홍수파(洪水波)에 의한 하상변동(河床變動) 예측모형(豫測模型) (A Modeling of the River Bed Variation due to Flood Wave)

  • 충적하천(沖積河川)에서 홍수파(洪水波)가 발생할 때 하천은 그 홍수파를 안전하게 소통시키기 위하여 주어진 흐름에 적응(適應)하는 하상변동(河床變動) 구조(構造)를 가지고 있다. 이러한 하상변동(河床變動)의 예측모형(豫測模型)을 개발하기 위하여, 홍수파를 해석하고 그에 따른 하상변동과정(河床變動過程) 대한 수치모형을 홍수추적 및 유사추척을 통하여 구성하였다. 본 하상변동모형으로 홍수파해석, 하상고(河床高)의 변동 및 하상구성토사(河床構成土砂)의 입도분포변화(粒度分布變化)등을 예측할 수 있도록 하였으며, 한강하류부(漢江下流部) 팔당댐으로부터 인도교 수위표지점에 이르는 구간에 본 모형을 적용하여 그 적용성을 확인하였다. 본(本) 모형(模型)의 적용결과 유사운송(流砂運送)이 홍수파의 형상에 미치는 영향은 미소(微小)하였으며, 이는 부정류(不定流)의 흐름변동에 비하여 동일 시간동안의 하상변동량(河床變動量)이 상대적으로 작기 때문이다. 또한 비교적 비슷한 홍수파가 인접하여 발생하는 경우, 하상변동과 유사교환하상층(流砂交換河床層)의 입도분포변화(粒度分布變化)는 전반부 홍수파가 지배적이고 후반부 홍수파의 영향은 상대적으로 작았으며, 하천이 동적평형상태(動的平衡狀態)를 유지하기 위한 거동(擧動)을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 한강하류부 팔당댐으로부터 인도교 지점에 이르는 하상은 세굴(洗掘) 및 조립화현상(粗粒化現像)이 지배적이었다.

300 MW 급 유동층보일러에서 적정 층 물질량 산정 (Allowable Amount of Bed Inventory in a 300 MW Class Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler)

  • 본 연구에서는 순환유동층보일러의 베드가 과열되어 층 물질의 소결이 발생하고 노 내 유동물질에 의해 보일러튜브가 마모 되는 것을 최소화하기 위하여, 노 하부 베드의 층 물질량 조정을 통한 베드 온도 변화를 실험적으로 연구하였다. 실험은 300MW급 순환유동층보일러인 여수화력 2호기를 대상으로 하였으며 터빈출력, 석탄소비량, 공기량 등을 고정한 상태에서 층 물질 양을 감소시켜 베드 압력을 설계값 4.5KPa에서 2.5KPa까지 감소시켰다. 결론적으로 층 물질 양을 적정하게 줄이면 베드 온도가 저하 되나, 지속적으로 저하되지 않는 것을 확인 하였으며, 베드 압력 3.0KPa, 즉 베드 물질량 110 톤을 변곡점으로 하여 베드 온도는 상승하기 시작하였다. 층 물질량이 충분히 많은 상태에서, 층 물질량이 감소되면 베드 온도는 저하되며, 층 물질량이 적정량 보다 적으면 노 내 유동물질의 순환량 감소로 베드 온도는 상승함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 유동층보일러에서 베드 온도 변화는 단순히 층 물질의 양 뿐만 아니라, 보일러 용량 및 연료의 성상 등에 따라 변화 추이가 매우 다양하게 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • The heavy downpour caused by unusual weather has destroyed a railroad bed. It caused a large amount of soil loss due to soil erosion. Hence, there is necessary to rehabilitate the destructed railroad bed as quickly as possible. Application of geotextile bag can standardize the rehabilitation process. Geotextile bag method can be more stable, faster, and more economical. In this study, the stress to geotextile bag was estimated to select the appropriate geotextile material. Geotechnical characteristics of geotextile were also determined.

  • In this experiment, an attempt to use the sludge pellets as catalyst for NO removal from simulated gas is experimentally investigated by using cylinder type reactor and packed-bed reactor. An experimental investigation has been conducted for NO concentration of 50[ppm], 100[ppm], 200[ppm] balanced with air, a gas flow rate of 5[1/min]. Ac voltage to discharge the gases was supplied. In the result, NOx removal rate in packed bed reactor is higher than that in cylinder type reactor. it is thought that plasma density in contact point of BaTiO$_3$ is significantly higher than that in cylinder reactor.

  • As for military backpacks in Korea, utility backpack products equipped with various functions along with comfort and convenience are being developed. As a result, the volume and weight of the backpack increase, and many lightweight studies of the materials forming the backpack are being conducted. This study is a basic study on frame lightweight using fiber-reinforced composites to deal with aluminum, a back frame that maintains the shape of a backpack and provides stability when worn by combatants. As is known, only fiber-reinforced composites have sufficient light weight and mechanical properties, but the mechanical properties were reviewed by drilling holes to maximize the light weight. Tensile strength and flexural strength were measured by drilling 6mm, 12mm, 18mm, and 24mm holes, and the tensile strength and flexural strength were measured when 1, 3, 5, and 7 holes of 12mm were increased. As a result, even when the number of holes was increased, tensile strength did not change significantly, and the flexural strength showed to be higher in the case of 3 holes and 5 holes than in the case of 1 hole.

국내하천 하상재료 대표입경 조사 및 소류력과의 관계 분석 (Investigation on Mean Diameter of Bed Material and Relationship with Tractive Force in Korean Rivers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 자연하천에서 하상재료의 입경과 흐름에 의한 소류력의 상관관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 하상재료의 크기를 분석하기 위해 현장에서 하상재료를 채취하고 대표입경을 산정하였다. 하천이 가지는 흐름 특성은 마찰속도와 소류력으로 분석하였고, 이를 이용하여 대표입경과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 대상하천은 국내 4대 유역의 특성을 대표할 수 있는 18개 하천이며, 총 94개 지점에서 연구가 수행되었다. 소류력과 마찰속도의 산정을 위해 국내 하천의 강턱유량에 적합한 홍수빈도를 결정하였으며, 평균 연최대유량의 개념으로 생각할 수 있는 1.01년 빈도 홍수량이 가장 강턱유량에 적합하다는 결론을 얻었다. 분석 결과를 통해 국내 하천의 소류력 및 마찰속도와 하상재료 대표입경 간의 상호특성을 제시하였다.

  • In this study we propose an unsteady I-dimensional model of bed combustion with multiple solid phases, which confers a phase on each solid material. This model can be applied to a variety of bed combustion cases of various configurations and ignition methods. It contains fuel combustion, gaseous reaction, heat transfers between each phase, and geometric changes of the solid particles. An iron ore sintering pot is selected for verifying the model validity and simulation results are compared with the limited experimental data set of various coke contents and air supply rates. They predict the experimental results well and show applicabilities to the various system of the fuel bed with various solid materials.

PORE PRESSURE AND EFFECTIVE STRESS IN THE SATURATED SAND-BED UNDER THE VARIATION OF WATER PRESSURE

  • The behavior of pore pressure and effective stress in a highly saturated sand bed under variations in the water pressure in its surface were investigated to determine the mechanism of the collapse of hydraulic structures during flooding or when attacked by storm waves. The vertical, one-dimensional model was used as a basic model to clarify the effect of water pressure variation on only to the vertical direction. The theoretical results show that a sand bed under variations of water pressure is weakened by an increase in excess pore pressure and that under certain conditions the sand bed will liquefy. Although many factors related to water pressure variation and property of the material determine this phenomenon, the mist important factor seems to be the small amount of air present in the sand bed. The theoretical results reported are verified by experiments.

싱글침대의 표면재에 관한 분석 연구 (Analysis of Surface Materials of a Single Bed)

  • With radical increase in one-person households, the consumption market in Korea has also rapidly changed. In line with this movement, customized furniture for sing lecustomershas been recently introduced. Since sleeping more than eight hours a day is needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle, a suitable bed for a comfortable sleep is an essential product for single consumers. In order to respond to this trend, a study was conducted to examine the surface materials of a bed designed for singles. A complete enumeration survey was implemented for beds manufactured by ACEBED Co., Ltd., Simmons-k, Co, Ltd,. Keumsung Bed, Hanssem Co,. Ltd., Hyundai Livart Co,. Ltd,. Emons Furniture Co,. Ltd,. and Borneo International Furniture Co., Ltd. This study helped in the proper selection of surface materials that may be used in the development of furniture for single consumers.

경면 연삭기 베드를 위한 레진 콘크리트에 관한 연구

  • The material for the machine tool structure should have high static stiffiness and damping in its property to improve both the static and dynamic performances. The static stiffness of a machine tool can be inceased by using either higher modulus material in the structure of a machine tool. However, the machine tool structrue with high stiffness but low damping is vulnerable to vibration at the resonance frequencies of the structure . For the high precision and highsped machine tool structure, therefore, the high damping capacity is most important in order to suppress vibration. The damping of a machine tool can not be increased by increasing the static stiffness. The best way to increase the damping capacity of the machine tool structure is to use a composite material which is composed of on material with high stiffness with low damping and another material with low stiffness with high damping. Therefore, in this paper, the bed of the ultra high precision grinding machine for mirror surface machining of brittle materials such as ceramics and composite materials was designed and manufactured with the epoxy concrete material. The epoxy concrete material was prepared by mixing epoxy resin with different size sands and gravels. The modulus, compressive strength, coefficient of thermal expansion, specific heat, and damping factor were measured by varying the compaction ratio, sizes and contents of the ingredients to assess the effect of the processing parameters on the mechanical properties of the material. Based of the measured properties, the prototype epoxy resin concrete bed for the mirror surface CNC grinding machine was designed and manufactured.
