BSC와 Fuzzy AHP를 활용한 웹 기반의 BPM 대상 프로세스 선정에 관한 연구 (Study on aWeb-based Business Process Evaluation Model for BPM using BSC and Fuzzy AHP)

  • BPM(Business Process Management) secures the agility of an enterprise through automation, integration, and optimization of business process. For the successful BPM introduction, the evaluation and selection of suitable processes for BPM are very important. But as to process evaluation and selection standards, in fact, various selection elements exist and they have to be considered. Therefore, it is very difficult to evaluate systematically and reasonably business processes for enterprises or concerned persons that plan to introduce BPM. This paper describes a Web-based business process evaluation model for BPM using BSC(Balanced Scorecard) and fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). A Web-based business process evaluation system was implemented based on this and it provides many useful business process evaluation results to enterprises or concerned persons that have insufficient experience and knowledge about BPM, and initially plan to implement BPMS(Business Process Management System). Thus, this paper demonstrates the applicability of fuzzy AHP concept in business process evaluation and selection for BPM, and provides a systemic guidance in the decision-making process.

전자무역 프로세스의 확립을 위한 BPM 도입과 적용분야에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Induction of BPM and its Application Sphere for the Establishment of e-Trade Process)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the application sphere of BPM(Business Process Management) to e-trade process using BPM technology and its service architecture in order to expand the usage of e-trade platform which is developing. After close reviewing the current status of trade process, the possibility of BPM application by e-trade process will be analyzed. The result of analysis is that BPM application to local L/C and purchasing confirmation process could be implemented because those processes are very suitable to apply standardized process and can minimize the risk and confusion of users. BPM application to remaining trade process have to be considered by mid-term and long-term project with the reflection of pilot project performance. Also this study suggests a business management model of e-trade process based on BPM technology which is the new IT technology and integrated interface in view of trade community.

  • 2003년부터 시작하여 현재 진행 중인 L전자의 BPM 구축은 한국에서는 최초의 전사적 BPM 구축으로 다른 기업의 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. L전자는 세계 TOP 3의 Global Brand을 이룬다는 목표 하에 기업 업무 혁신(process Innovation)을 가동하였다. 끊임없이 가속화되는 세계화나, IT의 발전 등으로 인한 기업 경영 환경의 변화는 전략의 변화에 따른 업무 처리 절차, 방식의 변화를 초래하고 있기 때문이다. 본 사례는 L전자가 BPM(Business Process Management)을 이용하여 업무 프로세스를 체계적이며 지속적으로 개선하려는 노력에 대하여 구체적으로 살펴보고, BPM을 통한 혁신의 의미와 가능성에 대하여 논의한다.

  • 건설기업은 내 외부의 경영환경이 글로벌화 되고 수주경쟁이 치열해 짐에 따라 기업 운영 효율성 증대와 수익성 증대를 위한 경영체제에 대한 노력이 요구된다. 1990년 이후 건설기업은 프로세스 중심의 내 외부 업무구조를 개선하기 위하여 BPR, 6시그마, PI, 워크플로우 관리, BPM 등 다양한 시도가 있었으며 기업내부에서 개선된 기능을 일부 획득 했으나 일회성 사업에 머물렀으며 변화에 대한 업무 프로세스 민첩성의 제공은 미비하였다. 또한 최근의 BPM 적용과 실용화 방안에 대해서는 타 산업분야의 이론과 방법론에 국한되어 있으며, 건설기업의 BPM 적용을 위한 도입 시도는 일부기업에서만 개념적 이론적 접근 및 검토단계에 머무르고 있다(B사, H사, 2007년 기준). 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설기업의 경영 패러다임의 변화를 반영하고 건설기업의 업무 프로세스 경영 모델의 도입현황과 개선요구사항을 분석하고자 한다. 또한 건설기업의 BPM 도입을 위하여, 지속 가능한 업무 프로세스 경영 모델의 구축방안을 제시함으로서 건설기업 BPM의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 비즈니스 프로세스 관리도구인 BPM을 SCM 부문에 적용하면 효율적인 프로세스 관리 및 제어가 가능하다. 또한 BPM은 SCM을 구성하는 프로세스를 효과적으로 통합하여 실행시킬 수 있다. 이러한 접근 방법은 SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리하고 모니터링 할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 프로세스 수행결과를 분석하여 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 수립할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 BPM을 SCM 환경에 도입한다 아울러 SCM 프로세스를 효과적으로 통합 실행하고 업무 프로세스를 개선하는 방안을 데이터마이닝 기법을 적용하여 제시한다.

  • The computerization works and environment have been changed from simple transaction and data process request to system connection request, from data computerization to application work automation and process computerization through IT development and Internet spread. Recently, BPM(Business Process Management) concept has been widely propagated. It is expanding interest of business subject. Korea Railroad is operating train operation management system through 5 regional headquarters and organizations under the influence of each regional headquarter. But integrated operation and management of communication each department, work flow management and resources of depot equipment and materials have to need a lot of effort and time in huge organization as Korea Railroad. Therefore, this article realized Web Based BPM Group Ware. This article will define Korea Railroad organization and business process in using this Group Ware. And it will introduce Korea Railroad computer manage system of this Group Ware and efficient Korea Railroad Business Process through modeling and operating department work and resources management in Korea Railroad.

  • R In today's competitive and global business management, Concern of an enterprise is to strengthen the core competency and improve it's internal business process. Therefore, Interest in BPM(Business Process Management) has grown rapidly. BPM is recognized as best solution to meet the needs of organizations that seek the cost down, integration of information, reducing of risk, improvement of productivity. In the past, the company have usually made huge investments in knowledge management systems which are based on repository keeping tacit knowledge. But this paper shows feasibility of implementation of business process-based knowledge management system that could link knowledge with business process. From an academic point of view, Although There could be several ways to build the business process-based KMS. In this paper, when BPM project and KMS project were started at the same time, the way of how to provide workers with task-related knowledge was discussed. As an case study, an estimate process of H company was analyzed and process modelling was carried out and conceptional architecture framework was depicted.

  • 최근 대규모 비즈니스 시스템을 효율적으로 운영하고 자동화하기 위해 기법으로 BPM과 SOA의 융합이 제안되고 있으며 운영데이터로부터 매일 의미 있는 정보를 생성할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 BPM-SOA 융합을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 방법론을 제시하고 실제 프로젝트 관리 비즈니스 프로세스를 구현하여 검증한다. BPM-SOA 융합은 약 결합된 시스템 구조를 통해 향상된 확장성과 생산성을 제공하며 잦은 변경과 프로세스 재사용에도 장점이 있다. 그 다음, 기존 시스템에 새로운 비즈니스 프로세스가 추가될 때 시스템의 확장성을 분석한다. 마지막으로 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 SAP 비즈니스 인텔리젼스를 이용하여 BPM에서 생성된 데이터를 분석한다. 비즈니스 인텔리젼스는 의사결정에 유용한 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 비즈니스 프로세스 최적화 기회를 제공한다.

BPM에서 관리되는 업무 프로세스의 버전관리 (Version Management of Business Processes Managed by BPM)

  • Recently, business environments have been changing quickly. To establish competitive advantage, most enterprises have been using information systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Many consider Business Process Management (BPM) a new innovative solution for enterprise-wide processes. As the BPM system is used more widely and matures, new techniques and functions will be developed by commercial vendors. However, they mainly focus on correctly executing process models, and user convenience has not been considered. In this paper, we have developed a new method of designing business processes, which provides users with an easy modeling interface. The method is based on version management. Version management of a process enables a history of the process model to be recorded. In order to prevent wasted storage, not all of the process versions are stored. An initial version and changes to each process are stored by automatically detecting changes. Our method enhances the convenience of the modeling business processes and thus helps the process designer. A prototype system is presented to verify the effectiveness of our method.

BPM 기반의 협업허브 2.0 설계와 구현 (Design and Construction of Collaboration Hub 2.0 based on BPM)

  • The collaboration hub has been developed since 2004 as an online collaboration space, which supports the various collaborative works amongst small and medium enterprises using information sharing, collaboration project management, and project history management. Because of the change of manufacturing environment and rapid development of information technologies, it should be evolved from the existing version called Collaboration Hub 1.0. Recently, a lot of manufacturing enterprises know the importance of business process management(BPM) and start to introduce BPM systems. Our research group has developed the new version of Collaboration Hub 1.0 called Collaboration Hub 2.0 which contains the BPM concept, the consistent product data management, and the specialized functions overcoming the various variation of manufacturing. This study scrutinizes the meaning and role of the Collaboration Hub 2.0 and introduces an application study of it to the value chain of automobile module development consisted of a leading company and subcontractors. The case study covers the definition, execution and monitoring of collaboration process, the specialized functions overcoming the manufacturing variation and the key performance index of collaboration business.
