미니드론의 영상기반 자동 비행 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Image-based Automatic Flight Control of Mini Drone)

  • 본 논문은 실내에서 미니드론의 영상기반 자동 비행 및 이 착륙 제어시스템을 제안한다. 천정 카메라와 지면에 마커가 있는 환경에서 미니드론의 자동 비행 제어시스템을 구성하였다. 천장에 설치된 카메라영상을 기반으로 착륙 위치와 드론을 인식할 뿐만 아니라 드론의 움직임을 추적한다. PC서버는 드론의 위치를 계산하여 드론에 제어 명령을 전송한다. 드론의 비행 제어기는 상태 머신 기법, PID 제어와 웨이포인트-위치 제어기법을 사용하여 구현하였다. 실제 미니드론을 사용하여 제안한 자동제어시스템을 검증하였다. 바닥의 마커를 인식하여 ㄱ, ㄷ, ㅁ자 등의 특정 형상의 궤적을 따라 비행하는 것을 실험으로 확인하였으며, 높이의 차이가 있는 두 개의 착륙지점에도 착륙하는 실험에서도 우수한 성능을 보여 주었다.

  • A forklift is a powered industrial vehicle used to lift and move materials over short distances. Nowadays, almost all forklifts are equipped with an automatic transmission due to its improved operator comfort and increased productivity. Thanks to marked improvement of transmission control unit equipped with highly-advanced microcontrollers, recently developed automatic transmission for forklift have various auxiliary functions such as creep, auto retardation, and automatic shift with excellent shift quality. This paper deals with the creep function which enables one to maneuver a forklift at the designated low speed by slip control of clutches. The design of creep function was based on four modes of creep operation depending on the status of the operator's shift lever and accelerator pedal. Control algorithms and control parameters for each mode were designed to achieve the desired static and dynamic performance. Vehicle test for the designed creep function was carried out with an independently developed embedded controller. Test results confirmed good creep speed control without speed error at a steady state with a mild shift shock during mode changes by stepping or releasing the accelerator.

  • 본 논문에서는, 컨테이너 터미널에서 운행되는 컨테이너크레인의 자동화 시스템을 개방형 제어시스템으로 제안한다. 그리고, 개방형 제어시스템을 하드웨어 모듈과 OS 모듈 그리고 응용소프트웨어 모듈로 구성되는 표준모델로 제시한다. 본 논문의 기여도는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 크레인 제어시스템의 개방화를 위한 새로운 기준모델을 제안한다. 둘째로, 컨테이너크레인의 구조를 분석하고 자동화된 컨테이너크레인을 구현하기 위한 방법을 제안한다.

  • The automatic control system in the greenhouse have to be developed to the direction of considering various factors the variables such as condition of the cultivation and greenhouse, the properties and types of products. Therefore, it is more important to set up variables appropriately than the problems of automatic control system itself, and the automatic control system which satisfy these problems should be simplified in the aspect of operation. In addition, even the individual automations are not perfect yet, so more studies are required for the development of comprehensive automatic system in korea. This study was carried out to automatize environment control systems for greenhouse, especially from most intensive labor requiring parts such as watering, irrigating liquefied fertilizer, spraying chemicals, mixing and ventilation system, etc. The results are summarized as follows. 1. Control type tensiometer was expected to be desirable in the automation of watering system, therefore, a new tensiometer was designed and developed through this study. 2. The chemical spraying system developed through this study was found to be excellent in the aspect of operation. 3. When pulse type water discharge meter was used in the mixing of liquefied fertilizer and chemical solution, the error of mixing were range $\pm$0.1~0.15%. 4. The water level switch of electrod type used for controlling water level was found to be affective in both control performance and operation cost. 5. The water and level control system can be omitted if each tank size are standardized in accordance with greenhouse size, therefore, the installation cost might be significantly reduced. 6. The developed general controller was excellent in hardware parts, but still remained to be improved in software parts.

  • In this paper, a multi-processor-based supervisory control for automatic assembly system is presented. The proposed supervisory control is organized in terms of C-language and with structured and easily expandable characteristics. Also the controller is designed to possess diagnostic capability including self-diagnosis of processor module. The developed supervisory control has been shown to be very useful via a high speed automatic assembly system with vision capability.

Signal Generation for Automatic Control of a Monitoring Camera

  • This paper proposes a signal generation method for automatic control of a monitoring camera. Using the control signal, the monitoring camera can track a moving object and keep it near the image center for a longer time. The proposed method is estimated in the experiments that automatically move a maker located at the specified position to the image center.

  • The electrical detector and computer systems for traffic flow and speed measurement are demonstrated in this paper. For the best traffic control optimization, linear and non-linear equations in the transition state are dealing with the perturbation of the linear car-following. In the conclusions, we construct a realizable system for the central automatic traffic control with a computer. Furthermore, fixed periodic switching system by manual with the automatic traffic control system is recommended for emergency perturbation.

  • Since the heat exchange system, such as the boiler of power plant, gas turbine, and radiator require a high rate heat efficiency and the efficiency of these systems is depended on the control methods. However, it is important f3r operator to understand control system of these systems. In order to properly apply control equipment to these process control systems, such as boiler, any other heat process, or process control system it is necessary to understand the basic aspects and operation principle of the process that relate control, interrelationships of the process characteristics, and the dynamics that are involved. Generally, PID controllers are used in these systems but it is difficult for engineer to understand the complex dynamics and the tuning method because of the coupling action and disturbance in the system loop. In this paper, we design an effective experimental system fur automatic control education and analyze its characteristics through experimental system and industrial plant control software to study how they can team automatic control system by experiments.

  • 본 논문에서는 선박의 안전운항을 위하여 안개 발생 시 엔진을 자동으로 제어하여 피해를 최소화하거나 회피할 수 있도록 자동 제어 시스템을 설계 및 제작 하였다. 제작된 동력 자동제어시스템은 ATmega128과 RPM감지회로를 사용하여 안개발생부에서 인위적으로 안개를 발생시켜 RPM의 변화량을 측정하였다. 이를 위하여 전체구성도를 작성하였으며 홀센서가 있는 모터를 사용하여 PWM 제어를 하도록 ATmega128에 Source code를 적용시켰다. 추후, 제작된 동력 자동제어장치를 통하여 실제 선박에서의 실험 및 안전성평가를 마련할 계획이다.

  • In this study, a structured supervisory control for automatic assembly system is developed. And also diagnosis and fault-recovery capability of this supervisory control are discussed. This structured supervisory control is actually applied to Die Bonding Machine and is proved to be useful and to work well.
