Objective: To compare the postural control between non-specific chronic low back pain (NSCLBP) subgroups and healthy people during dynamic balance performance using a modified Star Excursion Balance Test (mSEBT). Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: Eighteen NSCLBP subjects (9 active extension pattern [AEP], 9 flexion pattern [FP]), and 10 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. All subjects performed mSEBT on their dominant leg on a force plate. Normalized reach distance and balance parameters, including the center of pressure (COP) displacement and velocity, were recorded. Results: There were significant differences in mean reach distances in both posterolateral and posteromedial (PM) reach directions between AEP and healthy subjects (p<0.001) and between FP and healthy subjects (p<0.001). However, there were no significant differences among the three groups in the anterior reach direction. Also, the results showed no significant differences in mean COP variables (velocity and displacement) between pooled NSCLBP and healthy subjects. However, the subjects were reclassified into AEP, FP and healthy groups and the results showed a significant difference in mean COP velocity in the PM direction between AEP and FP subjects (p=0.048), and between AEP and healthy subjects (p=0.024). Conclusions: The findings in this study highlight the heterogeneity of the individuals with NSCLBP and the importance of identifying the homogenous subgroups. Individuals with AEP and FP experience deficits in dynamic postural control compared to healthy controls. In addition, the findings of this study support the concept of the Multidimensional Classification System.
I. Background The problem of discharging patients from hospital have been well documented in the literature over the last 20 years. They included poor communication between hospital and community, inadequate notice of discharge, over-reliance on informal support and lack of statutory support, inattention to patients needs before leaving hospital, and wasted or duplicated visits by community nurses. Most patients discharged from hospital are able to return home with little or no support, while others will require a 'package of care' to support them back to good health. Patient with complex care needs, including the frail elderly and those with mental health problems, may require continuing care in special housing, residential, or nursing homes. With this population, effective discharge arrangement is needed and the study on this problem is urgent in Korea because the Medical Reform Project is on suspension of success. II. Results of the Study: 1. Discharge service needs assessed on 360 elderly patients who were hospitalized during the survey period at four university hospitals. Patients want to know the information on disease management after discharge. Follow-up telephone service is the most frequently checked service. 2. Multidisciplinary Discharge Planning is recommended at the hospital level to reduce the readmission and decrease the length of stay. 3. Further research is needed to validate and test the assumption of the solution which is developed in this research.
As the quality of life has improved with development of science and technology, desire for better quality of life of disable people has also increased. Currently, prejudiced views of disabled people in South Korea are changing, but sports for all disabled people is not revitalized and social support is also inadequate. In developed countries, administration and systems for sports among people with disabilities are provided at the consumer level, and many companies willingly provide support to disabled athletes. However, in South Korea, low awareness of sports for disabled people is companied by minimal support companies. In order for South Korea to advance, support for the disable sports players is needed, especially sports-wear that fits their body conditions and differences game playing from ordinary sports players. This study specifically focused on the ice sledge hockey players, taking into account the complaints on their jersey and their special conditions through motion analysis while sleds. For the easy use of the hockey, armhole depth and sleeve breadth was reduced and sleeve hem was designed for flexibility of sleeve such that it does not slide down. Also, because only the front of the Jersey is tucked in the pants, the side vent was designed to be deep such that the back hem is prevented from being pulled. Sportswear pattern making for the players with disabilities required to account for distinct body characteristics, as compared to the ordinary players. Thus, studies that develops sports-wear design for those with disabilities contributes to the qualitative development of sports for people with disabilities.
The purpose of this study is grasp the problem of the gymnast, Kim, Dong-Hwa's Kip to Swallow Motion in Rings, and make up for the weak points to help him to perform a better performance. Therefore, two tryouts for $28^{th}$ Athens Olympic Games were filmed using video camera then finalized with Kinematical Analysis using 3D motion analysis program followings are the form of conclusions. 1. In the very first tryout, when he was doing a Swallow Support Scale, his CM position was high and arm slope was deduction because when he was doing Kip, the ascent velocity was low and he tried excessively to pull him on rings due to relying upon angular movement of shoulder joint. 2. When he was doing drop, he let his hip angle bend only little bit and let fall so making shoulder angle wider and maintain the level horizontally occurs strong drop motion when vertical descent is happening. 3. As a result, lowering the direction of a kick makes CM's movement path lower, increase vertical ascent velocity, and it helps to do the Swallow Support motion in short period of time. 4. After a strong drop motion, which is deep and fast, would make rope of ring shake so there is a defect that the body moves to forward area. However, it does not effect in Swallow Support Scale motion. 5. In the second tryout, trunk rotation angle and arm slope was fixed decrease while doing rotary motion. When rotary motion was happening, before the body was going under the rings, maintained his arm slope horizontally so his Swallow Support Scale motion was nearly perfect.
Childhood Cancer Foundation of ROC(CCFROC) has been founded since 1982. Its goal is to provide comprehensive care for cancer children and their families. And in turn, under the provision of good and complete care, they can be back to the school and society. To achieve this goal, it needs to get every body's effort of the society together. The foundation has been founder under this concept and tried to fulfil this task. The first step is to educate the public to know that childhood cancer can be cured and the process of treatment is long and expensive. In order to reach this life-saving procedure, campaigns for raising money is most important thing. Then, pediatric hematologists / oncologists try to organize study group, named Taiwan Pediatric Qncology Goupp(TPOG), to make treatment protocols for childhood cancers. Its primary purpose is to increase the cure rate to prove the earlier the diagnosis and treatment, the better the prognosis. The second step is to provide full support of medical expenses and further to give help for emergent need to living. Through the varieties of active exercises of cancer children or families, foundation provides opportunities for them to share the experience during the different periods of diseases. The third step is to extend the scope of training activities for many kinds of personnel who devote to the care for cancer children. On the other hand, it promotes the cooperation or communication with international organizations and sets up recreation playing ground in the communities. The aim is to provide a comprehensive and integrated care for cancer children during their education, breeding and even accomplishment period. Besides the financial support of medical care, it provides social services to give psychological support for children and their families, to strengthen doctor-patients or doctor-families relationship. The foundation provides the mourning religious activities to cherish the memory of their children who passed away and to comfort their sadness. Since the childhood cancer is curable, its treatment should be active, comprehensive and it needs to provide to all cancer children without exception. Indeed, the work of CCFROC should be changed according to the environment and different time period. But, it needs the full support from the society. We hope the scope and content of the work will be more extended and its achievement will be better than now in the future.

Recently, plans of tunnel and construction have increased. Unfortunately, the more we have tunnels, the more we have accidents in there. Because an accident or a fire in the tunnel is fatal to user safety, social concerns are focusing on the disaster prevention facilities. Cross passage tunnel is regarded as one of the useful disaster prevention facilities, which is increasing, while there were only few studies about the support system. This study tried to verify whether the support system is appropriate or not with empirical methods-theoretical methods and back analysis using measurement data. Additionally, we also looked into the range of reinforcement in accordance with strength/stress ratio of rock mass.
The purpose of this study was to analyze kinematic quantitative factors required of a forehand counter drive in table tennis through 3-D analysis. Four national table tennis players participated in this study. The mean of elapsed time for total drive motion was $1.009{\pm}0.23\;s$. At the phase of impact B1 was the fastest as 0.075 s. This may affect efficiency in the initial velocity and spin of the ball by making a powerful counter drive. The pattern of center of mass showed that it moved back and returned to where it was then moved forward. At the back swing, lower stance made wide base of support and a stronger and safer stance. It may help increasing the ball spin. Angle of the elbow was extended up to $110.75{\pm}1.25^{\circ}$ at the back swing and the angle decreased by $93.75{\pm}3.51^{\circ}$ at impact. Decreased rotation range of swinging arm increased linear velocity of racket-head and impulse on the ball. Eventually it led more spin to the ball and maximized the ball speed. Angle of knee joint decreased from ready position to back swing, then increased from the moment of the impact and decreased at the follow thorough. The velocity of racket-head was the fastest at impact of phase 2. Horizontal velocity was $7796.5{\pm}362\;mm/s$ and vertical velocity was $4589.4{\pm}298.4\;mm/s$ at the moment. It may help increase the speed and spin of the ball in a moment. The means of each ground reaction force result showed maximum at the back swing(E2) except A2. Vertical ground reaction force means suggest that all males and females showed maximum vertical power(E2), The maximum power of means was $499.7{\pm}38.8\;N$ for male players and $519.5{\pm}136.7\;N$ for female players.

In this study, the optimal position for the backrest pivot of an office chair was investigated by evaluating its performance in terms of the lumbar support and sliding distance of the back from the backrest during tilting motions. The simulation was performed using a mathematical model, which included a human body and a chair. Forty-two backrest pivot points were selected on the sagittal plane around the hip joint of a sitting model. A motion analysis study was also performed using a prototype of an office chair (A-type) with a backrest pivot located on the hip joint of a normal Korean model and a typical office chair (B-type) with its pivot located under the seat. The simulation results showed that both the lordosis angle and the slide distance of the back were minimized when the backrest pivot was positioned close to the hip joint. The experimental results showed that the slide distance and gap between the sitter's lumbar and the backrest was smaller with the A-type than the B-type. Based on the simulation and experimental results, it can be concluded that the backrest can support the sitter's lumbar area more effectively as the pivot position for reclining approaches closer to the hip joint. In this position, the sitter can maintain a comfortable and healthy sitting posture. This paper presents the methods and guidelines for designing an office chair with ergonomic considerations.

Programming judge systems for programming training support are typically built on the Web, where the examiners uploads a programming problem, which the student reads and submits an answer to the problem. The judge system executes the submitted answer of source code to provide feedback such as pass, failure, and error messages. Students who receive the feedback except for the pass continues debugging the source code until they are judged to pass. We developed an online judge system to support programming training and analyzed answers submitted by the students and found that many of the students who were not judged to pass that test did not know exactly where they were wrong but continued to solve the problem. The current judge system generally feeds runtime error messages back to students. However, with only runtime error message, it is difficult for student who train to find the wrong part of the answer. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a system that provides the feedback of programming failure by analyzing the control flow of the test cases used in the source code submitted by the student. The proposed system helps students find the wrong parts more quickly by feeding back the paths where faults in the control flow may exist. In addition, we show that this system is applicable to the answer source code that the actual student submitted.

TThe cooperation on disaster prevention between the two Koreas has been mostly focused on cooperation at the recovery stage, such as emergency relief supplies and equipment support. This study aims to articulate future practical development plans by analyzing disaster cooperation between North and South Korea in accordance with the changing paradigm of international disaster cooperation. Considering the specificity of inter-Korean cooperation, the Framework for Inter-Korean Disaster Prevention Cooperation was established centering on the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction. The framework consists of understanding and sharing disaster risks, building back better, strengthening community resilience, and supporting regional disaster action plans for continuous action. Inter-Korean disaster prevention cooperation requires sharing information about North Korean disasters. It is necessary to accurately identify and support social vulnerability to North Korean disasters. Above all, it is supporting the development of disaster action plans from a humanitarian perspective needs. A medium-to-long term resilience reinforcement plan that North Korea can resolve on its own is also needed. Since North Korea is also deeply interested in international disaster cooperation, it should be based on the direction of the Sendai Framework. Considering the uniqueness of inter-Korean cooperation, a path for North Korea to actively participate in international disaster cooperation should be established.
