The wind turbine, Europe and the United States are different with the standards process each other when the manufacturing company which in order to demand the standards process to a construction in the multi country with interested parties of the corresponding nation to, always the re-agreement is difficult. Korean wind turbine also detail there is not a standard, when it produces and establishes of wind turbine, the problem point occurs. It is like that investigation of international standards system it leads and when it prepares the Acoustic noise measurement of the Wind Turbine Systems of Korea, it prepares the base for industrial development wind turbine of Korea.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze cases and suggest implications regarding the exclusion of the agreement tax rate according to the processing process standards of the FTA rules of origin. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, cases in which export and import companies were excluded from applying the agreed tax rate due to the application of processing operation standards after the application of the FTA were analyzed, focusing on the Tax Tribunal precedents, and a literature study was conducted. Findings - The results of this study analyzed through cases of appeal and verification of exclusion from application of the agreement are as follows. Research implications or Originality - Research on FTA cases is active, but this study is differentiated in that it focuses on analyzing cases of exclusion from application of negotiated tax rates based on meeting the processing process standards applied to fields such as textiles and chemicals in FTA.

The 'Informatics' curriculum for middle school revised in 2007 will be applied since 2010 in school. However, it is difficult to utilize directly school setting because educational contents presented in the curriculum are very comprehensive. Therefore, we need to present specific standards and examples to guide teaching and learning and assessment activities in school setting and right comprehension about new revised curriculum. In this study, we developed the achievement and assessment standards for the 'Representation and Management of Information' unit of Informatics curriculum for middle school revised in 2007. And then, we presented sample questions base on achievement and assessment standards we developed. The levels of the achievement unit were set in the small unit level through the understanding and the analysis of the new curriculum. We described the achievement standards from student's viewpoint and the assessment standards divide into three level(high/middle/low).

Purpose: The study was aimed at qualitatively enhancing and promoting a home visiting nursing program established in Korea on July 1, 2008, as part of the Long-Term Care Insurance for the Elderly program. Methods: Structural, procedural and consequential aspects of home visiting nursing care wereclassified on the horizontal axis by applying the standard notions for the evaluation of medical care (Donabedian, 1998). At the same time, the home visiting nursing care service support system and the service provision system weredivided on the vertical axis with reference to the accreditation standards for home visiting nursing care organizations suggested by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO, 2008). The data were collected from June 4, 2008 to October 27, 2008, and were analyzed using SPSS ver. 15.0. Results: Twenty-two (proposed) standards, centered on the standard elements under the conceptual framework of the study, were developed, and comprised structural aspects (n=10), procedural aspects (n=6) and consequential aspects (n=6). Those criteria and indicators underwent two content validity surveys among groups of home visiting nursing care research and training experts. The research produced 22 proposed standards, 50 proposed criteria and 166 proposed indicators. Conclusion: The home visiting nursing care standards developed pursuant to the Long-Term Care Insurance for the Elderly Act and the applicability of these standards need to be verified by home visiting nurses. These proposed standards should prove useful in developing an assessment tool to encourage the qualitative enhancement of visiting nursing care in Korea.

Automated design system of injection mold was developed in this study. Shapes of mold parts and mold base were defined according to standards of mold components and database modules of mold components were built. And then an automation program of mold design was developed by the user definition features, family table and Pro/Program of Pro/Engineer. The automatic production divided into mold base and standard parts was manipulated to manufacture parts meeting the design requirements and the selected parts were changed in size and shape to meet the design goals. The mold design was also carried out to have organic relations and be easy in case of a change to the mold part or mold base. As a result, it is possible to design the mold efficiently and conveniently modify the designed mold parts and base by using the developed automated design system in this study.

In this study, as a fuel filter for automobiles, base paper which can filtrate the polluted particles must satisfy with the standards of each vehicle. and a filter of impregnation paper made that combining the base paper with the resin. Therefore, They were wanted to found out the factors that affect base paper and impregnation paper according to content of HPZ, Mulberry pulp(MP), Laub holze bleached kraft pulp(LBKP). The most important things we wanted to find out in base paper and impregnation paper test were weight, thickness, air permeability, burst and tensile strength, maximum pore size and mean pore size, stiffness. we wanted to measure a rate of change of these condition by adjusting a rate of mixing for HPZ, MP and LBKP. Moreover, It suited for an impregnation paper mixed with a rate of mulberry pulp 20%, HPZ 40% and LBKP 40%. Used resins in this study was Phenol, Acryl, PVAc. And as every resins, sample was divided into existence and nothing of embossing. as a fuel filter for automobiles, It was appeared that the suitable condition of base paper was a rate of mixing for HPZ(40%), MP(20%) and LBKP(40%).

A methodology was developed for evaluation of oxidation stability of base stocks and engine oils. Analytical procedures for both classes of lubricants were based on the ASTM standards D 6186 and/or E 2009. The procedures were applied to a set of engine oils of the SAE 5W-30 specification, and to a set of several hydrocracked and solvent neutral base oils, both with and without addition of antioxidant. A potential of a pressure DSC for diagnostic purposed was also demonstrated by monitoring the engine oil ageing during its operation in heavy-duty engine.

As the efficient management of the integrated network has been an important issue, the ITU-TS develops Telecommunication Management Network (TMN)and suggests standards to associate signalling network management with TMN. in this paper, we propose a method to manage signalling network, which is based on the standards. We suggest the TMN version SIGN(T_SIGNOS structure as a new Signalling Network OS(SIGNOS) structure and define the managed object classes in signalling network, and develop the Managed Information Base(MIB) to store the managed information of the object classes.
