'High speed' in today's railway is generally understood to mean 'regular revenue-earning operation of passenger trains at more than 200 km/h', and true high-speed services in this sense began in Japan in 1964. Today, Japan's high-speed rail network slightly exceeds 2, 000 km, carrying around 750, 000 passengers every day without any fatal accident for nearly 40 years.(omitted)

Several days after culture, the parts around suspensor turned brown. In about 10 days the embryo started to form protocorm sending out hairs through seed coat. Around 20 days after culture, most of the protocorms emerged out of seed coat and some of them began to take green color. When observed two months after culture, the protocorn took the characteristic top-shape feature.

The problem of incomplet state feedback began to appear late in60's and early in 70's. This was motivated by inability to measure all the states of the system in practice. We suggested and began to develop an entirely new safety program "The Safety Training Program for 'KIKIIKI' (Vivid) Five Senses". The purpose of this program is to enhance worker's consciousness for safety, especially in working places. The work 'IKIIKI' of the program title is Japanese worlds. It means 'vivid' in English.

Ten years have passed since Korea began its movement of modernization of mathematics education. In that period, there have been many studies for the movement. But most of the studies were those of curriculum. But the topic of this report reveals that the modernization of mathematics education in Korea depends on the frontiership, the deliberate studies of materials and the improvement of teaching forms in class.

Forsterite is a crystalline magnesium silicate with chemical formula $Mg_2SiO_4$, which has extremely low electrical conductivity that makes it an ideal substrate material for electronics. In this study, forsterite precursors were synthesized with magnesium silicate gels from the mixture of magnesium nitrate solution and various sodium silicate solution by the geopolymer technique. Precursors and heattreated powders were characterized by thermogravimetrical differential thermal analyzer(TG-DTA), X-ray diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Si magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance(MAS-NMR), transmission electron microscopy(TEM). As the result of analysis about the crystallization behavior by DTA, the synthesized precursors were crystallized in the temperature range of $700^{\circ}C$ to $900^{\circ}C$. The XRD results showed that the gel composition began to crystallize at various temperature. Also, it was found that the sodium orthosilicate based precursors(named as 'FO') began to crystallize at above $550^{\circ}C$. The FO peaks were much stronger than sodium silicate solution based precursors(named as 'FW'), sodium metasilicate based precursors(named as 'FM') at $800^{\circ}C$. TEM investigation revealed that the 100nm particle sized sample was obtained from FO by heating up to $800^{\circ}C$.

The objective of this study was to characterize the reproductive cycle of the chameleon goby, T. trigonocephalus. Gonadal development was investigated using a histological method. Specimens were collected monthly, from April 2009 to March 2010. The gonadosomatic index (GSI) of females began to increase in April, reaching the maximum in May, and declined sharply in August. In males, the GSI began to increase in April and reaching the maximum in July. The annual reproductive cycle of T. trigonocephalus can be divided into four successive stages in females: the growing (November-March), maturing (April-May), ripe and spawning (June-July), and recovery (August-October) stages. Males passed through growing (November-March), maturing (April-June), ripe and spermiation (July-August), and recovery (September-October) stages. These results indicate the spawning season is from June to July. The relationship between fecundity (Fc) and body length (BL) was $Fc=86.1511BL^{2.6506}$. Fecundity was ranged from 3,448-9,654 eggs in a BL of 4.8-7.2 cm and it was increased as BL increased.

Entering the twentieth century, corsets began to disappear with the tendency of concentrating on slim bodies and youth. As corsets proceeded to be discarded, they began to be internalized as a means of controlling the body; 'muscular corset' takes hold. However, the internalized corset increasingly appears to be externalized again in contemporary fashion. This study investigates how natural body is reconstructed as socio-cultural image drawing on the relationship between the signifier and signified of corset. As for the research methodology this study conducts literature survey to investigate the internalization of corset. This study proceeds to examine the subjects of fashion collections from 1980 to 2010 and samples the outfits which represent the externalization of corset through case analysis. Through the discussion of the study, the relationship of signifier and signified in the externalization of corset is argued as follows: first, by maintaining signifier and signified of the traditional corset as underwear, aggressive eroticism of corset has been observed, second, by perceiving corset as the agency of the body, fetishism of corset dissociates the function of sexual object from corset while distorting the relationship of signifier and signified, third, through embodying the notion of muscular corset literally, the ironical representation of corset as a torturing device of female body deconstructs the traditional relation of signifier and signified of corset.
