XML을 이용한 기존 EDI 시스템의 문제점 극복방안 (A Method For Solving the Problem of Existing EDI System by Using XML)

  • EDI는 최근 B2C에서 B2B로 전자상거래의 주류가 바뀌어 가면서 그 중요성이 더욱 커져 가고 있다. 지금까지 국내에서는 HTML을 이용한 WEB-EDI 시스템들이 VAN중심의 전통적인 EDI를 많이 대체해 가고 있다. 그러나 기존의 WEB-EDI가 안고 있는 문제점은 기업 내부의 시스템들과의 통합이 제대로 이루어지고 있지 않다는데 있다. 이를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 본 논문에서는 XML이라는 차세대 언어를 이용하여 EDI 시스템과 기업 내부의 데이터들을 통합하여 기업의 시스템을 통합하는 방안을 제시한다.

B2B EC에서의 전자시장과 ERP의 통합 접근방식 분석 (Analysis of Approaches of Integrating e-Marketplace with ERP in B2B EC)

  • Among EC areas. the B2B EC market is being spotlighted as an important interesting research area considering its size and the potential impact on companeies and the whole society. In comparison with private consumers in B2C EC. business buyers in B2B EC have to precisely keep track of the purchase records. and integrate them with the buyer's e-procurement system, which might have been implemented as a part of integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. There are three approaches for such integration between ERP and e-marketplace in B2B EC; Two previous approaches are Inside-Out approach and Outside-In approach. And a newly, one is b-cart approach. In this paper, we try to survey these three approaches and make a comparison analysis. From this research. we identify that the b-cart approach is the most efficient framework in integrating ERP with e-marketplace in B2B EC.

  • 현재 B2B 및 B2C 등 다양한 형태의 비즈니스가 진행되고 있으며 여기서 카탈로그 정보는 상품 구매 의사를 결정짓는 중요한 요소이다. 현재, 쇼핑몰과 경매사이트 등 전자상거래 관련 시스템을 구축하는 기업들이 증가하고 있으나 전자카탈로그의 명확한 개념과 일관된 구성요소 등이 없고 서로 상이한 내용, 포맷 등을 이용하여 개별적으로 구축하고 있다. 이처럼 현재 각 기업이 보유하고 있는 카탈로그 정보는 표준화되지 않은 상호 이질적인 구조를 이루고 있으며 이를 해결하기 위해 기존 데이터베이스 시스템과 연동한 플랫폼 독립적이고 이질적인 데이터를 통합할 수 있는 시스템의 구축이 절실히 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Mall 시스템, 가상 카탈로그 시스템으로 구성된 E-Catalog 시스템을 개발하여 표준화되고 정형화된 카탈로그 체제를 구축하고 제공된 네트워크 구조의 검색 시스템을 통해 구매자에게 원하는 물품을 제공함으로써 CRT(Customer Relation Management)을 지원하는 효율적인 marketplace를 이루는데 방향을 두고자 한다.

  • Recently in the Mongolian wireless marketplace, many E-commerce companies have been making considerable investments in the technological development of M-commerce, taking competitive advantage of new business possibilities offered by Internet-based wireless technologies. In the Mongolian wireless marketplace, this new mobile environment opens the door for new and exciting market opportunities in mobile services and applications. In the near future, these companies will be looking toward M-commerce services as a supplemental source of revenue in the mobile marketplace. This paper examines the roles of M-commerce in the consumers' in order to promote the consumers' loyalty in the booming M-commerce. This paper contains theory that focuses on the basic concepts of the M-commerce environment, its wireless network technologies, and its applications infrastructure. Upon searching for references to assist us in establishing a market hypothesis, we discovered that few comprehensive studies on consumer perspective and behavior related to M-commerce services actually exist in the literature. In the area of M-commerce, many companies neglect the consumer perspective, concentrating only on technological factors only when formulating their market strategies. And, due to technological blindness, many companies were not able to succeed in end-user E-commerce services. Given that fact, this paper formulates a consumer-centric research model. In order to prove the research model, we chose the survey method which allows for the collection of large amounts of data from a sizeable population in a highly economical way. Through the survey, this paper defines consumer's attitudes towards M-commerce services by identifying potential Business-to-Commerce(B2C) applications and its primary target groups in terms of gender and age, and by investigating whether consumers recognize the value proposition of M-commerce applications and services. As shown in the data analysis and results, this research concludes that M-commerce development in Mongolia is still at its infancy, and that the implementation of M-commerce depends not only on technological progress, but also on consumer attitudes and their willingness to adopt M-commerce services. As well, other complex cross-cultural factors-socially, economically, culturally, et cetera-enter strongly into the equation.

추심결제(D/P, D/A)방식에서의 위험관리에 관한 연구 (A Study for risk management on Documentary Collection(D/P, D/A) Payment)

  • According to globalization and localization of world economics international trade payment method was also changed. A traditional payment was Letter of Credit basis, however it is being increased to various methods such as remittance, documentary collection(D/P, D/A) and open account. In order to acquire a secure export payment, exporters prefer to L/C basis which is guaranteed by a reliable bank. However, the L/C should bear a security so that importers would rather documentary collection than L/C. The reasons for the preference of collection payment rather than L/C are a low commission cost, the conversion of buyer's market from seller's market due to severe competition in the world market, transaction increase between main office and branches and a right to control the goods until executing the payment by exporters. Besides of them, collection payment can handle safer and faster than open account basis. However, the collection payment has a risk which it isn't guaranteed by bank for the payment so that I would suggest countermeasures to minimize the payment risk utilizing the collection basis as follows; using export credit insurance system, a large domestic credit report provider such as D&B for absolutely fresh and new information, a collection proxy service for overseas deferred credit and suggestion specifying to order B/L not straight one on consignee in order to transfer the right of ownership with endorsement without problem.

  • 인터넷 기반 B2C전자상거래 시스템의 상품정보의 배열과 배치는 전문가에 의한 수동적인 편집 작업과 방식에만 의존하고 있다. 이것은 인건비 등 유지비용의 증가를 의미하며 고도화, 다양화 되어가는 소비자의 기호를 만족시키기 어려운 문제에 노출되어 있음을 의미하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가변적 상품정보 제공기능을 지원하는 전자상거래의 상품선호도 처리기법을 제안하였다. 제안기법은 소비자에게 지속적이고 안정적으로 최신의 상품 선호도를 반영한 상품정보페이지를 제공할 수 있으며 이를 통하여 유비보수 비용의 절감이 기대된다.

  • Peer-to-peer systems (P2P) are rapidly growing in importance on the Internet environment, quickly extending the range of their usage. However, peer-to-peer systems have not been widely applied in electronic commerce because they have not been established as an appropriate business model. Therefore, we firstly review the previous research relevant to peer-to-peer systems, and then analyze the business models for P2P systems presented by previous researchers. Furthermore, this study categorizes major issues in terms of the technical and business model aspects. On the basis of these reviews, we develop P2P electronic commerce systems based on the file sharing method between users, focusing on user interface friendliness. A developed P2P electronic commerce systems are programmed by using the C# based on the Microsoft.net solution. A database is implemented using the MSSQL2000. A main application technology is designed that P2P electronic commerce systems make it possible. for user to extend into BtoB Solution by using WSDL (Web Services Description Language), UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration) and the XML that is a document for users. User interface is made as form of Internet messenger for a user's convenience and is possible to develop into a commodity transaction system based on XML. In this study, it is possible for the P2P electronic commerce system to have extended application to fields such as Internet shopping mall and property transaction in a nonprofit organization, a public institution and a large scale nonprofit institution that have a similar structure as compared with a structure of a nonprofit educational institution.

  • This study is on the method of direct transaction with farmers, a farmers' group and consumers through internet. Approximately the method in this study could be divided into 4 sections: 1) full information display about agricultural products of farmers, farmers' group, 2) consumers' choice about the best stuff, 3) direct transaction system by using tele-banking and 4) a delivery system in conveying method or an interview type electronic commerce system that carry out the direct visit These methods are to make the merits of the existing traditional type commerce system's to be maximized to make bull use of electronic commerce system.

B to C EC에서의 제품유형별 구매요인 (A Study on the Purchase Factor with Goods Type in the B to C EC)

  • 본 연구는 B to EC에서의 쇼핑시 나타나는 소비자의 구매행태를 Physical Goods(물리적 상)와 Digital Goods(디지털 상품)로 구분하여 구매결정 및 지연 요인을 실증분석하여 B to C EC가 활성화될 수 있도록 도모함을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, B to C EC에서의 구매를 결정하는 요인과 구매를 지연(기피)하는 요인 다섯가지 중 제1순위 요인과 구매한 제품유형과의 교차분석 결과, 어떠한 제품유형을 구매하느냐에 따라 구매결정 요인이 달라짐을 알 수 있었다. 둘째로는, 성별, 연령별, 학력별, 직업별 등 인구통계적 특성에 따라 B to C EC에서의 행동에 차이가 나타났으며, 이는 Cyber-marketing을 구축하는데 시장세분화 전략에 중요한 시사점을 주고 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 Cyber-marketing을 촉진시키기 위해서 상품서비스의 개선전략과 고객 시장세분화전략 수립에 적지 않은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 상품서비스 개선 전략의 측면에서는 상품서비스의 신뢰성을 높이는 기능적 측면 즉 성능, 기술, 품질 등에 대해서 보다 많은 관심을 기울여야 할 것이다. 또한, 인구통계적 특성에 따라 쇼핑행동상에 있어서 많은 차이를 보이고 있으므로 이에 대한 적절한 대응책을 마련해야 할 것이다.
