In this paper, we focus on a novel Internet architecture, based on the urbanization of virtual machines. In this approach, virtual networks are built linking specific virtual elements (router, switch, firewall, box, access point, etc.). A virtual network represents a network with an independent protocol stack that shares resources from the underlying network infrastructure. Virtualization divides a real computational environment into virtual computational environments that are isolated from each other, and interact with the upper computational layer, as would be expected from a real, non-virtualized environment. Metamorphic networks enhance several concepts related to future networks, and mainly the urbanization of virtual machines. We present this new paradigm, and the methodology, based on the worldwide metamorphic network platform "M-Net". The metamorphic approach could solve many complex problems, especially related to Cloud computing services.

This paper describes an effective method to estimate a position of an automous vehicle equipped with a single CCD-camera along indoor passageways. Using the sequential image data from the self-movement of the vehicle, the position is estimated by integrating the approximated motion parameters. The detection of the yaw angle that is one of the motion parameter is difficult in general, e.g. slip or error for noise, therefore the different detection is presented, which is, without shaft encoders, based on a projection function for 2D-image data and a cross-correlation function so as to be robust for noise. The approximated geometric function to estimate the position is used to reduce the computational effort. To verify the effectiveness of the method, the analysis and the computational results are shown through the simulations. Furthermore, the experimental results by using the test vehicle for the real indoor passageway are shown.

This research features efficient detection of obstacles, especially vehicles, in the forward direction of navigation for the development of unmanned automous vehicle. We separate image regions into ground and non-ground planes using the Helmholtz shearing technique in order to reliably exclude regions that do not contain obstacles. We propose a computationally simple and efficient method for the detection of vehicles in the forward direction by analysis of horizontally and vertically projected histograms of residual disparity map obtained from Helmholtz shearing. We have experimented the proposed method on real outdoor stereo data. Experimental results show that our method gives accurate detection of forward vehicles and is computationally very efficient.

In the fourth industrial era, when various technologies are fused and combined, new and advanced technologies from other industries are used extensively in the maritime industry field. New security threats are also increasing along with the development of new technologies. In addition, in incorporating convergence technologies into the maritime industry, various problems, such as communication definitions and procedures between technologies and customer-customized delays, occur. In this paper, for the problems mentioned above, research results on the network configuration of safer autonomous vessels by supplementing and fusing existing solutions rather than developing new technologies are proposed. In conclusion, the entire network consists of VDI and presents additional configurations to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability, which are the three security elements. According to the composition of such a convergence network, it is intended to help prepare countermeasures to protect internal data from external threats.

Korean agriculture and rural sector has undergone a wide range of reform after the Uruguay Round. Major policy measure is to put finances of huge budget from tax payers since 1994 in preparation of the Rural Development Strategy and Reform Program. Both in the total amount and individual size of the subsidy and loan for eligible farmers and farmers group are large and drastically enormous than any other programs in the past. The strategy adopted was a bottom-up approach, Particularly in selecting the project with local autonomy. However, it has been still criticized as the form of centralized control of budget and decsion. In terms of the program effectiveness too, it is doubtful to judge that Korean agriculture is in a road to getting the international competetiveness as targeted. Since the local autonomy was started in 1995, the political structure has been settling in a way to be more locally institutionalized. Rural development policy, as the key point of economic and industrial dimension of local autonomy, should be initiated and practiced in real term by the local government. This paper, in this concern, in reviewing the past rural development prolicy and programs, discussed the necessary issues relevant to legal bases of land uses in Korea. Further, the direction of increasing local automous power of local government was discussed in the senses of budgetary control and decision. The power and budget should be allocated more to the rural development plans of local government in order to fulfilize integrated rural spatial development in this new era of globalization.

Purpose: This study was carried out to provide the theoretical understanding of mothers' child-rearing attitude and the eventual purpose was to contribute to the development of nursing interventions to help mothers have love-automous childrearing attitudes which will foster child development and enhance harmonious child-mother relationship. Method: The data were collected from April to september, 2002 by questionnaires with 130 married child-rearing mothers. Mothers' child-rearing attitudes were rated on the 5-point sclae of Schaefer's Maternal Behavior Research Instrument(MBRI). Result: 1) In love vs hostility and autonomy vs control, the score of love(3.79) is higher than hostility(2.64) and the score of autonomy(3.54) is higher than control(2.58). 2) In love- autonomous child-rearing attitude(3.69) is highest than hostility-control(2.75), love-control(2.70), hostility-autonomous (2.54) child-rearing attitude and the direction is autonomy→love. Conclusion: Nurses assess mothers' child-rearing attitude and provide teaching and counselling to help mothers to form love-autonomous child-rearing attitude.

현시대에 자율주행 기술이 자동차를 단순 이동수단에서 이동성을 확보한 생활공간으로 자동차의 근본적인 개념을 변화시켜 새로운 산업 패러다임적 가치뿐 아니라, 사회 경제적 변혁을 예고하고 있다. 이미 전 세계적인 기업들은 자율주행 시스템을 구축하고 개발하여 실제 생활에서 활용도 하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 상용화를 하기 위해선 아직 법/제도의 부재, 안정성, 가격 등 여러부분에서 문제점들을 극복해야한다. 본 과제인 라인트레이서와 GPS를 활용한 자율주행시스템이 목적지를 지정하면 자율적으로 길이나 도로를 따라 이동하면서 장애물을 피해가게 만들어 안정성을 확보하고 이동하는 시간에 개인 여가 시간이나 생산적인 활동을 할수 있게 만들어 삶의 질 개선에 기여할 것이다. 이러한 기술들을 적극 활용하여 목적지를 설정하면 자율주행 하는 자동차로 설정하였고, 장애물 감지와 현재 방향 감지를 추가하였다. 장애물 감지와 방향 그리고 위치를 수신받기 위해 5개의 센서를 활용하였고 한번에 구동을 시키기 위해 센서 쉴드를 활용하여 기능을 확장 시켰다.

Vertical farming is one of the important solutions to overcome future food and population problems. However, underdeveloped countries can't afford due to high initial investment costs and technical huddles. To solve this problem, it is necessary to formalize the vertical farming area using ontology. In this paper, we present an ontology that includes various cultivation methods of vertical farming, connects sensors and actuates according to the methods, and recognizes and controls the cultivation environment context of the selected vertical fanning, we expect to be able to autonomously make control decisions about the context by analyzing the environmental context that is important for perceived vertical cultivation using the logical reasoning function of ontology.

The ultimate goal of national health promotion services is the improvement of quality of life and health longevity through the implementation of health promotion services. The approach strategy for national health promotion summariged as follows: 1) A model for health promotion should be developed by the level of government. 2) Roles and functions between central government and autonomous local governments should be defined to carry out the health promotion services effectively. 3) New manpower for health promotion such as health educator should be trained and activated at hospitals, health centers, industries, school, and related community agencies. 4) School health education should be strengthened in order to teach: various health subject(smoking & alcohol, drug abuse, accident and safe, nutrition, environmental pollution and preservation, population & family planning, personnel hygiene, physical growth, stress, sex education, communicable disease, physical exercise etc) students through appointing health teachers at school base. 5) Health promotion services in industries should be activated using manpower such as health educator, exercise instructor, dietist and counsellor, 6) Health promotion services for the elderly should be activated. 7) Health screening services in the medical insurance and his/her family should be activated for health promotion services. 8) Health education material development center for health promotion should be established and the materials should be made to distribute to related groups, agencies and institutions (health conte.5, hospitals, schools, pharmacies, industries etc). 9) The pilot health promotion center in each automous local governments(large cities, provinces, Guns and Gu level) should be established and operated for community people. 10) The mass media such as TV, radio, newspapers and magazines should be used effectively. 11) Periodic evaluation of health promotion services should be carried out in order to help effective and successful planning for community health promotion in the future.
