Technology transfer from universities and research institutes to industries is recognized as a critical issue to strengthen industrial competitiveness, and the roles of technology transfer intermediaries are becoming one of the most important factors for successful technology transfer In today's global and knowledge-based economies, technology transfer services are started shifting to Internet and vertical transfer of technology from R&D labs to industries is becoming more emphasized than horizontal company-to-company transfer of commercialized technology. And the need of comprehensive technology transfer services necessitates cooperation among technology transfer intermediaries and networks offering complementary services. In order to respond to these changes, it is required to construct a new type of technology transfer system. But there are few researches on technology transfer system configuration for design and realization of technology transfer intermediaries. This paper presents the configuration models of technology transfer from universities and research institutes to industries. The configuration models are classified and described from the viewpoint of flows of information, technology and knowledge.

Concrete structure is recognized as the universal structuring material for its outstanding formability, economic efficiency, and strength development. However, as the ageing of field workers and the deficiency of skilled workers due to evasions from 3D business have recently become the major issues of the industry in Korea and as the materials are becoming more diversified and complicated for today's concrete structures are becoming higher, larger, and specialized, the need for practicality of construction work based on new technology and new method has greatly increased. In other words, the overall condition of today's construction business requires researches and developments on the self-compacting concrete for higher construction efficiency and quality improvements and the high-strength lightweight concrete for concrete weight reduction and reduction of area. Therefore experimental tests were performed as such compressive strength, dry shrinkage and carbonation of self-compacting concrete.

The histogram specification is to change the histogram shape of the image into the already defined shape. This technique can be applied usefully in various image processing fields which include a machine vision. However, the histogram specification technique has its basic limits. For example, the histogram does not have location information of pixel within the image and receives the digital image, which is stored through a quantization process, as an input. Namely, the accuracy of specification falls in the high-resolution image because the larger the resolution of image is becoming, the more the pixels having similar value are becoming. Therefore, we proposed the multiresolution histogram specification method for improving the accuracy of specification. Consequently, we can know that if the histogram specification is accomplished by using the proposed algorithm, destination image and source image were changed almost similarly.

More and more children are becoming obese and overweight due to several factors that include a high energy density in the diet (a high fat intake) and low energy expenditure. Consequently childhood obesity is becoming a significant health problem. Fat tissue releases many cytokines such as resistin, tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$, leptin, interleukin-6. These adipocytokines induce obesity-related insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is a key component of obesity-related metabolic problems such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, acanthosis nigricans and polycystic ovarian syndrome. This review article focused on insulin resistance and its related metabolic diseases.

The smart phone are changing the way people communicate. And, the mobile app marketplace is greatly fast-growing. The app store continues its rapid growth, there are already more than 900,000 mobile apps on AppStore. We anticipate to see gained momentum throughout the business. Mobile is also becoming popular for marketers. Therefore, specialized app analysis systems are becoming important to how marketers and app developers invest, analyze and market their apps. App analysis systems enable users to discover and analyze behavior through data observations and meaningful patterns. In this paper, we introduce app analysis system and CMS System Open API, NugaLog. The NugaLog acquires users data and engages with them in a variety of ways. It will be essential for us to understand how users interact with and move through the app. The NugaLog will be able to see the number of users, smart phone model, smart phone OS, resolution, page views, and app version.

Microsurgery training in Singapore began in 1980 with the opening of the Experimental Surgical Unit. Since then, the unit has continued to grow and have held microsurgical training courses biannually. The road to becoming a full-fledged reconstructive surgeon requires the mastering of both microvascular as well as flap raising techniques and requires time, patience and good training facilities. In Singapore, over the past 2 decades, we have had the opportunity to develop good training facilities and to refine our surgical education programmes in reconstructive microsurgery. In this article, we share our experience with training in reconstructive microsurgery.

Recently, the anti-dumping actions of China are becoming aggressive, resulting in the speculation that Korea's trade surplus to China will be reduced. Anti-Dumping Actions by the Chinese Government are also becoming harsh. According to KOTRA, 18 anti-dumping actions were taken by the Chinese government against Korean products. The Chinese government has opened two additional cases of dumping investigations again Korean products 2005 as well. Therefore, Korea will likely face more trade restrictions in the form of anti-dumping in China Accordingly, the Accused party need to understand Anti-Dumping Act of China. The trade related authorities are monitoring on the China related information, and builds system barring Anti-Dumping Actions. Also, companies strongly export the differential products to the China.

Marketing communication is becoming a critical element in today's competive retail environment. Consumers are better educated and discriminating in their choices. Especially, now in the totally opened Korean market situation, establishing proper retail marketing strategy faces many challenge and require special attention. In this study, various promotion media application strategies are mentioned in order to help retailers who need to develop their own promotion plan. Among the media mix, xisual merchandising is becoming effective communication system for retail promotion. Because of its complex development process, retailers and professionals both need to understand the theoretical background of VMD and application method. As a guide in developing systems for each use, it might have some limitations due to the method of research and data related to researcher's choice. In spite of above mentioned limitations, this study will serve as a practical guide for the retailers who wishes to achieve marketing goals in order to survive in this competitive retail situation.

This paper is a case study for the reduction of excavator Radiated noise. The main purpose of the study is to reduction noise for the cooling fan and hydraulic line which is main noise source of the excavator. Recent, noise regulations for the construction equipment is becoming stricter. Compare to past excavator drivers requirements for noise level demanding are becoming more and more. Therefore, this progress is an important role in determining the quality of the excavator.
