Here, utilizing rhodamine B (RhB) as standard color dye, we examined the photo degradation proficiency of $Ag_2Se-Graphene-TiO_2$ nanocomposites under visible light irradiation; samples were prepared by ultrasonication techniques and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopic investigation and UV-Vis absorbance spectra examination. Our outcomes demonstrate that the $Ag_2Se-G-TiO_2$ nanocomposite showed significant photodegradation efficiency as compared with those of $TiO_2-G$ and $Ag_2Se-G$, with around 85.2% of Rhodamine B (RhB) degraded after 180 min. It is concluded that the $Ag_2Se-G-TiO_2$ nanocomposite is a competent candidate for dye pollutants.

Assessing service quality and satisfaction is the essential part of service science. In this study, for G2B electronic commerce service composed of information systems and human resources, a composite research model for exploring factors of service quality satisfaction is proposed. The proposed model uses SERVQUAL's five quality dimensions as independent antecedent factors and usefulness and ease-of-use of the technology acceptance model as mediating factors. A case of a G2B purchase service is empirically studied using the proposed model. The result shows that the proposed composite model is good and appropriate for explaining the characteristics of G2B services.

A subset S of V (G), where G is a graph without isolated vertices, is a double dominating set of G if for each $x{{\in}}V(G)$, ${\mid}N_G[x]{\cap}S{\mid}{\geq}2$. This paper, shows that any positive integers a, b and n with $2{\leq}a<b$, $b{\geq}2a$ and $n{\geq}b+2a-2$, can be realized as domination number, double domination number and order, respectively. It also characterize the double dominating sets in the Cartesian and tensor products of two graphs and determine sharp bounds for the double domination numbers of these graphs. In particular, it show that if G and H are any connected non-trivial graphs of orders n and m respectively, then ${\gamma}_{{\times}2}(G{\square}H){\leq}min\{m{\gamma}_2(G),n{\gamma}_2(H)\}$, where ${\gamma}_2$, is the 2-domination parameter.

To investigate the effects of iota-carrageenan (CAR) and/or alum on the adjuvancity as well as the structural difference of oligosaccharide on the IgG2b in the adjuvant effect, C57BL/6 mice were immunized twice with fetuin as a model antigen. CAR alone showed no significant effect on induction of antibody except IgG1. In contrast, Alum-CAR (after mixing of antigen-Alum, CAR adjuvant was prepared) and CAR-Alum (after formulation of antigen-CAR, Alum adjuvant was prepared) enhanced production of antibody, especially, IgG2b. After separation of IgG2b, changes of glycosylation were investigated using enzymelinked lectin assay. High affinity of IgG2b to N-acetylneuraminic acid, galactose and mannose-specific lectin were induced by CAR-Alum adjuvant, however, the affinity of IgG2b induced by CAR-Alum to GlcNAc and GalNAc-specific lectin were much less than that induced by Alum-CAR.

This study is an endeavor to evaluate the risk assessment of hazardous(aflatoxin $B_1$) in medicines from oriental medical prescription which are circulated much recently. For that, twelve globular and granule types, seven liquid types of herbal medicine were bought to compare and analyze the content of aflatoxin aflatoxin B_1), which are harmful to human body. Woo Hwang Cheong Sim Hwan of Aflatoxin $B_1$ concentration lower than the standard accepted by all the products have been detected, B company(tradition) is the concentration of $1.24\;{\mu}g/kg$, C company $1.04\;{\mu}g/kg$, A company(tradition) and B company did not detect. And the general pill of aflatoxin B1 concentration lower than the standard accepted by all the products have been detected, S-1 is the concentration of $1.8\;{\mu}g/kg$, S-2 of $1.04\;{\mu}g/kg$, S-3 of $0.88\;{\mu}g/kg$, S-4 of $9.32\l\;{\mu}g/kg$, S-6 of $7.8\;{\mu}g/kg$, S-5 did not detect. All the products eundan allowed in the concentration of aflatoxin $B_1$ levels were lower than detection, D company of $0.96\;{\mu}g/kg$, E company concentration was not detected. The liquid product of aflatoxin $B_1$ concentration was found liwer than the standard accepted by all the product, L-3 concentration of $0.8\;{\mu}g/kg$, K-4 was detected in the $1.16\;{\mu}g/kg$, L-1 and L-2 is not detected, L-5 concentration of $15\;{\mu}g/kg$, L-7 is detected as $1.08\;{\mu}g/kg$ and, L-6 was not detected.

Total aflatoxin ($B_1+B_2+G_1+G_2$) maximum levels of 15 ${\mu}g/kg$ ($B_1=10\;{\mu}g/kg$) were set for grain, beans, peanut, nuts & their processed food (grinding, cutting etc.), processed cereal product & processed bean product, confectionaries (peanut or nut-containing food), soybean paste, red pepper paste, dried red pepper, processed com products for popcorn and steamed rice. The maximum levels for aflatoxin $M_1$ are 0.5 ${\mu}g/kg$ for raw milk and milks before manufacturing processing. The patulin maximum level is 50 ${\mu}g/kg$ in apple juice and apple juice concentrate (including concentrate to use as raw material and converted by concentration multiple). The ochratoxin A is managed at the maximum levels of 5 ${\mu}g/kg$ in wheat, barley, rye, coffee beans and roasted coffee, 10 ${\mu}g/kg$ in instant coffee and raisin, 2 ${\mu}g/kg$ in Grape juice, concentrated grape juice as reconstituted and wine. The fumonisins ($B_1+B_2$) maximum levels are 4000 ${\mu}g/kg$ in com, 2000 ${\mu}g/kg$ in com processed food (grinding, cutting etc.) and com powder, 1000 ${\mu}g/kg$ in processed com products. Standards for mycotoxins in food have been established and the mycotoxin risk in food is managed reasonably and scientifically, based on risk assessment and exposure analysis.

The G2B system is one of the important information systems in the e-government implementation. It is difficult to measure the cost reduction effect of the system introduction because there are many participants in the complex procurement processes. Previous approaches of the performance evaluation of such processes have been based on conducting some surveys and interviews with statistical methods. Therefore there have been some limitations in the verification of feasibility. Therefore this study tries to suggest a case of performance evaluation about the cost reduction in using of the G2B system by analyzing operational DB data from the G2B system. This study analyzed the procurement processes of G2B system according to 'goods' and 'facilities/services' and classified the procurement processes into 12 sub-processes. By developing an evaluation model for the cost reduction of e-procurement, we derived the whole cost reduction effect was 8,000 billon Won for the use of Korea KONEPS G2B system in 2008. Specially the cost reduction in the private sector was 6,600 billion Won. It was mainly due to the decrease of the offline visits to the related organizations to participate a bidding process. Moreover, the cost reduction of using shopping mall was 1,000 billion Won among the total 1,400 billion Won in the whole public sector. The main contribution of this paper is to show the more objective evaluation result of the use of e-procurement, which verifies the necessity of G2B system.

In this paper, we study nonconstant warping functions on an Einstein warped product manifold $M=B{\times}_{f^2}F$ with a warped product metric $g=g_B+f(t)^2g_F$. And we consider a 2-dimensional base manifold B with a metric $g_B=dt^2+(f^{\prime}(t))^2du^2$. As a result, we prove the following: if M is an Einstein warped product manifold with a 2-dimensional base, then there exist generally nonconstant warping functions f(t).

Proteasome inhibitors can promote apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in cancer cells by inhibition of nuclear factorkappaB ($NF-{\kappa}B$) activation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of persimmon leaf extract (PSE) on proteasome activity in HepG2 human liver cancer cells. PSE treatment inhibited the proteasome activity and $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation in a dose-dependent manner in HepG2 human liver cancer cells (p<0.05). PSE treatment increased the population of cells in G2/M and sub-G1 phases. The results suggested that PSE is one of the candidate substances that may be developed into a proteasome inhibitor.
