발효조건에 따른 막걸리의 Biogenic Amines(BAs)의 생성과 생리활성 (Formation of biogenic amines and bioactivities of Makgeolli under different fermentation conditions)

  • 건강음료로서 품질이 우수한 막걸리 제조를 위하여 발효 온도와 시간을 달리하여 제조한 막걸리의 품질특성과 biogenic amines(BAs)의 생성 및 생리활성을 비교 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 발효 중 pH는 3.96~4.36이었으며, 총산은 발효온도와 기간에 비례하여 증가하였다. 알코올 함유량은 발효 5일째에 9.0~9.8% 최대치를 보였으며, 총 페놀화합물의 함량도 $25^{\circ}C$, 발효 5일째에 $3.01{\pm}0.07mg/g$으로 가장 높았다. 유기산의 함량은 주로 lactic acid이었으며, 온도의 상승 및 발효기간에 비례하여 증가하였다. Biogenic amines(BAs)은 주로 tryptamine과 putrecine이었으며, tyramine은 발효 7일째에 20, 25 및 $30^{\circ}C$에서 각각 6.91과 11.70 및 15.63 mg/mL이 생성되었다. DPPH와 FRAP assay에 의한 막걸리 추출물의 항산화효과는 $25^{\circ}C$>$20^{\circ}C$>$30^{\circ}C$의 순이었으며, ABTS assay에 의한 항산화효과는 발효온도에 관계없이 DPPH와 FRAP assay 보다 비교적 높은 활성을 나타내었다. ${\alpha}$-Amylase 저해활성은 1 mg/mL 처리하였을 때 $30^{\circ}C$에서는 3, 5 및 7일차에 각각 $67.99{\pm}0.11$, $73.64{\pm}0.43$$75.51{\pm}0.26%$로 발효온도와 기간에 비례하여 활성이 증가하는 경향이었다. 지방전구세포의 lipid droplet 형성 억제 활성은 $25^{\circ}C$에서 5일간 발효하였을 때, 활성이 가장 좋았다. 위와 같이 막걸리의 발효조건별 시험 결과로 볼 때, 막걸리의 최적 발효조건은 $25^{\circ}C$에서 5일간 발효하였을 때 가장 품질이 우수한 막걸리를 제조할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

  • This research and project is going on the Korean government. The objective of project is that developing total energy management solution. So, this paper is going to introduce a proposal that energy total operating system development using spatial information visualization and energy monitoring. It could efficiently operate the building energy wirelessly controling cooling/heating, lighting, air-conditioning and geothermal system. The metering data is collected to total database. The data is linked to BAS gateway, which is connected the device by the standard protocol.

A Study on the Relative Importance of Underlying Competencies of Business Analysts

  • Business analysis is a key factor of project success or failure in information systems. However, there are few studies on business analysis competencies. The objective of this paper is to identify which competencies a business analyst (BA) needs, and analyze the importance weights and priorities of business analysis competencies. Literature review yielded 6 competency dimensions and 30 competencies. Based on interviews with 12 experts and analytic hierarchy process analysis, the relative importance weight and priority of each business analysis competency were analyzed. Moreover, an importance-perception gap between stakeholders in different positions was identified. This result can be used as selection and development criteria for superior BAs that are responsible for solving business problems using information systems solutions.

  • Applying mass model to disk galaxy NGC 300, since the observed rotation curve of NGC 300 is flatter than Toomre's mass model n = 1, two cases are used; obtaining parameters $a^n$ and $b^n$ from the polynomial fitting of the observed rotation curve (case A) and from the least square fitting between the observed rotation curve and model rotation curve (case B). In any case, n bas a fixed value of 1. Brandt's mass model is also discussed. which has a shape parameter n = 1.4. Calculated total mass and total mass to luminosity ratio are $3.3{\times}10^{10}M_{\odot}$, l2.1 for case A and $2.8{\times}10^{10}M_{\odot}$, 10.3 for case B. In case of Brandt's model, the values are $4.2{\times}10^{10}M_{\odot}$ and 15.4. The rise in the local mass to luminosity ratio in the outer part of NGC 300 implies existence of massive halo. Other dynamical properties are also discussed.

확산 모형을 활용한 온라인 게임의 수요확산 패턴 비교 분석

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 게임을 크게 카드 게임, 플래시 게임, RPG 게임, 캐주얼 게임 등 네 가지 종류로 분류하고 그 중 캐주얼 게임과 MMORPG게임을 하나씩 선정 한 후, 확산 모형 중 Bass의 기본모형을 이용하여 각 장르별 특성을 반영한 수용주기모형을 도출하여 각 게임별 확산 패턴을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 캐주얼 게임 A는 광고 등의 외부효과가 강하게 작용하여 혁신수용자들의 수가 많았고 MMORPG게임 B와 같은 경우, 소비자들의 입소문이 확산에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 온라인 게임의 확산 패턴에 대한 연구를 통해 각 제품수용주기에 따라 변화하는 시장에 소비자의 특성을 파악할 수 있다면 수용주기의 단계마다 달라져야 하는 마케팅 계획과 전략적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

  • As the on-board electric devices determine the performances of vehicles, production of reliable devices is important. To keep the reliability of devices constant, management of performance evaluation of the on-board devices is crucial. Because temperature bas a serious effect on failures of the components of the devices, its measurement is the first step for good management. In this study, we described performance characteristics of domestic auxiliary block developed through G7 project. We measured the performances of auxiliary block during test running by the developed on-line measurement system. After we save the input real-time data from each signal of Korean High Speed Train through the network line, we can acquire necessary information through Post-Processing program. We verify the auxiliary converter characteristics of Korean High Speed Train by this system.

Convergence Analysis of Noise Robust Modified AP(affine projection) Algorithm

  • According to increasing projection order, the AP algorithm bas noise amplification problem in large background noise. This phenomenon degrades the performances of the AP algorithm. In this paper, we analyze convergence characteristic of the AP algorithm and then suggest a noise robust modified AP algorithm for reducing this problem. The proposed algorithm normalizes the update equation to reduce noise amplification of AP algorithm, by adding the multiplication of error power and projection order to auto-covariance matrix of input signal. By computer simulation, we show the improved performance than conventional AP algorithm.

  • 본 논문에서는 일반적인 건물자동제어 시스템의 아키텍처를 네트워크 구성과 관제점, 상호운영성, 성능 측면에서 분석하고, 점대점 고속 유선 방식으로 연결된 가상화 기반의 새로운 건물자동제어 시스템을 제시하였다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 건물자동제어 시스템은 사용자 기반의 환경제어를 가능하게 하며 건물자동제어 시스템의 성능 향상을 통하여 건물에너지관리를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 가상화 방식은 부하관리사업자의 건물 군관리를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 한다.

  • In reviewing our costume history, it is noted that costume bas been used as a yard stick for symboliying various social status. During the Lee Dynasty in which confucianism was the predominant religion, costume color, design and its fabric varied distinctly according to class, sex, age, occasion, et al. As in other field of our culture, costume was influenced by the Chinese culture. Although gilding was derived from the Chinese-originated gold-spun fabrics, no credit and praise should be spared for our ancestors of the Lee Dynasty who developed gilding artistry as our own. The use of gilded costume was confined to the formal court wear rather than casual wear even in court and to the nobles than to the commoners. Even among the nobles, gilding designs variously classified were used to distinguish the class. However, the modernization triggered by fores-Japan Annexation Treaty destroyed the traditional cable systems, thereby the limited use of gilding has yielded to the vast demand on the part of general populace.

  • An evaluation method for the effective length of electromagnet - which bas U-shape in frontview and trapezoidal in side view - is presented. Using 2D FEM, 2 analysing models are introduced for calculating effective length of the magnet ; the front model is using the normalized equi-pole face area of the magnet and the side model using the normalized equi-magnetic circuit. The ratio of the effective length to the length of bottom plate (core) comes out 1.25 - 1.30. In addition, 3D FEM analysis has been done and a proto-type test model is manufactured to verify the analysing method. The ratio by the experiment appears 1.2, which is reasonably in good agreement with the suggested numerical results.
