The purpose of this study to suggest the design guide line for the community center through the analysis of the satisfaction of the community facility and program in apartment. This study was approached by using both thoretical investigation and questionnaire survey. Survey was done examining 5 different apartment in Gwang-ju, which were all built from the year 2005 to 2007 and 268 residents were collected for questionnaire survey. As the result of this study, the satisfaction and usage of community facilities and programs showed higher indoor exercise field including yoga, golf and health club than others. Also the result can be used a basic data when planning new community center.

During the last decade, an increasing interest in Underfloor Air-Conditioning (UFAC) systems has emerged. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the indoor environmental performance of office buildings with UFAC system in order to develope the design prototype of this system. The physical measurements and the Interviewing survey of occupant's sensation responses to the environment were carried out. Measurements and survey were made of the thermal environmental factors such as air temperature, relative humidity, air velocity, globe temperature, and the other several environmental factors such as the sound level and the illuminance of working plane, etc. And, the air quality was evaluated by measuring the concentration of suspended particles, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide in the room. Furthermore, the paper appraises the various indoor environmental factors of the room by using post-occupancy evaluation (POE) method in office building with UFAC system, and thus, it suggests the basic data for assessing the indoor comfort based on field measurements and survey .

The major objective of this study is provide to basic data for developing of new chicken products. The findings from this study are as follow. Eating times of chicken is increased in comparison with National Livestock Cooperative Federation(NLCF) & Korea Chicken Council(KCC)s survey results. Consumers are frequently having fried chicken and this results are no difference in KCCs survey results. In eating place of chicken, consumers are mostly preferred to have chicken at home. In the use of chicken consumption, the ratio of replacing meal is high and this is no difference in previous study. However there are a few differences in consumption behavior by age and gender.

본 연구에서는 취업률 향상을 위한 취업 대상자에 대한 2개 항목 23문항의 설문 지문 개발과 연구자 소속 대학의 취업 대상자 289명에 대한 응답 결과에 대한 설문지 분석을 통해 취업에 임하는 취업 준비 자세와 면담 및 상담과 관찰 방향에 대한 기초 자료를 제시하는 효과를 얻었다. 이를 통해 지역적 특성과 현실을 고려한 바람직한 취업률 향상 방안을 정성적으로 제안한다.

Korean apartment buildings have been manhattanized and enlarged, but it caused increase of fire accidents. Fire accidents such as Uijeongbu apartment fire(2015), and Ssangmoon apartment fire(2016) caused many deads because of a lack of emergency exit route awareness. Follow to advanced research, conducted suervey on fire safety awareness. On this study, it will present the basic data based on the result of the survey to secure the life.

Automated Storage/Retrieval Systems(AS/RS) are widely utilized to increase the efficiency of logistics system. In this paper, to offer the basic data required for the standardization and automation of AS/RS, we look into the conditions of several domestic AS/RS manufacturing companies and examine the national and international market conditions and the technical levels of domestic companies. And also, for the domestic companies, government departments and logistics related organizations, we survey and analyze the present state for the installation, implementation and operation of AS/RS and the related equipment systems, and the degree of recognition for the relational aspects.

A survey on the rice processing facilities scattered in the country was conducted in order to collect some basic data for the facilities upgrading and renovation plans. Thirty RPC and 287 custom rice mills were randomly selected among 30 cities and counties in eight provinces where the present status of facilities, management practices and other matters were monitored and evaluated. Following are the major findings of this survey.

The purpose of this study is to proviede basic data for designing sports-brassiere by a questionnaire survey about sports-brassieres preferences and physiological wearing test. The results of the survey and the physiological wearing tests on sports-brassieres are as follow; 1. According to the survey, dissatisfied factors on the sports-brassiere are "drooping and vibrating of the breasts". Preferable factors are supporting breasts by stretch and seldom changing its position by motion. The bigger cup-size and more hemispherical-type causes more discontent than flat-type. 2. The shape of breasts is oval, on what ground, horizontal line is longer than vertical. For the cross section of bust line, shirts type.brassiere is more gently curved than cup-brassiere. 3. The feeling of wearing comfort is correlated with bust.up, shield, close adhesion. The vibration of breasts is correlated with covering urea and close adhesion, and the changing band's position by movement, close adhesion. Too much covering area or strain are in inverse correlation of the comfort. 4. The rate of prevention of vibration is 75~80% on superior sports-brassieres, which has broad covering area and excellent close adhesion. adhesion.

This study performs analyzing a status of labor cost policy of public construction project and labor management information system in Korea for improving of labor cost survey in the construction market. The outcome of this study will be helpful to build a labor cost information system included the information of man-hour, regular pay and benefit, total wage. And if these result is integrated with the information of worker's career, qualification, skill level, it is confidently expected that the survey of labor cost is reliable.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a desirable government policy for attracting highly skilled professional foreign human resources. To achieve the purpose, following research methods were pursued; 1) a review on the current status of government policy on highly qualified foreign professionals, 2) case studies on foreign governments' policy on the issue, 3) a survey over Korean firms which are employing foreign high-tech professionals. Based on above research results, policy suggestions for the Korean government are recommended as follows: formulating a basic framework of the government policy to attract foreign high-tech professionals, revising the nonimmigrant visa policy for foreign professionals, collecting and distributing personnel data of foreign applicants for jobs In Korea, developing external and internal public relations, revising the method of supporting small and medium-sized firms, taking a systematic approach to attract korean-American scientists, redesigning sponsorship programs for inviting world famous scholars and scientists, increasing global joint research projects, facilitating favorable infrastructure for foreign engineers and scientists.
