledge-driven monitoring should be considered and balanced in a systematic way; (3) sound models describing mechanisms of cognitive activities during information searching tasks should be developed so as to bridge studies on information searching behavior and design improvement in HMI; (4) the attention-situation awareness (A-SA) modeling approach should be recognized as a promising approach to be examined further; and (5) information displays should be expected to have totally different characteristics in advanced control rooms. Hence much attention should be devoted to information searching behavior including human-machine interface (HMI) design and human cognitive processes.

First of all, we investigated factors that influence individual investor's investment behavior, such as, openness, will to achieve, self-monitoring. As result investors who have lately five number of holding stock are more dependent on openness and will to achieve.
