For the last two decades, a number of information systems are developed for various aims, depending on business' needs. There are a lot of organizations in the world which are using information systems in their environment, such as telecommunications organizations, universities and banks. Using information system has become crucial for most of organizations regarding with increasing the performance of work procedures and improve productivity and efficiency in general. There are many different models that have been designed and validated to explain the effect of constructs on the adoption of technologies. The aim of this research is to review the literature on information systems adoption and to analyze the different types of models which are frequently applied by researchers in their efforts to examine the factors that estimate the adoption of technologies. The research explores information systems adoption literature that focuses on development models.

본 논문에서는 현재 음성 인식에서 널리 사용되고 있는 멜켑스트럼의 성능 향상 방안을 제안한다. 일반적으로 멜켑스트럼은 인접한 필터간의 중심 간격과 필터의 대역폭이 일정한 critical band 필터들을 사용하여 구한다. 그러나 필터의 특성에 따라 멜켑스트럼의 값들이 달라지게 되고, 이에 따라 인식 성능도 변하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 삼각형과 사각형 모양의 critical band 필터를 사용하여 인접한 필터간의 중심 간격과 필터의 대역폭을 각각 변화시키면서 멜켑스트럼을 구하고 이에 따른 인식 성능을 분석한다. 또한 최적화 알고리즘인 simplex 방법을 사용하여 필터의 중심 주파수와 대역폭을 각각 변화시키면서 최적의 성능을 나타내는 필터를 구하는 방법을 제안한다. 인식 알고리즘으로 DTW (dynamic time warping)를 사용하고, 남자 10명과 여자 10명이 발음한 한국어 숫자음을 인식 대상으로 하여 실험을 수행하였다. 사각형 모양의 필터가 삼각형 모양의 필터 보다 우수한 성능을 보여 주었고 제안된 방법으로 최적화된 필터를 사용하여 구한 멜켑스트럼은 기존의 critical band 필터를 사용하는 것보다 향상된 인식 성능을 나타내었다.

본 연구는 국내 금융업의 시장지향성과 소셜 미디어 마케팅 성과 간의 영향관계를 분석하여 금융 마케팅 및 소셜 미디어 담당자들에게 구체적인 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 했다. 이를 위해 Narver & Slater의 개념구조에 기초한 기업의 시장지향성이 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 실행수준을 통한 간접효과와 소셜 미디어 마케팅 성과로의 직접효과에 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 대한 연구 모델과 가설이 설계되었다. 연구 대상은 국내 금융회사 230개에 달하는 은행업, 증권업, 자산운용업, 카드업, 보험업의 소셜 미디어 담당자 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며 102개의 유의미한 응답을 기반으로 분석이 이루어졌다. 결과적으로 금융회사의 고객 지향성, 경쟁자 지향성, 기능간 상호 협조는 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 실행 수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 소셜 미디어 마케팅 성과에는 마케팅 실행수준을 거쳐 간접적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 시장지향성 중에서 경쟁자 지향성만 소셜 미디어 마케팅 성과에 직접적이며 타 개념보다 가장 큰 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 고객 지향성과 기능간 상호 협조의 효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다.

In this paper, we propose to extend the TSS-LS (Two-Step Search scheme with Linear search based Second step) scheme which was already proposed by the authors for coherent UWB (Ultra Wide Band) systems, to rapid and reliable acquisition of noncoherent UWB systems in multipath channels. The proposed noncoherent TSS-LS employing simple energy window banks utilizes two different thresholds and search windows to achieve fast acquisition. Furthermore, the linear search is adopted for the second step in the proposed scheme to correctly find the starting point in the range of effective delay spread of the multipath channels, and to obtain reliable BER (Bit Error Rate) performance of the noncoherent UWB systems. Simulation results show that the proposed TSS-LS can achieve significant reduction of the required mean acquisition time as compared to general search schemes. In addition, the proposed scheme achieves quite good BER performance, which is favorably comparable to the case of ideal perfect timing.

The study empirically examines the effects of loan portfolio diversification on bank risk and return in the nascent banking market of Vietnam. Loan portfolio diversification is captured through the Hirschman-Herfindahl index and the Shannon Entropy with sectoral exposures. We access each bank's financial reports to collect the required data, especially the breakdown of sectoral loan portfolios, thus constituting a unique dataset. To compute bank return, we use the traditional accounting indicators, including return-on-assets, return-on-equity, and net-interest margin. For bank risk, we utilize the loan-loss provisions and non-performing loans relative to gross customer loans. Using a sample of 30 commercial banks over the period from 2008 to 2019 and the system generalized method of moments estimator for the dynamic panel, we indicate the downsides of portfolio diversification. Concretely, we observe that all diversification measures exhibit significantly negative signs in all regressions across different bank return proxies. At the same time, the estimates display the significant and positive impact of diversification on the non-performing loan ratio. Hence, sectoral loan portfolio diversification significantly hampers bank performance in both aspects of lower return and higher credit risk. The results are robust across a rich set of bank performance and portfolio diversification measures.

최근 공공기관 및 금융권에서는 경쟁력 향상을 위한 정보시스템의 통합으로 프로젝트 규모가 대형화되고 있으며, 프로젝트 수도 나날이 증가하고 있어 적절한 소프트웨어 프로젝트 관리 방안이 필요하다. 그러나 프로젝트 관리 영역간의 미치는 영향에 대하여 체계적인 연구가 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 선행 연구를 통하여 프로젝트 관리에 중요한 영역을 도출하였고, "범위, 일정, 품질, 인력, 위험"의 각 영역들 간의 상호 미치는 영향도 분석과 각 영역의 진행 상태를 계획, 실행, 완료 단계로 구분하여 수행도를 분석하였다. 이 영향도와 수행도의 결과를 분석하여 프로젝트 관리 수준을 평가하는 모델을 제시하였다.

Flexibly expanding the storage capacity required to process a large amount of rapidly increasing unstructured log data is difficult in a conventional computing environment. In addition, implementing a log processing system providing features that categorize and analyze unstructured log data is extremely difficult. To overcome such limitations, we propose and design a MongoDB-based unstructured log processing system (MdbULPS) for collecting, categorizing, and analyzing log data generated from banks. The proposed system includes a Hadoop-based analysis module for reliable parallel-distributed processing of massive log data. Furthermore, because the Hadoop distributed file system (HDFS) stores data by generating replicas of collected log data in block units, the proposed system offers automatic system recovery against system failures and data loss. Finally, by establishing a distributed database using the NoSQL-based MongoDB, the proposed system provides methods of effectively processing unstructured log data. To evaluate the proposed system, we conducted three different performance tests on a local test bed including twelve nodes: comparing our system with a MySQL-based approach, comparing it with an Hbase-based approach, and changing the chunk size option. From the experiments, we found that our system showed better performance in processing unstructured log data.

Technological developments facilitate payment transactions. In 2020, Bank Indonesia issued a regulation that supports QR payments using the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS). PT ABC is one of the banks that launched a QR payment feature on mobile banking with QRIS standards to make it easier for customers to make payment transactions at various merchants. In its implementation, the interest of QR payment users still tends to be small, so an analysis of the interests of QR payment users is carried out. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence user interest by using a modified UTAUT model. The UTAUT model was modified by adding variables to perceived trust, perceived risk, perceived regulatory support, and promotional benefits. The population taken is the company's customers in the DKI Jakarta area and it takes 403 samples for this case study. The results of empirical analysis show that 8 out of 12 hypotheses are considered proven where business expectations, social influence, perceived trust, perceived risk, perceptions of regulatory support, promotion benefits, age-moderated performance expectations, and age-moderate effort expectations have a significant effect on behavioral intentions, while performance expectations, facilitation conditions, business expectations are moderated by experience and social influence.

Despite attractive advantages such as good time-frequency localization and improved spectral efficiency, filter bank multicarrier with offset quadrature amplitude modulation (FBMC/OQAM) suffers from multipath fading. In highly frequency-selective channels, the effect of multipath interference can significantly distort the FBMC/OQAM signal due to the absence of cyclic prefix. To resolve the problem of the multipath interference in FBMC/OQAM, this paper proposes applying an antenna array that provides well shaped beam pattern for each multipath. To evaluate the performance of the proposed array system, various computer simulations have been conducted. The accuracy of direction of arrival estimation is demonstrated through spatial spectrum for a different number of antennas in a sub-array. The performance improvement is presented in terms of bit error rate. We found that the proposed array system mitigate the multipath interferences in Extended Typical Urban model with 12 antennas in a sub-array. Moreover, as the number of antennas in a sub-array increases, the system provides a signal-to-noise ratio gain.

본 연구의 목적은 고객과의 접촉이 잦은 은행종업원들을 대상으로 감정노동전략 즉 내면행동과 표면행동, 종업원창의성 및 서비스성과 간 상호 관련성과 감정노동전략-서비스성과 관계에서 종업원창의성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 자료 수집은 대구와 경남 지역에서 은행에 근무하는 일선종업원을 모집단으로 하여 총 500부를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답한 설문지를 제외하고 최종 분석에는 484부를 사용하였다. 가설검증은 AMOS를 이용하였다. AMOS 분석 결과, 일선 서비스종업원의 감정노동전략 중 표면행동은 종업원창의성에 부의 영향을, 내면행동은 종업원창의성에 정의 영향을, 그리고 종업원창의성은 서비스성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감정노동전략 즉 표면행동과 내면행동-서비스성과 관계에서 종업원창의성의 매개효과 분석에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이러한 조사결과를 바탕으로 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
