Nowadays many enterprises build e-procurement systems. An e-procurement is a Web-based procurement process and its functionalities are considered important in the B2B e-commerce. Buyers should select competent suppliers for a successful e-procurement. Therefore, this study proposes a method using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for building a Web-based supplier selection system. In detail, the purpose of this study is (1) to review methods previously used when buyers selecting suppliers and to extract important selection criteria: (2) to explain extended AHP method adopted by this study among supplier selection methods: (3) to describe the supplier selection steps using extended AHP : and (4) to propose a decision support system embedding the methodology described above. The proposed system comprises of three phase: first phase is to evaluate suppliers on enterprise level: second phase to evaluate them on each transaction level: third phase to post-evaluate them.

Liquid metal extraction (LME), a pyrometallurgical recycling method, is popular owing to its negligible environmental impact. LME mainly targets rare-earth permanent magnets having several rare-earth elements. Mg is used as a solvent metal for LME because of its selective and eminent reactivity with rare-earth elements in magnets. Several studies concerning the formation of Dy-Fe intermetallic compounds and their effects on LME using Mg exist. However, methods for reducing these compounds are unavailable. Fe reacts more strongly with B than with Dy; B addition can be a reducing method for Dy-Fe intermetallic compounds owing to the formation of Fe2B, which takes Fe from Dy-Fe intermetallic compounds. The FeB alloy is an adequate additive for the decomposition of Fe2B. To accomplish the former process, Mg must convey B to a permanent magnet during the decomposition of the FeB alloy. Here, the effect of Mg on the transfer of B from FeB to permanent magnet is observed through microstructural and phase analyses. Through microstructural and phase analysis, it is confirmed that FeB is converted to Fe2B upon B transfer, owing to Mg. Finally, the transfer effect of Mg is confirmed, and the possibility of reducing Dy-Fe intermetallic compounds during LME is suggested.
SRM has been applied to many commercial applications that require economical advantages and high performance abilities. But it has some drawbacks such as acoustic noise due to the abrupt change of mmf level when commutation. The abrupt change of a phase excitation produces mechanical stresses and it results in torque ripple and noise. This paper deals with an analysis of vibration and noise in SRM drive. Several types of excitation method are taken into account. The 1-phase and 2-phase excitation technique of short-pitch winding 2-phase excitation technique of full-pitch winding are tested. The acoustic noise is reduced remarkably through the sequential phase excitation in the 2-phase excitation. It is because that the scheme reduces abrupt change of excitation level by distributed balanced excitation with free-wheeling during commutation.
The influences of ZrB$_2$ additions to SiC on microstructural, DDM(Electrical Discharge Machining), mechanical and electrical properties were investigated. composites were prepared by adding 15, 30, 45 vol.% ZrB$_2$particles as a second phase to SiC matrix. SiC-ZrB$_2$ composites obtained by hot pressing for high temperature structural application were fully dense with the relative densities over 99%. The fracture toughness of the composites were increased with the ZrB$_2$contents. In case of composite containing 30vol.% ZrB$_2$, the flexural strength and fracture toughness showed 45% and 60% increase, respectively compared to that of monolithic SiC sample. The electrical resistivities of SiC-ZrB$_2$ composites decreased significantly with the ZrB$_2$ contents. The electrical resistivity of SiC-30vol.% ZrB$_2$ composite showed 6.50$\times$10$^{-4}$$\Omega$.cm. Cutting velocity of EDM of SiC-ZrB$_2$ composites are directly proportional to duty factor of pulse width. Surface roughness, however, are not all proportional to pulse width. Higher-flexural strength composites show a trend toward smaller crater volumes, leaving a smoother surface; the average surface roughness of the SiC-ZrB$_2$ 15 vol.% composite with the flexural strengthe of 375㎫ was 3.2${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, whereas the SiC-ZrB$_2$ 30.vol% composite of 457㎫ was 1.35${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. In the SEM micrographs of the fracture surface of SiC-ZrB$_2$ composites, the SiC-ZrB$_2$ two phases are distinct; the white phase is the ZrB$_2$and the gray phase is the SiC matrix. In the SEM micrographs of the EDM surface, however, these phases are no longer distinct because of thicker recast layer of resolidified-melt-formation droplets present. It is shown that SiC-ZrB$_2$ composites are able to be machined without surface cracking.
The composites were fabricated by adding 0, 15, 20, 25[vol.%] Zirconium Diboride(hereafter, $ZrB_2$) powders as a second phase to Silicon Carbide(hereafter, SiC) matrix. The physical, mechanical and electrical properties of electroconductive SiC ceramic composites by spark plasma sintering(hereafter, SPS) were examined. Reactions between $\beta$-SiC and $ZrB_2$ were not observed in the XRD analysis The relative density of mono SiC, SiC+15[vol.%]$ZrB_2$, SiC+20[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ and SiC+25[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ composites are 90.97[%], 74.62[%], 77.99[%] and 72.61[%] respectively. The XRD phase analysis of the electroconductive SiC ceramic composites reveals high of SiC and $ZrB_2$ and low of ZrO2 phase. The electrical resistivity of mono SiC, SiC+15[vol.%]$ZrB_2$, SiC+20[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ and SiC+25[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ composites are $4.57{\times}10^{-1}$, $2.13{\times}10^{-1}$, $1.53{\times}10^{-1}$ and $6.37{\times}10^{-2}[{\Omega}{\cdot}cm]$ at room temperature, respectively. The electrical resistivity of mono SiC, SiC+15[vol.%]$ZrB_2$, SiC+20[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ and SiC+25[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ are Negative Temperature Coefficient Resistance(hereafter, NTCR) in temperature ranges from 25[$^{\circ}C$] to 100[$^{\circ}C$]. It is convinced that SiC+20[vol.%]$ZrB_2$ composite by SPS can be applied for heater above 1000[$^{\circ}C$].
The composites were fabricated, respectively, using 61vol.% SiC - 39vol.% TiB$_2$ and using 61vo1.% SiC - 39vo1.% WC powders with the liquid forming additives of 12wt% $Al_2$O$_3$+Y$_2$O$_3$ by pressureless annealing at 180$0^{\circ}C$ for 4 hours. Reactions between SiC and transition metal TiB$_2$, WC were not observed in this microstructure. The result of phase analysis of composites by XRD revealed SiC(6H), TiB$_2$ and YAG(Al$_{5}$Y$_3$O$_{12}$) crystal phase on the SiC-TiB$_2$, and SiC(2H), WC and YAG(Al$_{5}$Y$_3$O$_{12}$) crystal phase on the SiC-WC composites. $\beta$\$\longrightarrow$$\alpha$-SiC phase transformation was ocurred on the SiC-TiB$_2$, but $\alpha$\$\longrightarrow$$\beta$-SiC reverse transformation was not occurred on the SiC-WC composites. The relative density, the vicker's hardness, the flexural strength and the fracture toughness showed respectively value of 96.2%, 13.34GPa, 310.19Mpa and 5.53Mpaㆍml/2 in SiC-WC composites. The electrical resistivity of the SiC-TiB$_2$ and the SiC-WC composites is all positive temperature coefficient resistance(PTCR) in the temperature ranges from $25^{\circ}C$ to 50$0^{\circ}C$. 2.64${\times}$10-2/$^{\circ}C$ of PTCR of SiC-WC was higher than 1.645${\times}$10-3/$^{\circ}C$ of SiC-TiB$_2$ composites.posites.
The effect of B2O3 addition on the sintering behavior dielectric and ferroelectric properties of Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 ceramics were investigated. The sample with 0.5wt% B2O3 was sintered under 115$0^{\circ}C$. The dielectric and ferroelectric properties of BST with 0.5wt% B2O3 was as good as BST without B2O3 sintered at 135$0^{\circ}C$ and its dielectric loss was even better When B2O3 was added over 1.0wt% the overdoped B2O3 remained in the specimens and formed a second phase which degraded the sintering behaivor dielectric properties of BST.
An experimental investigation was performed to study two-phase pressure drop of deionized water in a microchannel. Measurement and evaluation of two-phase frictional pressure gradient were carried out using a single horizontal rectangular microchanne1 having a hydraulic diameter of $100{\mu}m$. Tests were performed for mass fluxes of 90, 169, and 267 $kg/m^2$s and heat fluxes of 200-700 $kW/m^2$. Test results showed that the measured two-phase frictional pressure gradient increased with the mass flux and vapor quality. Most macro-channel correlations of two-phase frictional pressure gradient did not provide reliable predictions except under certain limited conditions.
The composites were fabricated 61[vol.%] ${\beta}$-SiC and 39[vol.%] $TiB_2$ powders with the liquid forming additives of 8, 12, 16[wt%] $Al_2O_3+Y_2O_3$ as a sintering aid by pressureless annealing at 1650[$^{\circ}C$] for 4 hours. The present study investigated the influence of the content of $Al_2O_3+Y_2O_3$ sintering additives on the microstructure, mechanical and electrical properties of the pressureless annealed SiC-$TiB_2$ electroconductive ceramic composites. Reactions between SiC and transition metal $TiB_2$ were not observed in the microstructure and the phase analysis of the pressureless annealed SiC-$TiB_2$ electroconductive ceramic composites. Phase analysis of SiC-$TiB_2$ composites by XRD revealed mostly of ${\alpha}$-SiC(6H), ${\beta}$-SiC(3C), $TiB_2$, and In Situ YAG($Al_2Y_3O_{12}$). The relative density of SiC-$TiB_2$ composites was lowered due to gaseous products of the result of reaction between SiC and $Al_2O_3+Y_2O_3$. There is another reason which pressureless annealed temperature 1650[$^{\circ}C$] is lower $300{\sim}450[^{\circ}C]$ than applied pressure sintering temperature $1950{\sim}2100[^{\circ}C]$. The relative density, the flexural strength, the Young's modulus and the Vicker's hardness showed the highest value of 82.29[%], 189.5[Mpa], 54.60[Gpa] and 2.84[Gpa] for SiC-$TiB_2$ composites added with 16[wt%] $Al_2O_3+Y_2O_3$ additives at room temperature. Abnormal grain growth takes place during phase transformation from ${\beta}$-SiC into ${\alpha}$-SiC was correlated with In Situ YAG phase by reaction between $Al_2O_3$ and $Y_2O_3$ additive during sintering. The electrical resistivity showed the lowest value of 0.0117[${\Omega}{\cdot}cm$] for 16[wt%] $Al_2O_3+Y_2O_3$ additives at 25[$^{\circ}C$]. The electrical resistivity was all negative temperature coefficient resistance (NTCR) in the temperature ranges from $25^{\circ}C$ to 700[$^{\circ}C$]. The resistance temperature coefficient of composite showed the lowest value of $-2.3{\times}10^{-3}[^{\circ}C]^{-1}$ for 16[wt%] additives in the temperature ranges from 25[$^{\circ}C$] to 100[$^{\circ}C$].
In this paper, to obtain the YbB $a_2$C $u_3$$O_{x}$ superconductor, the mixed Powders of Y $b_2$$O_3$, BaC $O_3$, CuO and Y $b_2$BaCu $O_{5}$, BaCu $O_2$ were used and the various calcining conditions were applied for the 123 phase of YbB $a_2$C $u_3$$O_{x}$. Samples were prepared by the mixed oxide method and calcined with various temperatures of 88$0^{\circ}C$ ~91$0^{\circ}C$ . It was observed that the distribution of YbB $a_2$C $u_3$$O_{x}$ phase which was calcined at 90$0^{\circ}C$ for 12 hours and 99 hours. But the result of long time calcination(99 hrs), the 123 phase of YbB $a_2$C $u_3$$O_{x}$ was existed between 89$0^{\circ}C$ and 91$0^{\circ}C$ . And the best case could be obtained at the calcination temp. of 90$0^{\circ}C$ from the mixed Powder of YbB $a_2$C $u_3$$O_{5}$ and Bacu $O_2$ which were prepared individually.idually.
