전자기해석 및 시뮬레이션을 적용한 차량용 마사지 시트 액츄에이터 개발 (Development of Massage Seat Actuator for Automobile using Electromagnetic Analysis and Simulation)

  • 최근 운전자와 승차자의 편안함을 제공할 수 있는 기능을 보유한 자동차 시트에 대한 연구가 마사지 기능을 갖는 자동차 시트를 포함하여 다양한 분야에서 수행되고 있다. 마사지 효과는 시간, 크기, 형상과 같은 마사지 패턴에 의존한다. 본 연구에서는 차량용 마사지 시트의 구동장치로 사용되는 선형모터 액츄에이터와 액츄에이터의 효율향상 설계를 위한 전자기해석 및 시뮬레이션 기법을 제안하였다. 선형모터 액츄에이터 설계에 유한요소 기법을 적용하여 전자기 해석을 수행하고, 액츄에이터의 수식모델을 사용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 두드림 마사지 패턴 구현을 위한 전압 파형을 도출하였다. 제작된 액츄에이터와 제어기를 차량용 마사시 시트에 장착하여 마사지 패턴 생성에 대한 성능검증을 통해 개발된 액츄에이터의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • The design of automobile body assembly line is one of essential parts for improving the process performance. The major objective of this research is to develop a performance evaluation model for automobile assembly line using a closed queueing network(CQN) and simulation method. In this study we used a two-step approach to compute the performance of the assembly line : first, we used CQN model considering assembly line equipments and the line operating time under the assumption of no failure, and second we used a well-known simulator FACTOR/AIM. Finally we implemented this model on a K automobile company and we have shown the sample results of automobile body assembly line.

  • Remanufacturing of automobile parts is important for increasing the recycling resources. ECU(Electronic Control Unit) systems are becoming an increasingly important part of an automobile. But production company are reported in the ECU remanufacturing industry of domestic automobile parts due to a lack of remanufacturing technology and marketability. This paper introduces the ECU of remanufacturing, also grasps the structure and the analyzes failure cause that is external factors and fault in the characteristic design and steps in the Independent ECU remanufacturing process. The ECU manufacturing industry of the US was examined. The results in this paper could be used as the system information for further remanufacturing industry of domestic automobile parts.

  • In modern automobile body manufacturing, the structural adhesive bonding is recognized to one of new joining techniques for the purpose of light weight body and its application scope in the automobile body has been gradually magnified. Specially, the structural adhesives have the advantages of not only enhancing the design flexibility of automobile body, but also improving automobile performances such as stiffness, crashworthiness and durability. In order to evaluate the performance simulation of the automobile body applied with structural adhesives, it is necessary to develop modeling techniques in the structural adhesives in advance. This paper aims to investigate modeling methodology of structural adhesive junctions for body stiffness simulation. Two main modeling points are the element selection for adhesives and the connectivity between adhesives and adherends. Both of the 1D element used in classical modeling and the 3D element which are more accurate are considered for the adhesives, and the congruent and incongruent mesh models of the adherends are compared for connectivity modeling. By applying the several kinds of modeling methodology to the simple structures, the simulation results are compared and some modeling guidelines are obtained.

자동차 재구매 증진을 위한 데이터 마이닝 기반의 맞춤형 전략 개발 (Development of Customized Strategy for Enhancing Automobile Repurchase Using Data Mining Techniques)

  • Purpose Although automobile production has increased since the development of the Korean automobile industry, the number of customers who can purchase automobiles decreases relatively. Therefore, automobile companies need to develop strategies to attract customers and promote their repurchase behaviors. To this end, this paper analyzed customer data from a Korean automobile company using data mining techniques to derive repurchase strategies. Design/methodology/approach We conducted under-sampling to balance the collected data and generated 10 datasets. We then implemented prediction models by applying a decision tree, naive Bayesian, and artificial neural network algorithms to each of the datasets. As a result, we derived 10 patterns consisting of 11 variables affecting customers' decisions about repurchases from the decision tree algorithm, which yielded the best accuracy. Using the derived patterns, we proposed helpful strategies for improving repurchase rates. Findings From the top 10 repurchase patterns, we found that 1) repurchases in January are associated with a specific residential region, 2) repurchases in spring or autumn are associated with whether it is a weekend or not, 3) repurchases in summer are associated with whether the automobile is equipped with a sunroof or not, and 4) a customized promotion for a specific occupation increases the number of repurchases.

  • Purpose - O2O (online to off-line) is a new economic concept being emerged in the 4th industrial age. Automobile distribution is also undergoing a change to the O2O system. In overseas, vehicles are already being sold through various online platforms. The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic and foreign automobile distribution structure and intends to suggest the desirable direction of automobile sales in the 4th industrial age. Research design, data, and methodology - Through the investigation of previous studies and the actual cases, the advantages and disadvantages and trends of different types of automobile distribution structures. Result - It can be seen that domestic and foreign automobile brands have quite diverse distribution structures such as direct managed system, agency system, dealer system, direct sales system, online system and online/offline parallel system. Each type has its own characteristics. Conclusion - The distribution structure of automobiles is very diverse, and in particular, it is rapidly changing to an online sales system thanks to the development of information and communication technology and Internet technology and the popularization of smartphones.   • An engineering educational servery for graduating seniors had been conducted in Songwon University to improve engineering program objectives. The analysis results show that the current engineering educational objectives need to be modified to satisfy the ABEEK accredited criteria and engineering curriculum returning is necessary to include more design courses.

  • 본 연구는 자동차 바닥 구조로 적용된 샌드위치 복합재 구조의 안전성 해석에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서 샌드위치 복합재 구조 적용 자동차 바닥의 구조 설계 및 해석을 수행하였다. 1차적으로 자동차 바닥 구조의 구조 설계 요구 조건이 분석되었다. 구조 설계 이후 유한 요소 해석 기법을 활용하여 자동차 바닥 구조의 구조 해석이 수행되었다. 적용 하중 조건에서 응력 및 변위 해석이 수행되었다. 최종바닥 구조의 구조 시험을 수행한 후 해석 결과와 비교하였다. 구조 해석을 통해 설계된 샌드위치 복합재 바닥 구조는 안전한 것으로 확인되었다.

  • Compatiblity is a very generalized concept that has substantial applicablity to various aspects of human factors. It refers to the spatial movement, or conceptual relationships of stimuli and of responses, individually or in combination, which are consistent with human expectations. In this paper, first, several remarks which should be considered in designing the visual display and control of automobile are considered. Also, two advanced designs of visual display and control are suggested based on the compatibility principles.
