CVS-75모드에서 사용연료에 따른 배출가스 특성분석 (Characteristics Analysis of Exhaust Emission according to Fuels at CVS-75 Mode)

  • 자동차로부터 배출되는 배출가스의 규제가 최근 더욱 강화되고 있다. 이러한 엄격해지는 규제는 배출가스를 줄이는 대체연료의 개발에 더욱 박차를 가하게 된다. 본 연구는 가솔린, 디젤, LPG 연료를 사용하는 동급의 자동차를 이용하여 배출가스의 특성을 분석 비교하였다. 테스트 모드로는 최근 국내와 북미 배출가스의 주행모드로 사용되는 CVS-75모드를 사용하였다. 배기 특성은 주행조건에 하에서 연구되어졌다. 사용연료인 가솔린, 디젤, LPG연료에 따라 THC, CO, NOx의 배출가스의 특성을 연구했다. 연구결과, LPG연료에 비해 가솔린자동차가 9.8%의 배출가스 감소, 디젤자동차는 12.2% 증가를 나타냈다. 또한 CVS모드에서 가솔린과 LPG는 phase 1의 냉간시동구간에서 THC와 CO는 80%이상을 나타낸다.

  • 분말단조란 종래의 분말야금법으로 예비 성형체를 만든후 그것을 단조 소재로 열간단조를 통하여 최종 제품을 만드는 부품가공기술이다. 본 고에서는 분말단조의 이해와 선진국에서 개발에 성공한 사례 및 경제성을 조사함으로써 분말단조기술의 현황 파악 및 기술 축적을 도모하고자 하였다.

설계변수에 따른 알루미늄 범퍼 시스템의 저속 충돌해석 (Low Speed Crash Behaviour of Aluminium Bumper System W.R.T. Design Variables)

  • In the present study, the low speed (4 km/h) crash behaviour of an aluminium bumper system was characterised by FE analyses based on the FMVSS 581, which regulates automotive bumpers. Two types of cross-sectional designs, i.e., Model 1, which contains a single rib and Model 2, double ribs, have been considered along with Al7021, 6082 and 6060 for the aluminium bumper back beam. Variations in thickness starting from 2 to 4 mm of the bumper system cross-section in the FE model was implemented in order to investigate the thickness effect on the bumper's crash behaviour.. Three kinds of design variables, namely, number of ribs, material and thickness, are considered. The FE analysis results are summarised with the maximum load and the Specific Energy Absorption (SEA) since they are the key factors in determining the crashworthiness of automotive structures. The results may also be able to indicate how to achieve lightweight structure of the automotive bumper system either directly or indirectly.

AUTOSAR와 모델기반 기법을 적용한 차량 임베디드 시스템 소프트웨어의 개발 및 검증 기법 (Automotive Embedded System Software Development and Validation with AUTOSAR and Model-based Approach)

  • This paper presents a new approach to automotive embedded systems development and validation. Recently automotive embedded systems become even more complex and the product life cycle is getting reduced. To overcome these problems AUTOSAR, a standardized software platform and component based approach, was introduced. Model-based approach has been widely applied in the development of embedded systems and has strong benefits such as early validation and automated testing. In this paper cooperative development and validation of AUTOSAR and model-based approach are introduced and automated testing techniques are proposed. With the proposed techniques we can improve complexity management through increased reuse and exchangeability of software module and automated testing is realized.

리사이클링 고려 설계카탈로그 시스템의 구축 (A Development of Design Catalogue System for Recycling)

  • Today the tastes of consumers change rapidly and the kinds of the products become diverse. Therefore the product life cycle becomes shorter and shorter. Moreover the save of resources and the recycling for the environmental preservation are the essential theme. On this the necessary information for the product development increases enormously. For the right use of the information the design process should be supported by the proper design tool. For this the 'design catalogue system for recycling' is suggested here. This system consists of four parts, that is, 'the existing automobile system database', 'working principle database', 'assessment system of the ease of disassembly' and 'one's own product development database'. By the use of this system the product development period could be reduced about $30\%$ drastically.
