대체 보조전극을 이용한 접지저항 측정 신뢰성 분석 (Trust Analysis of Ground Resistance Measurements by the Substitute Auxiliary Electrode)

  • This paper summarize about the auxiliary electrode measured a ground resistance. The method to measure a ground resistance is the fall-of-potential method to using an auxiliary electrode. And an auxiliary electrode must be set up on the ground. Today it is so difficult to set up the auxiliary electrode on the ground because of many concrete building and many paved roads. So this paper is regarding a trust analysis of the ground resistance measurement by the substitute auxiliary electrode. It substituted a iron structure around the building, a neutral line multiplex ground to earth, a wire net for auxiliary electrode. This information is confirmed bv compared with the measurement value.

  • Auxiliary power supply for railway vehicle is a equipment that focuses on the service of passengers in a vehicle. It supplies power to controllers used in heating and cooling devices, fluorescent lamps, batteries and many other electrical equipments. Most of the auxiliary power supply for railway vehicle are mainly used for the round trips and circulation routes within the metropolitan area and have a capacity of 170~200 kVA. In this study, we developed the auxiliary power supply capacity to 240kVA for 200km/h class. As such, the auxiliary power supply is an important device for securing the reliability and safety of the railway vehicle and improving the passenger convenience, so the performance verification of the performance must be ensured. In this paper, 240kVA auxiliary power supply is developed. Also, performance of the auxiliary power supply manufactured through the analysis of various characteristics related to the auxiliary power supply was confirmed while operating the actual line.

A Three-Phase Line-Interactive UPS System to Eliminate the Inrush Current Phenomenon during Switching-in of an Auxiliary Load while Powering the Main Load

  • Normally, various auxiliary loads are installed along with the main load in industrial applications. Usually, load transformers are used to convey such types of auxiliary loads. The transformers become energized when the loads are turned-on, consequently, high amplitude of inrush current appears at the output of the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) system. To mitigate these high current amplitudes, this manuscript suggests a three-phase line-interactive UPS system to counter the inrush current during the turning-on of the auxiliary load transformer while powering the main load by using a current controlled inverter. Experimental results of a laboratory-sized prototype are provided in the support of the proposed UPS system for validation.

원과 관련된 문제에서 각과 호의 관점으로의 접근 (A Approaches to the Problem in connection with the Circle in Point of View of the Angle and Arc)

  • It is not easy to find the auxiliary line to solve the problem in connection with the circle, where it is the problem finding the central angle or angle at the circumference in a circle. The purpose of the study is to give an aid for this difficulties. The angle at the circumference is closely related to the arc. And so we looked into the problem in connection with the angle at the circumference in point of view of the arc. We have got the following the results. It is not necessary to draw the auxiliary line when solving the problem in connection with the angle at the circumference in point of view of the arc. And we can find the reason to draw the specific auxiliary in point of view of the arc. We hope that the results of research are given aids to a lot of students.

접지임피던스 측정시 보조전극의 배치 기준 연구 (Placement Standard Research of Auxiliary Probes when Measuring Ground Impedance)

  • Among ground impedance measurement methods, the fall-of-potential method is the most thorough and reliable method. In the fall-of-potential method, ground electrode and auxiliary probes are placed in a straight line, and then, auxiliary potential probe is moved away from the ground electrode. The point at which plotted resistance curve flattens out is taken as right position of auxiliary potential probe. However, in some cases, it is hard to place ground electrode and auxiliary probes in a straight line. Therefore, we provided alternative placement method in this research. The method can be easily applicable to placing auxiliary probes. Also, this paper analyzed and compared ground impedance measurement standards of large grounding systems. Based on the analysis, practical measurement method using an earth tester was proposed. The proposed methods presented in this paper will be useful when determining locations of auxiliary probes in alternative positions, and the methods can be applied practically and easily.

  • This paper describes the measurement and analysis of ground impedance according to arrangement of auxiliary probe around ground grid using the fall-of-potential method and the testing techniques to minimize the measuring errors are proposed. The fall-of-potential method involves passing a current between a ground electrode and a current probe, and then measuring the voltage between a ground electrode and a potential probe. To minimize interelectrode influences due to mutual resistances, the current probe is a generally placed at a substantial distance from the ground electrode under test. In order to analyze the effects of ground impedance due to the arrangement of auxiliary probe and frequency, ground impedances were measured in case that the arrangements of auxiliary probe were straight line, perpendicular line, and horizontal line. The distance of current probe was located from 10[m] to 200[m] and the measuring frequency was ranged from 55[Hz] to 513[Hz]. As a consequence, the ground impedance increases with increasing the distance from the ground electrode to the point to be tested, but the ground impedance decreases with increasing the frequency.

  • As the on-board electric devices determine the performances of vehicles, production of reliable devices is important. To keep the reliability of devices constant, management of performance evaluation of the on-board devices is crucial. Because temperature bas a serious effect on failures of the components of the devices, its measurement is the first step for good management. In this study, we described performance characteristics of domestic auxiliary block developed through G7 project. We measured the performances of auxiliary block during test running by the developed on-line measurement system. After we save the input real-time data from each signal of Korean High Speed Train through the network line, we can acquire necessary information through Post-Processing program. We verify the auxiliary converter characteristics of Korean High Speed Train by this system.

보조선 지도법 연구 (A Study on Teaching How to Draw Auxiliary Lines in Geometry Proof)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons and backgrounds of drawing auxiliary lines in the proof of geometry. In most of proofs in geometry, drawing auxiliary lines provide important clues, thus they play a key role in deductive proof. However, many student tend to have difficulties of drawing auxiliary lines because there seems to be no general rule to produce auxiliary lines. To alleviate such difficulties, informal activities need to be encouraged prior to draw auxiliary lines in rigorous deductive proof. Informal activities are considered to be contrasting to deductive proof, but at the same time they are connected to deductive proof because each in formal activity can be mathematically represented. For example, the informal activities such as fliping and superimposing can be mathematically translated into bisecting line and congruence. To elaborate this idea, some examples from the middle school mathematics were chosen to corroborate the relation between informal activities and deductive proof. This attempt could be a stepping stone to the discussion of how to teach auxiliary lines and deductive reasoning.

  • The auxiliary power supply system fur passenger service of railway car has been developed from MA(Motor-Alternator) to CVCF Inverter (Static Inverter). Generally, a customer wants to apply tile new control method and device for auxiliary power supply of railcar However, if the auxiliary power supply is supplied to extended existing line, the maintenance cost of the old system is less expensive than new developed system, so, the customer specifies that the auxiliary power supply has compatibility with existing one completely. At that time, the hardware is nearly same as existing system except small changes of accessories for better performance. This paper describes the flicker control using feed-forward method of auxiliary power supply system for new 50 electric railcars, which are delivered to Korean National Railroad (KNR) Kwa-chon Line. The existing power supply system has damping resistor box to stabilize the DC input (1.5 ㎸). At this time, for better system efficiency the new system has not include resistor box but new control method including feed-forward control is applied. This control algorithm realizes the better stabilization of input power compared to the result of the existing system, which includes resistor box
