자기결정성이론에 근거한 신장이식환자의 자가간호행위 구조모형 (Structural Equation Modeling of Self-Care Behaviors in Kidney Transplant Patients Based on Self-Determination Theory)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test a hypothesis explaining direct and indirect relationships among the factors affecting self-care behaviors of kidney transplant patients, based on self-determination theory. Methods: Data were collected from 222 outpatients with kidney transplantation. The endogenous and exogenous variables of the hypothetical model consisted of healthcare provider's autonomy support, duration after kidney transplantation, basic psychological need satisfaction, autonomous and controlled motivation, depression, and self-care behaviors. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: The hypothetical model demonstrated a good fit: RMSEA=.06, SRMR=.04, TLI=.94, CFI=.97. Statistically significant explanatory variables for the self-care behaviors of kidney transplant patients were duration after transplantation and basic psychological need satisfaction. Healthcare provider's autonomy support was indirectly significant, while autonomous motivation, controlled motivation and depression were not statistically significant for self-care behaviors. The variables accounted for 59.5% of the self-care behaviors of kidney transplant patients. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an autonomy support program for healthcare providers to enhance the self-care behaviors of kidney transplant patients. Preventing the deterioration of self-care behaviors will be possible by conducting this program at one year and six years post-transplantation. In addition, the results suggest the need to developing personalized autonomy support programs for healthcare providers that can meet the basic psychological need satisfaction of kidney transplant patients.

  • In this study, an analysis is conducted to understand the effect of the cabin crew's image-making autonomy on job enthusiasm, service performance and organizational performance. And this is conducted on cabin crew members in airlines with autonomy based on image making standards and a total of 109 copies are used for final analysis. First, the image-making autonomy show significant positive (+) influence on all of the sub-factors of job enthusiasm such as job vitality, job commitment, and job commitment. Second, all sub-factors of job enthusiasm, job vitality, job commitment and job commitment show a significant positive (+) influence on service performance. Third, service performance show a significant positive (+) influence relationship on organizational performance. As a result, it is expected that airlines will be used as a basis for easing the regulations for image making of cabin crew and introducing an autonomous management system in the future.

식물 Hormone의 영향과 Cytokinin Autonomy (Hormonal Effect and Cytokinin Autonomy in callus Culture of Phaseolus vulgaris L.)

  • The activities of auxins and cytokinins have been examined in the growth of callus tissue derived from Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv. Damyang. The synthetic auxin, picloram was the most effective in promoting callus growth and the range of effective concentrations (0.1$\mu{M}$ to 32$\mu{M}$) was broad. 2, 4-D also enhanced callus growth at the optimal concentration of 3.2$\mu{M}$. NAA promoted callus growth at relatively higher concentrations than other auxins tested. IAA was less effective in supporting callus growth. Cytokinin bearing saturated side chain ($N^6$-isopentyladenine) was approximately 30 times more active than the corresponding unsaturated compound, $N^6$-($\D^2$-isopentenyl) adenine. The abilities of cytokinin-autonomous growth were also examined. Callus tissues previously grown on concentrations lower and/or higher than optimal concentrations of cytokinins were better habituated in the subsequent passage. It was suggested that the development of cytokinin autonomy may be related to dosage-concentrations of cytokinin in the previous passage.

  • 현대에서 사용되는 무인 비행체의 경우 자율화수준이 떨어져 사용자의 개입이 필요하다는 문제가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 자율화 달성의 방법론으로 유전자 알고리즘을 선택하고, 이것을 적용해 무인 착륙체의 자율화 가능성을 확인해 보는 것이다. 특별히 무인 비행체의 착륙은 비행체에서 매우 중요한 고전적인 과업 중의 하나이며, 착륙에 있어서 역사적 사건 중의 하나가 달착륙이라고 할 수 있다. 달 착륙선의 추동 메카니즘을 장착한 낙하체의 착륙 자율화 방법을 이용해 무인 착륙체의 자율화 가능성을 확인한다. 본 논문에서는 유전자알고리즘 적용시 게놈을 단지 4가지 액션 (좌회전, 우회전, 분출, 자유낙하) 으로 인코딩하여 무인 착륙체에 적용하고, 유전자 알고리즘의 주요 연산을 접목하여 실험을 성공적으로 진행하였으며 센서에 대한 의존도를 최소화할 수 있는 무인 비행체의 모의 UAV를 제작하였고, 유전자알고리즘을 적용해 그 가능성을 확인하는 테스트 베드를 구축하였다.

Faster-than-real-time Hybrid Automotive Underwater Glider Simulation for Ocean Mapping

  • The introduction of autonomous underwater gliders (AUGs) specifically addresses the reduction of operational costs that were previously prohibited with conventional autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) using a "scaling-down" design philosophy by utilizing the characteristics of autonomous drifters to far extend operation duration and coverage. Long-duration, wide-area missions raise the cost and complexity of in-water testing for novel approaches to autonomous mission planning. As a result, a simulator that supports the rapid design, development, and testing of autonomy solutions across a wide range using software-in-the-loop simulation at faster-than-real-time speeds becomes critical. This paper describes a faster-than-real-time AUG simulator that can support high-resolution bathymetry for a wide variety of ocean environments, including ocean currents, various sensors, and vehicle dynamics. On top of the de facto standard ROS-Gazebo framework and open-sourced underwater vehicle simulation packages, features specific to AUGs for ocean mapping are developed. For vehicle dynamics, the next-generation hybrid autonomous underwater gliders (Hybrid-AUGs) operate with both the buoyancy engine and the thrusters to improve navigation for bathymetry mappings, e.g., line trajectory, are is implemented since because it can also describe conventional AUGs without the thrusters. The simulation results are validated with experiments while operating at 120 times faster than the real-time.

지방교육자치 전문연구기관의 설립 필요성과 가능성 탐색 (A Study on Necessity and Possibility of Specialized Research Institute for Local Education Autonomy)

  • 본 연구는 지방분권, 교육자치가 강화되는 상황에서 기관설립·운영의 중요성과 필요성이 점차 높아지고 있는 지방교육자치 전문연구기관 설립의 필요성과 가능성을 구체적으로 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 지방교육자치 전문연구기관의 설립 필요성은 외적 필요성과 내적 필요성의 두 측면에서, 그리고 설립 가능성은 법적 근거와 설립형태 및 재원확보의 측면에서 검토하였다. 전국단위의 교육자치 정책 및 법제 아젠다를 선도하여 공동현안 문제에 효과적으로 대응하고, 지역단위의 교육정책연구소와의 연계·협력을 통해 지역 맞춤형 정책 연구·개발을 지원하기 위해서는 지방교육자치 전문연구기관 설립이 절실한 시점이다. 전문연구기관의 공공성, 전문성, 경제성, 안정성 등을 고려할 때, 재단법인 형태가 적합할 것으로 보이며, 일반 지방자치 분야의 전문연구기관 사례와 마찬가지로 특례법 제정 등의 법적 근거가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 앞으로 구체적인 기관설립·운영방안을 마련하고, 기관설립을 추진하기 위해서는 교육부 및 전국시도교육감협의회 등의 협업적 논의와 학술적 논의를 병행할 필요가 있다.

  • Autonomous and intelligent resource model (AIR-model) defines a building-block of complex systems to pursue value creation by means of diverse resources, referred to as an AIR-unit, and presents a collaboration model with the AIR-units. An AIR-unit represents a piece of resources, such as machines, labor, raw materials, and other assets, considered individually by a complex system as means to accomplish given tasks. It is defined with its own service capability and a goal, and pursues achieving the goal by means of the capability. Moreover, an Air-unit is equipped with autonomy and intelligence, whereby it makes a decision on its course of action on its own initiative. Air-units collaborate on system operations with each other through goal-oriented negotiations. In this research, distinctive features of the AIR-model are addressed and described in detail. Principal components of the AIR-model are also designed via object-oriented modeling techniques. A prototype system based on the AIR-model is finally presented as an embodiment tool of a fractal manufacturing system (FrMS).

  • 다중 디스크 드라이브가 포함된 디스크 배열 시스템에서 디스크의 수가 증가 될 때 시스템 성능은 컨트롤러의 집중화 또는 버스로 사용되는 전송 경로의 병목현상에 의해 제한되어진다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 고성능 대용량의 RAID가 등장하였으며 RAID 시스템에서 컨트롤러 기능은 모든 디스크 드라이브에 분산되고 각 디스크는 그들의 임무를 수행하는 자율성을 가진 자율적 네트웍이 일반적 계층 시스템 보다 확장성이 좋고 시스템 자원을 보다 효율적으로 이용할 수 있어 디스크 수의 증가율에 따라 높은 읽기/쓰기 처리율의 성능을 제공한다.

  • In this paper, We elicit the necessity of the Autonomous Decentralized Traffic Control System by analyzing problems of the Centralized Traffic Control System and present operation system. The automatic traffic control system using in large and high-density railway stations is designed and implemented on the basis of the elicited necessity in this paper. It is proposed to use broadcasting protocol for interface of stations in order to ensure autonomy. The result is that advantages of the Autonomous Decentralized Traffic Control System makes on-line expansion and maintenance available. step-by-step construction available. and reduce the area of the influences of system fault when any system fault happens.

수중 구조물 형상의 영상 정보를 이용한 수중로봇 위치인식 기법 (Localization of AUV Using Visual Shape Information of Underwater Structures)

  • An autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) can perform flexible operations even in complex underwater environments because of its autonomy. Localization is one of the key components of this autonomous navigation. Because the inertial navigation system of an AUV suffers from drift, observing fixed objects in an inertial reference system can enhance the localization performance. In this paper, we propose a method of AUV localization using visual measurements of underwater structures. A camera measurement model that emulates the camera’s observations of underwater structures is designed in a particle filtering framework. Then, the particle weight is updated based on the extracted visual information of the underwater structures. The proposed method is validated based on the results of experiments performed in a structured basin environment.
