The 4th industrial revolution has made our life convenient, and the development of new technologies has brought affluent life. Considering that the 4th industrial revolution is a next-generation industrial revolution led by robot technology, life science, and artificial intelligence, the need for convergence research in sports field stimulated the continuous efforts for the academic foundation of sports. Recently, as interest in home training has increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pilates has also attracted much attentions demand for related supplies has increased. This is an demonstration that COVID-19 has had an impact on the sports industry ecosystem. The purpose of this study was, accordingly, to identify current trends through accurate patent information related to Pilates and to provide basic data for future studies on sports convergence industry and sports intellectual property. For the purpose, based on the data from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2021 provided by KIPRIS (www.kipris.or.kr), the patent information search service provided by the Korean Intellectual Property Office, patent status analysis, international patent classification (IPC) patent analysis, and detailed patent analysis by classification were performed.

This study tries to study the poetic beauty of the space deconstructed by the medium appearing in Moon Sam-seok's children's poetry to help with simultaneous education and guiding methodology. The research method is based on the assumption that semiotics spatial image is read. In other words, we intend to derive the poetic beauty of the space in which the great pole space built by is deconstructed by the intervention of by the medium term . Among Moon Sam-seok's series of works, the research text is "The Wind and the Fire," "The Wind and the Empty Bottle," "The Wind and Salt," "The Wind and the Rock." According to the study, the wind deconstructed a space that was differentiated by the presence or absence of matter into a "coexistence space." These poetic spaces symbolize poetic beauty as ideal places of life that coexist in a distinction but not discrimination. Second, the wind has eliminated the gap between alienation, suffering and solitude. In other words, the wind deconstructed poetic space produced poetic beauty with the 'space of communication' based on homogeneity of the nature of existence. In conclusion, Moon's poetic speech can be seen that he intended to express the discreteness of the poetic space as 'communication' and 'common life' by deconstructing it with deviation and convergence by introducing a medium.

The three generations of Haenam Yoon, who have been handed down to Gongjae Yoon DuSeo (1668~1715), Yoon DeokHee (1685~1776) and Yoon Yong (1708~1740), were based in Haenam. They had an artistic soul on the stage of Hanyang and succeeded in the art of the family, building a reputation as a family of Seonbi painters representing the late Joseon Dynasty. Born as the eldest son of Gongjae and lived at the age of 82, Rakseo learned a variety of studies, calligraphy and painting from his father and Lee Seo. While learning the paintings of the early and mid Joseon period, and accepting the Namjong painting method, he pursued the realism and three-dimensional sense of the subject by adding a Western-style shading method. In particular, he showed outstanding talent in horse paintings and pottery figures, expressing his original 'Beauty that realistically portrays real scenery'. Cheonggo, who was born as the second son of Rakseo and died at the age of 32, was good at Namjong landscape painting using various tree drawing methods. He painted the original Siuido by changing the topical poems, as well as detailed observations and explorations to accurately describe the facts of the object. In addition, 'Beauty showing affection through realistic scenery' was expressed by newly changing and reinterpreting the tendency of home appliances painting to express the spirit as a form beyond the realistic landscape. Rakseo and Cheonggo father and son made a 'NogUdang' painting style, drastically changing the paintings of the late Joseon Dynasty, and had a great influence on the history of Korean painting.

The purpose of this research is aimed at billiards experts and non-experts during the billiard stroke: a comparative analysis of concentration and muscle activity, identifying the differences between the two groups by the objective and scientific data is presented to propose the basis for effective and efficient training methods of billiards. The results of the study showed no significant differences in muscle activity and concentration between experts and non-experts. Therefore, the muscle activity and concentration between the experts and non-experts had no positive effect during the billiard stroke. These causes are thought to be as a lack of research subjects, being a one-time experiment, and not being able to control psychological and physiological experiments completely. In this regard, psychological and physiological experiments are considered to be controlled for further study to determine the principles more clearly.

Changam, Lee Samman(1770~1845), who created his own handwriiting to be referred to as the three great writers of the late Joseon Dynasty, invented as the original 'Haengunyusu Typeface' and developed Calligraphy spirit of DonggugJinche in Honam province. He ultimately pursued the state of tonglyeong by raising the personality of 'writing is the person's personality' and the attitude of learning the old. Through the book chang-amseogyeol, he basically polished Haeseo of Han Dynasty and Wi Dynasty and emphasized that Haengseo and Choseo are done automatically when muscle strength and bone strength are established. And since calligraphy originated from 'nature', it goes through the 'Beobcheongwijin' spirit. After doing so, expressed the state of tonglyeong of " mubeob-ibeob ", the stage of reaching. In addition, Changam showed the aesthetic that you can get the novelty by pursuing the philosophy of 'Wu' and the 'beauty of Stupid and Lacking' based on LaoTzu and ChuangTzu. This is a philosophy that follows nature's logic to reveal nature's nature. And it is an aesthetic that protects his 'True Wu' without knowing and greedy. On the other hand, Changam promoted natural and vital beauty through force in the method of using the brush. He suggested the 'Push and Hard' of the Han dynasty, pushing it with force using this power properly. In particular, the feeling of an IlunMujeog brush in 『Changam Calligraphy-The cloud stays Poem』 overflows with the vitality and bizarre and strange dynamism of the spirit and typeface as eum-yang harmonizes with each other. In addition, the beauty of Push and Hard containing polyeoghamse is misaligned, but it has achieved a natural aesthetic without invading. This work demonstrates the real look of Changam choseo. Changam proves the real look of "Haedong's best Chose Maestro".

This study was conducted of students in their youth, who were having behavioral and emotional problems, anxiety, depression, and ADHD in their school. The participants took part in equestrian sports programs(equestrian program and apparatus program) twice a week, for 60 minutes each. To make progress in the study, mainly 4 scales are used as the standards of preliminary and post inspections : emotional and behavioral development scale, anxiety scale, depression scale, and ADHD scale. After conducting two-way ANOVA analysis, the conclusion was made as follows. The equestrian sports and horse riding exercise program which were used in this study did had an positive effect on emotional and behavioral scale, depression scale, anxiety scale, and ADHD scale. Moreover, it is determined that the equestrian sports had more positive effects than the equestrian sports which used apparatus. However, to precisely compare and contrast the effects of equestrian sports programs and apparatus programs, the follow-up studies need to limit the control group.

This study is planned to investigate the change in blood limpid and oxygen-carrying factors of middle-aged women through 12 weeks of circuit weight training. The participants worked out three times a week for 50 minutes each, with 50-80% of 1RM intensity. As such, the purpose of the study and the procedure brought about the following conclusions. First, the query results of blood limpid showed that the total amount of cholesterol, triglycerides in the blood, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased significantly, and the amount of high density lipoprotein cholesterol did not show an increase. Second, the results of oxygen-carrying factors showed that the number of oxygen-carrying red blood cells, hemoglobin, and hematocrit showed an increase. Therefore, this circuit weight training program which used weights of the geological landscape is considered as an effective way to exercise, since it had a positive impact on the oxygen-carrying capacity and cardiovascular disease prevention

The need to steadily manage healthy hair for a beautiful hairstyle is emerging, and it is time to develop hair cosmetics using natural antioxidants that are harmless to the human body according to the needs of the times. Therefore Max. Load, Max. Stress, Max. Elongation, and breakage on the hair coated with the extract of Ginkgo biloba L. According to the Break Load, Break Stress, Break Elongation, Max. Various convergence property experiments such as modulus and Tangential modulus values were conducted. As a result of research, the hairs coated with Ginkgo biloba extract had an overall increase in intrinsic properties including tensile strength compared to the control group. Through this study, we intend to study the potential of Ginkgo biloba L. as a useful material for hair cosmetics such as permanent wave preparations as well as health supplements and medicines that have been released, and we expect that it will be provided as useful research data for the subsequent development of various hair cosmetics.

The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of passive stretching after delayed muscular pain induction in university students and to propose a rehabilitation exercise program for effective pain relief and prevention in case of injury. Subjects were divided into passive stretching group and control group. Passive stretching group was performed passive stretching after delayed muscular pain induction and control group did not perform any treatment after delayed muscular pain induction. The delayed muscular pain induction method was induced by bench step motion. The height of the step box was 50cm. The data were analyzed by two-way RGRM ANOVA for comparison of passive stretching group and control group. In conclusion, passive stretching after delayed myalgia has a positive effect on blood fatigue (CRP, LDH) and subjective pain scale(VAS).

ln this study, natural extracts extracted from cypress sapiens, a natural material, were investigated as materials that could protect skin aging caused by ultraviolet rays, and experiments were conducted on the synthesis of filaggrins that make up the natural moisturizing factor of the skin, the synthesis of pro-colagen, a fibrous protein, which plays an important role in moisturizing the dermis, and elastin, which is an enzyme that decomposes collagen. As a result, cypress ethanol extract (COE) was a dependent inhibitor to collagenase and elastase, inhibiting the synthesis of filaggrin and the expression of MMP-1 for exfoliated cells damaged by ultraviolet rays. Therefore, it is estimated that ethanol extract will have the effect of delaying wrinkles and as a functional cosmetic material that inhibits skin aging convergence. Based on this study, we would like to further study the mechanism of the synthesis of filaggrin on the suppression of expression of MMP, which is the anti-wrinkle effect.
