Data dictionary is a collection of metadata about data defined, produced and consumed while performing business processes. Data dictionary is an essential element for business process standardization and automation. Data dictionary also has a fundamental role in ERP application management and customization. Finally, data dictionary helps B2B by gracefully integrating intra-enterprise business processes and inter-enterprise business processes. This paper gives some clues about the importance of data dictionary in ERP and B2B, and introduces data dictionary support of SEA+, a component-based scalable ERP package system.

전자상거래는 급속히 발달한 정보통신기술과 경제활동의 결합으로 탄생하였다. 그러나, 전자상거래에 관한 관심의 증가에도 불구하고 공간적 관점의 연구는 그다지 많지 않았다. 전자상거래가 디지털 경제시대에 물리적 공간의 장벽을 제거하고 경제활동의 세계화를 더욱 촉진할 것으로 당연하게 받아들여졌기 때문이다. 이 시점에서 본 연구는 공개형 기업간 전자마켓플레이스를 대상으로 전자상거래의 공간적 특성의 한 단면을 살펴보고자 한다. 공개형 기업간 전자마켓플레이스는 현재 국내 전체 기업간 전자상거래 가운데 낮은 비중을 차지하고 있음에도 불구하고 기업간 전자상거래의 가장 발달한 형태 중의 하나로 앞으로의 성장 가능성이 높다. 분석결과에 따르면, 국내 공개형 기업간 전자마켓플레이스는 서울, 특히 강남구 지역에 매우 밀집하여 분포하고 있었다. 세가지공간 지표를 통해 본 집중도에 있어서도 여타 다른 산업과는 비교할 수 없을 정도로 특정 지역에의 집중 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편. 이들 공개형 기업간 전자마켓플레이스의 입지 요인을 분석한 결과, 서울시, 특히 강남구에 위치한 업체와 지방에 위치한 업체간에 입지 요인이 매우 다름을 알 수 있었다. 전자 공간에서 주로 활동하기 때문에 물리적 공간의 속성에 의해 크게 영향 받지 않을 것이라는 초기의 일부 견해와는 다른 것이었다. 그리고, 지역별로 차별적으로 나타나는 업체의 속성 및 전자마켓플레이스의 특성이 지역별 입지 요인의 차이와 밀접한 관련이 있음 또한 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로. 공간적 관점을 통한 연구에 관한 일부의 회의적인 시각에도 불구하고. 공개형 기업간 전자마켓플레이스의 입지와 입지 요인 및 속성에 관한 분석은 온라인 비즈니스의 성공을 위해 물리적 공간을 적절히 활용하는 것이 매우 중요할 수 있다는 시사점을 제공하였다.

There have been many research papers and practical implementations on the various EC(Electronic Commerce) aspects such as merchant system, security, payment gateway, legal and policy issues. However, it is very hard to find the systematic approaches and business process models from the viewpoint of the company willing to start B2C(Business-To-Customer) EC. Therefore, we develop business process models for the planning, systems analysis and design, implementation, and operation of internet shopping mall to suggest a guideline and reference model for the realization of successful B2C EC.

경색정도(莖色程度)가 다른 자경종인삼근동체(紫莖種人蔘根胴體)의 표피일주피(表皮一周皮)(외부(外部))와 도관일수(導管一隋)(내부(內部))의 진세노사이드를 조사하였다. 진세노사이드의 양상(樣相), 다이올계와 트리올계의 비(比)(PT/PD) 및 총(總) 진세노사이드 함량은 두 부위간(部位間)에만 유의성(有意性) 있는 차이(差異)를 보였으며 경색도(莖色度)와는 관계(關係)를 보이지 아니하였다. 자색도(紫色度) 감소에 따른 총(總) 진세노사이드 함량(含量)의 증가경향(增加傾向)은 시료수(試料數)를 증대(增大)하여 조사(調査)할 필요(必要)가 있다. 진세노사이드의 함량(含量) 순서는 외부(外部)에서 $R_{b1}>R_{g1}>R_{e}>R_{c}>R_{g2}>R_{b2}>R_{f}>R_{d}$였고 내부(內部)에서는 $R_{g1}>R_{b1}>R_{g2}>R_{e}>R_{b2}>R_{c}>R_{f}>R_{d}$였다. PT/PD는 외부(外部)에서 1.08 내부(內部)에서 1.95였다. 총(總) 진세노사이드 함량(含量)은 외부(外部)가 내부(內部)보다 3배(倍) 높고 두 부위(部位)의 무게는 비슷하므로 동체(胴體)의 진세노사이드 함량은 외부(外部)의 함량에 의존된다.

The expression of a fusion protein comprised of the B. thuringiensis crystal protein, Cry1Ac, and enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) in Escherichia coli XLl-blue was examined. Three recombinant plasmids were transformed into E. coli XL1-blue and named as ProAc/Ec, MuEGFP/Ec and ProMu-EGFP/Ec, respectively. All transformants were observed by light and fluorescence microscopy at mid-log phase. The expression in E. coli transformants, ProMu-EGFP/Ec and MuEGFP/Ec, exhibited bright enough fluorescence to be observed. Furthermore, ProMu-EGFP/Ec produced fluorescent inclusions, which may have been recombinant crystals between EGFP and Cry1Ac while MuEGFP/Ec expressed soluble EGFP in cell. In SDS-PAGE, ProAc/Ec had 130 kDa crystal protein band and MuEGFP/Ec had thick 27 kDa EGFP band. However, ProMu-EGFP/Ec had about 150 kDa fusion protein band. Accordingly, these results indicated that a fusion protein between the B. thuringiensis crystal protein and a foreign protein under the lacZ promoter was successfully expressed as granular structure in E. coli. It is suggested that the E. coli expression system by N-terminal fusion of B. thuringiensis crystal protein may be useful as excellent means for fusion expression and characterization of B. thuringiensis fusion crystal protein.

Nowadays, the explosive evolvement of Internet. which is referred to as EC, has been prevailing. That has given the chance all of the world consumers to contact all of the world companies to enter into business relationship. But, electronic commerce laws have been established per conventional jurisdiction. some legal issues take place in the field of cross-border electronic commerce, including the governing law and competent courts. In this situations, it is gradually and widely required to lay down the internationally harmonized electronic commerce legal framework. Now, there are a lot of legal issues assumed in EC, in this study, we studied three precedence problems concerning B2C: Consumer Protection Law regarding B2C, Personal Information Protection Law in Private Sector regarding B2C, Web Site Trust Mark System.

일반적인 경영활동에서 고객만족은 긍정적인 고객반응에 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 고객반응유도시스템(CRES)은 기존의 고객응대 개념을 확장한 것이다. CRES의 적용은 전자상거래(B2C) 환경에서 고객과 판매자간의 실시간적인 연결을 가능케 하고 이를 기반으로 긍정적인 고객반응을 유도할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 CRES를 적용한 새로운 EC 시스템과 기존의 일반적인 EC 시스템을 비교하여 그 결과를 제시한다.

Evaluation of plant extracts that might inhibit hepatitis B virus (HBV) replication was performed to find potent anti-HBV agents. Eighty-five species of plants from forty-three families were tested for their anti-HBV activities using HBV-producing HepG2-derived 2.2.15 cells. The anti-HBV activity of plant extracts was measured by slot blot hybridization technique and cytotoxicity was determined by crystal violet staining procedure. All plants were extracted with methanol and the extracts were partitioned into n-hexane, ethyl acetate and aqueous layer. The ethyl acetate fractions of Rhus verniciflua $(stem:\;EC_{50},\;8.2{\mu}g/ml;\;CC_{50},\;9.4{\mu}g/ml)$, Gastrodia elata $(root:\;EC_{50},\;17.7{\mu}g/ml;\;CC_{50},\;>20{\mu}g/ml)$, Raphanus sativus $(seeds:\;EC_{50},\;17.3{\mu}g/ml;\;CC_{50},\;>20{\mu}g/ml)$, and Angelica gigas $(root:\;EC_{50},\;8.3{\mu}g/ml;\;CC_{50},\;15.6{\mu}g/ml)$ revealed the anti-HBV activity in 2.2.15 cell culture system and these fractions are under the process of further sequential fractionation by column chromatography to find the active principles against HBV.

The monitoring technique based on electrical conductivity (EC) can provide researchers with some advantages in maintenance management and is cost-effective as compared with existing CSOs monitoring. In this study, the flow rate estimation using EC data was executed in two sites where storm overflow chamber had installed. In the result of A-site, R2 of second order multinomial between dilution ratio of EC and observed flow rate was showed the range of 0.68 ~ 0.77. And $R^{2}$ of B-site was 0.62 ~ 0.81. On the other hand, cumulative frequency of A-site was 43.4 ~ 52.2% in the relative error level of under 20%. And B-site was 10.1 ~ 46.5%. The flow rate estimation formula was improved through consideration of some parameters including antecedent dry days and rainfall duration. And difference between estimated flow rate and observed flow rate in total rainfall event was very small.
