그림자노동 차원에서 본 IT 사용자의 비밀번호 변경행동 연구 (User Behavior on Changing the Password from the Shadow Work View)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to explain the mechanism of user behaviors in password reset context based on descriptive data from conducting interviews. Specifically, this study attempted to describe the process of changing password from the shadow work perspective. Design/methodology/approach This study has interviewed 8 participants who can freely use numerous online web-sites. This study also employed the grounded theory methodology to analyze interview manuscripts. After conducting analyzing the manuscripts, this study has extracted 46 codes in the coding steps and ultimately presented 8 categories by combining similar concepts from those codes. Findings According to the results, this study provides new viewpoints to explain unique user behavior in the password reset context by capturing the shadow work based on the results. This study further offers practical implications to numerous practitioners by finding various codes, which related to users' reaction and behavior.

성인 여성을 대상으로 한 지방섭취제한행동 변화단계에 따른 사회심리적 요인 분석 (Analysis on the Stages of Change in Fat Reducing Behavior and Social Psychological Correlates in adult Female)

  • Under the assumption that people go through stages in making dietary behavior change, this study was attempted to apply the stages of a change model for fat intake by examining the associations of social psychological variables with stages of change in dietary fat reduction. Derived from social psychological theories, 10 social psychological variables on motivational beliefs(6), social influence(3) and self-efficacy(1) related specifically to selecting every day diets low in fat were constructed. Fat and energy intakes were assessed by a short form semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire. The associations of stages of change with motivational beliefs, social influence, and self-efficacy variables and energy and fat intakes were assessed in 333 female adults from large cities in Korea. Dietary stage groups differed significantly on most of the social psychological variables in ways predicted by theory. Motivational factors that lead to a psychological state of readiness to take action were important in the early stages of the dietary change process. Social influences were more important in the stages as people decide to take action. Self efficacy and motivational beliefs, particularly, reduction of perceived barriers were important in maintaining fat reduction behavior. The results of our study indicate differences in stages of change in fat reduction behavior in terms of nutrient intakes and social psychological correlates and suggests that adding a time dimension to social psychological models increases our understanding of dietary change, which assist us in designing nutrition education interventions that are more appropriately targeted by stage of change. 초등교사의 수학과 수업 개선 의지의 예측과 이해 (Understanding and predicting elementary teachers' intention to change in mathematics instruction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현행 7차 교육과정에서 강조하고 있는 학습자 중심 수학 수업 방식에 대한 초등학교 교사들의 신념의 구조를 이해하고, 이들 신념과 관련된 요인들이 수업 개선 의지에 어떻게 그리고 얼마나 영향을 미치는지 설명하고 예측함으로써 교사들의 수업의 질 향상에 도움이 되는데 있다. Fishbein과 Ajzen이 개발한 Theory of Planned Behavior 이론은 본 연구에서 교사들의 수업개선 의지, 신념, 태도, 주관적 규범 및 통제요인의 지각에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 체계적으로 조사하는데 개념적 틀을 제공하고 있다. 자료 수집을 위하여 281명의 초등학교 교사들이 본 연구에 참여하였으며 수집된 자료의 분석을 위하여 기술적 통계 분석과 다중선형회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 초등학교 교사들의 수업 관행의 변화는 우선적으로 수학을 학습자 중심으로 가르칠 때 예상되는 결과들의 가능성에 대한 주관적 판단에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 보인다. 학습자 중심 수학 학습에 대한 교사 주변인들의 요구 또한 교사들의 수업 개선 의지에 약간의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 수업에 대한 통제요인 등은 수업 개선 의지를 예측하는데 크게 영향이 없는 것으로 판단된다.

염수투하에 따른 염수괴 거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Behavior of Brine Lumps Caused by Dropping Brine)

  • 본 연구는 경사면에서 탁질혼입에 의한 탁수괴 거동을 밀도차가 적은 염수를 이용하여 실험과 이론을 통하여 알아보았다. 염수괴의 형상특성, 길이 변화, 높이 변화, 이동속도 변화를 알아보았다. 그리고 염수괴의 거동을 Baines and Hofinger(1984)의 난류 Thermal 이론과 비교하여 보았다. 그 결과 실험치와 이론치는 거의 일치하고 있었다. 따라서 밀도차에 의한 탁수괴의 거동특성은 난류 Thermal 이론으로 재현할 수 있다는 것을 알았다.

  • This study introduces the current theory of the SWCC and tries to verify the theory by performing laboratory tests for the local soils of Korea. First, the SWCCs of Poi-dong soil and Shinnae-dong soil, the most typical weathered residual soils in Korea, were experimentally obtained and the results were compared among others. Second, a SWCC model for deformable soils was proposed. For deformable soils, which show huge volume change during desaturation, the volume change behavior should be considered, and the SWCC should be expressed as a function of void ratio as well as suction.

사회인지이론을 적용한 초등학생 대상 영양교육의 효과 -당 섭취에 관한 영양교육 중심으로- (Effects of Nutrition Education through Social Cognitive Theory in Elementary School Students -Focusing on the Nutrition Education of Sugar Intake-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of a nutrition education program of reducing children's sugar intake based on social cognitive theory. This education program composed of 6 units was conducted in discretional activity class of the $3^{rd}$ and $4^{th}$ grade elementary school students. The results are as follows: First, the rate of correct answers and score of nutrition knowledge significantly increased after nutrition education. The scores of nutrition education in male students, students whose mothers have no job, and students with skinny physiques were much improved after nutrition education(p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001, respectively). Second, the dietary attitudes toward reducing sugar intake and checking nutrition labels significantly improved(p<0.05). And also, it tended to decrease in preference and intake of sweet foods. Third, the consumption of candy caramel jelly(p<0.05), yogurt(p<0.05), jam honey(p<0.05), and ice cream(p<0.001) were reduced after nutrition education. Besides, obese students' consumption of isotonic beverages, carbonated beverages, and fruit juice was reduced. Therefore, a positive change in dietary behavior appeared. Based on the above results, we confirmed that the nutrition education program focusing on reducing sugar intake applied with social cognitive theory was effective for improving the nutrition knowledge, dietary attitude and dietary behavior in sugar intake in elementary school students. Especially, this program showed the improvement in nutrition knowledge as well as dietary attitude and behavior in sugar intake among obese children. Since nutrition education during childhood significantly influences lifetime-health and disease prevention, it is necessary to develop theory-based nutrition education program and practice systematic and constant nutrition education in elementary schools.

정보비대칭과 기업의 자본조달 (Information Asymmetry and Financing Behavior of the Korean Firms)

  • 이 논문은 정보비대칭이라는 상황에서 기업의 자본조달행태를 설명하는 자본조달순위이론의 타당성을 한국유가증권시장에 상장된 제조기업을 대상으로 실증적 검정을 하였다. 1981년부터 2010년까지 재무제표자료를 이용하여 회귀분석한 결과 자본조달순위이론이 지지되는 강력한 증거를 발견하였다. 부채의 변화량과 부족한 현금을 비롯한 통제변수들을 회귀분석한 결과 부족한 현금의 회귀계수가 유의미하게 거의 (+1)로 나타났는데 이는 바로 자본조달순위이론과 일치하는 결과로 해석되었다. 전체 표본기간을 외환위기를 기준으로 외환위기 이전, 외환위기 기간, 외환위기 이후의 3기간으로 구분하고, 연구모형도 2가지로 구분하여 분석한 결과 동일한 결과를 얻었다. 유형자산의 변화량은 대체로 정보비대칭을 감소시키는 역할보다 담보로서의 기능을 수행하는 것으로 해석되었으나, 기업규모가 감소할수록 부채의 사용이 증가하였으며 수익성이 높아질수록 부채사용이 감소하여 정보비대칭이론이 제시하는 것과 같은 결과를 얻었다.

살충제 달걀 파동에 대한 소비자의 행동변화에서 보호동기이론의 적용 가능성 검토 (Investigation of the Possibility of Applying Protection Motivation Theory in Consumers' Changes by Fipronil Egg Contamination)

  • This study examined the effects of response-facilitating factors(Food-related Knowledge, Response-Efficacy, and Self-Efficacy) and response-inhibiting factors(Severity, Vulnerability, and Consumer Stress) on the consumer' behavior intention based on protection motivation theory, which explains the behavioral change to protect oneself. This study was conducted to reduce the customers' concerns regarding food safety accidents and introduce ways to make them more interested in food safety. A sample of 225 adults over 19 years of age was collected in February 2018 through a self-administered questionnaire. The results of the cognitive mediation process of protective motivation theory showed that the consumers' knowledge and self-efficacy which are response-facilitating factors, positively influence the behavioral intention. Severity and consumer stress were response-inhibiting factors. On the other hand, response-efficacy, which is a response-facilitating factor, and vulnerability, which is a response-inhibiting factor, did not influence the behavioral intention. Therefore, severity and consumer stress are response-inhibiting factors. The results were analyzed as a result of a behavioral change to protect oneself from food safety accidents. The applicability of the theory of protection motivation on the topic of food safety was also confirmed.

강구조부재 연결부의 변형특성 및 안전도에 관한 연구 (A study on strain specification and safety degree of connection joints of steel structural member)

  • On SWS 41 Plates jointed by the F11T M 20 high strength bolts the study on stress behavior and safety degree until rupture in static tensile tests were performed. By these results, in case of no clamping force stress concentration was extremed for strain of about 10% higher ratio. Elastic strain occurred to change of test specimens depth by the load and plastic strain occurred to local minute sleep after elastic strain. compared shear stress with tension stress from the fracture load it was showned lower values than the maximum shear stress theory and stress strain energy theory.

초등학생 자녀를 둔 주부의 유기농채소 구매행동에 관한 질적 연구: 계획적 행동이론의 구성요소를 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on Purchasing Organic Vegetables for Housewives with Elementary School Children: Focusing on Construct in the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the perception about the construct in the Theory of Planned Behavior using In-depth interview for 24 housewives with elementary school children. Most housewives did not have an intention to buy organic vegetables more in the future than in the present. They showed positive attitudes toward organic vegetables in terms of non-use of pesticides and fertilizers, taste, nutrient content, freshness, mental health, and protection of the environment. They showed negative attitudes toward organic vegetables in aspect of price, credibility of organic vegetables, differences in nutrients, appearance, size, perishability, and accessibility. Children, especially those with diseases, were the most influential persons to their mothers for buying organic vegetables. Housewives' negative attitudes toward organic vegetables were barriers for buying more organic vegetables and they were not willing to overcome these barriers actively. Therefore, government policy and nutrition education to change attitudes is needed to increase consumption of organic vegetables.
