한국군에서의 C4I체계와 M&S 상호운용을 위한 BML 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Battle Management Language Application for the C4I and M&S Interoperation in ROK Forces)

  • 전투관리언어인 BML은 미군에서 가상 부대 및 실제 부대를 지휘 및 통제하기 제공하기 위한 명확한 언어라고 정의할 수 있다. BML은 C2 체계와 M&S를 연결하기 위해 미국과 NATO에서 개발되었다. BML이 개발된 목적은 전장정보를 통해 상황인식을 제공하고, C2 체계와 M&S간 상호운용을 위한 해법을 제시하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 육군에서 시작하여 다국적국으로 구성된 환경으로 확장되고 있는 미국의 BML 개발과정에 대해서 설명하고, 한국군에서 C4I체계와 M&S간 상호운용을 위한 BML 적용 방안에 대해서 제안한다. 최근, 미국에서는 BML을 연합국으로 구성된 환경에서 적용하여 긍정적인 결과를 얻었는데, 이는 C2 체계와 M&S간 상호운용에 대한 가능성을 보여주었다. 마지막으로, 본 연구는 BML을 한국군에 적용하기 위한 방안으로 한국군 합동지휘통제체계를 중심으로 제안하였다. 이는 향후 한국군에서 BML 적용시 밑그림을 제공 할 것이라고 판단된다.

Pulmonary and retroperitoneal benign metastasizing leiomyoma

  • Benign metastasizing leiomyoma (BML) is a rare disease, which usually occurs in women with a history of a prior hysterectomy or myomectomy for benign uterine leiomyoma, and has the potential to metastasize to distant sites, such as the lung, lymph nodes, muscular tissue, heart, or retroperitoneum. These lesions are slow-growing, asymptomatic, and usually found incidentally. The prognosis of BML is also excellent. However, there has been debate on the origin and the correct classification of BML, and there are no guidelines for the treatment of BML. We report here on a rare case of BML in both the retroperitoneal cavity and lung in a 48-year-old woman with a history of hysterectomy due to histologically benign uterine leiomyoma. The patient underwent retroperitoneal mass excision and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, and then wedge biopsy of two pulmonary nodules was performed additionally 9 days later. Until now, there has been no sign of recurrence and the patient remains asymptomatic. To our knowledge, pulmonary BML is rare and the co-existence of the retroperitoneal metastases after previous hysterectomy is even rarer.

퍼지추론을 이용한 비만평가 시스템 (Obesity Evaluation System using Fuzzy Inference)

  • 최근 섭취열량의 증가 및 운동부족으로 인한 비만이 사회적인 문제로 되었으며, 여러 가지 성인병의 위험인자로 알려져있다. 비만을 예방하고 치료하기 위해서는 우선적으로 비만평가가 이루어져야 하며, 이러한 평가에는 BMI, WHR, 허리둘레 등이 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안되는 비만평가 시스템에서는 BMI와 허리둘레를 가지고 퍼지추론을 하여 비만을 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 BMI와 허리둘레에 대한 소속함수와 추론규칙을 결정하였으며, 추론 결과는 서술식 문장으로 나타냈다.

누에(Bombyx mori)로부터 분리한 렉틴의 생화학적 특성 (Biochemical Properties of the Lectin Isolated from Bombyx mori)

  • A new lectin was purified from Bombyx mori (BML) by physiological saline extraction, ammonium sulfate precipitants, anion exchange column chromatography on DEAE Sephadex A-50 and gel filtration column chromatography on Sephadex G-200. BML agglutinated trypsinized and glutaraldehyde-fixed erythrocytes, and was observed the most high activity with rabbit, chicken erythrocytes and rat splenic lymphocytes. Agglutinability was markedly affected at highly acidic pH, but was relatively stable with high temperature. The effect of metal ions was observed and BML was affected by bivalaent cations, especially depending on $Ca^{2+}$, $Fe^{2+}$, $Mn^{2+}$, whereas, inhibited by $Mg^{2+}$. Agglutination was strongly inhibited by heparin and glucuronic acid. BML was proved to be a glycoprotein which contains 17.16% of sugars. By mass spectrometry analysis, we found 2 bands that were considered as lectin subunits.

  • 프로그램의 정적 검증을 위한 명세는 1차 술어 논리(First Order Logic)가 주로 사용된다. 하지만 1차 술어 논리가 모든 정보를 표현할 수가 없기에 이를 보완하기위해 양상논리(Modal Logic)를 사용할 수가 있다. 정적 프로그램 검증을 위해 양상 논리를 이용하여 확장된 BML(Bytecode Modeling Language)은 BIRS로 변환 되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 확장된 BML을 중간 표현 언어인 BIRS(Bytecode Intermediate Representation Specification)로 표현하기 위하여 BIRS 문법을 확장한다.

  • Benign metastasizing leiomyoma(BML) is a rare condition affecting women with a history of having undergone hysterectomy or myomectomy for a benign uterine fibroid, that is found to have metastasized to extrauterine sites, usually many years after hysterectomy. 1,2) Patient with BML almost always asymptomatic, although if the lesions are large enough, they can cause compressive symptoms. Among several hypothesis of pathogenesis, most plausible theory is that these tumors represent a true metastatic lesion but are very low-grade sarcoma. 3) Because the tumor is responsive to estrogen, menopause and pregnancy have slowed the growth of these lesion 4) and it seems reasonable to perform hysterectomy in patients with a uterine mass and, at the same time, perform oophorectomy for hormonal control. BML is an unusual cause of diffuse pulmonary nodules which should be considered in females with unexplained nodules and a history of surgery for uterine leiomyoma.

  • 검증에 사용하는 명세는 대부분 1차 술어 논리(First Order Logic)로 이루어져 있다. 1차 술어 논리가 자연언어 대부분을 표현하지만 표현하지 못하는 부분도 존재한다. 이를 해결하기위해 양상논리(Modal Logic)를 추가한 명세방법이 존재하지만 간접적인 방법으로만 존재할 뿐 이다. 본 논문에서는, 양상논리를 이용한 명세의 직접적인 표현을 위해 BML(Bytecode Modeling Language)을 확장한다. 이를 통해, 명세정보 표현의 정확성을 향상시킨다.

장수풍뎅이(Allomyrina dichotoma)와 누에(Bombyx mori) 렉틴의 사이토카인 생성 양상 비교 (Cytokine Expressions with Lectins from Allomyrina dichotoma and Bombyx mori)

  • Lectins from Allomyrina dichotoma (ADL) and Bombyx mori (BML) were partially purified by physiological saline extraction, ammonium sulfate fractionation, anion exchange column chromatography on DEAE Sephadex A-50 and gel filtration column chromatography on Sephadex G-200. An assay for cytokine expression was carried out by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). mRNA isolated from PBMC(human peripheral blood mononuclear cells) were stimulated with ADL(O.D.=0.2) and BML(O.D.=0.1) for various times(1,4,8,24,48 and 72 h) and various cytokine mRNA assessed by RT-PCR were shown as follows: The patterns of bands for IL-1 mRNA of BML were very similar with those from ADL and these bands were decreased along the increasing reaction times after showing a strong band at 1 h. However mRNA expressions for IL-2, IL-6, $IFN{\gamma}$ and $TNF{\alpha}$ showed different patterns between ADL and BML. With the effect of ADL, the expression of IL-2 and IL-6 mRNA were continuously detected until 72 h with the strongest band of IL-2 mRNA at 24 h. The strong bands of $IFN{\gamma}$ mRNA were observed from 4 to 8 h but the strongest one of $TNF{\alpha}$ was just observed at 1 h. Meanwhile with BML, the bands for IL-2 and $IFN{\gamma}$ were increased along the increasing reaction times until 72 h. The strongest bands were showed from 4 to 8 h with IL-6 and at 8 h with $TNF[\alpha}$. To verify quantitatively ELISA was used for assay of protein secretions of the cytokine gene with IL-2 and $IFN{\gamma}$ expressed markedly different in RT-PCR. The highest cytokine secretion for IL-2 was demonstrated at 48 h. The production of $IFN{\gamma}$ was markedly increased at 24 h and secreted highest at 72 h. These result suggest that ADL and BML, as inducers of cytokines, can elicit detectable cytokine mRNA from PBMC within the first few hours of stimulation and maintain the production of cytokines for a few days by the methods of RT-PCR and ELISA.
