차량용 AUTOSAR 표준 플랫폼 지원을 위한 RTE 및 Generator 개발 (Development of RTE and Generator for Supporting AUTOSAR Standard Platform for Vehicle)

  • AUTOSAR is a partnership of automotive manufacturers and suppliers working together to develop and establish a de-facto open industry standard for automotive software architectures. In the AUTOSAR architecture, the runtime environment is at in the heart of the AUTOSAR architecture to provides the infrastructure services that enable communication between software components and between software components and basic software components. The RTE generator is an automated generation tool for AUTOSAR specification based RTE according to the ECU configuration. It generates communication API function for the software components and the basic software components like OS and COM of the application. The availability and the accuracy of the RTE generator are important for the automobile software which is based on AUTOSAR architecture, this paper proposes an architectural design of the RTE generator for auto-generation of the AUTOSAR based RTE.

  • ⇒ 초록(영문) 입력자 : This document defines JSR298 Telematics API for Java ME. The main purpose of JSR298 is to be able to provide automotive telematics services through use of this specification on embedded devices that are using Java ME platform. The goal is to standardize specification in order to provide automotive telematics services using embedded devices with Java ME as their base platform. This specification defines methods for controlling and obtaining diagnostic information and conditions on various components built in to the vehicle. Therefore, this document will provide specifications required for controlling various equipments built into the vehicles as well as obtaining diagnostic information on these components and vehicle conditions. Automotive components are defined as equipments that are accessible for drivers including airbag, door, window, and brake. This specification is applicable to telematics-specific automotive terminals as well as other various portable devices including cellular phones and PDAs.

자동차 자동변속기 부품의 레이저 용접 적용 (Laser Welding of Automotive Transmission Components)

  • In this research, laser welding of automotive transmission components was investigated to replace electron beam welding which is normally conducted under vacuum condition. Fiber laser welding was applied to the automotive transmission components - hub clutch and annulus gear. In the component welding, the laser welding parameters were optimized to eliminate spatters and the end crater. By applying laser welding to the transmission parts, the process time could be reduced up to 70% compared with the current electron beam welding process.

  • Using the pulsed current activated sintering method, the WC-10wt.% Co materials were densified using a WC and Co powder. The WC-Co almost completely dense with a relative density of up to 99.5 % after the simultaneous application of a pressure of 60 MPa and an electric current for 3 minutes almost without any significant change in the grain size. The average grain size of about $0.3{\mu}m$. The hardness and fracture toughness at $1000^{\circ}C$ were about $2200kg/mm^2$ and $9.8MPa.m^{1/2}$, respectively.

  • Hot rolling of Mg-6Zn-0.6Zr-0.4Ag-0.2Ca-(0, 8 wt%)Li powder was conducted at the temperature of $300^{\circ}C$ by putting the powder into the Cu pipe. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples were observed. Mg-6Zn-0.6Zr-0.4Ag-0.2Ca without Li element was consisted of ${\alpha}$ phase and precipitates. The microstructure of the 8 wt%Li containing alloy consisted of two phases (${\alpha}$-Mg phase and ${\beta}$-Li phase). In addition, $Mg_2Zn_3Li$ was formed in 8%Li added Mg-6Zn-0.6Zr-0.4Ag-0.2Ca alloy. By addition of the Li element, the non-basal planes were expanded to the rolling direction, which was different from the based Mg alloy without Li. The tensile strength was gradually decreased from 357.1 MPa to 264 MPa with increasing Li addition from 0% to 8%Li. However, the elongation of the alloys was remarkably increased from 10 % to 21% by addition of the Li element to 8%. It is clearly considered that the non-basal texture and ${\beta}$ phase contribute to the increase of elongation and formability.

알루미늄의 Sb 첨가에 따른 미세조직, 전기전도도 및 기계적 특성 변화 (Influence of Sb Addition on Microstructure, Mechanical Properties and Electric Conductivity of Aluminum)

  • This research investigated how adding Sb (0.75, 1.0, 2.0 and 5.0 wt%) to as-extruded aluminum alloys affected their microstructure, mechanical properties, electric and thermal conductivity. The addition of Sb resulted in the formation of AlSb intermetallic compounds. It was observed that intermetallic compounds in the alloys were distributed homogenously in the Al matrix. As the content of Sb increased, the area fraction of intermetallic compounds increased. It can be clearly seen that the intermetallic compounds were crushed into fine particles and homogenously arrayed during the extrusion process. As the Sb content increased, the average grain size decreased remarkably from 282.6 ㎛ (0.75 wt%) to 109.2 ㎛ (5.0 wt%) due to dynamic recrystallization by the dispersed intermetallic compounds in the aluminum matrix during the hot extrusion. As the Sb content increased from 0.75 to 2.0 wt%, the electrical conductivity decreased from 61.0 to 59.8 % of the International Annealed Copper Standard. Also, as the Sb content increased from 0.75 to 2.0 wt%, the ultimate tensile strength did not significantly change, from 67.3 to 67.8 MPa.

  • As more vehicles become equipped with advanced electronic control systems, more consideration is needed with regards to automotive safety issues related to the effects of electromagnetic waves. Unwanted electromagnetic waves from the antenna, electricity and other electronic devices cause the performance and safety problem of automotive components. In general, Power Integrity and Signal Integrity analysis have been widely used, but these analyses have stayed PCB level. PCB base analysis is different from radiated emission TEST condition so its results are used just for reference. This paper proposes EMC optimization technology using module level 3-dimensional radiation simulation process closed to fundamental test conditions. If module level EMC analysis, which is proposed in this study, is applied to all automotive electronics systems, unexpected EMC noise will be prevented.

  • Due to ELV banning, automotive electronics cannot use four kinds of heavy metal element (Pb, Hg, Cd, $Cr^{6+}$) from 2016. Therefore, this study was focused on degradation characteristics of Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu Lead-free solder joint with OSP and ENIG finsh under various reliability assessment method, as like to thermal shock test and high temeprature/high humidity test with test duration for cabin electronics. Also, we compared bonding strength degradation to other advanced research results of electronic control unit for engine room because of difference service temperature with mount location in automotive. Whisker growth phenomenon and mitigation method which were essentially consideration items for Pb-free car electronics were examined. Conformal coating is a strong candidate for mitigating whisker growth in automotive electronics. Necessary condition to adapt Pb-free in car electronics was shown.

접착부재의 계면에 대한 초음파 탐상 특성 (Characteristics of Ultrasonic Test on Interfaces of Adhesively Bonded Components)

  • The application of adhesively bonded components is increasing in various industries such as automobile, aircraft, IC packages, and soldering techniques. In spite of such wide application in adhesively bonded components, nondestructive test techniques applying to adhesively bonded components have not been clearly established yet. In this paper, characteristics of ultrasonic test on interfaces of adhesively bonded components have been investigated by calculating transmission coefficient theoretically and experimentally. From the experimental results, the optimum conditions to establish frequencies for adhesively bonded homogeneous and dissimilar components are 4∼6 MHz and 2∼4 MHz, respectively.

  • Measurement of the vibration transmitted through rotating shafts such as half shafts in vehicles is of interest in applications such as noise transfer analysis and the study of operating deflections. Vibration signals transmitted through a rotating shaft usually include six degree-of-freedom components, thus making the measurement of vibration a challenging task. In the present work, a new measurement method is presented, one that resolves the minimum of only two one-axis accelerometer signals into all components of vibration with reasonable accuracy. The method utilizes the Dopplerized signals obtained from accelerometers attached to a rotating shaft and a Void-Kalman order tracking filter to decompose signals into orders of different vibration components. The new method proposed in the present work is verified by simulated run-up test data and applied to an experimentally obtained data set.
