The purpose of the study was to figure out elementary school teachers' Stages of Concern(SoC) between senior teachers and new comers to integrated units of integrated curriculum which was revised in 2007 and applied in 2009 by using CBAM. Seventy-four home-room teachers in elementary schools took part as participants. For data collection, as Hall and Hord suggested in 2005, Questionnaire of Stages of Concern was used. Profiling of teachers' concern and one-way ANOVA were employed in data analysis. In the results, 55% of the teachers were in the stage of Awareness. In the stage of Informational, 22% of the teachers were appeared. Most of elementary teachers' concern about integrated units was closed to indifference of self-interest level. The difference of concern between senior teachers and others will be illustrated as findings. The results of the study provided that factors which influenced teachers' concern about the curriculum. Physical factors such as a curriculum guideline or on-line system to access boarder-cross curriculum influenced teachers' concern. Little intervention about the boarder-cross curriculum appeared in elementary schools. The authors of the study suggested to emphasizing the roles of facilitator for the revised curriculum.

Categorization means the process labeling or identifying an object based on what people already know or its similarity for people to be easily perceptible in external environment. If it is categorized, it is schematically conjectured from typical characteristic of the category. In this sense, the categorization of new products has an important effect upon the market performance. Nevertheless, the categorization of innovative new products is not easy and occasionally very ambiguous. In this study, we discuss how to strengthen the categorization strategy of new hybrid IT products through complementary bundling. The model of this study is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with resistance variable and verifies the statistical significance by undertaking a survey on consumers' awareness. In addition, we review the moderating effects of prior knowledge in the adoption process of complementary bundling. Through this analysis, we find out the structural relationship among the factors affecting adoption of complementary bundling. Also, it show that the influence of prior knowledge in respect of the adoption process is greater than others in case that there exists significant heterogeneity among strategic categories and complements. In conclusion, these findings suggest the following managerial implication. The categorization strategy of new hybrid IT product can be enhanced by complementary bundling, but the suitability among strategic category and complements should be evaluated exhaustively.

As multiplex theaters are increasing rapidly in number, concerns over the evacuation process in case of fire emergency are also increasing. The study investigates the users' awareness and recognition of evacuation route by the method of questionnaire, and analyzes the users' behavior in choosing the route by the simulation program called Simulex. Among others, findings indicate a vast majority of the users are unaware of the proper route in the emergency, yet anticipate to evacuate by it, instead of the entry/exit route that they are familiar with. This aspect, however, can be useful to provide the proper route of evacuation for the users, if an appropriate information is given that the entry/exit route is also used as an emergency egress. The simulation shows heavy congestion at the closer evacuation route from the exit, and distinctly less traffic at the farther means of egress. Based on this natural phenomenon, it is suggested that the emergency stair should be nearby and aligned with the exit from auditorium. Although the present building regulation only requires a minimum dimension at each route, there is a need to widen the passageway that is likely to be recognized easily and subsequently overcrowded in case of fire emergency.

Recently, the paradigms of residential planing are changing by digitalization, diversity and globalization. Since the infortance of residential living behavior and lifestyle have been recognizing, house can be perceived as a lifestyle engineering product which realizes lifestyle in a concrete way. The purpose of this research scrutinizes lifestyles through resident's value and preference of everyday living behavior in the residential, special contact. This research was conducted through the small group workshop to housewives divided into three groups such as the age 30-40s, 45-55s, 60-70s group. The workshop consisted of three stages, such as the awareness of family and home, the satisfaction of residential space, the value and preference of everyday living behavior. This study shows that Lifestyle characterize by ages, differences of living pattern and individual traits. The 30-40s' housewives relate to foster of a preschool child and it makes load of household. their characteristic is the preference of rest as releasing stresses. The 44-55s' housewives have self-oriented traits. they pursue own space and interaction with others. The 60-70s' housewives require natural interaction with family more than private space and an open view.

Postcolonial critics have criticized Comparative Literature for exclusively studying literatures from the non-Western world through Western lenses. In other words, postcolonial criticism asserts that theorists and practitioners of comparative literature have traced the "assistance" of the classic "comparison and contrast" approach to an imperialist discourse, which sustains the superiority of Western cultures and economies. As a countermeasure to reading through the comparative lens, literary theories have offered a "juxtapositional model of comparison" that connects texts across cultures, places, and times. This paper examines practices of Comparative Literature in Vietnam, revealing how the engagement with decolonizing processes leads to a knowledge production that is paradoxically colonial. The paper also analyses implementations of this model in reading select Vietnamese works and highlights how conventional comparisons, largely based on historical influences and reception, maintain the colonial mapping of World Literature, centralizing Western, and more particularly, English Literature and in the process marginalizing the others. Therefore, the practice of juxtaposing Vietnamese literary works with canonical works of the World Literature will provoke dialogues and raise awareness of hitherto marginalized works to an international readership. In this process, the paper considers the contemporary interest of Comparative Literature practice in trans- national, trans-regional, trans-historical, and trans-cultural perspectives.

The improvements of G-SEED standards was studies in this research by comparing the composition, rating scores, and standards, including categories, issues and criteria of BREEAM in the UK. In this research, it was found that both certification systems had very similar composition and rating system, however, there was slight difference in the points of emphasizing the standards due to the differences in social awareness of green buildings in each country. As a result of the detailed comparison of both standards, in addition, it was found that almost half of criteria had different evaluation approaches such as evaluation methods and scopes between both standards even though they had same evaluation objectives; some of the differences were due to the social or cultural differences between the countries, and the others were not. Through the research, we were able to derive some criteria that need for improvements of G-SEED considering the domestic conditions in Korea.

Is this a right way in politics that attitude of Japanese scholars to separate Natsume Soseki from the expansionism of pre-war Japan to protect 'sanctity'? Nowadays, most Japanese scholars are regarded to share the desire that minimize the memory of the behavior of Japanese Imperialism in East Asia, such as Korea, China, etc. Furthermore, 'the desire to minimize' inescapably concluded in avoidance, concealment, at last the temptation of deliberate misleading. Until now, the controversy about the Natsume Soseki's travel to Korea and Manchuria has repeated in defence and criticism surrounding the self-awareness and recognition of others of Natsume Soseki, making the expression in a record of Natsume's travel as the subject of study, for example, the degrading expression about Chosun people and scorn for Chinese and Russian. This paper will investigate that Natsume's travel is the political practice which is combined with the desire for the empire, focusing on the political context in the action of journey of Natsume and its contents other than the expression itself.

This study is analyzes how consumers view the market leading Virtual Wedding Application in order to contribute to the development of the wedding industry in the future. The research consists of the following steps: questionnaires with detailed items were used to develop the application, the wedding application was developed, and questionnaires were used to get consumer responses. The results are as follows: 1) paid application service providing useful information is appropriate for busy consumers. 2) Regular updates regarding wedding trend are needed. 3) Augmented reality or development of HMD based virtual experience programs should be considered as virtual experience technology on smart devices evolve. 4) Wedding consumers want all kinds of instant information to be presented in harmony, so the application should allow consumers to obtain and to purchase information at the same time. 5) The application can help consumers to share the process of total wedding coordination with others around them. 6) Since people's awareness on virtual experience is relatively low, marketing strategies such as identifying the wedding application from other applications should be used as well as promoting useful functions are important.

This study investigates the influence of policy-related factors on the intention to keep working among mothers with children under 12 years old, especially focusing on the differences between the mothers with preschool children and elementary school children. The study also considers the individual, family, job characteristics of mothers with children, in order to draw the specific impact of policy factors. Data was collected through e-mails from 500 working mothers living in urban area, and 489 interview data were finally utilized in analyses. The results of analyses show that the level of awareness on work-family balancing policy significantly influences on the intention to keep working among mothers with preschool children. On the contrary, there is no statistically significant policy-related factors influencing on the intention to keep working among mothers with elementary school children. Both studies and social polices excessively focused on the mothers with preschool children in terms of work-family balancing issues. Working mothers with elementary school children have not been spot-lighted as beneficiaries from social policy, even though elementary school children also should be cared by others after school. Effective social services assisting work-family balance among mothers with preschool children should be more developed.

The number of cyclists is on the steady growing for leisure, sports and transportation with the increasing interest in health and environment. However, the number of cycling accidents is also increasing steadily due to the lack of safety awareness and regulations. Focusing on these issues, we propose and develop the smart LED cycling helmet in order to reduce a risk of cycling accident. To provide the motion information of the bicycle for others, we attach the LEDs on the helmet and control the LED lights using Arduino. The motion information is displayed on the LED helmet by using sensors of the smartphone. Communication between Arduino and the smartphone is performed through Bluetooth.
