Contamination of industrial sites has happened by a variety compounds. Petroleum hydrocarbons, which are readily biodegradable, are reported principle contaminats in most industrial sites. Therefore, the use of biological processes will be a promising technology for remediation of industrial sites. This paper addresses the possible use of biological processes in remediation of contaminated industrial sites and discusses the background and main streams of the process. The paper also characterizes representative biological systems developed for application.

For this purpose, most of all, we thought over the theoretical background for the application of Web-resources to the teaching and learning program at the school mathematics. Second, we looked into the applied class and the class pattern with the internet. And then, we arranged the cases using the internet web materials. The last, we mentioned what the matters of learning based on the web are and what the teacher's roles are.

Many strengthening methods are introduced and used to rehabilitate existing structures. However, both theoretical background and application techniques are not. One of the most popular methods is bonded plate method using either steel plate or carbon plate. For bonded plate method, bonding at the end of the plate is the most important properties. In this study, a method to reduce the stress distribution at the end of the bonded plate is found and tested. The results showed that the proposed end anchoring method is effective.

The CCITT No.7 is a general purpose common channel signalling system developed by CCITT. The paper, which is weitten according to CCITT Red book Fascicle VI.7 and VI.8, gives an overall of the introduction to CCITT No.7: 'background of No.7 being recommended'. 'application fields of No.7', 'overall structure of No.7'. and 'functions of each layer'. The trends of future CCITT study is also included.

Quality Control Circle activity is widely introcuced by manufacturing industries. Q.C.C. is studied not only in relation with five points of view such as corporate culture, labor union, organizational management model in Korea, the Theory W and educational revolution etc. but also in social, cultural background, and national trait's view points. The main goal of this study is to investigate sucessful role and active application in Quality Control Circle activity.

본 논문에서는 실외 환경의 실시간 감시 시스템에 응용할 배경 모델링을 설계 구현한다. 일반적인 감시 시스템은 배경 모델링, 오브젝트 검출, 그리고 오브젝트 추적으로 나뉜다. 실시간으로 배경 모델링과 갱신을 수행하고 객체를 추적하기 위해서는 연산 시간이 적어야하며 노이즈 제거를 수행해야 한다. 노이즈 제거를 위하여 메디안 검출 방법을 이용하고 있으나 정렬 시간이 많은 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 윈도우 기반의 러닝 윈도우 리스트 (running window list)를 제안하여 메디안 정렬 시간을 최소화하고 실시간으로 배경 모델링과 배경 갱신을 수행하는 방법을 제안한다.

This paper focuses on a sociologic approach, the theory of planned behavior (Ajzen 1991) and a sociolinguistic field, the language shift (Fishman 1991, Crystal 2000). It describes the theoretical background of language shift and briefly mentions the history of Hungarian language and Romanian language contacts. After presenting language use of the Hungarian minority students and explaining the theory of planned behavior, it turns to apply the theory of planned behavior to the language shift from the view of bilingual speaker(s). This paper wants to propose the application of the theory of planned behavior in language shift and open new perspective in bilingual research.
