This study aims to intensively analyze the effect of ESG activities on the Business performance focused on Korean national flag carrier. The purpose of this study is to provide ESG activities to promote the sustainable development of Korean national flag carriers by verifying the impact of ESG on airline's business performance through mediate variables within the airline industry in consideration of the value and importance of ESG. A survey is conducted with a total of 272 users of Korea's national flag carrier both Korean air and Asiana airline. The collected data is analyzed using a structural equation model. The results show that ESG management has an indirect positive effect on business performance. It is expected that the results of this study may be employed as fundamental data to emphasize the relative importance of an ESG activities, thereby enhancing the Korean national flag carrier's business management and eliciting a positive impact on sustainable growth.

본 논문은 항공서비스 분야에 캡스톤디자인을 적용하여 그 결과로 지식재산권 등록을 한 사례 연구이다. 항공 탑승 시 애완견 동반 승객의 편의를 위해 항공사에서 판매중인 종이 케이지의 문제점을 보완하고, 휴대의 편의성 및 안전성을 더한 케이지 제작을 위한 융합 교과과정을 운영한 사례이다. 이는 애완견의 안전성과 편안함, 견주의 편의성과 함께 탑승하는 승객들의 불편함도 최소화할 수 있도록 각 전문과들과의 협업을 통해 상품성과 전문성을 확보할 수 있도록 하였다. 프로젝트 기간은 15주였으며 참여인원은 학생 18명, 지도교수1명, 산업체 전문가4인으로 구성하였다. 이 연구는 융합 교과과정을 통한 창의적인 아이디어를 항공서비스 분야에 적용하여 항공서비스의 다양성 확보와 더불어 기업과 학생들에게 산학연계의 중요성과 필요성을 제안하는 유익한 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구의 목적은 경비업법에 대한 연구자들의 관점이 아닌 언론보도 빅데이터를 분석하여 경비업법에 대한 이해를 넓히고 다양한 현상들에 대한 의미를 살펴보는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법은 우리니라의 범죄예방과 사회질서유지의 중요한 주체로써 경비업무의 대한 규정하고 있는 「경비업법」을 키워드로 검색하였다. 자료검색은 빅카인즈에서 제공가능한 1990년부터 2021년까지로 하였다. 또한 자료검색 기간동안의 구체적인 분석을 위해 정착기(1976~2001), 성장기-양적(2002~2012), 성장기-질적(2013~2021)로 구분하여 분석하였다 연구결과에 따른 경비업법의 언론보도 인식은 시대의 흐름에 따라 민간경비의 사회적 역할 및 중요성은 계속 강조되고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그에 따른 민간경비의 시장성은 앞으로도 다양한 산업군과 결합되어 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하는데 큰 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. 하지만 경찰과 더불어 치안서비스를 제공하는 민간경비산업은 법적 규제 및 불법적인 문제들로 야기되는 다양한 사회적 이슈로 인해 민간경비산업의 발전을 저해하는 요소로 부각될 수 있기 때문에 거기에 따른 책임 및 역할을 더욱더 강화시킬 필요성이 제기된다.

세계 공항 산업은 코로나19 팬데믹에 대응하여 방역과 여객 안전을 위한 4차 산업혁명 기술 기반 시스템을 적극적으로 도입하고 있고, 공항 인프라와 자원을 활용한 테스트베드 구축과 사전 검증이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 최근 사례들을 분석해 보면 공항 이용객의 여행 패턴을 변화시키고 공항 서비스에 대한 요구도 다양화되고 있음에도 불구하고, 대부분의 테스트베드 구축 연구는 여전히 공급자 중심에 초점을 맞추고 있으며 작업의 우선순위 결정도 의사 결정권자의 주관적 판단에 의존하는 경향이 있다. 본 연구는 공항산업 혁신을 주도하는 최초 진출 기업(First Mover)으로 도약을 위한 실무적인 방안을 모색하기 위해 다양한 고객 서비스 요구와 변화를 반영한 서비스 관점의 테스트베드 구축을 위한 과제 선정과 우선순위를 도출하였다. 계층화 분석법 등을 활용한 연구 결과는 접근 교통 및 주차 서비스(29.2%), 보안 검색 서비스(23.4%), 출국 서비스(21.8%) 순으로 우선순위가 도출되었으며, 이러한 분석 결과는 공항 산업에서 테스트베드 구축의 혁신성이 중요한 요소임을 보여주고 있다. 특히, 스마트 주차와 UAM 교통 테스트베드 구축은 공항을 기술 혁신의 중심지로 강화시키는 데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 기업, 연구기관, 정부와의 협력을 촉진하며 새로운 기술과 서비스를 시험 및 개발할 수 있는 환경을 제공할 수 있는 토대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 산출된 결과물과 시사점들은 국내·외 공항 실무자들이 테스트베드를 구축하고 전략을 수립하는 데 유용한 가이드라인이 될 수 있다.

COVID-19는 항공산업에 큰 영향을 주어 전 세계적인 여행 제한과 보안 강화 등의 변화를 불러 왔다. 본 연구는 COVID-19 전후 항공 서비스 만족도의 변화양상을 파악하기 위해 2016년부터 2023년까지 SKYTRAX 웹사이트에 게시된 147개 항공사에 대한 59,818개의 리뷰를 수집하고 감성 분석 기법을 활용하여 COVID-19 전후의 항공사 만족도, 리뷰 감성, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 속성을 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, COVID-19 이후 항공사 만족도 전반이 통계적으로 유의미하게 하락했으며 (p<0.001), 모든 항공사 선택 속성에 대한 긍정적 감성 비율이 유의미하게 감소한 반면, 부정적 감성 비율은 객실 및 기내서비스를 제외한 모든 속성에서 유의미하게 증가했다. 또한, 운항 서비스는 COVID-19 전후 기간 모두 전반적인 서비스 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 COVID-19 전후 글로벌 주요 항공사의 만족도 속성에 대한 정량적 분석을 제공함으로써 향후 항공산업의 서비스 만족도 제고에 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we studied on the effective structure of an e-Learning Korean Support System for foreigner based on computer systems which is to obey the rules of IMS/AICC International Standard regulations based on LCMS and SCORM. The most important task on this study is to support the function of self-study module through the review of the analysis and results of Korean learning and learning customs. We studied the effective PMS detail modules as well as the Standard Competency Module Management System, which related to LMS/LCMS, Learning an Individual Competency Management System, Competency Registry/Repository System, Knowledge Management System based on Community Competency Module, Education e-survey System and Module learning Support Service System. We suggested one of standard Effective Model of learning Korean Support System which is adopted in a various techniques for foreigner.

현재 운용중인 전 세계적인 위성항법시스템(GNSS : Global Navigation Satellite System)은 미국의 GPS(Global Positioning System)와 러시아의 GLONASS(Global Navigation Satellite System)가 있다. 전 세계적으로 주로 사용되는 시스템은 GPS이며, GLONASS는 러시아의 경제사정 악화로 인하여 지속적인 위성발사가 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 추가적으로 추진되고 있는 위성항법시스템은 유럽의 갈릴레오(Galileo), 중국의 북두(Beidou), 일본의 JRANS(Japanese Regional Advanced Navigation System) 그리고 2006년 5월에 구축 프로젝트가 승인된 인도의 IRNSS(Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System)가 있다. 보강시스템의 경우, 미국 FAA(Federal Aviation Administration)는 광역오차보정시스템(WAAS)을 Raytheon사와 개발하였으며, 현재 착륙용 근거리오차보정시스템(LAAS)을 Raytheon사 및 Honeywell사와 함께 정부/산업체 공동개발 사업(GIP; Government Industry Partnership)으로 진행 중에 있다. 유럽은 EGNOS(European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service)를 사용하고 있으며, 일본의 MSAT(MTSAT Satellite Based Augmentation System)와 인도의 GAGAN(GPS and GEO Augmented Navigation)은 추진 중이다. 이 글에서는 위성항법시스템과 위성항법 보강시스템의 현황을 살펴본다.

The main subject of year 2016 Davos forum was "The 4th Industrial Revolution." Recently, interests and investment in drone market, so called industrial revolution in the sky is growing in many countries around the world. Before, drone was used for military purpose such as reconnaissance or attacking but today, it is used in various private sectors such as unmanned delivery service, agriculture, leisure activities, etc. Presently, many major countries in the world are already involved in the 'war without gunfire' to be dominant in this drone industry. Korean government also has announced an extreme relaxation of regulations for growing drone industry by opening a conference with Ministers related to economics. During the conference, business scope of drone which was limited to agriculture, photographing, and observation was expanded to all the fields except for cases hindering national safety and security. In terms of shooting purpose drone its process of receiving approval for flight and shooting is simplified to online registration. What is more, drone delivery service will be allowed in island areas such as Goheung, Yeongwol, etc from first term of year 2017. Finding the way to apply drone in criminal investigation is also speeding up. Recently, Public Safety Policy Research Center in Korean National Police University has inquired for research service and its result will be out around November. Likewise, although more and stronger foundation for supporting drone industry is made but there are still, some opinions saying that we should take a careful approach in consideration to the side effect such as abuse in crime. One may also try terror by placing a dangerous substance. If drone falls, it may hurt any civilians. Moreover, if shopping purpose drone is hacked, it may result in violation of privacy. Compared to America, Europe, and China, we are at the very beginning stage of drone industry and it is necessary to reorganize legal issues to grow this industry. This can be thought from two perspectives; first, the growth of drone industry is blocked by difficult regulations on Aviation Law and Radio Regulation Law. The second issue is the safety and privacy that are required for operating drone. For the advanced technologies to make human life more profitable, more active and proactive actions are required by criminal law side. In preparation to the second mechanical era where man and machines should go together, I hope that responsible preparation is required in all fields including the criminal law.

Purpose: Low-Cost Carrier airlines attempt to provide the best service for their customers. However, the pandemic has forced airline companies to keep developing new strategies. Moreover, in this digital era, airlines must intensely market their service through social media to reach as many customers as possible. This research aims to study the impact of advertisements on Instagram and the customer experience concerning customer loyalty and satisfaction in the aviation industry. Research design, data, and methodology: This study uses a quantitative explanatory with the combination of the positivism paradigm. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to related airline Instagram followers. Meanwhile, the sample calculation uses using the Slovin formula in which 414 respondents are gained. The collected data is analyzed with Structural Equation Model and using Smart-PLS software. Results: The study results indicate that advertising on Instagram and customer experience significantly positively affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, the variable customer satisfaction has a significant positive on customer loyalty. Conclusions: The study results indicate that the ease of obtaining information via Instagram can affect satisfaction and will increase when customers have made a flight so that they will become loyal customers.

현대산업사회에서 화물운송은 종래 대규모 완제품을 대량으로 운송하던 것과 달리, 소비자의 다양한 요구를 반영하여 여러 종류의 소규모 화물을 빈번하게 수송하는 것이 특징이라 할 수 있는데, 그러한 화물 운송업의 시류를 잘 반영하고 있는 것이 국제특송이라 할 것이다. 특히 해외 진출기업 및 유학생의 증가와 더불어 세계적인 한류 열풍, 해외 쇼핑몰을 통한 반입 물자의 증가 등으로 국제택배산업은 매년 10% 이상 성장하는 고성장산업이다. 국제특송에 관하여 현재까지 우리나라에서는 항공법에 '상업서류 송달업'으로 규정하여 근거규정을 두고 있었다. 하지만 동 규정에 대해 항공법과 연결되어 있는 우편법이 신서송달의 예외로 종전과 달리 '외국과 특급배달서비스를 이용하여 수발하는 서류'를 새롭게 추가하였으므로, 항공법상 상업서류 송달업에 관한 개정도 불가피한 상황에 놓이게 되었다. 항공법상 상업서류 송달업에 관한 규정을 개정하는 방안으로 항공법 특히 현재 제정안이 공포된 "항공사업법"상에 그 명칭을 변경하거나 문구를 수정하는 방안이 선행되어야 할 것이고, 이러한 근거규정의 정비와 별도로 당사자간의 권리와 의무, 사업자의 손해배상책임에 관한 새로운 입법을 모색하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다. 사견으로는 향후 택배관련 입법에 상업서류 송달업 즉, 국제특송업에 관한 내용을 추가하는 것을 제안한다. 국제특송업에 관한 입법에서는 먼저 국제특송업에 관한 개념 정의가 필요하다. 국제특송업은 운송주선적 측면과 운송적 측면을 동시에 가지고 있고, 필연적으로 육상과 항공의 복합운송이라는 점에서 독립적인 지위가 확인된다. 또한 국제특송 사업자의 손해배상책임에 관한 책임제한액과 관련하여, 현재 시행되고 있는 사업자의 약관은 대체적으로 항공운송인의 책임제한원칙을 가감없이 수용하고 있다. 항공운송이 전체 국제특송운송에서 필수적인 부분을 차지하는 점에서 이러한 책임원칙의 도입은 불가피할 것으로 보이나, 특송물품의 특성상 일반적인 항공화물과는 차이가 있어야 할 것이다. 사견으로는 송하인이 국제특송계약을 체결하는 시점에 추가 요금을 지급하고 별도의 보험에 가입함으로써 운송물의 손해발생 시에 고가의 손해배상금을 수령할 수 있는 제도를 활성화하는 것이 좋을 것으로 생각한다.
