본 증례에서는 원인불명의 전신 연축성 사경증과 강박장애를 동반한 경부 연축성 사경증의 두 증례에 대해 음양균형장치를 포함한 표준형 구강내 균형장치, 침구치료, 한약처방, 골반교정 등 복합치료를 통해 뚜렷한 치유효과를 관찰했다. 음양균형장치와 표준형구강내 균형장치 등 턱관절의 균형조절을 통한 기능적뇌척주요법의 치료가 경추와 흉추의 구조변화는 물론 전신자세에도 긍정적인 변화를 주고 있음을 관찰했다.

본 증례에서는 극심한 삼차신경통 진단을 받고 안면부와 턱관절 통증으로 일상생활이 어려워 항간질약과 수술적 치료를 받았지만 통증이 개선되지 않던 환자에게서 음양균형장치를 포함한 자세조절훈련, 침치료 등 구조적 치료를 통해서 유의한 자각적 증상 개선뿐만 아니라 턱관절의 구조적 개선이 나타남을 관찰하였고, 요통과 경항통 및 비염 같은 제반 증상들의 호전과 척추의 구조적 개선이 관찰되었다.

보건의료는 u-Healthcare를 통하여 병원중심에서 시민 중심으로 의료 환경변화를 촉진시키고 예방에서 진단, 치료, 사후 관리의 모든 과정을 균형적으로 발전시킬 것으로 전망된다. u-Healthcare 단말이 언제, 어디서나 무자각의 유비쿼터스 단말이 되기 위하여 다음과 같은 기술이 구현되는 것이 필요하다. 이동통신 및 무선 통신망과 연동기능으로 모바일 게이트웨이 구현, Bluetooth 무선 연동기능, 다양한 정보통신기기와의 접목기술, 정밀한 데이터 전송 기술 등이 필요하다 따라서 본 논문은 u-healthcare를 위한 모바일 기반의 시스템 구현에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.

구강내장치를 통한 자세조절훈련과 관련해 턱관절의 다차원적인 균형치료를 적용함에 따라 중쇠뼈 치돌기 및 가시돌기의 위치균형과 경추정렬이 변화되는 것이 방사선촬영상 실증적으로 관찰되었다.

It was observed that the effectiveness of Yin-yang balancing therapy of the tempromandibular joint (YBT) or functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCS) in three cases: an acute and a chronic motor tic disorder and a Tourrette's disorder (TD). These three cases were mainly managed with cervical balancing appliance for the Yin-yang Balancing on tempromandibular joint (TMJ) and pelvic balance therapy. They were treated concurrently with acupuncture, cupping and herb-medicine. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures with visual analogue scale (VAS), Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTTS) and clinical observations for 235, 279 and 273 days respectively. The patient showed positive changes after the treatment and this effect maintained over the follow-up period. Although it is not clear whether the effect is sustained afterwards or not, a positive effect on the motor tic disorders and TD was observed. And so, furthermore strict clinical and structural researches for verification on YBT is expected.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not Postural Yinyang Correction of TMJ(Temporomandibular joint) using Standard intraoral appliance could decrease chronic low back pain. Methods : We reviewed the medical records of 40 patients with TMJ disorder aged from 30 to 70 years from 124 patients who were treated in chronic low back pain at Department of Acupuncture & Moxibustion of Korean Medicine Hospital of Dong-Eui University from November $1^{st}$, 2015 to June $5^{th}$, 2016. The patients were divided into 2 groups: Group A and Group B. In Group A, we treated the patients with acupuncture, sweet bee venom treatment and FCST(Functional Cerebrospinal Therapy) through Standard intraoral appliance from ABA(Accurate Balancing Appliance), Full body exercise therapy, and Upper cervical alignment balance therapy. In Group B, we treated the patients with acupuncture and sweet bee venom treatment. To estimate the effectiveness in controlling pain, we analyzed the Visual analog scale(VAS). To evaluate functional change of patients, we analyzed the Oswestry low back disability questionnaire(ODI). Results : In both groups, VAS and ODI decreased significantly. In the VAS, the result of Group A is significantly more effective than that of Group B. In the ODI, the result of Group A is statistically less effective compared to that of Group B, but not significantly. Conclusions : According to the results, Postural Yinyang Correction of TMJ using Standard intraoral appliance may be effective treatment for low back pain, but the further researches are needed.

울산광역시 동구 보건소 협력 사업으로 한 2014년도 한방 난임 치료 1증례를 포함한 6증례중에서 난임의 치료방법으로 4증례는 FCST의 편차수정, 음양균형장치를 포함한 PBT, 침 치료, 부항, 뜸, 한약 등의 복합치료로 전신 증상의 개선 및 감소에 현저한 치료효과가 나타남을 관찰하였다. 2증례는 음양균형장치와 PBT는 제외되었다. 또한 그 결과로 6증례 모두 자연 임신에 성공하여 출산하였고 출산한 아기들도 건강한 상태임을 확인하였다.

본 증례에서는 구안와사환자에게 음양균형장치를 포함한 표준형 구강내 균형장치, 침구치료, 골반교정 등 복합치료를 통해 유효한 임상경과를 보인 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 안면신경은 주행이 길고 측두골내에서 좁은 골관을 지나기 때문에, 좌상(bruised) 등 여러 가지 이유에 의하여 골도속의 신경 부종과 혈액순환 장애로 지연성 마비를 일으킨다. 2. 음양균형장치와 표준형구강내 균형장치 등 턱관절의 균형조절을 통한 기능적뇌척주요법의 치료가 안면신경마비의 치료에 효과적인 방법인 것을 관찰하였다. 기존의 구안와사의 경우 대부분 뚜렷한 치료방법을 선택하기가 어려웠으나, 이 증례를 통해 볼 때 수술 등의 대증요법을 하지 않고 기능적뇌척주요법 치료의 접근을 시도해 볼 수 있는 가능성이 있다고 사료된다.

Long face patients are characterized by excessive anterior facial height, lip incompetence at rest, anterior open bite, and gummy smile. A major problem is an inferior rotation of the posterior maxilla and upper molars. Long face patients have been the most difficult for orthodontist to treat successfully. In growing patients, the methods for impeding excessive vertical growth have been used high pull head gear, functional appliance, and combined type of two. One significant improvement comes from using a full arch splint to deliver force to the maxilla more vertically. In adult patients, orthodontic camouflage treatment is biomechanically difficult and doesn't work when the problem is primarilly vertical. Surgical maxillary impaction provides a means for successfully treating most of problems. Also, superior reposition of the chin via a mandibular inferior border osteotomy is effective in decrease of lower anterior facial height and correction of the poor chin-lip balance. Post-surgical stability and the physiologic response are good. The coordinated orthodontic and surgical treatment is necessary for solution the difficult skeletal deformity.
