미용업 발전을 위한 미용업법 제정에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Beauty Business Act for the Development of Beauty Industry)

  • 수명의 연장과 생활수준의 향상으로 인해 건강하고 아름다운 삶에 대한 관심과 욕구가 높아지고 이에 따라 미용 서비스 산업은 급격한 신장을 이루었고 이러한 미용업의 발달로 인해 미용분야는 전문화·세분화 되고 있다. 하지만 현재 우리나라는 이러한 미용업의 발전을 뒷받침할 수 있는 독립적 미용업 관련 법률을 갖추지 못하고 공중위생관리법으로 미용분야의 규율이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 미용산업의 독자적인 발전을 도모하고 미용업의 특성에 맞는 법적 규제를 위해서는 미용관련 독자적인 법률의 제정이 요구된다. 미용관련 독자적 법률의 제정의 방향은 면허권자를 보건복지부 장관으로 하고, 전문분야별 세부적 면허제도를 마련함이 필요하다. 또한 학력에 따른 지식이나 기술을 고려하여 면허의 종류에 따라 할 수 있는 업무범위 또는 개설영업범위를 달리하는 방법 등을 마련하여야 하고, 미용업에 대한 면허제도의 합리적 정비를 전제로 미용업 개설의 신고제는 유지됨이 타당하다.

  • The present study was carried out to investigate the effects of career identity and social support on the career decision-making self-efficacy of women who have experienced career interruption. Furthermore, the aim was to seek effective measures for making a career decision for the successful re-employment of women with a break in their career. From March $3^{rd}$ to April $2^{nd}$, 2018, a survey was conducted targeting 380 career-interrupted, married women with age between 30-50 years and with work experience of more than six months. The selected subjects had received 1-9 months of beauty education from various vocational training institutes, beauty academies, and women's center in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. A total of 361 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The SPSS Program for data analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, exploratory factor analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were employed for the study. The results of this study are as follows. It was apparent that the establishment of a career identity and social support could play important roles in creating a relation with new career decisions for re-employment. Thus, this study aims to provide basic data necessary for the successful career preparation in women with career interruption.

  • This study investigates historically difference by age of wig banishments that symbolize social-economic status from West Egypt era baroque age as qualitative study that use secondary bibliographic data, there is purpose. Conclusion of this study is as following. Wig putting on that become measure that symbolize job or status in this baroque age, position, wealth etc. gave absolute influence in wig fashion in 18th century.

성인 여성의 화장품 유통채널별 인식도와 구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adult Women's-Awareness of Cosmetics Distribution Channels and Purchase Intention)

  • Korean cosmetic distribution channels were formerly divided into sales visits and specialty shops, which made up the entire cosmetics market. However, recently the market and cosmetic distribution channels have become much more diversified. Thus, research for this study focused on the usage and purchase situations of cosmetic distribution channels depending on cosmetic type perception. This study also focused on the intent to purchase cosmetics by a cosmetic distribution channel in order to provide a precise cognitive background of consumers regarding cosmetic distribution channels. In doing so, the competitiveness of those channels could be procured and the causal relationships between these variables can be investigated. To achieve these purposes, the research model and hypotheses were derived through literature research on the cosmetics industry, cosmetic distribution channels, and consumers' intent to purchase. A survey was implemented from September $1^{st}$ to $14^{th}$, 2014 for empirical testing. and was given to female consumers in their 20s. 468 out of 500 surveys were collected; a total of 415 were used for analysis while the others were excluded due to with unreliable responses. The SPSS 21.0 program was used for analysis of materials. The overall conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between perception of cosmetic distribution channels and intent to purchase. The above research results may stimulate establishment of marketing implications and research material when establishing marketing strategies to promote cosmetic distribution and consumption.

A Study on the Economic Feasibility Analysis of Cosmetics Beauty Industrialization Center

  • 화장품뷰티산업이 차세대 핵심 산업으로 성장하면서 산업화센터 설립이 필요한 상황이지만 투자규모의 적정성과 타당성을 검증하지 못하면 재정 부담으로 이어질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 산업화센터의 건립 사업비와 시설 현황을 검토하여 비용추정, 수익추정, 추정손익계산, 영업현금흐름의 추정 결과를 근거로 경제적 타당성을 분석하고자 한다. 수익추정 기준은 연구사업 예상 수주(24억)의 90%, 시험장비(구축비 45억)의 임대율 12%로 적용하여 분석한 결과, 편익/비용비율은 1.02, 순현재가치는 '0'원보다 높으며, 내부수익률 또한 사회적 할인율 5.06%로 세 가지 분석 방법 모두에서 기준을 초과하여 경제적 타당성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 화장품뷰티 산업화센터 건립이 경제적 타당성을 갖추기 위해서는 연구사업 수주를 90% 이상, 장비임대 수익률은 12% 이상 유지가 필요하며, 사업수익 다양화를 위한 전략적 접근이 필요하다.

한국(韓國) 여성(女性) 경찰복(警察服) 디자인 개발(開發) (Development of the Design of Korean Policewomen's Uniforms)

  • The purpose of this research focuses mainly on the establishment of: the image of the police that can be adopted to meet the demands of reality through the development of the design of policewomen's uniform in the times that require reestablishment of the image of the police; the image of the police that is appropriate for the organic structure of the society; and the image of the police that cooperate with the citizens. For background research I have considered the police and their uniforms from a theoretical point of view and have examined the process by which Korean policewomen's uniforms have changed. Actual research was carried out policewomen of Seoul Regional Police Station, was conducted and the results were utilized to figure out what the problem was. This research suggests an improvement measure by making four suits of summer and spring-and-autumn work-uniforms, and six suits of spring-andautumn and winter full-dress uniform. First the colors of work-uniforms and full-dress uniforms are not blue, which incites a feeling of coldness and stiffness, but are colors that are feminine and emit warmth---red, ivory, khaki, black, and beige. second pure, natural fiber is difficult to wash and is not an appropriate material for policewomen's uniforms when considering its cost and etc., fabrics that are a mix of synthetic fiber and natural fiber were chosen. Because mixed fabrics are cheaper and their ability to maintain shape is superior to that of natural fiber, mixed fabric is an appropriate material for policewomen's uniforms. third the feminine image of policewomen was considered; therefore, masculine image, which is rigid and strong, was avoided and the image was expressed in a serene and beautiful way. Also slim line was added to the current uniforms to emphasize feminine beauty. The conclusion of this study is that police officers in the 21st century want to be seen as the citizens cane and benevolent volunteers that live together with the citizens, not as suppressive and powerful people.

소셜커머스를 통한 뷰티서비스 구매요인이 고객만족과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Purchasing Factors through Social-commerce of Beauty Service on the Consumer Satisfaction and the Repurchasing Intention)

  • 본 연구는 최근 인터넷과 스마트폰의 활성화로 인해 뷰티분야의 새로운 마케팅 수단으로 부각되고 있는 소셜커머스의 영향에 대한 실증이다. 연구대상은 스마트폰과 인터넷의 활용이 비교적 익숙한 수도권 거주의 20-30대 남녀로서, SNS를 통해 뷰티서비스를 구매할 때의 구매요인에 대해서 알아보고, 이러한 구매요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향과 고객만족이 재구매에 미치는 영향, 구매요인이 고객만족을 매개변수로 하여 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 검증하였다. 구매요인의 타당성 검증으로 서비스, 가격, 상호작용, 편의성, 흥미의 5개의 하위요인으로 구분하였고, 고객만족과 재이용 의사는 각각 하나의 요인으로 구분하였다. 본 연구결과를 축약하면, 소셜커머스를 통한 뷰티서비스 구매요인으로서 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것은 가격, 서비스, 편의성, 흥미와는 관련성이 있었지만 상호작용과는 관련성이 나타나지 않았다. 이는 소셜 이용자 간의 커뮤니티 활동이나 타인의 구매후기를 통해 소셜상품을 구매하기보다는 자기의 주관적인 사고방식과 견해에 의해 소셜상품을 구매한다는 것으로 추측된다. 구매요인에 따른 재구매 의도를 알아본 결과, 가격, 서비스, 편의성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 구매의도는 만족한다는 긍정의 결과로서, 저렴한 가격, 서비스에 대한 만족도, 바쁜 현대인의 시간, 노력에 대한 편의성이 충족되어야 하므로, 단순한 흥미보다는 보다 체계적이고 전문적인 서비스에 대한 추후의 구매의도를 나타내는 것이며 흥미와는 관련성이 없었다. 또한 고객은 서비스에 만족할수록 재이용 의도는 높아지므로 차별화 전문화된 고객서비스, 트렌드를 반영한 마케팅이 구축되고 보강되어야 고객만족이 향상되어 지속적인 재구매 의도로 직결됨을 규명하였다. 따라서 뷰티산업에서도 소셜커머스를 통한 구매요인이 고객만족과 재구매의도에 정의 영향을 미치며, 고객만족은 구매요인과 재구매의도를 직간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있음도 확인하였다. 또한 구매요인의 하위요인 중 커뮤니티활동이나 댓글 등의 상호작용보다는 가격이나 서비스 혹은 편의성이 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 뷰티분야에서는 뷰티산업 및 퍼스널 샵의 매출상승과 지속적인 발전을 위해 현대의 새로운 소비층인 모바일 쇼핑객에 적합한 다양한 상품소싱 및 프로모션 등의 개발 및 강화에 주력하여 고객만족을 창출시켜야 할 것으로 판단된다.

산머루 관련 정보수집 및 데이터베이스의 구축 (Data Mining and Construction of Database Concerning Effects of Vitis Genus)

  • The database for the oriental medicine had been existed in documentation in past times and it has been developed to the database type for random accesses in the information society. However, the aspects of the database are not so diversified and the database for the bio herbal material exists in widened type dictionary style. It is a situation that the database which handles the in-depth raw herbal medicines is not sufficient in its quantity and quality. Korean wild grape is a deciduous plant categorized into the Vitaceae and it was found experimentally that it has various medical effects. It is one of the medical materials with higher potentiality of academic study and commercialization recently because it has a bigger possibility to be applied into diverse industrial fields including the medical product for health, food and beauty. We constituted the cooperative system among the Muju cluster business group for Korean mountain wild grapes, Physiology Laboratory in Kyung Hee University Oriental Medicine and Medical Classics Laboratory in Kyung Hee University Oriental Medicine with a view to focusing on such potentiality and a database for Korean wild grapes was made a touchstone for establishing the in-depth database for the single bio medical materials. First of all, the literatures based on the North East Asia in ancient times had been categorized into the classical literature (Korean literature published by government organization, Korean classical literature, Chinese classical literature and classical literature fro Korean and Chinese oriental medicine) and modern literature (Modern literature for oriental medicine, modern literature for domestic and foreign herbal medicine) to cover the eastern and western research records and writings related to Korean wild grapes and the text-mining work has been performed through the cooperation system with the Medical Classics Laboratory in Kyung Hee University Oriental Medicine. First of all, the data for the experiment and theory for Korean wild grape were collected for the Medline database controlled by the Parliament Library of USA to arrange the domestic and foreign theses with topic for Korean wild grapes and the network hyperlink function and down load function were mounted for self-thesis searching function and active view based on the collected data. The thesis searching function provides various auxiliary functions and the searching is available according to the diverse searching/queries such as the name of sub species of Korean wild grape, the logical intersection index for the active ingredients, efficacy and elements. It was constituted for the researchers who design the Korean wild grape study to design of easier experiment. In addition, the data related to the patents for Korean wild grape which were collected from European Patent Office in response to the commercialization possibility and the system available for searching and view was established in the same viewpoint. Perl was used for the query programming and MS-SQL for database establishment and management in the designing of this database.
