Schemes to case analysis and cope with on-line game crimes net supervision system, a real name confirmation process, and a self-examination system to check by themselves if they are addicted to on-line games with a view to prevent the addiction. In addition, this study found that general precuations should comprise measures to change the awareness of the users of the internet and to establish their ethical senses because most on-line garners are not aware that their actions are a crime and believe their crimes are not disclosed to the outsiders.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to understand and describe the hospital workers' experience related to the hospital evaluation program implemented in Korea between 2004 and 2009. Methods: During 2010, data were collected using focus group interviews. Four focus group interviews were held with a total of 28 hospital workers participating. All interviews were recorded and transcribed as they were spoken, and data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Nine themes emerged from the analysis: 1) Positive change in the necessity of the evaluation; 2) Improvement in the hospital system, facilities, and human resources; 3) Unity through cooperation among departments; 4) Nursing work overload; 5) Lack of physicians' awareness and responsibilities; 6) Unfair and unrealistic evaluation items; 7) Lack of credibility of the outcome; 8) Shifting responsibility for negative outcomes to the workers; 9) Lack of pragmatic utility. Conclusion: The results of the study demonstrate that the hospital evaluation program played a key role in improving some work environments and communication among departments. At the same time, they show various negative themes resulting from the context of very authoritarian hospital systems and a connection-oriented society in Korea.

In this paper, we propose the method configuring social networks among users based on users' context and profile. Recently, many researchers are concerned about social networks related with collaborative systems. In case of the existing researches, however, it is difficult to configure social networks dynamically because they are based on static data types, such as log and profile of users. The proposed method uses not only user profiles but also context reflecting users' behavior dynamically. It computes the similarity among users' behavior contexts using hierarchical structure of context domain knowledge model. And it calculates relationships between contexts by given weight factors of category of context model. In order to verify usefulness of the method, we conduct an experiment on configuring social network according to change of user context. We expect that it makes dynamic analysis of relationship of users possible.

Purpose: It can be said that the aged belong to the group vulnerable to safety accidents. The purpose of this study was to investigate safety accidents to old people and provide basic data to prevent them from being in a safety accident. Result : 1. The number of the aged of traffic accident fatalities per 100,000 persons was 57.8, which was significantly higher than other OECD countries. 2. trauma for the aged, falling accounted for 60.6%, which was relatively higher than other wounds, probably because of decreased capacity of movement and reduced faculty of sensation. 3. accidents to the aged at home, 43.9% occurred in a room, which shows great risk of safety accidents to the aged in a room. 4. the aged generally showed negative awareness of social safety. Suggestion : 1. it is necessary to provide regular education about accidents through the mass media and at social welfare facilities in order for aged people to consolidate safety consciousness repeatedly. 2. it is necessary to make a brief and clear guide to prevention of accidents. 3. the Ministry of Construction and Transportation and the Ministry of Health and Welfare should give priority to designing a building for aged people and authorize construction according to the standards for establishing safety facilities for the aged. 4. it is necessary to change social consciousness. since transportation accidents can be caused not by aged people's insufficient safety consciousness but by that of all the people, it is necessary to provide society-wide education programs against dangerous driving in order to guarantee aged people's safety. 5. legal procedure to secure aged people's safety should be strengthened to reinforce legal protection for them.

Korea's water management system is typically a multi-ministerial system, so its efficiency is declining. In order to propose current state and improvement plan of the water management in Korea, this study discussed the improvement of central and local water management. The water management problems are lack of water policy coordination system, conflicts between ministries due to function of water quantity, water quality and agricultural water, redundant investment and inefficiency, insufficient recognition of water autonomy, concentrated central management and deepening regional disparities, lack of financial resources, etc. Hence, improvement to solve the problem includes strengthening the coordination of water management functions between ministries, transferring water management functions of central ministries and strengthening local capacity, and desirable role allocation of central and local governments. In addition, improvement at the local include efforts to change awareness of the water detailed and get water autonomy, integrate management of the watershed, strengthen the local community, secure financial resources, etc.

It is expected that the typical lifestyle of the future will be transformed into an opulent and comfortable existence as the quality of life improves due to the increase in household income and reduction in working hours. In the meantime, as the standard of living becomes increasingly more comfortable and plentiful, the toll on physical health becomes magnified as a result of obesity and insufficient exercise caused by super nutrition and change in labor conditions. This has instigated a deep awareness in fitness on the part of many people, forcing them to recognize the significance of daily exercise and physical activity. The Elliptical Cross Trainer(ECT), which has drawn wide attention recently, is a non-impact athletic apparatus that not only promotes exercise of the upper body parts in such sports as skiing but also the exercise of lower parts of the body on a treadmill. It is a type of cross training athletic gear that has been developed for aerobic exercise throughout the entire body. It has already formed a market as big as that of the treadmill in Europe, America, etc. Recently, its demand is growing sharply in the Korean markets as well as those in Northeast Asian countries. Despite such demand increase and expansion, since most of the expensive ECTs are exclusively supplied by suppliers in only a few advanced countries, localization of the ECT is urgently required in order to enhance competitiveness of Korean manufacturers and to expand the market. The ECT development project has been in full swing for approximately two year since 2004 in order to secure independent design, as well as engineering and manufacturing processes in efforts to develop a commercially viable ECT.

This study has aware of the seriousness of public official. and come up with an effective counterplan about public official. This research is a study on previous research on government and officer crime. And understanding is the status about public official. It proposed ways to solve the problem Drunk driving is illegal to drive a vehicle while drunk act. Drunk driving is likely the potential to cause a traffic accident. As a result, drinking and driving is decreasing since the mid-2000s. The cause of the change is to strengthen social awareness, regulations for drunk driving. and public official was decreased. However, it did not disappear. Cause of drunk driving is wrong, such as dinners and cultural distrust of the deputy driving, drinking after misjudgment on his physical condition. public official is a bigger influence. It is a social problem. Personally great damage to organization. Therefore, this study is an analysis of international practices and domestic best practices. Officials drunk driving drunk driving prevention measures are proposed to strengthen preventive measure, it is proposed the organization of internal control measures, union officials supporting the improvement of company dinner.

The World Association for Sexology (WAS) will adopt a Declaration of Sexual Rights as basic and fundamental human rights August this year in Hong Kong. Two years ago WAS has been developing a Declaration of Sexual Rights in order to further promote sexual health and protect the sexual rights of everyone. Undoubtedly sexuality is one of the most intriguing subjects in the area of human behavior and psychology, and has been so since antiquity. The influence of sexual factors of human on all aspects of the society has been immense. The varieties of marriage, from traditional to the open marriage model are presented in front of our sight. The influences of women's movement in Korea, which has produced sexual, psychological, economic, political, familial and social changes look so small and the changes are not that much in America. But the profound effects of the women's movement affect on Korean society being realized as man's view of woman and woman's view of herself undergo constant change and reevaluation. With increased sexual awareness on the part of the public owing to mass media, for example AH-U-SEONG aired in TV and with increased emphasis on sexual matters in daily life, more and more physicians are being asked to deal with and manage sex-related problems in their daily practice. Yet, despite the obvious need for informed sexual counseling, doctors are often uncomfortable about sexual matters and many physicians have no special expertise in this area. So physicians concerned in sexology especially such as gynecologists, urologists, psychiatrists and endocrinologists must realize well about sex-related knowledge which is needed for counseling the patient as medical consumer and gap between reality and ideality in sexual diagnosis and treatment. Establishment of management system for the people who have sexual problems is strongly needed to promote sexual health and protect the sexual rights of everyone and for the Sexual Rights as basic and fundamental human rights.

Slogan is used widely from the political action to the area of advertisement that brings companies and products out. It gives a good image to the public and customers. In addition, the more the attitude of the public or customers is lukewarm, the more the appeal of the slogan is great. With the advent of the 21st century, it is time for the University where students become consumers to establish a groundbreaking brand identity strategy with increasing the university's brand value and awareness in rapidly changing environment. The UI Emblem of the University is related to University's identity and slogan must be fresh and appealing, should reflect the core values of brand. In this study, I researched the design relationship between emblem and slogan, visual elements of the UI which should be designed as a strategic marketing program with change of era and lifestyle and proposed the ideas which create mutual synergy effect.

With the fast growing popularity of small UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), recent UAV systems have been designed and utilized for the various field with their own specific purposes. UAVs are opening up many new opportunities in the fields of electronics, sensors, camera, and software for pilots. Increase in awareness and mission capabilities of UAVs are driving innovations and new applications driven with the help of low cost and its capability in undertaking high threat task. In particular, small unmanned aerial vehicles should fly in environments with high probability of unexpected sudden change or obstacle appearance in low altitude situations. In this paper, current researches regarding techniques of autonomous flight of smal UAV systems are introduced and we propose a draft idea for planning paths for small unmanned aerial vehicles in adversarial environments to arrive at the given target safely with low cost sensors.
