Digital works such as computer programs, music, photographs, movies and dramas are copyrighted. Even if there were more than 1,000 violations per year for digital works, the punishment was very weak. Especially copyright infringement by teenager is increasing. This study aims to present the direction of future development through questionnaires on the perception and direction of college students about copyright. 157 college students were surveyed about copyright awareness, perception of detailed legal provisions, cost of monthly expenses, copyright violation, and direction of copyright protection. As a result of the questionnaire survey, awareness was high at 69%, but in detailed law was low at 17.2% and 22.3%. In the future direction of copyright policy, 72.6% of them answered that they should be "strengthened" and "more and more strengthened". In order to protect copyrights, enforcement of crackdowns, public relations activities, expansion of the legal market, and technical protection should be done. In order to do this, copyright-related education for elementary, middle, high school and college students are needed more and it is necessary to expand the legal market where high quality contents are traded. More research is needed on copyright protection technological methods.

The environment subject has been introduced to the national curriculum in 1992 in order to overcome serious environmental problems. As using environmental issues in a class, the environment teachers inevitably face some conflicts associated with their role. By applying the questionnaire survey to 192 environment teachers, this study was conducted to understand their attitude and awareness of teacher role in the issue-based classes. The results showed that the majority(92.2%) of the participants had willingness to share their opinion on the issues under consideration with their students. This result implied that environment teachers maintain a position considerably different from the position (value-free and fair) that has been favored and suggested by previous research. This discrepancy may has been related to the unique history and identity of the environment subject in Korea. Despite their high level of willingness, the environment teachers also seemed to experience several barriers to managing issue-based classes effective such as time management, low students interest, and limited teaching materials. To make environmental issue-based classes interesting and meaningful, additional efforts are need to develop issue-based teaching modules and provide both teachers and teacher students with opportunities for learning those modules and teaching strategies.

Based on a survey of citizens and data analysis on the environmental status of the Miyun Reservoir watershed, China, the environmental awareness of citizens residing in the watershed and the impacting factors are discussed. The contingent valuation method was used to evaluate the willingness of villagers to pay (WTP) for abatement of the rural domestic pollution and to assess the intensity level of the villagers' desire for improving environmental conditions in the Miyun Reservoir watershed. It was found that rural watershed residents had a fundamental cognitive understanding of the pollution status and protection measures of the Miyun Reservoir. However, based on the survey, local residents had only a small interest in their participation to improve the environmental status of the reservoir, despite their general attitude to protect the reservoir being very positive. Gender and family income were closely associated with the overall attitudes of the population. Public media are the most preferable means for conveying knowledge of environmental protection to people living in the watershed. Increasing the educational level, along with income, are the best ways to enhance the desire of the villagers to improve the environmental quality and management.

Objective: This study attempts to gauge the necessity of contraceptive education for women defecting from North Korea (NKDWs). Methods: We conducted in-depth interviews with six NKDWs who had lived in the Republic of Korea (ROK) for more than three years, to understand the subjects' perceptions, experiences, and opinions regarding contraception. Thematic analyses were performed using qualitative data provided in the survey results. Results: Before their defections from North Korea, none of the NKDWs had received any sex education. Loop is the only contraceptive method available to married women in ROK. After defection, NKDWs were provided information about contraceptive options available in China, but they could not fully understand this information. Furthermore, the information they received was not accurate. Thus, NKDWs had a high need for contraceptive sex education. As per our survey, their preferred education method was at least 3 lessons plus 1 : 1 counseling, as necessary. Conclusion: This study indicates that a necessity exists for development of a sex education program for NKDWs to enhance their contraceptive knowledge. Thus, government and health managers have a role to play in developing such a program.

Background: The purpose of this study is to provide students with the opportunity to thing about the career of physical therapist and career after graduation through the survey on the perception and career preference of physical therapy service for college students majoring in physical therapy. and to provide guidance for employment guidance. Methods: A total of 271 students majoring in physical therapy at A University in Gyeonggi-do were surveyed. After the preliminary explanation of the questionnaire, the questionnaire was distributed and prepared. of the 271 data, 270 were collected and used as the final analysis data. Results: The results of this study were as follows: 1) The higher the age and the higher the grade, the higher the perceived job recognition rate of the agencies. (p<.05), respectively. In other occupational awareness surveys, there was no significant difference in gender, age, and grade (p>.05). 2) In the preference survey, men preferred orthopedic physical therapy and female preferred neurological physical therapy. The preference for the desired institution after graduation was highest for general hospitals by gender, age, and grade. Conclusion: In conclusion, the higher the age and grade, the higher was the physical therapy profession awareness and overall had a positive perception of physical therapy jobs.

This study conducted a awareness survey of librarians by type of library. analyzed the survey results to present the rationale for establishing policies for the collaborative preservation and effective use of library materials. As a result of the analysis, the general awareness of the librarians about the collaborative preservation archive was high regardless of the characteristics of each type of library. the regional Central library was suitable as the main body of the collaborative preservation operation at the regional level.

This study conducted an online survey of university students based in Jeolla-do province from September 1 to 10, 2020 using Naver survey form to find out the perception and attitude of paramedic students about child abuse. A total of 293 students were studied, and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0. The analysis of general characteristics, recognition of child abuse reporting obligations and activation plans, and awareness of child abuse education were calculated with frequency and percentage, and the degree of child abuse awareness was calculated by the average and standard deviation. Differences in perception of child abuse behavior based on the general characteristics of respondents were used T-test and ANOVA.

Objective: In order to secure the right to walk for the weak, such as the disabled, this study aims to suggest ways to improve the pedestrian environment by identifying factors that cause obstacles to walking. Design: Data Analysis and Perception Survey. Methods: The questionnaire was conducted separately between users of personal mobility vehicle and non-users. A total of 207 effective questionnaires were collected, and the analysis analyzed the perception of personal mobility vehicle by conducting frequency analysis using SAS 9.4. The survey focused on basic information on respondents, walking conditions, understanding of personal mobility vehicle, awareness of pedestrian space passage and parking, and awareness of the possibility of securing pedestrian rights due to new regulations. Results: First, when moving a pedestrian path by personal mobility vehicle, it shall be limited to less than the walking speed of pedestrians. Second, the parking location of the personal mobility vehicle is located at the boundary of the pedestrian road and the lane. Third, pay a fair price to park in a pedestrian space. Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the system to strengthen the contents of education to take into account the safety of pedestrians in education on how to use personal mobility vehicle.

Purpose: This study aims to determine which optional attributes are more important for the MZ generation when purchasing luxury fashion goods. Although sales are slowing down in all industries due to COVID-9, sales of luxury fashion goods are instead increasing, centered on the MZ generation. Companies are expanding online sales channels and transforming to gain more attention. Research design, data and methodology: Selection attributes are considered to be more crucial, when customers select luxury fashion products such as prestige image, brand awareness, reasonable price, and product quality, were researched and also find the correlation between satisfaction and purchase intention were analyzed. A survey was conducted focusing on the MZ generation, and the contents of the survey were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program and the Amos 26.0 program. Results: As a result of the study, selection attributes as prestige image, brand awareness, and product quality were proved to influence significantly on satisfaction. Moreover, the path of satisfaction to purchase intention proved significant. But reasonable price did not influence on MZ generations satisfaction. Conclusions: The research results present the selection attributes of luxury fashion products and provide significant implications when the MZ generation selects the attributes of luxury fashion products.

Although various policies have been conducted on safety work of construction equipment such as lifts, tower cranes, and mobile cranes, institutional and managerial problems, and improvement measures, accidents are still not decreasing. This study tried to identify differences in the viewpoints of supervisors, safety managers, and construction machinery operators and to obtain survey data on the awareness and necessity of related safety education. In conclusion, accidents would be reduced when workers received effective training on accurate work methods, safety rules, and recognition and removal of risk factors.
