This paper summarize about the auxiliary electrode measured a ground resistance The method to measure a ground resistance is the fall-of-potential method to using an auxiliary electrode. And an auxiliary electrode must be set up on the ground. Today it is so difficult to set up the auxiliary electrode on the ground because of many concrete building and many paved roads. So this paper is regarding of the ground resistance measurement by the substitute auxiliary electrode. It substituted a iron structure around the building, a wire net for auxiliary electrode. This information is confirmed by compared with the measurement value.

We conducted a study on a regression spline estimator with a few pre-specified auxiliary variables. For the implementation of the proposed estimators, we adapted a coordinate descent algorithm. This was implemented by considering a structure of the sum of the residuals squared objective function determined by the B-spline and the auxiliary coefficients. We also considered an efficient stepwise knot selection algorithm based on the Bayesian information criterion. This was to adaptively select smoothly functioning estimator data. Numerical studies using both simulated and real data sets were conducted to illustrate the proposed method's performance. An R software package psav is available.

한국어 보조동사는 그 수가 적음에도 불구하고 한국어 문장에서 자주 쓰인다 그러나 보조동사의 개념을 정확하게 처리하지 않을 경우에 기계번역의 질이 좋지 않다. 이런 보조동사처리의 문제들을 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 개념그래프에 기반을 둔 보조동사의 기술을 제안한다. 보조동사의 개념그래프 기술을 위해, 각종 논문과 국어사전에서 한국어 보조동사 40개와 여러 예문들을 수집한 후, 완료, 진행, 봉사, 시도, 강세, 원망, 지속, 추정의 8가지 의미로 분류하고 이들을 개념그래프로 기술한다. 실험에서는 한국어 보조동사가 포함된 문장을 입력받아 개념그래프로 변환하는 프로그램을 구현하고 실험 결과를 기술한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare of the structure of auxiliary schedules using in DDC, UDC, CC and BC. Auxiliary schedule whish are a n.0, ppended to schedule of all schemes of classification. They consist of items of form of presentation relationship, time, place, languages, racial, ethnic, national groups and persons and phase relation and the symbols of the different items can be added to classification numbers.

For estimating the mean of a finite population, three classes of estimators using multi-auxiliary information with unknown means using two phase sampling in presence of non-response have been proposed with their properties. Asymptotically optimum estimator(AOE) in each class has been identified along with their mean squared error formulae. An empirical study is also given.

This study aims to derive practical suggestions to apply application methods by auxiliary costs, especially application of logistics and customs clearance areas in order to establish EPS support system of auxiliary cost occurred from export/import. For the propose, this study has analyzed types and situation of auxiliary costs, application method by auxiliary costs, payment situation of logistics auxiliary costs and clearance auxiliary costs and suggested the relevant problems and their application methods. Especially, in case of logistics auxiliary costs through connection to the attached general documents required for negotiation by reflecting characteristics of B2B transactions. In addition, it has suggested that those services by the said system should be conveniently used commonly by the export companies and logistics companies through provision of various payment measures, support of foreign currency payment, etc. and security of reliability/system stability, etc. for the compatible payment with other systems as the prerequisite for the successful settlement of the auxiliary costs EPS. It is expected that satisfaction of the uTradeHub users such as export/import companies and logistics companies will be increased, user-oriented customized information services such as raw cost prediction service through calculation of auxiliary costs could be available in the future and efficiency of work processes related to auxiliary costs will be increased, by providing the EPS through various single window based payment measures through establishment of the export/import auxiliary costs payment system.

In this study, a new dual-active soft-switching converter is proposed to improve conversion efficiency and extend the load range for an MTEM electromagnetic transmitter in geological exploration. Unlike a conventional DC/DC converter, the proposed converter can operate in passive soft-switching, single-active soft-switching, or dual-active soft-switching modes depending on the change in load power. The main switches and lagging auxiliary switches of the converter can attain soft-switching over the entire load range. The conduction and switching losses are greatly reduced compared with those of ordinary converters under the action of the cut-off diodes and auxiliary windings coupled to the main transformer in the auxiliary circuits. The conversion efficiency of the proposed converter is significantly improved, especially under light-load conditions. First, the working principle of the proposed converter is analyzed in detail. Second, the relationship between the different operating modes and the load power is given and the design principle of the auxiliary circuit is presented. Finally, the Saber simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility and validity of the converter and a 50 kW prototype is implemented.

Most sentiment analysis systems count the number of occurrences of sentiment expressions in a text, and evaluate the text by summing polarity values of extracted sentiment expressions. However, linguistic contexts of the expressions should be taken into account in order to analyze sentimental orientation of the text meticulously. Korean auxiliary predicates affect meaning of the main verb or adjective in some ways while attached to it in their usage. In this paper, we introduce a new approach that handles Korean auxiliary predicates in the light of sentiment analysis. We classify the auxiliary predicates according to their strength of impact on sentiment polarity values. We also define compositional rules of auxiliary predicates to update polarity values when the predicates appear along with sentiment expressions. This approach is implemented to a sentiment analysis system to extract opinions about a specific individual from review documents which were collected from various web sites. An experimental result shows approximately 72.6% precision and 52.7% recall for correctly detecting sentiment expressions from a text.

This paper presents numerical analysis of measurement errors of ground electrode using the fall-of-potential method. In order to analyze ground resistance error according to the positions of auxiliary probes, firstly, national and international standards were researched. Secondly, numerical ground resistance error of hemispheric electrode was analyzed according to the locations of auxiliary probes and the angle between probes. Then, error-reduced positions of auxiliary probes were shown according to the distance to auxiliary current probe versus ground electrode size. Finally, error compensation method was presented. The results presented in this paper provide useful information regarding ground resistance error of alternative positions of auxiliary probes in case that the auxiliary probes could not be located at the proper position in such cases as there are buildings, roadblock or underground metallic pipe at that position.

코딩정보의 전송을 위하여 보조선에서 발생하는 오버헤드전이는 Sequence Switching Code (SSC) 알고리즘의 확장성을 제한하는 가장 큰 걸림돌이 되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 보조선을 사용하지 않고 SSC 회로를 구현하는 방법과 함께 이 방법을 사용하여 보조선을 사용하였을 때 보다 오버헤드전이를 적게 발생시키는 방법을 제시하였다. 실험결과 새로운 방법을 적용함으로써 보조선을 사용하는 방식에 비하여 오버헤드전이의 발생을 50% 이하로 줄이고 알고리즘의 효율을 약 30% 향상시킬 수 있었다.
