This study is on the focus of the cost-effective and time-effective in the BCTOC which commenced the On Dock Termainal System in 1998 for the first time in Korea. On this process of study two categories should be considered : (1) Improvement on Business Process (2) Improvement on Information Technology. With these two accesses a new future-oriented and prospective model could be put on our hand as follows. (1) Improvement on Business Process \circled1Consistency of container In-Out Operation \circled2Simplicity of Rate appraisal \circled3Unified operation on Billing and Request (2) Improvement on Information Technology \circled1Scale up the Information Application \circled2Constructing an one-spot simultaneous Information Holding System \circled3Combination of Internet and Integrated Database System.

EVM(Earned Value Management) is a management methodology for integrating scope, schedule and resources, and for objectively measuring project performance and progress. EVMS(Earned Value Management System) has been used for the performance measurement of R&D and construction projects in developed countries such as United States, United Kingdom and Australia. The nuclear power plant (NPP) projects in Korea have not applied EVMS. However, EVMS has come into request for overall schedule and cost risk management and performance measurement in overseas project of the nuclear power plant as a contractor. In this paper, based on the global EVMS guidelines, EVMS per unit processes have been developed for NPP projects. Moreover, using Business Process Management (BPM), it proposes an integrated process model with tasks, roles, and procedures for EVMS for NPP construction projects.

건물에 승강기를 설치하는데 있어서, 중소 승강기 제조회사에서는 건축 도면과 대상 승객의 요구사항을 분석하여 레이아웃 도면 작성 후 고객의 1차 승인을 거쳐 현장 실측을 통한 최종 도면 확정까지의 단계에서 시간이 장시간 소요되고, 고객과의 의사소통에 오류가 발생하는 등 고객의 요구사항을 기술적 사양으로 변환하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 확정된 설계 사양을 제조 정보로 변환하여 신속한 제조를 가능케 함으로써 납기 준수율을 높이는 데에도 한계를 나타내고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소 승강기 제조회사에서의 영업과 설계 업무를 분석하고 효율적 개선이 가능한 영역을 검토하여 영업 및 설계 비즈니스 프로세스의 업무 개선을 위한 중소기업형 승강기 영업-설계 통합 프레임워크를 제안하고, 이의 실행 방안을 제시하였다.
